Pixel wakes up and sees that the fire is out and she sees her radio with a note on it which says, "To Pixel
Hey sorry for yesterday um but I changed your radio sooo yeah come see me downstairs once you are ready to go so I can show you around

She takes the note off and gathers her stuff but she puts her heavy stuff in her bag same with her stuff also she grabs the application and puts it in her bag and she heads downstairs where Snow seems to be setting up. He sees Pixel and blushes a little, "Hey I am really sorry for yesterday it is kinda of a habit that I have," Snow says as he puts something down.
As Pixel sits in one of the seats the bell on the door rings out. Pixel turns around and sees a shiny umbreon with a dark blue scarf and he has a red jacket, blue pants and black boots, "Hey Jack I wasn't expecting you, what brings you here?" he asks as Jack came and sat.
"Well one of my people was telling me someone is interested in joining which I would guess you would be my vulpix friend," Jack says in a deep voice as he looks at her.
"Um yeah that would be me, here," Pixel looks through her bag and grabs the application and hands it to him.
He starts looking through it, "Well you have a background. Snow bring her to the base for me. I have a couple of things to do," Jack says as he puts the application in his own bag before he gets up and walks out.
"Well he seems nice for a umbreon," Pixel says as she gets out of the stool.
"Yeah but follow me I got a couple of places to show you," he says as he walks to the front door.
Pixel follows him. It is a bright sunny morning but still cold even for a fire type, as they walk around the snow crunches under them until they find a stone path that has been cleaned but he shows her around like the a couple of stores and the hospital but he than leads her to the rescue base, "Well here we are the rescue base have fun," with that he leaves.
Pixel looks at him walking away before knocking on the door. An eevee opens up the door, he is in all black pants, shirt, shoes and gloves on his front paws, "I guess you are the newbie" he says as Pixel sees he is quite big for an eevee.
"Yeah I am so can I come in?" Pixel asks as the eevee looks behind him like he is expecting something.
"Yeah sure Jack should be back in a bit but can I get your name?" he asks as one of his paws reaches into his pocket and pulls out a pen and a note.
"Name is Pixel, what is yours? If you don't mind me asking," she asks as the eevee takes note of her name.
"You'll learn it later, right now I need to punch your name in," he says harshly.
"Um okay," she says as she walks in.
It is quite dark like a cabin type dark and it is lightly furnished like a table and a couple of chairs then some selves with barely anything on them. Pixel waits there for five minutes before Jack walks in with his bag full, "Hey give me a minute so I can get everything ready. Sit in that chair for me," he says as he points at a chair before walking to another room.
Pixel takes a seat and waits for about two minutes before Jack, Flare and the eevee all sit in chairs across from her, "Well let's get this show on the road. I am Jack, the team leader on my left is my second in command Flare and on my right is my third in command and medical officer Night. Now tell me a little about yourself," he asks in a brighter tone.
"Well my name is Pixel I am 18 and female," she says as Night is looking through some papers.
"Well that is good but Night you're up," Jack says as Night closes the papers.
"Well my friend you have an interesting background. You have been through most of the schools in Edgewood but what has me interested is you went to medical school, top of your class yet you didn't hold a job for multiple months and when you did it was as a worker in a factory mind explaining?" Night asks as he gives her a death stare.
"Well the whole school thing was more because no one wanted me, which if that is my file you should know why then I was unemployed for multiple months looking for a job since again no one wanted me so when the factory would take me I accepted right away," Pixel says feeling a little uncomfortable.
"Okay but next up you have mostly a clean record other than a couple of assault charges but were dropped due to self defense but your medical record is something in itself like you have autism and sleep problems, explain to me," Night demands.
"Um well I did get in a couple of fights but I never attacked first they would always be first I didn't mean to hurt them that badly I promise and yes I have autism but it isn't that bad but the sleeping problems is sometimes I just stop sleeping for no reason and they never figured out why," she says as she starts looking at the table.
"Alright well you ain't alone in the boat of being discluded from something like autism because I have it too but that is all I have to say and my vote is in," Night says as he looks at Flare.
"My vote is in," Flare says as she looks at Jack.
"Well Pixel both of my commands have spoken you are on but you are going under Night's wing," as he says this Night goes from expressionless to shocked.
"Wait a second, why is she being assigned doesn't she have a choice to choose where she goes," Night asks very firmly.
"Normally yes but one you need an assistant to help you with people second she has the medical skills to help and succeed," Jack rebuttals to Night.
"But-," Jack cuts him off, "That is final no if ands or buts," Jack says.
