"Motoko? Are you okay?" Jun asked as he saw his sister staring at a very old looking tech.
"...Gotham?" Motoko asked while giving him an inscrutable look, holding up the piece of tech that showed an old ad of some type. He vaguely recognized the name of the city it said, but as far as he remembered it was considered a blight that Miltech and the Government over there were trying their best to forget.
"Don't worry about it sis," Jun spoke in a reassuring tone. "the Mad Borg BM-1 and it's companions rarely left Gotham, and the last time it appeared was years before I was born. Last thing I heard is that the new heir to Wayne Solutions, Dominik Wayne or something was planning to put out some kind of entertainment robot called the JK-1R..."
"...The Joker!?" Motoko shouted in a shocking amount of horror in her tone.
"...Why call it that?" Jun asked a little weirded out by her horrified reaction. "Motoko! Wait!"
Unfortunately his sister seemed to have found new depths of speed he had never suspected she could have.
What about a failed experiment in a failed city was freaking her out?
Ignored by Jun, but central to Motoko's shock was simply put...the Black and Grey Borg of a certain design introduced by a man named Bruce Wayne, and the ad introducing what he called the Avatar System. A special system that allows a man to pilot a Borg as if they were inside it, and of course how the connection was unhackable...
Meanwhile in Gotham City
CTW-0 found itself reminiscing...of the time when it was a human woman. Though it had some doubts that it ever truly was a woman named Selina Kyle, cause who would be stupid enough to trust a man like Bruce Wayne, could looks like that truly ruin someone's good sense?
Whether it was true or not, she knew she had been like this since the Data Crash, and stuck in this...limbo and dealing with BM-1 and its need to make more Borgs like them. At least til NW-2 somehow became human, or at least somewhat human. Then BM-1 was gone, Bruce Wayne showed back up, and then after years he was gone and in his place was this teen named Damian...
Now there were rumors, rumors of a BM-2. Only it was darker, meaner, and somehow...wrong on a level that even something like PEN-6 could feel. And that one would sell all of them out for a handful of Eddie's.
A new breed of bio-tech breeds were starting to show up, like Croc back in the day. Their were also sightings of that new robot, the purple and green one that was supposed to bring entertainment, but was somehow just as upsetting as the rumored BM-2...

I just had a thought on what would the reaction to a Cyberpunk Gotham/Arkham would be? And figured that VIcky/Motoko would be probably the best one to react to the soon to be cluster of horror that is on the verge of spawning and exploding everywhere as the Joker is about to make his debut, as an AI program...
