Chapter 5: Stars And Anniversaries
And we're back! Okay, here me out, I've been thinking what Ash and Liko have on their team so far. So here they are.
Ash: Pikachu, Fuecoco, Paldean Wooper.
Liko: Sprigatito, Hattrem, Shiny Umbreon.
Liko's Legendaries: Terapagos, Lunala.
I've been thinking about what I just wrote for a team of things with the Pokémon for Liko. Yeah, It sounds ridiculous doesn't it? That's why later in this story I'm bringing some of Ash's old Pokémon back. I just want him to get use to the Gen 9 stuff first. Who knows... maybe he'll hunt down some Titan Pokémon and use those powerful beings on his team.
Anyway don't worry, Ash will not lose to Liko over some OP (Overpowered) Pokémon in her roster. It's only the beginning of Ash's adventure so please bare with me that I'm making this epic for all of you.
Also, the past and new chapters will be updated for fixing grammar errors if needed. Just some fixes here and there that I decide to do.

The Battle Begins between Ash and Katy.
Ash and Fuecoco and Katy and Nymble are in a standoff.
Before the battle even started, Nemona scans Nymble onto her pokédex.
Nymble, the Grasshopper Pokémon. A Bug Type. Nymble is clever and can dodge attacks. It also uses it's legs to kick it's opponents in combat.
"Goodluck Ash.", said Nemona.
"Let us begin. Nymble, use Double Kick!"
"Nymble-Nymb!"
Nymble jumped up and aims its legs towards Fuecoco.
"Use Flamethrower!", said Ash.
Fuecoco bursts its Flamethrower at Nymble. Nymble fell to the ground and gets burned. "Very well done", Katy complimented Ash. "Let's see you handle this! Nymble, yse Double Kick again!"
Nymble went for another Double Kick and kicked Fuecoco twice, knocking it down to the ground. "Fuecoco! Are you okay?!", Ash asked Fuecoco.
"Fue!"
"Alright then use Fire Spin!"
Fuecoco starts forming a Fire Spin around Nymble. Ash smirked due to enjoy the great advantage he has against a Bug Type with a Fire Type. "Use Flamethrower again!" Fuecoco spits out another Flamethrower at Nymble. "Dodge the attack and use Double Kick!" But Katy gave Nymble a strategic command. "What?", Ash gasped.
Nymble escapes the Fire Spin and dodges the Flamethrower. Another Double Kick hits Fuecoco, but this time critically. "Oh no!", Ash cried. Nemona wasn't liking how the battle was going one bit. "You can do it Ash! Just keep trying!", she cheered. Ash smiled that he was being supported by Nemona.
"Fuecoco, return.", He recalles Fuecoco. The he releases Pikachu out of his pokéball. "Pikachu, I choose you!"
"Pika-pika!"
Katy clapped her hands. "Oh my! Clever choice. But tell me something... Can your Pikachu handle this? Nymble, return!"
Ash and Pikachu we're getting serious. What Pokémon was Katy about to send out next? "Tarontula, go ahead and bug them!" She spawns in Tarontula.
"Tarontula! Taron!"
"Tarontula? I've seen those before too." Nemona scans Tarontula.
Tarontula, the String Ball Pokémon. A Bug Type. The sphereical threads strength is unknown and is still being researched. It is the enemy of Scyther the Scythe Pokémon.
"Alright, Pikachu, Use Electro Ball!"
"Pika-pika-pika-pikaaaa!!!"
"Flick it away with Assurance!", says Katy.
Tarontula knocks it back with Assurance.
"Now use Iron Tail!"
"Pika-Pi!!!"
"Bug bite!!!"
Pikachu swings his Iron Tail at Tarontula but Tarontula grabs it with Bug Bite. Tarontula swings Pikachu and then flings him up the sky. Ash smirked again. It was over for Tarontula. "Use Electro Ball!", he said.
Pikachu somersaulted and flung a Electro Ball at Tarontula. "Wrap it up with Iron Tail!"
Pikachu swings an Iron Tail at Tarontula. Tarontula gets knocked to a fence panel and faints. This overwhelmed Katy for sure. "Oh my! Looks like you took out my first Pokémon. Tarontula return." She recalls her fainted Tarontula.
"YAY!", Ash yelled.
Nemona was gushing over Ash winning.
Wow! He's so amazing! He'll be even stronger as I am soon.
Katy sent Nymble back out. "Go, Nymble!"
"Nymble!"
Pikachu stood his ground. "Get ready Pikachu!", said Ash.
"Use Double Kick!", Katy commanded.
"Iron Tail!"
Pikachu's Iron Tail and Nymble's Double Kick clashed. Ash then gives the command to Pikachu first. "Use Thunderbolt!" Pikachu went for Thunderbolt and it did a super effective hit on Nymble. Nymble gets damaged still from fhe burn of Fuecoco.
"Quick Attack!", Ash said. "Hurry, use Struggle Bug!", Katy said. Pikachu goes for a lightning fast Quick Attack and it hits Nymble. Nymble fainted. Katy was not expecting to lose two Pokémon in a row and have Ash continue with his three Pokémon in battle. "Nymble, return." Katy recalls Nymble. "Oh dear... down to my last Pokémon. Go Teddiursa!" Katy brings out Teddiursa.
"Tedd!"
Katy brings out a Tera Orb. "It's time to show you the true power of a bug."
"Be ready Pikachu."
Katy activates the Tera Orb. She then Terastrializes Teddiursa, giving it a Bug Type Tera Form.
Nemona feels like there is hope for Ash, even if a Tera Form in Teddiursa is activate. She clenched her fist, as in believing in Ash.
"Teddiursa, use Fury Swipes."
"TEEDDIII!!"
Teddiursa lunges at Pikachu.
"Use Iron Tail, quick!"
Pikachu's Iron Tail and Teddiursa's Fury Swipes clash with each other while using their move multiple times. Pikachu swings an Iron Tail at Teddiursa, but Teddiursa dodges it quickly which has Pikachu and his Iron Tail hitting the ground.
"Use Fury Cutter!", Katy yelled.
Teddiursa has it's Bug Type crystal sprinkle and strikes a Fury Cutter attack on Pikachu.
Ash decides to do the one thing that'll help him win. "Are you ready, Pikachu?", he asked Pikachu while taking out a Tera Orb.
Pikachu wagged his tail excitingly. Ash activates the Tera Orb and throws it into Pikachu. "TERASTRIALIZE!!!"
Pikachu is Terastrialized in Electric Tera Form.
Katy saw the battle readiness in Ash's eyes. "You really have a way with Terastrializing your Pokémon, don't you?"
"I do. And I'm going to become champion of the Paldea Region!"
"Will see how far you get. Use Fury Swipes!"
Pikachu is standing m there watching Teddiursa jump up and attack him with Fury Swipes. "Use Iron Tail!"