"But you still need to get a baseline so take her for that and some basic stuff since she is probably a bit rusty," he says, returning his sight to her.
"Alright fine come with me," Night says as he gets up and starts walking to a room.
Pixel follows him and they enter a room that is like the cabin but there are bins of things but she gets up onto the table and sits like a good girl, "Alright let's get your baseline and I see you have found the table." He jumps somewhat on the table.
He takes her blood pressure, temperature, pulse, eye dilation and skin, "Okay now can you turn around since I want to run a heat test on you which requires me to reach a place on you quite intimate." he says as he pulls out something that has a metal probe.
"Um okay I don't see why this is necessary though but I will listen," she says as she stands up and turns around.
"It is necessary because up here people need to be on their best the enter time or problems happen so if I know your heat schedule I can let Jack know not to send you out unless we need all hands," he says as he touches her side with the device.
"COLD!... sorry I didn't mean to yell if a sudden change happens.. I don't know why I do it," she apologizes.
"It's okay you're probably more sensitive to changes to temperature and body changes but the cold is coming from the lube since I kinda have to stick it inside but I am going to start now," he says as he starts bringing the tool over to her entrance.

For the rest of the day Nigh refreshed Pixel on basics, "So yeah that is basically it got any questions?" Night asks as he puts his stuff away.

"Um you can sleep wherever, like with Flare, Wreck or with me," he says as he pulls a sheet.
"I think I will go with you just seems to be easier and I don't know who Wreak is," Pixel says, stretching since she is a very tired vulpix.
"Well he is a leafeon that learned to evolve pines to help get energy from the sun but he is kinda heartless and very good at destroying things" Night says as he walks to the door to the main room.
"Oh that is well interesting I guess," Pixel says as she starts following him.
Night brings her to a room upstairs. It is bland mostly other than a few books along the floor but there is a musk in the air that is interesting to her but she doesn't ask about it. She also notices a plushie Vulpix but it seems different, "Well this is interesting." she says as she walks further into the room.
"Yeah also sorry about the smell trying to take care of that," he says as he seems to be trying to cover the vulpix plush for whatever reason.
"Eh it is fine the smell is unique," Pixel says as she goes over to her bed.
Pixel starts setting up her stuff and the bed which after she is done she gets into the bed to sleep, "Well you should- oh nevermind I see you are already trying to sleep I guess I will wake you up in a bit." Night says as he leaves the room.

Pixel wakes up and stretches but she heads downstairs where she sees Night, Pixel, Jack, Wreck and a corviknight, "There you are, we have been waiting for you." Jack says calmly as he points at a seat.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to keep you waiting…," Pixel says embarrassed as she takes a seat at the table.
"No it is fine plus food just got done cooking," Jack says joyfully as a sylveon comes out of the kitchen carrying a lot of plates.
"Still I didn't mean to be late," Pixel says as the sylveon looks at her.
"I haven't seen you before darling what is your name," the sylveon asks as she starts putting food out in front of the team.
"My name is Pixel, yours?" she says as the sylveon starts putting food onto the plates and setting up the silverware.
"Name is Silver and nice name," Silver says as she sets down the last of the stuff.
"Alright let's dig in shall we?" Jack asks as Sliver takes a seat at the table.
The feast was nice and getting to socialize with people is nice but as it comes to an end there is a knock at the door, "Night go get it," Jack asks as Night was getting out of his seat, "Yeah sure."
Night opens a door and an alolan vulpix walks in and it becomes obvious that something is wrong. Its face is nervous and uneasy and the bright blue eyes looked lost like in an ocean, "T t the v valley i it collapse," it says scaredly and softly.
Jack springs up "ALRIGHT WE GOTTA GO NOW GO GRAB YOU STUFF AND LET'S GO!" Jack orders and everything goes and gets ready.
Pixel follows Night to the medical room and he grabs a bag, "Get dressed we are going to be out there for awhile also you are going to be on hand warm duty known as keep the patients warm," Night says as he grabs a pawful of gloves.
Pixel grabs a jacket that was hanging up that the name was removed of and puts it on and she also grabs gloves. They walk to the main room where Jack is, "Are the scouts off?" Night asks as they leave and Pixel follows suit.
"Yeah" Jack says
"Good," Night responses
Pixel follows them and it is a long walk but when they get there, the scouts are sitting there in a horrified way, Flare runs up to Jack, "They are dead all dead and not by crushing or freezing like someone when around killing them and we checked," Flare says scared and afraid.
Night goes to one of the bodies then another and another, "She ain't lying Jack they are all dead cut at the throat," Night says seen unaffected by the bodies.
