So...one of my power ports in my Chromebook is...burnt out/trashed. I sent it to a friend of a shopkeeper I know, who only charged me five books mostly because he did take it apart to work on it, and I just recently got it back...
I was also told that it had a charging port on the opposite side, that I was unaware of, and I feel like an idiot since it was gone for at least a few weeks to get fixed...
So here I go:
"So why is Jun missing?" Fujiwara asked as he tried to deal with the head aches the recent mass riot caused, some were actually comparing it to the one Johnny Silverhand caused. Especially since it was triggered by some kind of concert or band, all the confused muttering about it was that it involved two singers and a band...
"They are...barricaded in their apartment," Akari reluctantly admitted. "apparently their last gig didn't turn out as they hoped..."
"...Gig?" Fujiwara asked with a frown as he stared at Akari, who was...fidgeting.
"...I couldn't help it!" Akari declared suddenly, as she struck the table with her fist. "How could anybody resist this!"
Suddenly they were all...treated? to the video of a concert/gig that involved Motoko, Section 9, and...Jun...playing a song while dressed...fancily.
Sadly they also saw various women and others go...wild, out of their minds, and pretty much rush the...Band? Who was shown fleeing for their lives from their influx of fans...
"...Is this why Jun was singing to himself the last few weeks..." Fujiwara wondered as Akari was...distracted by the video repeatedly playing. "I believe I misinterpreted the training trip that his sister insisted he be in on..."
"Animals...they were just...animals..." Ichi muttered to himself as he shakily slurped from the bowl in front of him, made by the machine Makoto built to ensure they could work and eat without losing too much time. Namely it could make Ramen, Burritos (At Jun's insistence), and even other things with the right ingredients.
"I can never show my face anywhere again..." Rebecca whined, largely because suddenly it clicked that she was now some kind of object of worship. Well according to the data she managed to shift through, that brought up each member of the band, and where they lived...
She did get a laugh out of the video of Pillar trying to fend off fan boys and girls searching for her with a chair, Maine actually climbed up the building while screeching like it was the end of the world, and well Dorio managed to barricade herself and Sasha into a secure room.
"How did this happen!?" Hiromi screamed before pacing all over again, she knew she shouldn't have been on stage, but some of the songs needed her "vocal" talents that Motoko had through some kind of ninja trickery managed to coax out of her...
"Fame leads to fans, and fans lead to...doom..." Jun muttered to himself with a far away look in his eyes, like a shell shocked veteran of wars.
"I need to find my tools!" Motoko muttered to herself as her newly made drones followed her around, some with little signs in their digits.
They said M-Ko and Jun featuring the Sensational 9 band, for a distraction mission... It was both a wild success, and a curse at the same time.
Notes:
This is wildly unlikely, but still just the thought that to deal with a gig coming up in a few weeks. Motoko takes them all through a musician boot camp while also using what she learned from her system to get the best she could out of their voices, and of course their ability to play.
Unfortunately they underestimated the Siblings charm coupled with a couple of the girls also having their own charms to draw in others, and well it exploded and Arasaka actually battened down the hatches and hid in case it was another attempt...
