AHHHH!!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO UPLOAD THIS FOR SO LONG!!!! The idea for this one-shot was in my mind for quite awhile.

oh! and for those who don't know "B/c" means "because". I'm gonna use it a lot.

RITI: I've a exam tomorrow anyways so without wasting your time anymore. ON WITH THIS SHOT~

Bladebreakers were preparing for an International Beyblade Tournament which was about to begin in next two weeks in United States. They were also one of the teams who was invited to participate in the competition. In total, only 10 out of 100plus teams were selected to participate on the basis of their performances from all around the globe.

Mr D informed everyone to train for the tournament together, so everyone came back in Japan b/c majority of the team lived here. Currently, It was lunch break for our bladebreakers so everyone went out to eat something healthy after so many restrictions except Kai. He didn't go b/c he wasn't feeling hungry enough to bother himself. obviously, also b/c he hatred human interaction. Very typical of him.

He was enjoying the sunny weather in backyard. Alone. all by himself, in peaceful afternoon, recharging himself. but kami-sama had different plans for him like every single freaking time. Grandpa was also out with Mr Dickenson on a small fishing trip b/c he needed to relax a bit after all the chaos of the tournament.

On other side, Hilary told Tyson on phone that she'll joined them during lunchtime b/c of some school project but seems like he forgot about her and also forgot to inform others about her.

"hii guys!!" Hilary entered in the Grenger's Residence but they weren't noisy at all, like nobody lived there but she still walked in and around in courtyard. Of course Kai got cautious of her presence but too troubled to reply.

"oh! hey kai. if you were here why didn't you say anything?" Hilary pouted with annoyance.

"didn't feel like" kai replied non-enchantedly. ofcourse they got friendlier as time goes by... but still not too close. They were somehow in between strangers and friends.

"where are the others!?" Hilary asked curiously.

"out" he replied without looking at her again.

"duh!! I can see that too but where?" she rolled her eyes and sat infront of him, leaning on other wooden pillar but then she noticed something on his arm which caused the sudden change in topic "HEY! what happened on your arm(bicep)!? *moved closer to get proper look* how did you get that scar?" she asked as she analysed the wound worried look on her face.

For few seconds kai didn't say anything, "had a beybattle with a weirdo, he wielded his Beyblade in my direction, thanks to my reflexes that I dodged at right time, so it's not that bad. It happens all the time" kai answered with closed eyes in obvious way, took as much time he could take to tell her. Inwardly, he wanted her to just sit quietly there and don't break his harmony.

"eh!? why does all the weird people comes to you?" Hilary raised her eyebrow with questioning look as she sat next to himbut there was enough distance between them.

"idk, but I think you definitely know, afterall you are one of them" kai replied in cooing voice. Victory Royale!!!

Hilary immediately got offended and narrowed her gaze on him but didn't say anything, 'you are so annoying sometimes, how could anybody stand you' she involuntarily thought, then a question popped up in her beauty brain.

"Hey kai!!" she called him in questioning way to get his attention and make sure he was attentively listen.

"Have you ever been in relationship before...or..uh...are you right now?" Hilary started confidentially b/c she really wanted to know that what kind of people he has/had dated and nobody was around but later she got nervous, realised how clingy she was sounding right now. Her confidence dropped really fast, hoping he didn't misunderstood her.

"hn! I'm only 15y/o, what do you think Hilary!" Kai almost sound offended by her, indirectly says, he was too young right now, also he was kai. ofcourse he didn't want a company to tag along all the time specifically just b/c they got the tag of their partner. He was going to enjoy his rest of this time peacefully before one day, he fell in the burning pit of relationships and lusts.

"you mean never!" she was stunned as she raised her eyebrow.

"just b/c I look good, doesn't mean I go around" he made himself short and clean. basically saying, he did get offers and letters from here and there b/c of his appearance (of unknown fangirls) but didn't pay attention to them, also he didn't have time for these stuffs, he got things to do, he got his goal set infront of his eyes. Afterall relationships are freaking responsibility, he didn't want any partner b/c he thought they would weakened him through emotions. It involves another person, so you have to always consider their feelings carefully, inform them about your every details, can't do certain things in life afterwards, you can't just get in relationship you want to and throw your partner whenever you want to/get bored of, that's not how it works nor it should.

"eh?" Hilary clearly didn't expect this answer which make her whole face twisted.

"basically I'm highly allergic to this relationship thing" Kai replied in carefree manner as he got more bored.

