I can just imagine the fun of having Yuto brought in alive as a kind of reward, not that it's easily likely for Motoko to do that for the TC's and Fujimura.
Fujimura: "Motoko, why is Yuto standing before me?"
Mo': "Because I thought it'd be far more fun to see him get his just rewards for trying to cost me Jun. Oh, and the simptastic bastard seems to think that the TC's won't be using him as an example of how to piss off a gang and live, or in his case, nearly, live to tell the tale. Or I can just put a bullet in his brain if you prefer?" *Raises Nekomata, plants silenced barrel against Yuto's noggin.*
Fujimura: "..." *Long sigh.* "Motoko, please, let me make some calls, this could be turned to our advantage..." *Fujimura walks off, his eyes turning yellow as he starts reaching out to various higher ups in the gang, thus letting them know that Yuto has been brought in alive, and proof of death is as simple as saying so, having sent an image of Yuto having Motoko and her Nekomata's business end right against his head, and quite clearly ready to go.
Fujimura: "Motoko, the Tyger Claws will extend their gratitude soon enough. Wakoko will be in touch."
Mo': "Thanks, Fujimura. You got him?"
Fu': "Yes, my dear, we have him," *As two guards armed with swords and another two armed with guns walk into the room, followed by everyone involved in the discussion about what to do about Yuto. Wakoko just puffs on her cigarette, exhaling the smoke into Yuto's face.
Wakoko: "I knew I liked the gremlin."
