A member of the Tigrar subspecies of Shokan, Katrina fights alongside her fellow Shokan as one of the most respected and powerful warriors of their race due to her contributions in fighting against Shinnok during his invasion of the realms and also her ability to freeze. Her Cryomancy originates from a mission she had been sent on long ago to strike peace with the Cryomancers, a rare Outworld native species that had gone unknown for quite some time. She resided with the ice wielders for many years, eventually learning to mix her Shokan Flame with Cryomancy. She now uses these incredible powers to help protect Outworld by fighting for the Shokan royal family, and to honour the near extinct race of Cryomancers.
