"...it's because she feels alone."

A naked Yuki flashed a cheeky grin at the young man below her, who was also in the same state of undress as her.

"Alone?" he frowned in confusion, his arms behind his head in a relaxed manner while the girl on top of him moved on her own.

"Come on, Onii-chan… surely you can figure it out on your own~" she purred, bouncing her hips up and down his crotch.

"I know what you mean, but it doesn't make sense. Isn't Alya the one who wants to be alone?"

"Oh, my sweet Onii-chan… it looks like you're in need of a refresher~"

Yuki increased the pace of her movements until she reached her high point, to which she released a loud moan and threw her head back out of ecstasy.

Once her climax had subsided, she relaxed on top of his chest, smiling at how warm and good it felt to be this close to her brother.

"Let's go back to the beginning, shall we? Alya-san wasn't like this when we realized that we were going to be stuck here, right?" she asked.

He shook his head. "No. She was exactly as how I remembered her."

"Mmhm~ a month ago, she was the same old Alya-san that we used to know. But that was when we were panicking and struggling to accept our reality."

"...but the rest of us eventually stopped, while Alya continued to panic. Because of that, she thinks she's alone. Right?" he asked, quickly formulating his own conclusion based on what he knew.

"Hehe, you were on the right track, but you fell off a bit there~" Yuki giggled.

He narrowed his eyes. "Well, stop messing around and spit it out already."

To accentuate his point, Masachika reached out to grab a fistful of her hair, wrapping it around his hand before yanking it up.

Under any other circumstance, he wouldn't do something like this to his little sister, let alone think about it, but… recent developments have permitted him to do so, even if it weirded him out.

To think that his sister was even into this kind of thing… guess he didn't know her as much as he thought he did.

"Kkkkuuu… t-to be exact, it's because we had a lot of work to do," she chuckled in spite of the pain atop her head. "W-We all needed to work towards a similar goal, and that's what we did for the next weeks. We kept ourselves busy and distracted the entire time."

Satisfied with the answer he got, Masachika released his grip and relaxed against his bed again.

"And?"

"Do you remember what I asked you last night, Onii-chan? It was when you told me about Taniyama-san's idea regarding Alya-san."

Masachika thought about it for a moment, before it came up in his mind. "You said something about a temporary peace?"

"Bingo~" she started drawing circles on his skin with her finger. "After working hard for a while, we managed to get to a point where we don't have to worry about our basic necessities. The only thing left was to worry about whether we'll get home or not."

"But we're all worried about that. Everyone else is just calmer about it compared to Alya."

"And that's exactly why she had her first outburst that day, when she started yelling at the two of us."

He rolled his eyes, growing annoyed at his sister's continued attempts to make things more complicated than they seem to be.

"Explain, and no jokes while you're at it."

"Hehe, think about it. That day, did she talk when Taniyama-san reminded all of us that it's been a full month since we got stuck on this island? Considering Alya-san's current demeanor, wouldn't it have made more sense for her to be angry at Taniyama-san than either of us?"

While Yuki removed herself from him, Masachika retreated into his thoughts while his mind went back to how everything played out that day.

Yuki was certainly right in that Alya's top priority was making it back home, with the girl herself making it clear at every chance she gets. Therefore, a bitter reminder of their current situation from Sayaka should have brought out an intense reaction from her.

However, she remained silent the entire time… until after he spoke up and shared his opinion on their situation.

"She only said something after the two of us spoke or more specifically, after you spoke. I find that really interesting," Yuki pointed out, sitting on the dresser beside his bed. "When I said that our best option at the moment was to stay here where it's safe, and you supported me."

He sat up on the bed and looked towards her, "I told everyone that we should prioritize our safety more than anything."

"Exactly! Those are the words that got to her."

"But that doesn't explain why she feels alone. I only said that we should stay safe and not do anything reckless."

"Alya-san isn't alone in that she's not around other people. She's alone because she feels that no one is on her side anymore."

"That sounds hard to believe when we're looking out for each other's well-being."