But Ash wasn't going to let that happen to Pikachu and Pikachu strikes an Iron Tail at Teddiursa, flinging him away with damage.
"It's not over! Use Fury Cutter!", said Katy.
Teddiursa hits Pikachu with multiple Fury Cutters. "Pikachu, no!!", Ash cried out.
Pikachu gets knocked out with one more Fury Cutter. But he stands back up on his feet. Ash was relieved that Pikchu could still keep going. "Use Electro Web!"
Pikachu went for an Electro Web. Teddiursa was trapped.
"Now use Thunderbolt!!!"
"PIIIKKKAAACCHHHUUUU!!!"
Pikachu zapped a huge Thunderbolt at Teddiursa, causing its Bug Type Tera Form to break and shatter and it faints.
Ash could not believe what just happened. He beams at Teddiursa laying on the ground. Nemona and the audiences who watched applauded for Ash. "Yeah! Way to go Ash Ketchum! Yyyaaayyy!!"
Pikachu's Tera Form wore off and he runs to hug Ash. "Pika-Pika!" Ash hugs Pikachu back. "You did it Pikachu! You won!"
Katy walked towards Ash to congratulate him. "Well done, Mr.Ketchum. You've finally beat me."
"It was a blast battling you! I can't believe I even won!"
"I'm glad. And for the strength and courage of beating me, I would like to present to you with this..." Katy pulls out her Gym Badge. "Woah! I Gym Badge!" Ash takes it.
"Alright! We won our first Gym Battle!"
Katy softly smiled at Ash. She never seen such a happy go lucky Trainer before. "Why don't we celebrate with those desserts I promised!"
"That would be—" But Nemona calls Ash over for something important. "ASH! We have a situation!"
"Nevermind! Maybe another time!" Ash runs to exit the arena. "Okay, whenever your ready, you know where to find me!", says Katy, waving goodbye to Ash.
Ash is outside of the Cortondo Gym. Nemona walks pver to Ash. "Okay, first off, that was a great battle! Keep it up and you'll even be strong enough to fight some sense towards Liko."
Ash thanks Nemona. "I appreciate your support! But anyway, what's the situation?"
"Our friends Juliana and Florian detected a disturbance at East Province (Area One). We need to see what's happening ASAP."
Ash adjusted his hat confidentiality and said, "Then what are we waiting for! Let's go. Winged King! Let's ride!"
Winged King jogs over and stops by Nemona and Ash. The two Trainers hop onto Winged King. The scarlet creature then starts taking them to the location, sprinting with speed. Once the make it, they see Juliana and Florian standing near a blocked gate with flaming decorations on it.
"Juliana! Florian! Is everything okay?", Ash asked them.
"Nope.", Juliana answered. "We're trying to figure out what is going on before we decide to go in there. It seems like there's this group called Team Star."
"Team Star?! Who are these "Team Star" people? We never heard of them.", said Nemona.
The someone appeared. "Hello, dear friends. I can help with all of this Team Star ruckus. Also, the name is Clive."
Ash looked at Clive with an awkwardly look on his face. Who is this guy, and how did he find them? "You look familiar... Do I know you from somewhere?"
Clive was nervously sweating a bit. "What! No! Why would you ever think that...?! I'm just an... uh... I Anti Team Star Agent! Yeah that!"
Ash pokédex starts ringing so he answers. "Hello? Who is this?"
"This is Cassiopeia. And I'm your guide to stopping the Team Star corruption. That includes you being a member of Operation Starfall."
Ash was confused and had questions regarding all of this Starfall stuff. "This is all very confusing!"
Clive groomed his hair. "Perhaps letting me join in this operation will suffice?", said Clive.
"Who the heck are you?"
Clive introduced himself to Cassiopeia. "The name is Clive. And I'm here to help the winning team."
"Okay. Your in. Just remember that this is a serious mission. This is something you shouldn't be having fun with."
"I'm well aware.", Clive assured. "Perhaps once we take down all of the members of Team Star, we can finally find out who's behind all of this."
"... Behind... all of this...?! Uhm..." Cassiopeia hesitates for a second for some strange reason. "Sorry. I spaced out for a second. Good luck taking down the first member, Ash. Paldea is counting on you."
Ash was about to start not start trusting this Cassiopeia person because of how they knew his name and the voice is familiar too. "Wait! Your voice is familiar Cassiopeia. I just can't put my finger on it."
"Oh stop worrying about me you dork!!! I mean, hey, see you around and I wish you luck!"
Cassiopeia hangs up.
"What was that all about?", Florian asks.
"I do not know, but what ever it is, it's all rather confusing for now."
Juliana had her suspicions about Cassiopeia. "If it were to be anyone and I mean anyone at all, it must be someone we know from Naranja Academy."
"It can't be Liko.", Ash pointed out.
"Yeah!", Nemona agreed. "She's a different story."
"So we've heard from Arven...", Florian replied.
"Wait a minute... Penny mentioned Team Star! You don't think it's her do you?!", said Ash.
Clive had to stop all of these what ifs. "Oh calm yourselves, children! Maybe Penny is apart of Operation Starfall as well. I mean think about. What if Penny was keeping this a secret so that way she was protecting you all?"
Ash, Nemona, Juliana, and Florian were convinced. There's no way Penny set them up. "Clive is right. That story fits. It seems like Penny is really such a good friend to us you guys!", Nemona proclaims. "How sweet of her!!! Aaww!!"
Juliana grimaced. "That story checks out for now I guess. But I don't like it.", Juliana muttered. She still had her suspicions on who is behind all of this. "I'm going to have to see you guys as suspects for a bit until we figure this out."
Ash starts worrying for Juliana. He calms her down from thinking to much of the secret Cassiopeia person. "Hey. Your just being paranoid. I promise, once we end this Team Star stuff, will definitely find our caper. Just don't let it get into your head much."
Juliana nodded. "Okie dokie. As long as your sure of it, I'll cool it with the suspicions for a while. Now let's end this." Juliana lends out her hand to Ash.
Ash and Juliana shook hands firmly.
"Time to kick some stary butt!", Nemona yelled.
The gang walks to the entrance and Ash presses the button.
*BEEP*
You have entered Team Star territory. Prove your worth to succeed by taking out as many Pokémon as you can. Good luck. Your gonna need it.
Ash was Florian and Clive was scared sensless. But they others were ready for their Pokémon to help them win the fight. As the gate opens, everyone passes through. As they stop in a flat field, another announcement sounds off.
POKÉMON, ATTACK!
Random Pokémon, Smolivs, Woopers, and Klawfs run towards the Trainer's. Clive screams at the top of his lungs. "AAAHHH!!! We're all gonna die!"
Juliana smacks Clive back and fourth across the face. "Keep it together man!!!" This gave Clive confidence to suck it up and face his fear. Clive then searches through his own pockets and brings out his pokéball. "I got my Quaquaval ready! Go go go!" Clive sends out his Quaquaval.
