This is Part II of the Thanksgiving Special. Last time, things didn't quite go to plan. Martin Li himself confronted Doctor Isaac Delaney, took control of him with his strange power, and got what he wanted out of him, the name of a colleague on the Devil's Breath project: a Dr. Morgan Michaels. And once he was through, he made Dr. Delaney shoot himself in the head. This is the moment where Martin Li truly became Mister Negative, both figuratively and literally since this is the first time he showcased his photonegative form. All of this has left Cynder extremely pissed off, to the point where she recklessly pursues Mister Negative back into the party outside, with Spyro and Spider-Man left to chase after her and make sure she doesn't do something she'll regret. So will they stop her? Read on to discover...

(Our scene resumes back in the party, where Mister Negative is attempting to make his getaway, by creating a crowd of people under his influence to distract anyone who comes after him. But this does not dissuade Cynder, who has just burst out of the doorway)

Cynder: MARTIN!

(Wasting no time in her pursuit, Cynder Shadow dashes under the now brawling partygoers and follows him out just as Spyro and Spider-Man arrive.)

Spider-Man: (Seeing the people under Mister Negative's influence) Got to stop them before they hurt themselves.

(The party has dissolved into utter chaos, and its up to these two to play bouncers. Sure enough, a few gentle impacts and some webbing shots have the brawlers taken down, but as Spyro and Spider-Man catch up to Cynder, they discover her brawling with him)

Cynder: YOU WERE THE BEST OF US, MARTIN! WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO THIS?! WHY HAVE YOU TURNED TO THIS BLACK MAGIC!?

Mister Negative: I didn't turn to this, it was forced on me! (Grabbing her shoulder) Something you should know all too well!

(And in this moment, the unthinkable happens. Mister Negative funnels his power into Cynder, causing her excruciating pain, but ultimately turning her to his influence. Once she is exuding his energy, Mister Negative wordlessly turns her on Spyro and Spider-Man while he escapes.)

Spyro: (Completely shocked) Cynder!

(But Cynder doesn't respond, she just starts trying to fight him. Spyro of course is hesitant to fight the one dragoness he loves, and Spider-Man, pretty much paralyzed with fear)

Spider-Man: Great, one of my absolute worst nightmares. I've got to fight Cynder, and she's definitely not holding back.

Spyro: (Fending off frenzied claw slashes) Spidey, if you've got a plan, I suggest you act on it!

(Spider-Man analyzes the situation again, and realizes one crucial thing in this moment)

Spider-Man: Wait, she's not fighting strategically. This isn't like Cynder at all. (Steeling his confidence) And that's all I need!

(Not wasting a second in his step, Spider-Man flips over Cynder's head, slings some of his webbing onto either side of her head and lands on her back, taking this whole thing like a rodeo. Eventually she tries to shake him off her back, ending up running out of the party, allowing Spider-Man to somehow flip her using the webbing on her head and dropping her, not strong enough to break her back, but enough to undo Mister Negative's corruption.)

Spider-Man: That... was... EXHILIRATING!

Cynder: (As she regains herself) Wha... What just happened?

Spyro: (Rushing to her side) Martin just turned you against us. Thankfully, Spidey was able to snap you out of it.

(And in this moment, the police arrive. A few minutes pass and everybody has been questioned, while Cynder is placed off to the side with a blanket over her back and a paper cup of hot tea in her hands, just as Silver Sable shows up for some reason.)

Silver Sable: I came as soon as I got the report. What's this about a dragon going rogue?

Cynder: Yeah, that was me. Long story.

(As Spyro and Cynder start chatting with Silver Sable, Spider-Man pulls off to the side and calls Yuri)

Spider-Man: Yuri, it's me.

Yuri: We got reports of shots fired at ESU. Is everything alright?

Spider-Man: Yeah, that was us. But it's under control now. Right now though, I need a favor. You need to get an eye on a Dr. Morgan Michaels. He's Martin Li's next target.

Yuri: Copy that. (Hangs up)

Cynder: (Having overheard Spider-Man's conversation) I refuse to consider that man Martin Li. Not anymore. Not after what he's done. Using this corruption magic puts him beyond redemption in my mind.

Spyro: Rest assured, Mister Negative over there, wherever there is, isn't quite on my good side either.

Spider-Man: Mister Negative... (Thinks about it) Mind if I borrow that? Sounds like a good name for my records.

Silver Sable: Martin Li did this to you?

Cynder: I don't know how, but yes.

Silver Sable: You have my word old friend, he will pay.

(And with that, Silver Sable walks away, trying to keep her cool, but failing at it.)

Spyro: Seems like you've got a good friend there.

Cynder: Once you're in Sable's good graces, she'll defend you till the bitter end. But I'm worried about what she's going to do.

Spider-Man: No offense, but we've got bigger things to worry about. We've got to find Dr. Michaels before the Demons do. I've already alerted Yuri, but we better get to work.

Cynder: (Throws off the blanket and finishes her tea in one swift gulp) Don't need to tell me twice.

(Without hesitation, the trio takes back off, hoping beyond hope they won't be too late, as our scene ends for today)