"atleast have you kissed someone?" Hilary asked in least unexpected way, b/c she thought he definitely didn't want relationships but still fell for make out and stuffs but she couldn't believe he never fell for these stuffs, though, he hit his early teenage already.

"I didn't but someone else did" kai replied in his cool carefree tone, still closing his eyes but when he heard her gasped he had to look at her reaction, it was slightly funny for him.

"WHO!!!!" she asked curiously. she was still not close enough to fell jealous or anything b/c what happened in pass is just past. she just really wanted to know about him, okay! Maybe She was, A little bit.

"maybe my parents or else!" he replied in dead monotone. he was putting as much as afforts in this talk when parents make their kids to talk to the relatives.

"WHAT!!!!" Hilary's whole face twisted at once, her eyes widened and she was looking at him like he was some weirdo. she was confused tbh.

"I mean when I was born they definitely did that, I guess" he replied in lower tone, also slightly amused by her funny expression.

"That doesn't count as that kissing" Hilary mentioned with slight pout. She got irritated b/c she thought kai was teasing her by answering wrongly on purpose.

"rhh! *exhausted* this kissing, that kissing, it sounds totally nonsense. it's exact same thing. kiss is kiss" kai replied in obvious way like it was Hilary who being ridiculous here.

(Frustrated Mr incredible: MATH IS MATH)

"it's about kissing your loved one, someone you like or you have ehh-..." she tried to reason with him.

"it's still the same thing, Hilary" kai said with blink with flinching a single facial muscle b/c he was getting tired of this question.

"that's not what I mean!-" she debated in a very silly manner "-UGHH!"

To put the end on Hilary's query, he began with deep breath, "okay, so tell me. If I accidentally kissed someone for first time or vice versa. Is it still consider as 'first kiss', though, it was barely lips touching for milliseconds?" Kai was being very, very, like I said very practical. it's cool minded though.

"I guess so..." Hilary nervously bobbled her head b/c she couldn't confirm.

"if it's all about memory then, if I kiss some 2D Anime character in my dreams then does it counts, though, the second person don't exist?!" he asked with solid emotionless expression.

"umm...no!" Hilary was having second thoughts that it was bad idea asking him about it. it embarrassed her that how serious he was getting over it.

"If I kiss someone in dream?! the second person exists here!" Kai raised his eyebrow, though, he knew the stupidity behind this first kiss concept.

"um" she pressed her lips tightly.

"okay if it's about reality and being physically, then, tell me if I kiss someone or loved one like you say and we both have permanent memory loss and nobody knows about us, does it still count?" Kai was noticing every single change in her facial expression with amusement but didn't let it come on his face.

"I'm not sure, but I think yes" she meeked out a little like she made a mistake (which she did by asking him this question).

"if somebody kiss me when I'm sleeping or someone forced me to kiss?"

"uhh... I mean it's still kissing though but umm... I think no or maybe yes..eh-" she mentally accepted that she lost.

"if somebody kiss me anywhere expect lips...like does it only consider when it's lip to lip? like it's literally freaking skin. does this only consider if it's around the outline from where you consume food or it can be any part of body?" kai raised his eyebrow when the conversation got more ridiculous.

"okay, I'm sorry it's my fault. I won't ever ask you again anything tribal like this one, it's childish and stupid" Hilary finally accepted her defeat and sighed.

"good decision but I'll say the whole concept of 'first kiss' is bulls*it. next you may ask me who I held my hand first time with and the answer is still same. my parents, why!?, b/c they taught me how to walk by holding me" kai clarified himself for the last time.

"that's not how it works" Hilary interrupted hopelessly with deep sigh.

"it shouldn't either" kai said and went in his relax pose again.

"by the way, do you know who says stuffs like that,... the people who've never kissed anyone" Hilary suspiciously grinned with her reply and received Kai's plain but hard glares which were saying 'it-is-what-it-is' kind of quotes.

"it's about...uh~ leave it" Hilary was still thinking about winning the lost argument but she gave up sooner.

But then something also came in her mind to turn the tables "so, if the first kiss and stuffs are really nothing to you and it's merely lips touching then you'll definitely won't mind this" she moved from her place as she said.

When kai felt her presence closer, his eyes automatically shot-up. Hilary was over him, legs correspondingly aside, her face was few inches apart. He barely got the closer look of her skin and face for merely a second but before he could think further. Hilary. was. freaking. kissing. him. Be honest, it was only her lips pressing on his, nothing more, nothing less. it was a simple chu~ kiss which Hilary probably learnt from shoujo mangas but she kept her eyes closed so she didn't saw his pre-reaction. After few seconds she pulled away from breathing though, everybody uses nostrils.