Qua-Quaqua!"
Ash sent out Pikachu. "Pikachu, I choose you!"
"PIKA PI!"
Juliana sent out her Tinkaton. "Prepare yourself, Tinkaton!"
"Tinka! Tinka-to!"
Florian sends out his Charizard. "Go Charizard!"
"ZZZOOOAARRRDDD!!!"
Nemona brought her Rockruff to the fight. "I believe in your Rockruff!"
"Rock-Rrrruuu!"
Ash looks at everyone elses Pokémon. Ash didn't know most of the Trainers would already have fully evolved Pokémon already. He mostly admired the new Pokémon and says their names. "Quaquaval! Tinkatink! Those looks so epic!"
Juliana blushed a little over Ash's supporting her trained Pokémon. "D'aw! Thanks! I caught this Pokémon as a Tinkatink when I was little."
Clive bragged about his Pokémon at Juliana. "It seems that your Tinkaton needs more beauty than my Quaquaval because look at it. Beautiful feathers and everything!"
Juliana reacted with a scowl. "Hahaha, very funny.", she then says in sarcasm.
The announcement comes back online another time.
And one more thing. Your Pokémon should learn to freestyle battle. But if you want, feel free to still give them commands.
Nemona liked were this was going. "Well if that's the case, then give it your all Rockruff!"
"Ready Pikachu?!"
"Pi-pika!"
All of the Pokémon attack the enemy Pokémon.
Pikachu spins around forming an electric whirl using Tunderbolt. Some of the enemy Pokemon are zapped. Rockruff formulates Double Team and hits the enemy Pokémon with Rock Tomb. Tinkaton bashes the enemies with Gigaton Hammer. Charizard Dragon Claws them and hits them with Fire Blast. And Quaquaval Close Combats and Aqua Steps.
While the team's Pokémon we're winning the fight, Ash wants to scan Tinkaton and Quaquaval through his pokédex.
Quaquaval, the Dancer Pokémon. A Water and Fighting Type.It's water decorated feathers are used as weapons to slice its opponents down. This Pokémon is also a talented dancer and is performance companion for Fuecoco's third evolution, Skeledirge, the Singer Pokémon.
Tinkaton, the Hammer Pokémon. A Fairy and Steel Type. And the final evolved form of Tinkatink. It's hammer is said to weigh at least 220 pounds. If you have a Corvikinght, the Pokémon from the Galar Region, however, proceed with caution as those Pokémon are Tinkaton's rivals.
All of the enemy Pokémon have been taking out one by one, and there are none left.
"Awesome!", said Ash.
"YAY!", Florian and Juliana yelled.
Ash and Nemona gave everyone high fives.
A huge rumble is heard. Something big was coming this way. It looked like a giant red object with an eye on it, and there was a lady in flame designed clothes standing on top of the object.
Nemona was concerned and was about to freak out from what she is staring at. What is that and why is that a thing? "WHAT IS THAT NOW?!"
"A Revavroom. But it looks like that lady up there must've upgraded it to something terrible", answered Juliana.
"A Revavroom.", Ash repeats. He scans Revavroom with his pokédex.
Revavroom, the Multi-Cyl Pokémon. A Steel and Poison Type. This Pokémon is the first ever creature to almost resemble a vehicle. It's cylinder-shaped mouth above its eye spray toxic gas, so be careful. It's pre evolution is Varoom.
The lady walks up to the platform she is standing on above the giant red Revavroom. "Who are you so called "heroes"? State your business here?"
"We're here to ask you the same thing.", Clive says in curiosity.
"I'm Mela. One of the members of Team Star. And you fools made a flaming hot mistake for trespassin'. It's time I put you all out of your miseries", said Mela menacingly.
"Well that's just not going to happen!", Ash says heroically. "We're taking you down once and for all!"
The rest of his team yelled "TOGETHER!!" And then all of them prepare for a Pokémom Battle. Their Pokémon are prepared as well.
"So be it... Torkoal, teach them a lesson!" Mela brought out her Pokémon, Torkoal.
"Tor-Koa-Koal!"
"Now use Flame Wheel!"
A Flame Wheeling Torkoal goes after Pikachu.
"Oh no you don't! Pikachu, jump up and use Electro Web!", Ash commanded.
Pikachu jumps up, dodging the Flame Wheel. And he drops an Electro Web on Torkoal. Torkoal tries escape, but gets itself zapped by the webs of electricity.
"Use Gigaton Hammer!", Juliana told Tinkaton. Tinkaton lunges and bashes Torkoal in the head aggressively with its hammer. The Electro Web disappears and Torkoal has fainted. "Good work Pikachu!", said Ash. "You too, Tinkaton!", said Juliana.
Mela was angered. She growled and recalled . "I have had it with you trespassers ruinin' my territory! REVAVROOM, USE BLAZING TORQUE!"
The giant Revavroom began its attack with Blazing Torque. The gang panicked. "Everyone look out!", Clive yells. Everyone dodges the Revavroom. Ash and Pikachu tucked and rolled and stuck the landing. "Pikachu, return.", Ash tells Pikachu. "Pika-pi!", Pikachu responds. Ash recalls Pikachu. "Wooper, I choose you!" He then sends out Wooper. "Woop! Wooper!"
Ash and Wooper steps up against Mela. "Hey! Mela!" Her and the Revavroom turn around to Ash. "This ends now!" Ash sends out a Tera Orb. He Terastrializes Wooper. "Terastrialize!!!" Wooper is Terastrialized through a Ground Type Tera Form.
"Good thinking, Ash!", said Nemona. Her and everyone else Terastrializes their Pokémon. Rockruff has a Rock Type Tera Form, Quaquaval has a Water Type Tera Form, Tinkaton has a Steel Type Tera Form, and Charizard has a Dragon Type Tera Form.
Mela was starting to get worried. "Testrial powers?! But how??!! Who are you?!"
Ash and the team smile as they are ready to answer that question. They all shout, "Together we are... OEPERATION STARFALL!!!"
"Wooper, use Mud Shot!"
"Rockruff, use Stone Edge!"
"Tinkaton, use Flash Cannon!"
"Quaquaval, use Aqua Step!"
"Charizard, use Dragon Claw!"
All of the Pokémon used their attacks and fired them at Revavroom. The Revavroom gets damaged completely. It flops to the ground. But then it gets back up and staggers. "Are you kidding me?", Ash said, looking annoyed.
"I WILL INCINERATE ALL OF YOU! REVAVROOM, USE BLAZING TORQUE!!!", Mela exclaimed. Revavroom charges at them with another Blazing Torque.
