Incident Summary: First indication of breach was the secondary alarm on the zeroth-tier customer non-financial database administrative access point. Netrunner team 17 responded within 50ms of alert. Team encountered a single opposing netrunner on exfil from access point and initiated standard quarantine and termination procedures. Immediate combat was inconclusive and opposing netrunner Breach Jumped out of quarantine. Subsequent backtrace showed the netrunner's entry and exit paths and breach points have been reset and reloaded from backup. Access log analysis shows no data insertion or updation and only the recent connection history of a single zeroth-tier account was accessed. No financial data was exposed. No significant customer data was exposed. No company data was exposed. Impact deemed Negligible.