"do you!?" she had a victory smug smile on her lips when she noticed how dumbfounded he was staring her non-stop without changing much of his expressions.

"first kiss maybe doesn't mean anything to you but I'm gonna brag my other four personalities in my mind" she indirectly meant he was her first kiss.

Kai fixed his expression back to nonchalant once but kept eyeing her "remember Hilary, it's you who started it" he said in his neutral monotone which caused Hillary's expressions to go seriously confused. what he meant?! did her actions offended him!? probably! b/c she literally invaded his privacy.

"eh!?-" but before she could calculate further. Kai pressed his lips against hers and demonstrated how to actually kiss by dominating over her. He slid his hand behind her ear so she won't fall back when he applied the force onto kiss. But one thing obviously settled in his mind, if she could do it to him then he could too.

"if you going to do it, then atleast do it better!" he didn't pull off, Their lips were still brushing again eachother when he said and kissed her again. If Hilary had read shoujo mangas then kai had also seen lots of Hollywood movies and his observation skills were amazing.

Hilary was blushing hard but she also got scared b/c she had never kissed nor seen anyone kiss like this agressively, she had never imagine this pattern, guess kissing isn't just sucking afterall. Actually, She didn't mind kissing at all, instead she was always curious about these stuffs but; she didn't know what to do about this feelings in her chest which comes whenever anybody try something for first time, she also didn't understood the nervousness which was coming afterwards. Is that how it feels when you get attached to someone!?

But still Hilary didn't feel it right to pull off b/c when she kissed kai, he didn't move until she was done, so if she stopped out of nowhere and pull off, won't it make her hypocrite? she thought, it will. Hilary just kept her eyes closed let him finish, too flustered to meet his gazes b/c he was constantly looking with lower eyes, she really didn't thought this situation would turn out like this, where kai might actually kiss back. While they were kissing, One embarrassing thing also settled in her mind. what she'll say when they'll face eachother afterwards, tbh, her mind was blank b/c it was busy with analysing the kissing motion. So, when he was done(he stopped b/c she wasn't making any actions on her own, so he thought maybe something was wrong with her), he hesitated to draw back his hand in the beginning but pulled away anyways. Hilary also slowly opened her eyelids but kept staring the floor b/c she knew the moment she'll face him, she'll run to drown in Tyson's koi pond and let the fishes eat her dead body.

Hilary really wished that if time travelling was possible, she would like to go back in the time and kick her a$$ and give her some piece of advice before she could enter in Grenger's Residence but who could tell her that I had no intention of involving time travelling in this fanfiction.

'They really shows something else on screen' he boringly thought as he analysed her thoughts b/c he didn't expect much either, so he wasn't disappointed in one way or another 'it was nothing like that' But before he could think any further Hilary moved closer to kiss him again like she did earlier, clinched her fist on his shoulder to keep herself steady, kept her eyes close and pressed her lips on his with pout, It were barely lip touching. To be honest, it was only excuse to avoid the conversation till she come up with something to change the topic, so it won't be awkward between them afterwards.

Kai gently held her both cheeks to stop her, he heard her gasped the moment he pulled back. This time he made her to make eye contact with him but their noses were still touching.

"I told you Hilary, if you going to do it-" he gently pushed her on floor and got on top this time "-then do it better" now kai had that smug smirk on his face.

I hope you liked this one-shot. I don't care if you want to continue.

but you have no idea how embarrassed I was when I was writing it.

"KAI!" Hilary meeked out "listen we-" before she could continue, she was reaping what she sow. Kai kissed her again but this time, it started casually but still she vibrated on every new sensation.

'warm' He intertwined his fingers with hers and kept his arms aside, so she won't bother. 'Her hands are so thin and soft' After few more minutes of heat up makeout session, Hilary began to accept the reality even more and more per second but gawd had different plans for them LIKE EVERY SINGLE F-ING TIME.

The other boys returned but They both failed to hear the footsteps of their friends until they heard their voices "dude! that hotpot was really good" Tyson satisfying commented to others as they all were walking on the street.

"I also liked the ramen. it could be better if they allow modifications, they didn't get me any mayonnaise!" max frowned "you guys should also try it more often, everything tastes good with mayonnaise" he suggested with bright smile.