Wooper starts to glowing. Everyone including Ash looks at Wooper. "My Wooper. It's evolving." Wooper evolves. It evolved into a Paldean Quagsire. But that wasn't its actual name. "Clodsire! Clod!" It called itself Clodsire. Clodsire charges at Revavroom and then it stops. It the uses Earthquake without being given any commands. The ground starts shaking. Mela stars panicking and jumps out of the Revavroom. The Earthquake the causes the giant Revavroom to explode, causing a huge explosion. The shockwave of the explosion pushes Mela to the ground, making her tumble and fall to the ground.
The gang was mindblowned and flabbergasted of what just happened. "Uhm, sis? I think we just killed an upgraded Revavroom.", said Florian. "You think?", Juliana replied.
Nemona runs over to Ash and gives him a suprise hug. "Oh Ash! Good job! Your Paldea Wooper evolved into Clodsire! How did it even do that?!"
"I don't know. But it's best to research what Clodsire is." He runs a scan on his Clodsire with his pokédex.
Clodsire, the Spiny Fish Pokémon. A Ground and Poison Type. If feeling threatened, this Pokémon will pull out spines from its body. The spines are said to be poisonous.
Ash walks over to Clodsire. "Well, buddy. I'm glad you evolved. This is amazing!"
"Clod!"
"Now return!", Ash recalls Clodsire.
Mela starts coughing and slowly gets up. The gang run up to her and surround her. They slowly walk up to her, as if they are ready to prepare an interrogation. "Alright, start talking! Why did you join Team Star?! And what's with the upgraded Revavroom?!", Nemona asks seriously.
"Okay! Okay! Stop! I'll tell you... I joined the clun because things were bleak at Naranja Academy. We we're bullied at that place. We kind of became criminals since then. One of our members built Starmobiles for us. Which was intended to intimidate people. Or more specifically what you call, Revavrooms as upgraded."
Ash was starting to sense a pattern, but what he was thinking doesn't add up.
Wait. This isn't Liko's doing. But it has to be someone elses. Something is not right here.
He then decides to ask Mela a very important question. "What made you guys decide to go this route?"
Mela was surprised that Ash would ask a smart question as to why Team Star exists. "Us and our boss, Cassiopeia, we're doing this for inspiration. Someone inspired us to fight back against bullies. We decided to empathize with that Liko character. We felt bad for her problematic troubles. And Cassiopeia and us, Team Star, wanted to start attackin' around Paldea so that one day, we can have Liko unite with us to be our newer leader. She's our biggest inspiration fan we must say."
Ash and Nemona we're in shock. "Oh my Arceus, Nemona! Liko isn't Cassiopeia but someone else is!!!"
"Yeah! And she was just an inspiration for Cassiopeia and Team Star to exist!", Nemona agreed in distress.
"Anyway, I burned through everythin' and now I've sputtered out", Mela continued. "I guess this where it ends." She walks up to Ash. "You and your Clodsire of yours really let us have it. Beatin' me in battle is a huge deal. So I'll be rewardin' you with my Star Badge." She gives her Star Badge to Ash.
Ash was enlightened to be rewarded with a Star Badge. "Thanks Mela! I will definitely keep this badge!"
"Your welcome.", said Mela. "You earned it fair and square. I'm so sorry for causin' trouble. With you and your team, the rest of Team Star might have to disband for good and learn to change their ways. I just know you guys are tryin' your hardest to do the same for Liko."
Ash was saddened for a minute because he's now even more worried about Liko.
"Perhaps there is a Pokémon I'd like you to see, Mela.", said Clive. "Come on out Charcadet."
Charcadet sprints up next to Clive.
"A Charcadet? Wha-?"
"CHAR!"
Mela looks more closely at the Charcadet. "Charlos! I remember you! What brings you here?"
"He came to the base, searching for you", said Clive.
"You nicknamed it Charlos? How neat.", says Ash.
"CHARCA CHAR!"
"Me and this Pokémon you to play together when I was still in school.
Clive looks down to Charcadet. "Is there a reason why he arrives to you?", he asked.
Mela's lips curved into a wonderful smile. "It was to see me again. And he wants me to come back. I guess I never thought about returning after everythin' I've... Well... We've done. But me and Charlos are going to get going."
"It was nice meeting you, Mela!", Nemona said.
"Nice meeting you all as well. I wish you all the best of luck. Come on, Charlos! Let's go."
Everyone says "goodbye!" to Mela and Charlos.
"We should leave too! We it's almost time for the Anniversary of Koriadon and Miraidon!", Juliana says.
"See you folks around for another Team Star adventure!", said Florian.
The two wave goodbye to Ash, Nemona, and Clive while leaving the base.
"I think for now our work here is done. But there are four more Team Star members to deal with. See you next time, friends.", says Clive.
Nemona was a bit worried for Clive's safety.
"Hey Clive! Be careful out there!"
"Oh don't worry. I'll be on the lookout. There's no telling we're the rest of the Team Star members are hiding. As Team Star would say, hasta la vistar."
Clive marches away without another word.
"Incoming call from Cassiopeia." Ash Rotom Phone was ringing.
"Hi, Cassiopeia!"
"Hello there, Ash! You defeated Mela! Seems she no longer holds her Team Star badge. She gave that to you did she?"
Ash scratches his head and nodded. "Yeah. She did."
"I see. The name of her Team Star squad was the Schedar Squad. But they weren't there for some reason. I guess they went to go wait for that Anniversary that starts in 30 minutes. And her Schedar Starmobile was also destroyed. I guess she's going to have to break the news to her squad. Seems there won't be a boss to lead them for long."
Then there was a silence from the Rotom Phone. "... ... Oh Mela." Cassiopeia was acting suspicious again.
Nemona waves at the screen. "Hey, Cassiopeia?! Are you alright?"
"Sorry! I spaced out again! Or should I say I got caught up in the moment for a second. Anyway, see you for the next Team Star member. I got to go report this... or err... something... goodbye!"
Cassiopeia hangs up the call.
"This is still confusing", said Ash.
"I was hoping you'd say that again", Nemona replied.
Penny walked over to Ash and Nemona.
"Hi Ash! Hi Nemona! You guys ready to go? Everyone is going to be there at Levencia and it's almost the evening! This should be fun!"
Ash and Nemona get extremely excited. "You bet we are!", yelled Nemona im excitment.
"Oh, that's good." Penny looks at Ash. "I saw your battle against Team Star! Your so cool!"
Ash put his hands on his hips in confidence. "That's right! You know, it's not always easy. But with the help of my friends, there's nothing we can't do. Also, you don't happen to know about what's really going on, do you?"
"Wha—?! No! Why would you think that—?! I mean—!" Penny was hesitating to give Ash an honest answer but answers it anyway. "Let's just say, I couldn't just let this secret out for long. If you guys got put in danger, I don't know what I'd do."
Ash puts his hands on Penny's shoulders. "Aw! Penny! I'm glad you're trying to protect us! But just tell us next time okay? Your our friend too, ya know?" They both look at each other with blank stares. Ash blushed at Penny. Penny blushed a bit too. Nemona gets a tad bit tempered of jealousy. She is supposed to love Ash, not Penny.
