"Do we have any extension cords?" Buck questioned as he looked around the chaotic mess that was their house.

"Should be in one of these drawers, or out in the garage," Tommy answered. "It'd probably just be easier to run to the store."

"And then we'll lose these ones and have to do this shit all over again, sweetheart." Buck kissed his cheek.

"But then we'll have to look through everything and create even more of a mess, Evan." Tommy wondered if his whining had been clocked.

It had. Buck chuckled. "Tommy Kinard, whiner extraordinaire."

"You love it," Tommy flirted.

Buck grinned. "Fine, let's go get the extension cords at the hardware store then sort out this mess."