"ehh!?" everyone sweat-dropped in unison "nah! man, I'm gud!" Tyson replied respectfully, trying best not to sound rude, typical Japanese of him to reject his offer.

When kai and Hilary heard the loud voices of their friends, they immediately stopped their motions but didn't parted away, Hilary shot open their eyes widely. Kai didn't really shocked much but Hilary panicked, her heart beat faster than before. The only think which was separating their friends from seeing them, was the wall, if it wasn't there, they might have seen them making-out. If they saw her doing this with kai, It would definitely leave a bad impression on them of her character and also it'll put all of them into an awkward position and she won't be able to hangout with them anymore.

Hilary immediately turned her attention on kai but she was shocked as she thought 'why he's not moving! didn't he hear them coming?' she panicked.

"emphh" Hilary struggled underneath him as much as she could. Kai also stopped the very moment when he felt that she got uncomfortable, something was off. He rose up his head to look at her face but she still refused to make eye contact.

Hilary shook up from her position and distanced away herself from kai without making a single noise and looked away. Kai also didn't say anything on that instant but kept staring her with undefined look, when the others joined them as they entered, kai finally took away his gaze from her and glared at his friends with his solid expressions. He wasn't mad or anything; he just didn't expect them to come so soon.

It's very rare for kai to get on conclusions on his own without having much information but he got a thought that Hilary didn't want others to know what they did. Does that mean he could kiss her in secret? where nobody could see them or disturb them. He just didn't want to ask her and confirm it b/c he thought it would make him look stupid if the answer was obvious.

Kai isn't any different, he wasn't born with it like others. He can be nervous too when he experience something new.

While Hilary thought kissing might not be big deal for kai and he didn't mind, so maybe he didn't care if his friends would find out; but this matters a lot to her, so she couldn't let anybody know about this moment she had with Kai.

SAME EVENING_

Everyone was done with the training and tired AF but kai wasn't as much as them, afterall he was built up like iron soldiers, so this much was nothing to them. Everyone went in to get some rest, but Hilary was still sitting on porch, hugged her knees to her chest and buried her face in it, she was regretting the move she made out of nowhere on him, also, it's not like she did it just for fun or win over the argument, she happened to have a little bit of feelings for him, so she somehow practically concluded that if she couldn't get him, at the very least she could get her first kiss from him. No matter what he thought afterwards, and what then? what she was really thinking what she kissed him? the truth is she wasn't thinking, for the first time she didn't think. it's the conversation that-

uhh!!! first kiss! let's not bring up this topic for awhile since it was the root of all the problems.

All Hilary was thinking that she couldn't talk to kai anymore after kissing him since he won't look at her the same way. The friendship which didn't even form properly, already came to it's end. He would definitely start looking at her in irritating manner, the same way he looked at his fangirls.

She heard the noises coming from the front doors of her friends leaving the place. Max and Kenny left afterwards b/c their parents told them to come home early for dinner.

Once they left, it got quiet again, she didn't want to go in, why? b/c Kai was there too, Hilary didn't know how to act normal infront of everyone b/c she couldn't. She didn't want to face everything, well she had to eventually but she didn't want right now.

Hilary was still thinking if she and kai got alone then what she couldn't talk to him without turning into lobster.

When she felt the footsteps of certain someone, she jolt up a little, let go her legs but before she could process much Kai was silently standing infront of her with emotionless expression that Nobody could read.

Hilary had a guilty look on her face and a little fear in her eyes; fear of his any kind of response.

Hilary finally gathered some courage to speak up, she was ready to face everything at once when she saw him, "Kai, I'm s-" but before she could say something, Kai got on his one knee to her eye level, gently grabbed her jaw to prevent her from moving and slowly reached to kiss her again.

Hilary was so shocked at the moment that she couldn't move a finger, KAI WAS KISSING HER AGAIN!!! but why!?

Hilary wasn't kissing back or anything but just stay there like a statue b/c even after thinking so long she couldn't come up with proper response in this situation. Kai slightly pulled back few inches to look at her "I thought you are a type of person who learn everything in the first time but I guess it's not a case here" he whispered directly in her ear in his addictive cooing tone which gave her chills down to her spine and butterflies in the stomach. Hilary sharply inhaled in his response and closed her eyes. She still didn't get that why he still kissed her, though, he himself said that he didn't want to get into these stuffs. He was kissing her, but why!? Next time, next time she'll properly apologise to him and get rid of all the misunderstandings but right now she was going to live in this moment at her fullest, also b/c if she talks right now, she'll look like a hypocrite infront of him(that's what she thinks).