She's stealing my Ash away from me??!! Who does Penny think she is??!!
Ash and Penny's eyes blinked. They both giggled with a grin. Ash stroked the back of his neck and Penny gently touched her hair a bit. "We should get going. I got my Koraidon, so we can go for a ride on the Pokémon!"
"Korai- what?"
"KOORR!"
Penny was scared speechless when Koraidon popped up out of nowhere. "Oh my! That's a nice Pokémon you have there, Ash!"
Ash scratched and massaged Koraidon's chin. Koraidon was stomping its foot like a dog, enjoying the massages. "Nah, don't worry. He's friendly. He saved me and Arven from the Stony Cliff Titan, Klawf."
Penny adjusted her glasses while feeling relieved. "Good to know. Hehehe..."
Ash hops on to Koraidon. Ash lended his hand out to Penny. She grabs his hand and jumps in as well, sitting behind him. While doing so , she holds on to Ash. Nemona also jumps on Koraidon sitting behind Penny.
"Alright Koraidon! To Levencia!"
"Koorraaiii!!"
They all head to Levencia for the Anniversy Party
Back at Naranja Academy.
Clavell was just sitting at his desk in his office. He sighed. "Phew! What an adventure."
"What adventure?", Ms.Briar asks out of nowhere.
"Oh! Ms.Briar! I was just dealing with Team Star for someone."
"Is that why you're wearing that hairdo? It looks rather handsome on you", she says in a nice manner.
Clavell was embarrassed but also a bit flattered.
"Well you can explain later. Have you seen Liko lately?"
"She's at that Anniversary Party by now if I'm not mistaken.", Clavell recalled.
"Well that's nice. I was just asking because well... I worry for her sometimes."
"Same here.", said Clavell in agreement while typing on his computer. "Ever since what happened at Area Zero, the reason why she goes there when not allowed, it seems like she's connected to the place somehow. Just like Arven and his parents."
"That's why after she told Mr.Jacq her goal, which was catching Arceus, I gave her something to fulfill that dream at least."
Clavell was a bit concerned what that means. "You gave her what, exactly?"
"An Arc Phone. Arceus created it for her and gifted it to her. And once she caught all 5 Pokémon, now matter Mythical or Legendary, she can contact Arceus as her sixth catch."
Clavell looked into the computer. "Followed by her pendant then...?" He turns the computer to show Ms.Briar what he discovered. "Terapagos is connected to the pendant to protect her."
Ms.Briar was amazed of what she's looking into. "Our student isn't just a Trainer, she's a hero! The Chosen One! My that child be praised!"
Clavell smiled. "If she's doing what I think she's doing, she can be everyone's hero. Looking at the picture, this ancient art on the wall is a prophecy of a Chosen One who claims the pendant. But what do these colorful markings mean?"
Ms.Briar looks closely at the markings around the ancient art on the computer screen. One color resembles deep-blue, another resembles indigo, another resembles red-orange and greenish-blue with a purple crystal painted on top of it, another resembles the color of silver-white and blue, and the fifth color resembles a really white color, and they're are all circled around the painting of Arceus.
"These markings must mean on thing.", said Ms.Briar. "Terapagos, Lunala, any form of Deoxys, Lugia, and of course a Mew! My-my! Look at this!"
Clavell looks at the markings as well. He was fascinated by the paintings of the prophecy. "Wow..."
Ms.Briar gets anxious about this. "I must report this to Geeta and Rika right away! They'll be so proud of Liko as we are! This is all good news! I look forward to Liko accomplishing her path! See you around, Director Clavell!" Ms.Briar rushes out of the office.
Clavell chuckled. He turns around to take a look at the picture of the prophecy again. "Ah. If only Liko's friends could see her now."
Nighttime at Levencia. Koraidon and Miraidon Anniversary Party.
Ash, Nemona, and Penny made it to Levencia. Arven also arrives.
"Arven! You made it!", says Ash.
"Can you believe this party?! It's awesome! Let's go eat something while we wait for Iono to begin the show!", said Arven.
"Yeah, we could eat.", Penny agreed.
Ash, Nemona, Penny, and Arven go to a restaurant.
Liko, Roy, and Dot hide behind a lamp post looking at Ash and his friends. "Okay! The cost is clear.", said Liko in relief.
"Now they won't bother us!", said Roy.
"Let's go do the Pokémon Battle fight challenge! I can't wait to bet lots of money!", yelled Dot in excitement.
"Just glad it's no longer illegal."
"I know! It's only illegal to evil organizations now!"
Liko, Roy, and Dot walk over to the Levencia Pokémon Arena that's shaped like a pokéball and looks like a half bridge.
At the restaurant, Ash and Arven we're eating ramen while having conversations and making jokes. "Why do they call the Pokémon Porygon? Because it has Pory-gonal shapes!", Ash joked. Arven laughed at Ash hilarious joke. "Where do you get these awesome jokes at, buddy?", Arven asks. "Oh. It's something that I do to make people laugh." Arven was charmed by Ash response. "My parents always cheered me up with jokes. But yours really made my day."
Penny and Nemona we're waiting for their food. Penny was staring at Ash, admiring him. Nemona pokes Penny on the shoulder. "Hey! Why are you making googly eyes at Ash?", she asks Penny in jealousy. Penny sneered at Nemona's comment. "Your Ash. Yeah right. He's mine!"
Nemona gasped dramatically. "You idiot! I liked him way before you did! Which means I saw him first!" Penny pokes at Nemona's chest hardly while speaking to her in a rude tone. "No, I saw him first, Nemona. And he's a kind and gentle person like I am! So back off!" Nemona gets close to Penny's face angrily. "I like him because we both like Pokémon battles! So you back off!"
Ash and Arven watch the girls fight. Ash was feeling akward about this. "What's their deal?" Arven thought something awry is going on. "I dunno..." Arven then decides to cheer up Ash to get his mind off of it. But let's go watch the Pokémon Battle challenges. I hear people are doing lots of good betting on Pokémon fights!"
Ash raised up his fists with joy! "Awesomeness! Can't wait to see who wins!" The boys put down a tip for paying before they leave.
Meanwhile, both Nemona and Penny argue continuously. "I saw you making googly eyes with him back at the Team Star base!", Nemona yelled. "He looked so darn cute! He looked like he adorably loves me! And to be honest, I love him for that.", Penny said calmly. "I was this close to telling him how I feel, amd your stealing him!", Nemona complained.
"Well did you?! I don't think you did!", Penny said with contempt. She then asks Nemona, "Can't we just share Ash already?!" Nemona scoffs. "Heck no! Your only going to hog him for years! I know your tricks!" Penny banged the table. "YOUR SUCH A JERK! YOU NOW THAT?!", Penny barked at Nemona. "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW MY LIFE! YOUR THE ONE WHO'S THE JERK AROUND HERE!", Nemona screamed. They're petty arguments are causing a scene with civilians within the restaurant. Penny and Nemona calm down a bit and decide to leave the restaurant. "I'm going to go cool off...", said Penny. She walked to the right side of the exit. "Good riddance", said Nemona rudely. Nemona goes to the left side of the exit.
