Thanks to FanficOdin2003, HeatherLovesCB, Hoang Sa Tran, and "Guest" for the first 5 reviews.

FanficOdin2003: Of course, Rerun hasn't appeared yet. As for the Little Pigtailed Girl, I really don't know her. For now, I'll just focus on the characters present at the moment. It's a maybe for other characters to come by later in the fanfic.

Guest: Charlie Brown joining another group of friends and joining their baseball team does sound interesting. But I don't want to focus on a premise like that right now.

HeatherLovesCB: Thank you for still being interested in "It's Wiznee Land, Charlie Brown". Wiznee Land is actually my first Peanuts fanfic but I didn't work on it for a long, long time. Reason is because I've been working on another theme park fanfic, "Veggie Land" with the Bubble Guppies. I recommend everyone to read that story because I'm quite proud of how it turned out in the end. But I'll try to update Wiznee Land whenever I can.

For now, enjoy the next chapter of Charlie Brown is Done.

Chapter 4: Thanks, Old Pal

"Snoopy!"

Charlie Brown waits for his pet dog and only friend as he has a bowl of dog food.

"Snoopy! I got your food ready!"

Starting to get impatient, the owner looks inside the doghouse and doesn't see the beagle anywhere.

"Huh? I guess he didn't want any of the same food today." Charlie Brown makes his way back inside his house.

Upon reaching the kitchen, what does he see?

"Pizza? Ice cream sundaes?"

Indeed, two of the most delectable dishes Charlie Brown loves to eat.

Hiding from the table, Snoopy pops out with a chef's hat.

"Snoopy? Did you do all this for me?"

The not-so-normal dog smiles at the young boy and gives him a kiss.

"Gosh, I don't know what to say. Thank you, Snoopy." Charlie Brown responds and gives Snoopy a hug. "You truly are a boy's best friend."

XOXOXO

The next morning, Charlie Brown wakes up and gets dressed. After eating breakfast and brushing his teeth, he heads to grab his backpack but he somehow can't find it.

"Where is it?" He then goes to the living room and sees his pal. "Snoopy, have you seen my-"

Snoopy shows Charlie's backpack, along with a bag of lunch and two bottles of water.

"Oh wow! Snoopy, you're the best!" Charlie grabs his stuff and pats his dog on the head. "I promise to make it up to you."

With that, Snoopy smiles as his owner leaves in joy. He's glad that Charlie knows he is not exactly friend-less.

XOXOXO

It's the afternoon as Snoopy and Woodstock are waiting for Charlie Brown to arrive home.

Speaking of Charlie Brown, he has arrived but later as usual since he made the change to walk to school. Unfortunately, he doesn't look happy. Snoopy approaches Charlie with a concerned look.

"Hi Snoopy, I'm not in a good mood right now." He begins to explain.

EARLIER TODAY AT SCHOOL

Charlie Brown sits at his desk near the window, between two random students.

"Top of the morning, Charlie Brown." Linus greets him.

Charlie Brown puts his notebook in front of his face, ignoring his "best friend".

"Charlie, I think something's bothering you. Do you mind telling me what it is?"

Nothing but silence fills the air.

"Well, okay. I'll talk to you later."

Linus heads to his seat as the bell rings, signifying class is starting and the teacher starts the lesson.

During the lecture, Charlie Brown writes notes written on the chalkboard. But at most times, he catches a certain girl staring at him from her seat in the front.

"What's wrong with Heather?" Charlie Brown asks in his thoughts. "Doesn't she know it's not polite to stare?"

At lunchtime, Charlie Brown is heading outside once again. That's when Linus and the other boys are walking towards Charlie to ask him to join them.

"Hey Charlie Brown, come join us." Franklin says.

"Yeah, we wanna talk to you." Linus adds.

Charlie Brown wasn't having it so he ignored them and continued walking.

"He just ignored us." Schroeder comments.

"Why did he do that?" Pigpen questions.

Charlie Brown continues his path to his usual bench and stops after seeing them also sitting there.

"What are Heather and Janice doing on my bench?" Charlie asks as he hides in a bush.

Janice scans the playground, "I don't see him anywhere, Heather."

"I'm sure he's coming any second now." Heather is determined to talk to Charlie Brown. "I've seen him sit here a bunch of times before."

Back in the bush, Charlie Brown has no other choice but to eat in his hiding spot. "Great, now they're taking my favorite place to enjoy my lunch."

Later as class is dismissed, Charlie Brown marches on towards his home, ignoring everyone.

"Charlie Brown! Come ride the bus with us!" Schroeder calls for him. He and Pigpen were about to board the vehicle.

But the round-headed kid marches faster, accidentally bumping someone. "Oh, sorry about that." Charlie apologizes.

"That's okay, I wasn't looking where I was going." The person turns around and it happens to be-

"Janice?"

"Oh, Charlie Brown." Janice smiles. "Can we-"

Charlie runs away, not letting Janice finish.

"...talk?" Her smile turns into a frown.

"What is wrong with Charlie Brown? He ignored you and Janice." Pigpen tells Schroeder.

"Good grief, Charlie Brown is acting so weird." Schroeder comments.

BACK IN THE CURRENT MOMENT

"And that's why I'm not in a good mood. They won't leave me alone."

Snoopy and Woodstock look confused after hearing his problem.

"Okay, I know I would be fine with them calling for me. In fact, I'd appreciate it so much for all that. But they act as if nothing happened back at the last baseball game."

Snoopy and Woodstock get it now. They didn't exactly forget about how the others yelled at Charlie Brown. They just didn't expect him to be this mad at them.

"Well, at least I know you and your little friend will always be there for me."

The dog and the bird smile after hearing their human friend's words. It's true that they'll have Charlie Brown's back, considering they are his only friends left.

Charlie sighs, "But right now, I just want to be alone in my room. There's some stuff I wanna think about."

With that, the round-headed kid makes his way to his bedroom, opens the door, and sees a treat. "What's this?"

It's a cupcake with yellow frosting and a black zigzag at the bottom. Supposedly looking like Charlie Brown's usual attire. Snoopy comes up and gives him a warm smile, hoping he knows there's at least someone who appreciates him.

Charlie smiles back and embraces Snoopy in a bear hug, feeling emotional for what his pet has made.

"Thanks, old pal."

To be continued…

Look at that, Snoopy made his owner feel better. That was very nice of him.

And from the looks of it, Charlie Brown still wants nothing to do with his so-called friends. What will happen in the future? What could possibly happen next for Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts gang?

Find out in the next chapter! Thanks for reading.