Hilary pulled up all the strength to hold his face in his trembling hands and kiss him the way she learnt this afternoon from him, probably you knew but it takes a lot of strength and willpower to make move. She was a fast learner no matter what scenario you put into her but he pulled all of her confidence into this kiss. She could even feel the edges of his lips curled up as he began to kiss her back. And now the next question begins.

Kai got it that he could kiss Hilary and she'll return it or so...

Kai personally thought she didn't want relationships b/c in his eyes she is quite bold person, so if she wanted to date him, she would have asked but she didn't and boldly kissed him means she didn't want relationships, tbh he didn't really consider when Hilary said he was her first, also he thought it'll look idiot of him if he got to confirm to her, so he decided they'll talk when she'll ask about whatever going on between them. Long story short, he won't make any move until she does.

So once again, Kai got someone who he could get physically attached and the second party want the same thing. Isn't like he didn't want to try these stuffs, it's just it takes too much of him to go and look around for someone.

Not many people knew but kai happen to have an inferiority complex when to comes to conversation, so basically he freaking didn't know how to hold a casual chat without taking things seriously or dropping himself on their level b/c he also didn't like it on first place either. He would never put any efforts to start any conversation, though, on necessary topics. So, Making a move on someone was like, touching the moon for him. He won't mind start trying get physical but he had to approach someone first which he was highly allergic to and both things weren't possible at once. And if somebody else approached him, he won't like the motive behind, and like I said he was quite young for these relationship stuffs(that's what he thinks), so the young girls who approached him and they didn't really prioritised personality either. also, they were annoying.

But-

Now Hilary kissed him, means he could kiss her too without getting judgemental looks from her, means she is approachable without any confessions(which he sucks at), means she won't look at him another way b/c they were the same(that's what he thinks).

Hitting first base with someone who was all time available around you, looking for same thing and don't want relationships and things(that's what he thinks), who could be better option than Hilary right now. (This happens when you lack communication skills)

But, Kai also had something else in his mind. He got that he could kiss Hilary BUT... now the next question rose-

How far he can go?

Kai got curious to know that how far, means how closer he could go with Hilary. Could he hit the second base with her!? They already cleared the first one, so it's time for things to go even deeper and get intermediate level. He really didn't have any plans or intentions to go further than that otherwise things won't be the same anymore.

Kai slowly but steadily drag down his hands to her neck to shoulder and held her for a while but they kept kissing, Even, Hilary didn't really think about his hands, she couldn't b/c her last survived brain cell were paying attention on kissing back while the rest of brain fried due to heat waves which was coming from her head. So far, no rejection from Hilary, she did flinched a little due to sudden approach but didn't respond much. Later, Kai hands reached her back and it was the most horrific moment for Hilary b/c-

"aHhh~" she moaned, yes! she moaned as deeply exhaled b/c her whole back was freaking sensitive, specially the spine. Her stomach clinched together with her gut at the very moment.

When she realised what she did, her eyes widened at their limits she immediately backed off which caused her to hit her head on wall but she still covered her mouth and tried her best to look away. She couldn't believe she make that sound infront of kai, whom she didn't know what he was to her, it's so freaking embarrassing!

On other side, Kai stunned through his eyes as his pupils minimize and his lips slightly parted but didn't move any facial muscle, he was still wondering her reaction, though, she buried her face in her palms, not b/c she moaned but b/c he barely glazed his fingers over her spine. Kai couldn't believe for a second that she was this level of sensitive on that certain area.

For a moment, Kai didn't say anything, afterwards, he pressed his lips together and slowly grabbed her wrists and drew her hands away from her face so he could actually see her expression properly. Hilary instantly jolt on his actions to look up at him with same flustered look, but unfortunately she couldn't read anything from his unfamiliar non-readable face. Kai leaned in a little to see every single flinch of her muscles, her eyes were trembling to meet his gaze as her heavy breathing was washing over his cheek and directly whispered in her ear in normal tone which sound like demanding to her.

"What was that, Hilary?"

I realised few things:-

1. It's interesting to me that how my single a$$ can come up with these stories without a single experience. LOL

2. Sorry!! To my dear readers B/c I couldn't pull out Kai's feelings just in one-shot(without making this shot cringé).

3. This ffn have potential plots to make this fic more entertaining and there is heck in no way I'll finish it in 10k-20k.

4. Readers don't want longer chapters, so I think 5k is minimum to me.

5. That's means,... Yes! it's going to be multi-shot.