Arven and Ash walk up to the battle arena stage. They see Iono on stage ready to announce the next battle. "Are you folks ready for another volunteer?!", Iono shouted.
The crowd went wild. Everyone applauded. "Alrighty then, our first volunteer is...!"
Ash and Arven were excited to see who it was. "Come on... who is it...?!"
"Give it up for LLIIIIKKKOOOO!!!"
Ash and Arven we're uneased the moment they heard Liko's name. Liko walks up to the stage. She takes a bow to the audience. "Thank you! Thank you so much! I appreciate all of you.", Liko says with a charming look.
"Now we just need a volunteer from the audience!"
Ash wasn't going to back down from Liko any longer. He wants to prove himself to her in a Pokémon Battle. He raises his hand. Everyone turns around and looks at Ash raising his hand. "I will!!!", Ash hollered.
Liko felt bothered but decided to shrug it off with conviction. She was waiting for a battle with the legendary Ash Ketchum.
Arven was skeptical about this for a second. "Ash! Are you sure?! This might be out of the question! I don't like this..."
Ash got momentous about this. "Arven, this is serious! I want to show Liko the Pokémon Master way. She needs to learn and she needs help! We have to end this, once and for all."
Arven concurred with what Ash was saying. He sighed deeply. "Your right. This has to end with a battle."
"Wish me luck.", Ash told Arven. Ash runs around the arena to make an entrance to it and the stage. Ash walks up to Liko. "Alrighty then folks, let's get this show on the road!", Iono announced. She left Ash and Liko alone so they can prepare for a Pokemon Battle. Liko gives Ash a sinister look. "To Pokémon Masters striving to become a god. You stand no chance, Ash." Ash begged to differ. "Liko. Please. We can talk things out. I know you've been bullied and something happen to your grandma Diana, but we can get you help. Your not mentally okay and—"
Liko makes an nefarious cackle. She then starts talking in a logic manner about herself. "You really don't get it do you? I understand that you see me as the villain. But I'm actually the hero here. So if you we're to call me something, call me something that people would use in this term... for now... I'm an Anti-Hero from you and Arven's perspective." She makes another maniacal laughter.
Ash starts getting afraid for Liko and what she's saying. He looked like he was about to start crying in tears. But he held them back. "Liko...! An Anti-Hero? Do you here yourself right now?! This is exactly why you need help! You need fo turn from that into an actual hero! And I'm not leaving you until you get help!"
Liko continued to deny Ash's words. She rolled her eyes, getting impatient. "Yeah, listen, people are wanting us to battle so let's start the bettings here. Liko has unlocked another thought process she had in mind. "And maybe a more mental bet too actually..."
Ash blinked twice. "What...?"
"If I win. You have to prove that I'm the strongest Pokémon Master. If you win, I'll do the same for you."
Ash accepted Liko's deal by lending out his hand. "Deal!"
Ash and Liko shook hands. Roy and Dot hopped around excitment. Arven shook his head and was frightened. "Ash. No. No no no no. What have you done...?"
Ash and Liko positioned themselves in a Pokémon battle.
"Go, Samurott!" Liko sends out a Samurott which appears to have black and red coloring of its shell on its head and legs with red claws.
"Sam! Samur!"
Liko boasted and bragged at Ash. "How do you like me now?! I got this Samurott from a different timeline! I guess I'm a strong Trainer with a Pokémon like this! Pretty cool huh?"
Ash had a loss for words. But he did question to himself what Liko just caught. "Hey, pokédex! What kind of Samurott is that?!" He scans the Samurott with his pokédex.
This is called Hisuian Samurott, a Dark and Water Type. It's origin is unknown since its from a Hisuian timeline. Therefore this Pokémon is bound to be from another dimension. Unfortunately, information is unknown.
Ash facepalms. "Okay... uh... Pikachu, I choose you!" He sends out Pikachu. "Pika-pika!"
Liko snickered and looked smug. She mocks Ash and Pikachu. "You really think your pathetic Pikachu is going to win for you? Against a Dark and Water Type?"
Ash snapped a bit at Liko. "Stop it! Your going to give it up somehow! I know it! Pikachu, use Iron Tail!"
Pikachu jumps and gets ready to swing his Iron Tail at Hisuian Samurott. "Use Ceaseless Edge!", said Liko.
Hisuian Samurott jumped up to Pikachu and starts slicing him up with its shell blades.
"PIKACHU!", Ash shrieked. The crowd screamed in excitement and cheered on for Liko.
After the last strike of its shell blade from Ceaseless Edge, Pikachu flipped and fell to the ground rapidly.
"Are you Pikachu?! Please get up! Please!", Ash begged in fear. Pikachu slowly gets back up. But some slicing sorcery scratches Pikachu. "Oh my gosh! What happened Pikachu?!" The pokédex requested to answer for Ash.
That is a damaging effect called shell splinters. They last for only several turns during battle from a move called Ceaseless Edge.
Liko laughs and pokes fun at Ash. "You should've seen your face! Hahaha! So hilarious!" She wipes a tear from the laughter she's been doing. "Alright, end this with another Ceaseless Edge." Hisuian Samurott goes for another Ceaseless Edge.
"DODGE IT!!!", yelled Ash. Pikachu dodges multiple attacks of Ceaseless Edge. "Electro Ball, let's go!" Pikachu flings an Electro Ball at Hisuian Samurott.
"Woah! You okay Samurott?!"
"Sam-sam!"
More blade splinters weaken Pikachu. Ash was afraid to lose. He doesn't know what to do. "Pikachu, I know it hurts, but please, hang on!" Pikachu staggered. "Pi-kkka...!"
Liko was having to much fun that she shakes her head and gives Hisuian Samurott the commands rapidly. "Ooohhh! Ceaseless Edge! Ceaseless Edge! Ceaseless Edge!" The Hisuian Samurott does its best to hold its laughter even those it's happy it's Trainer is enjoying herself. It goes for another round of Ceaseless Edge, menacingly charging at Pikachu with its shell blades.
"Use Iron Tail!"
Pikachu's Iron Tail and Hisuian Samurott's Ceaseless Edge clash in combat with each other. Multiple clashes start going in a speedy pace. Eventually, one clash has Hisuian Samurott's shell blade toss Pikachu up the sky.
"Thunderbolt, go!"
"Ppiikkkaaaccchhuuuu!!!!"
Hisuian Samurott gets zapped by Thunderbolt. It is now paralyzed.
"Samurott! No!" Liko growls at Ash.
"Don't look at me like that. You're going to regret ever messing with me.", Ash said in seriousness.