"Is it? Think about it," Yuki dipped a finger into her dripping slit, before licking the digit in a sensual manner for Masachika to see. "Alya-san has been staying away from everyone else, even Masha-senpai. Even though we've tried to reach out to her, even though you've made a lot of attempts to try and apologize for something you think you did, she still stays away.

"Can you just get to the point?" he groaned, simply choosing to roll his eyes at his sister.

Yuki laughed for a moment, amused at the reaction she received from Masachika before donning a more serious look than before.

"Look… believe it or not, Onii-chan, we're kind of the same. Me and Alya-san. Like two sides of the same coin."

"The same?"

Yuki rubbed her arm sheepishly, which was quite surprising to see from her.

"If you weren't here, I'd probably lose my mind too, just like Alya-san. Having you near me was enough to keep me calm and happy. Enough to keep me assured that everything will be fine. You can say that you saved me from that fate, Onii-chan."

"I think you're just exaggerating there…" he mumbled, feeling a bit overwhelmed at how much his sister actually valued his presence.

He can't be that important, right?

"Are you still doubting my feelings for you, Onii-chan? Maybe you'd like a reminder ~?" she teased him, using two fingers to spread her folds apart.

He shook his head. "Moving on, what were you saying about Alya?"

"Onii-chan, I'm sure that you can connect the dots on your own. I said that Alya-san and I are similar. I would have ended up having outbursts like her if it wasn't for you."

Masachika remained confounded for a while, having no clue on what could be the similarity between Alya and Yuki when they're as different from each other as possible, until he thought about his connection to both of them, particularly his sister.

"...no. No, that's impossible."

"Hmm, what is?" Yuki smirked.

"I know what you're trying to say, but I refuse to believe it. There's no way," he shook his head, believing that conclusion to be stupid and held no substance to it.

"Is it hard for you to believe that Alya-san holds you in higher regard over Masha-senpai?"

He looked at her as if she had gone mental. "Obviously! You're comparing me to her sister, when there should be no comparison in the first place!"

"If she was, then Alya-san wouldn't have forgave her sister that easily," Yuki explained. "But even though Masha-senpai raised her voice at her, Alya-san's anger has always been directed towards the two of us, long after that day. Don't you think that's weird?"

Masachika frowned, not because he was angry, but because Yuki was right. She does make a good point about Alisa forgiving her older sister after a talk, but the same can't be said for him and Yuki.

"Now, why would she be angry with us? Obviously, she's angry with me because I arranged this whole trip in the first place. As for you, do you know why she got angry with you?"

"She got angry because I told her that I'd rather live here on this island."

"You were close!" she laughed. "But no. You supported me that day, when you agreed with me in front of everyone that we should stay here until we're completely sure that we're safe. In Alya-san's eyes, you chose me over her. She felt betrayed, because you weren't by her side to support her."

"How did you even get to that conclusion?"

"Oh, my dear Onii-chan… I wonder if you're just dense or if you're stupid when it comes to Alya-san…" she burst into fit of laughter, unable to keep it in because of how clueless her brother was.

Although he was aware that his sister only meant that remark as a way to tease him, Masachika didn't appreciate her way of turning a serious topic into a light-hearted one.

He got off the bed and walked towards his sister; using two fingers, he stopped her from laughing by grabbing her mouth and squeezing it.

"I asked you how the hell did you get to that conclusion," he said in an irritated voice.

"Aahhh… i-i-it's because you were always there for her! You've been by her side for three years that she got used to your presence!"

Upon hearing that, he released her from his grip and gestured for her to continue.

"The more you spent time with her, the more she got used to seeing you near her. You never left her side no matter what came your way, and she developed an attachment towards you because of it. Honestly, I'm blown away at how you two never even thought of going on a date for three years when you were all over each other."

Masachika looked away with a frown; it's not as if he never thought of it before.

He simply couldn't find it in himself to ask Alisa out while she was completely focused on being the best council president and student that she could be. He respected her too much to be a distraction towards her goals.

