Sakura, Sai, Hinata, Haku, and Shikamaru, looked at each other then back at their fifth Hokage, this was not what they had expected their morning to go. They all were called to the Hokage's offices a little bit past breakfast, and they thought it would be a mission or something, not this. This being five Chunin vests sitting on Tsunade's desk.

"They five of you showed maturity, power, and wisdom in you fights, as well as in the Invasion that happened after the first round." Tsunade said as she waved them forward to claim their vest.

With a look shared with her siblings Sakura was the first to move, and hesitantly accept her vest. As Sakura takes her place back in line, Sai goes up and accepted his vest. It wasn't too long before everyone had their vest. Tsunade looked at the five of them before she nodded her head.

"You five are going to do a simple mission together to understand the ropes. The mission is a C-rank carrier mission. You will be going to Konohagakure border post to Sunagakure were you will give the ninja their this squirrel." Tsunade explain before she threw the scroll at the group, and Sakura was the one to catch it. "For this mission Sakura is leader." Tsunade finishes but they have a feeling it's just because, Sakura was the one to catch the scroll.

The five newly made Chunin returned with a successfully completed mission, though the group looked quite haggard. Tsunade had to fight back a smile as they gave their mission report. Apparently one of the Jonin poison themselves, and started to do random things to the five of them. Do to the fact the other Jonin there were trying to make a cure, and ordered the five Chunin to stay, and try to stop the Jonin from hurting himself. Which was apparently rather hard, or at least rather inconvenient and messy from how the five look like. Though the Jonin was know fine, and doing rather well again.

Tsunade dismissed the five of them with a clap. Hinata and Sakura stayed behind sending the other three ahead letting them know that they would catch up. Tsunade arched and eyebrow at the two girls.

"We have a favor to ask Hokage-sama." Hinata said as Sakura and her moved a little closer to their kage's desk.

"Oh? what is it?" Tsunade asked as she grabbed a bottle of sake from somewhere in poured herself a cup, that she to grabbed for somewhere.

"Please make us you apprentice!" Sakura and Hinata. said in unison as they bowed from their waist down.

Tsunade was going to tall the girls no, before she posted. Tsunade studied the girls closely in front of her. She thought it over carefully before making her decision.

'I might as well, and hey I can get out of some work too... Though they'll need to pass a test first.' Tsunade thought as she looked the girls over one last time.

"I well only except the two of you, if you pass a test of mine." Tsunade said getting eager nods from both girls.

Tsunade stood and walked over to one of the bookshelves. She then grabbed different books, and scrolls before heading over to the girls.

"You are to have this memorize in a week, and be about to answer any questions I have on the topics in these books." Tsunade said as she gestured towards the scrolls before going back to her chair behind her desk.

With a bow both Sakura and Hinata left the office when they were dismissed.

Sakura rubbed at her eyes lightly, and she read the scrolls and books Tsunade-sama had given her and Hinata. She heard a light cough from behind her, she turned to see her brother.

"Is there something I can help you with Otouto?" Sakura asked looking at Sai curiously.

"I am... curious... about why you and Hinata decided to learn medical ninjutsu. Neither of you have showed interest in it before, well Hinata has shown some interest with her medical lotion but that's it." Sai asked he pause in different areas looking for the right words to use to get to his point across as he sat next to his older sister.

"I was thinking of ways to expand my repertoire, and how I can help our family best. I figured becoming the Hokage's apprentice I can learn more than simple medical ninjutsu. As for Hinata I'm pretty sure it's, because she adores helping people." Sakura explained the reasoning behind asking to become a apprentices.

Sakura looked at her brother to make sure that he understood what she meant. Sai thought over what is older sister said, before he slowly nodded his head.

"Yes, that makes since." Sai said before he stood and left the room without another word.

Sakura blinked after her brother blankly as he left. With a shake of her head she left lightly to herself. Her little brother was always rather interesting to say the least.

"Uge I'm never going to learn this!" Hinata said rather loudly as she fell onto her back.

"Of course you will, it will just take some time." Sakura commented lightly though she never looked up from her book.

Hinata gave Sakura a dirty look. Sakura didn't see the look she was given, but she could feel it.

"How about we do flash cards, and see if we can get other people to help humm?" Sakura offers as she looks up from the book.

"Oh! That should work... at lest I hope..." Hinata agreed though she sounded a little doubtful at the end.

Sakura rolled her eyes at her younger sister as she stood. "Have a little faith Imōto." Sakura commented as she walked past her sister, only for Hinata to get up and follow her quickly.

"Tell me you are not about to do what I think you are." Hinata said softly as she looked a little worried at her older sister.

"Oh, you know what I'm about to do." Was Sakura's simple and honest reply as they approached two double doors at the end of a hallway.

"Ah Nee-chan this is not a good idea." Hinata said with a slight complaint to her voice, as they stopped in front of the double doors.

"Oh, trust me Imōto I am very much aware." Sakura responded before she lightly knocked on the door.

Tsunade study the girls in front of her with slight amusement. They both passed her test so they were now her apprentices, though they didn't look so pleased about it. Though that might be because of the rumor she heard of them asking Anko for help on remembering things.

Both girls looked like they had been chased through a landmine by a pack of a rabbit dogs, and was having explosion tags thrown at them randomly. So from what Tsunade had heard that wasn't too far from the truth.

"Know we are going to start on the main rules of a medical Ninja." Tsunade started as she leaned back in her chair as both girls seem to park up and look at her intently.