Liko stars getting more serious. "Enough games! Samurott, use Swords Dance!" Hisuian Samurott used Swords Dance. It's attack was raised. "Now use Aqua Jet!"
"Volt Tackle!", Ash yelped.
Pikachu and Hisuian Samurott charge at each other with their attacks.
"Ssssaaammuuurrrr!!!"
"Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika Pika!"
They both collide with their moves and an explosion knocks them back.
Both Pikachu and Hisuian Samurott are panting. They are both catching their breath before preparing for another attack. Pikachu falls down a bit.
"Samurott, finish it with Ceaseless Edge!" Hisuian Samurott uses Ceaseless Edge.
"Pikachu, dodge it!"
Pikachu gets back up quickly and dodges a shell blade.
"Now Iron Tail!"
Pikachu hits Hisuian Samurott with Iron Tail and its starts flipping over.
Liko cutely smiles evily. Ash gasps. "Go, Samurott!" Hisuian Samurott flips over and hits Pikachu with its shell blades in an X slicing technique. Pikachu gets flunged and fell to the ground. Pikachu has fainted.
Iono comes over to check on Pikachu. He doesn't seen to be getting back up. "Pikachu is unable to battle! Hisuian Samurott is the winner! So the victory goes to Liko!", Iono announced. "Hurray! We did it, Samurott!", Liko says, hugging Hisuian Samurott. The audience applauded for Liko.
"Samurott. Sam-sam."
Ash recalled Pikachu. He looked down at the ground. He started breathing angrily. "No... no... no...! NO!" Ash runs to Liko like he's about to hurt him. "THIS IS NOT HOW IT ENDS!!!"
"ASH WAIT!", Arven shouts to Ash. But then, two creatures land in front of Ash, blocking his way. It was the other Koraidon and Miraidon. "Woah.", said Ash.
Arven was standing there, dazzled to see the other versions of the legendary Pokémon of Area Zero. "It's the powerful versions of Koriadon and Miraidon." Arven starts recording them and taking pictures of them.
"That's amazing!", said Liko. "I'm honored to see these two. Miraidon and Koraidon look at Liko and start snuggling up on her. "Hey! That tickles!" Then they start snuggling up on Ash. "Woah! Hey!"
Everyone started saying, "Aaaawww!!", as it was adorable to see the legendaries bonding with the Trainers.
Suddenly, a Hot Air Balloon that resembles Meowth is on top of the stage. Ash, Liko, Iono, and the Legendaries look up. Arven saw it too. It was Team Rocket.
"Team Rocket?! Here now of all times?!", Ash questioned.
"Prepare for trouble! Will be taking those legendaries to go."
"And make it double. We're on a roll."
"To protect the world from devastation."
"To unite all people within our nation."
"To denounce the evils of truth and love."
"To extend our reach to the stars above."
"Jesse."
"James"
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light."
"Surrender now or prepare for a fight."
"Meowth, that's right!"
"Wobbuffet!"
"Yeah, I'm leaving...", Iono sprints away.
"Oh great, the team lackies. This is a waste of time.", said Liko with exasperation.
"Ah, twerp! We're do we begin?! It's been so long hasn't it?!", Meowth says in excitement.
"Yeah. It really has. I'm gonna be honest, I never missed you guys one bit", Ash said in a sassy voice.
Jesse and James felt sarcastically heartbroken. "That hurts, twerp. It really does.", says Jesse.
"What do you two want anyway?!"
"We are here to capture those two colorful legendaries!", James answered.
"Now you can hand them over, willingly, or will take them by force!", Meowth says menacingly.
Arven, Nemona, and Penny join in. "Oh no you don't! Koraidon and Miraidon aren't going anywhere with you!", Arven proclaims.
"Then you have left us no choice! Mimikyu! You know what to do!"
Mimikyu shows up. "Hhhellooo Llliikkoo!!! Rrreemmeebbeerr mmeee?!"
Liko gets irritated with Mimikyu returning. "Oh great. It's the ghostly ray of sunshine who stole my pendant before and is about to get his butt kicked again." Liko pounds and cracks her knuckles after saying that.
"OOOHHH HOW DARE YOU, CCHHIILLDD!!", Mimikyu says, getting offended.
"That's not all, we have two more Pokémon for ya!", says Meowth.
A dispenser machine sends out two pokéballs and Shiny Blastoise and Shiny Venasaur pop out of them. Jesse and James open up their cards. "I got Shiny Venasaur!", said Jesse. "I have Shiny Blastoise!", James claimed.
"Blast-iose Toise!"
"Venasaur!"
"Fuecoco, I chose you!", Ash says, sending out Fuecoco.
"Fueco!"
"Go Toedscruel!" Avren spawns his Toedscruel.
"Toed!"
"Go Rockruff!" Nemona sent out Rockruff.
"Rock-ru!"
"Go Jolteon!", Penny brought out her Jolteon.
"Jolt!!"
Ash was amazed by Toedscruel. "Wow! A Toedscruel?!" He scans Toedscruel.
Toedscruel, the Woodear Pokémon. A Ground and Grass Type. This Pokémon is capable of forming colonies but it dislikes people who get near them.
"Me and my Toedscruel go way back!", Arven added. "Isn't that right, buddy?"
"Toedscruel."
"Alright, Samurott, use Ceaseless Edge on Mimikyu!!", said Liko.
"Liko wait!", Ash and friends yelled.
Hisuian Samurott already starts slicing its blades at Mimikyu, causing it to faint. "Oooohh nnooo!! I'm mmmeelltttiinngg!!! Wwwhhaatttt aaaa wwoorrllldd!!! Wwhhaatt aaa wwoorrlldd!!"
"Did it just say, what a world?", Arven asks as he's about to start laughing.
Mimikyu's soul starts sneaking up on Hisiuan Samurott. It's soul attacks it. "Ssaammm!!"
Liko was shocked to see Hisuian Samurott getting attacked. "SAMUROTT NO!"
"Oooo! Big mistake!", Meowth taunted at Liko.
"Darn it. It was Destiny Bond. Samurott return." Liko was saddened and recalled her Hisuian Samurott.
"Let's put this to an end, shall we! Blastoise, use Hydro Cannon!"
James's Shiny Blastoise goes for Hyrdo Cannon. It blasts the Hydro water with it's cannon guns on its back. They are shot towards Rockruff. "Toedscruel! Knock it out with Power Whip!" Toedscruel wipes out Hydro Cannon with Power Whip and slams Shiny Blastoise with them.
"BBLLAASSTTIOO!!"
Shiny Blastiose immediately faints.
"Use Vine Whip!", yelled Jesse. Shiny Venasaur used Vine Whip on Toedscruel. "Oh no! Toedscruel!", Arven shouted. Toedscruel gets damaged after being slammed to the ground by Vine Whip.