But now, it's too late for that when the girl won't even acknowledge him.

"When you suddenly moved away, when you supported me instead of her, it must have hurt her deeply. She felt betrayed because she expected you to be on her side and not mine. Like me, you were the one who kept her calm and happy, despite our helpless situation. But when you 'betrayed' her…"

"...she didn't know how to take it other than to go off on us both. Now she feels alone and with no one to rely on but herself," he finished Yuki's explanation on his own, before sighing deeply. "You're sure this is why she's been staying away from everyone else?"

"I have no reason to lie or joke about this, Masachika-kun. I want to help Alya-san too, you know?"

Their gazes met and Masachika could see the conflicted look on Yuki's face. Despite their rivalry, there was always mutual respect between them and his sister has since felt nothing but guilt for dragging them all into this situation.

The two were silent for a while, until Masachika remembered something important that happened several hours ago…

An action that turned out to be a mistake, now that he had been enlightened regarding this matter.

"Fuck! I knew I shouldn't have told her sister that!" Masachika groaned out of frustration.

Yuki raised an eyebrow. "What is it?"

"I knew Taniyama's idea wasn't going to end up well, but I still gave it a shot because I'm stupid," he seethed at his own stupidity. "I talked to Masha-san earlier and she asked me what she should do about Alya. I ended up telling her the exact thing that Taniyama wanted us to do."

"No, no, that's a good thing!" she shook her head as her eyes widened in realization.

Masachika stared at her, confounded. "Huh?"

"Taniyama-san suggested that we should let her be until she stops with her emotional outbursts, right? We can certainly do that," she suggested.

"I thought you wanted to help her?"

"Taniyama-san thinks that giving Alya-san what she wants is the answer. I imagine Nonoa-san being on the same boat as her. Sarashina-senpai likely feels the same way. And if you managed to convince Masha-senpai, then she likely believes that to be the answer as well."

"What about them?"

"Other than myself, they're not the people whom Alya-san has a problem with, correct? They have no clue what she's going through, because they don't know the same thing we do. In fact, they probably think that Alya-san is being unreasonable and that she's more of a liability at this point. Slapping Ayano in the face didn't really do her any favors, either."

Masachika's eyes grew wide in horror, his mind coming to the same conclusion that Yuki was thinking right now.

"If she continues acting this way, it's not going to end well for Alya-san. Eventually, everyone except for Masha-senpai will grow tired of Alya-san's attitude. In the worst case scenario, they will come together to get rid of that liability."

"...so Alya wasn't wrong. She's the villain in everyone's eyes."

"But you wouldn't let that happen… would you, Onii-chan?" Yuki smirked. "Because despite everything that happened, Alya-san is still important to you, right?"

He rolled his eyes. "Do you even have to ask that?"

"That's what I like to see from you, Onii-chan! That's why you must save her!" she smiled brightly, thoroughly pleased with his answer.

"Don't you mean, 'help her'?"

"Nope. You have to save her."

Unfortunately, that didn't do anything to make things easier to understand for the young man, who continued to look confused.

She sent him a wink. "Just do the same thing to her as you did with me. Fuck her brains out, Onii-chan."

"You're really going to turn this into one of your jokes now, out of all times?" he deadpanned.

"You're missing the point, Onii-chan~ Alya-san will soon become weak and vulnerable. It's a true testament to her willpower to be able to last this long but in the end, once she reaches her breaking point, her facade will come crashing down."

Yuki got off the dresser and turned around, bending over the wooden surface and letting her body rest on top of it. She stuck her butt out, spreading her cheeks apart with her hands and sent a look of longing towards him.

"Eventually, she'll be helpless and weak. And a girl like that wants to be taken care of."

"So I have to…" he mumbled, positioning himself behind her before grabbing her hips for another round.

"It's the only way you can save Alya-san from everyone and herself," she nodded at his train of thought before moaning out in pleasure at the feeling of being invaded by the person she loved the most once again.