"Alrighty," Jack says, uncomfortable and slightly angry, "Start iding them and bagging," he sounds off set and is definitely on high alert.
Both Pixel and Night go around checking IDs and marking them down then getting body bags and putting them in, "This feels weird," Pixel says as she pulls a pikachu ID and looks at it.
"Don't have to tell me twice but it is a job you have to do," Night says as he bags another body in the black bag of despair.
Wreck comes up to them, "Hey you two the rest of us are heading back to base and be careful," Wreck says.
"Okay good to know we shouldn't be too long," Night says as Pixel bags the pikachu.
Wreck walks away and the two continue to work but as time moves forward the air gets colder and the wind is picking up making the air really uncomfortable like sticking a bare hand into snow but conditions only getting worse and Pixel can barely hear as the wind is deafening and she can barely see Night as snow rushes by them but then a corvkinght lands, "YO YOU TWO YOU NEED TO GO A WINTER STORM IS COMING IT IS NO LONGER SAFE!" The bird speaks in a loud booming voice which overpowers the wind.
Night and Pixel walk over to the bird, "WE CAN'T WE STILL HAVE BODYS TO PACKAGE UP AND WE CAN'T JUST STOP!" Night yells trying to talk over the wind.
"IT DOESN'T MATTER THE CONDITIONS ARE UNSAFE YOU WILL FREEZE OUT HERE!" the bird yells as it looks around.
"I… I WILL STAY HERE I WON'T FREEZE AS QUICKLY AND I CAN DO IT!" Pixel yells over the snow.
They both look at her, "YOU GOT 30 MINUTES DO AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!" the bird yells as Night gets on the bird.
Pixel nods as she gets back to work. The bird flaps its giant wings and disappears into the snowstorm. Pixel has lost time and the wind is so loud she can barely hear herself and she can barely see 5 feet in front of her but then there was a different noise: a loud creak and see there is an ice shade and it is in a tree and it went deep. She turns around to see a shadow and the only thing she can really see is a glowing crescent moon on the thing's neck but the creature grabs a ball out of thin air and it is pitch black like in the dead of night with a new moon. It throws it at her which she quickly moves away then she slams the ground and her own ice shades form which she kicks to melt their ends shape since they are dull. The shadow dodges them without even caring the shadow then disappears, "Um okay I guess that worked o–," Pixel starts but is stopped by something hard hitting her on the head.
Pixel quickly moves as she rubs the top of her head, "OWWWW!" she yells in pain.
She looks back to where she was bonked but she sees a foot right next to her face which gives her no time to respond and she gets kicked right in the face then she gets punched and this continues and she is getting no time to think until this thing finally stops. she looks up at the shadow and it is sitting there and it is holding a shade of ice, "Time to die my little vulpix friend," the shadow says in a chilling and scary voice which somehow cuts through the wind.
Pixel gets up bloody and bruised, "I ain't going to die yet," she says knowing he probably didn't hear her but that doesn't matter.
She looks up into the cloud sky like looking for a light but then down to him. The shadow cocks its head not sure what to do but it starts running at her. Pixel opens her maw and in a moment she releases a charged up flamethrower and the shadow is hit full force by it and is sent flying but Pixel slums down into the snow as that was the last of her energy, "He he you really think that a simple flamethrower will take me down disappointment," the shadow teases in his dark chilling voice.
He brings the shade of ice over his head but as he goes to swing he gets thrown by the wind and Pixel feels something wrap around her body then lifted into the sky. The ground disappears into the snow storm but she eventually is above the clouds, "Hey sweetheart you doing alright?" she hears the bird ask.
"Yeah I am doing okay… ish but I don't have a name for you, so what is it?" Pixel asks as the bird flies high above the clouds.
"Oh it is Bella but good to hear you are doing okay but what the distorted world happened down there?" Bella asks as she starts to lower.
"Honestly I don't really know it all moved so fast. All I knew was something attacked me and it was fast and strong," Pixel says tired and injured.
"Mhm once we are back patch yourself up you look like hell," Bella says worried about Pixel.
"Yeah, I was already thinking that he hit me pretty hard and it hurts," Pixel says as Bella starts to lower her attitude.
"I bet but we are almost home," Bella says lowering further down.
They get back to the base where Bella drops Pixel in the tower and Pixel walks herself to the medical bay with whatever strength she had left, "You look like hell," Night says as Pixel walks in and lays down on one of the beds.
Pixel doesn't say anything since she is too tired to talk but Night grabs a oran berry and hands it to her which she does eat but he also uses some bandages on any visible wounds. After a while she falls asleep since she is just tired.