"Use Pin Missile!", said Penny. Her Jolteon shoots at Shiny Venusaur with critcal super effective Pin Missiles.
Jesse gets tempered by that super effective move. "Venasaur, attack that Jolteon with Energy Ball!" Shiny Venasaur shoots an Energy Ball at Jolteon. Ash decides to protect Penny's Jolteon. "Fuecoco! Use Flamethrower!" Fuecoco used Flamethrower to wither away the Energy Ball and burn Shiny Venasaur. The Shiny Venusaur fainted.
Penny was adored by Ash and Fuecoco saving Jolteon. "Oh wow. Thanks Ash."
Ash winks at Penny. "Anytime." Penny blushed and looked away. Nemona crossed her arms and looked away. "Tch! Whatever.", she says in disbelief.
"We lost to this twerp again?! What can be worse than this!!!", yelled Meowth.
"When will you ever learn, Team Rocket? I always have new friends on new adventures, and I'm never giving up Pikachu!", said Ash.
"Oh boo hoo! Will be back stronger than ever!", says Jesse.
Ash smirks. "Wanna bet?"
the powerful Koraidon used Collision Course! And the powerful Miraidon used Electro Drift. They both take out Team Rocket and their Hot Air Balloon. "GGGAAAHHH!!"
"This is even worse than last time!", Meowth complained.
"Oh quit your whining, Meowth.", said James.
"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN!"
"WOBBUFFET!"
The civilians looked at Ash. "Hey! That kid saved us from Team Rocket!"
"It's Ash Ketchum! The Ash Ketchum!"
"Him and his friends saved us!"
"They're heroes!"
Liko runs up to smile and wave. "Hey! What about me?!"
"Let's give it up for Ash!", shouted Iono.
Everyone was cheering Ash name and cheering on for his friends. Liko was getting depressed. She walks away of embarrassment. Roy and Dot follow her.
Ash looks at Liko leaving. "Uhm, sorry, but we have to go!"
"Hey Ash!", Iono called out.
"Yeah?"
"Let me know when you want to battle sometime, okay?!"
Ash smiles at Iono. "Very well!", Ash waves goodbye at Iono. His friends follow him. Iono and the people of Levencia wave goodbye back. "Now who's ready for the meet and greet with Koraidon and Miraidon??!!" The crowd starts going crazy.
As Liko and her friends are walking, Ash wanted to talk to her. "Liko!"
Liko turned around and looked at Ash angrily. "What?"
"I want them to cheer for you too. You don't have to leave, okay?"
Liko snaps at Ash. "Don't play that card with me."
Ash gets startled by Liko's anger. "But Liko...!"
"DON'T!"
Ash sighed. "Look. I'm sorry. They—"
Liko finishes Ash sentence. "Only saw you as a hero because you defeated Team Rocket? Wow. Some person you are."
Ash was heartbroken to hear Liko's hurt voice. He started shedding tears. "You caused this anyway. It's something you have to learn. Please Liko. It didn't have to be this way.
Liko walks close up to Ash. "This isn't over. Ketchum.", she tells him in an ominous domineer. Liko sends out her Lunala. "Moon. Rise!" Her and her friends hop on Moon's back. "Thanks for nothing Ash!", Dot said rudely. "You guys are gonna regret this.", Roy proclaimed. Moon takes them for a ride up the sky. The three, including Moon, look back at Ash and friends with a disappointed look and flee into the sky.
Ash starts tearing up. "This is all my fault..." He hugs Arven tightly. Nemona and Penny feel horrible for Ash. "It's okay, Ash! It wasn't your fault. You we're just trying to help.", said Arven, comforting Ash.
"But how can we stop her and her friends if they won't listen??!!", Ash says in a shaky voice.
"Will find a way. We always do.", says Nemona.
"You helped us. And we helped you. And now we will find a way to help them.", said Penny.
Penny and Nemona join in the hug to comfort Ash.
At midnight, in the underground of Area Zero
Liko walks up to the Area Zero entrance door. "Ash. That fool. He thinks he can just foil my plans. He even tells me to give up my ambitions. But the my fans need me! But he keeps stealing them! Why can't I think without hearing his name??!!" Liko started spiraling. She took a deep breath. "Well now it's time I interfered with something's. I mean, I'm pretty sure Avren won't mind. Heh! He's disgreed with most of the stuff I do anyway..."
Liko goes into the Area Zero lab. Two people are standing their. It was Professor Sada and Turo. But it didn't look like the real them. "AI Sada. AI Turo. It got bad, and I mean real bad. I need help."
The AI versions of Arven's parents walk over to Liko. "Problem acknowledged", said Ai Turo. "Ash Ketchum is ruining everything, isn't he."
Liko nodded. "Yep. And when he uses his Scarlet and Violet book to transfer it into your machine down there. I would warn him, but he's idiotically stubborn."
"We understand, child.", AI Sada said. "That's why we will help you fufill your prophecy that was a message sent from us by Arceus and the universe."
Liko was wowed. "Really?! That's why I'm The Chosen One! Arceus and the universe sent the message for the history of Terapagos! Awesome!"
AI Sada brought out a Pokémon from a Great Ball. It was a Pokémon that looked related to Salamence.
"Oh. You want me to catch that.", said Liko who's pointing at the Salamence-esque creature.
AI Sada and AI Turo nodded their heads robotically. AI Turo crushed the Great Ball with is foot. "The Paradox Pokémon, Roaring Moon, is yours now."
Liko was getting excited with jitters. "Eeee!!" She takes out a Great Ball and throws it at Roaring Moon. "Great Ball, Go!!" The Great Ball rolls three times and the catch was successful. "Amazing! I caught a Roaring Moon!"
"Roaring Moon will help you in your goal to catching Arceus and making sure he never reaches this lab. We are counting on you, Liko."
Liko nods. "Yeah! Of course! And this will be fun." Liko shakes hands with AI Sada and AI Turo.
This is bad! Real bad! When will our heroes find out about this. How will they found out what Liko is doing is insane. Does anyone know? Does anyone know how to stop this?
Only time will tell.
This is shocking to see. Wow! Liko has AI versions of Arven's parents on her side? Arven's gonna get ticked off.
Also, the Miraidon and Koraidon from this chapter aren't the powerless ones that Liko and Ash have. They are those other ones who are powerful. According to the Scarlet and Violet game, it's said that there are two Koraidons and Miraidons. Just wanted to throw that out there to avoid confusion.
And yes, Liko is a basically an Anti-Hero. Also let me know what old Pokémon of Ash you want me to bring back. Another thing, drama is in the air later on in this story due to both Nemona and Penny falling deeply in love with Ash. Will they both share him or not? Find out later in this story.
Lastly, what are your opinions on Liko and Carmine being shipped? I thought about it, and should I ship them? I'm thinking about doing Liko x Carmine. Once I'm done with the Scarlet and Violet Arc and get to the Teal Mask Arc, who know what'll await us?
