In honour of what would've been Pam and Danny's 49th year of marriage, I thought I'd write what their young love and eventual elopement looked like. As we know they were teenage parents but the show doesn't touch on that at all.

Also, bare with me. I haven't written fanfiction in 10 years!

Pamela "Pam" Katstopolis was one of the most popular girls at Bayview High School. She effortlessly embodied a blend of beauty and brains that left a lasting impression on her classmates. Her big blue eyes sparkled with mischief and warmth, framed by soft, curly blonde hair that seemed to have a life of its own.

She was a social butterfly who thrived at parties and social gatherings. Her vivacious personality attracted people to her like moths to a flame. She was also known for her classic catchphrase, "Huh!"—a clever line that often followed her sarcastic, witty remarks

Pam first met Joseph Gladstone, in their 10th-grade science class. He was known for his sense of humour and often spent his time doing impressions and throwing paper airplanes across the room. This quickly led to Joey introducing her to his best friend, Daniel Tanner, who he had known since they were 11. It turned out that Danny had been sitting behind Pam for the entire semester but never had the courage to speak to her until she asked him for a ruler

The three of them became inseparable and were rarely seen apart, gaining a reputation at school as a the trio of dorks

The spark between Pam and Danny ignited at their 10th-grade prom. Danny, often overwhelmed by shyness, felt paralyzed at the thought of asking Pam out directly. Instead, he turned to his friend Joey, pleading for help in taking that bold step. Aware of how much Danny and Pam liked each other, he was happy to assist them in their budding romance

Their first kiss took place that night when Pam's friends insisted on playing spin the bottle at their chaotic after prom party. Of course, she spun the ketchup bottle and it landed on Danny multiple times. Despite the comments from everyone in the popular crowd about her kissing a geek, this further ignited their love for one another and later that night, they ended up making out behind a car in the parking lot whilst Joey kept interrupting with impressions of Popeye and Yosemite Sam

Although she had the choice of anyone in the school, Pam's heart was set firmly on Danny. He was unlike any boy she had ever met; with his curly brunette hair, brown eyes, and extremely tall, skinny frame, he was undeniably a dork. Danny was on the high-jumping team and often showcased his skills at the billiard table when he wasn't reading one of his many books or discussing his aspirations to study journalism in college.

Pam first bought Danny home to meet her parents during the summer of 1975, just after they officially began dating. She was nervous about him meeting her family because they were known for their loud and chaotic ways, often yelling at each other instead of speaking in a normal voice

She also had a rebellious younger brother named Jesse, who voiced his dislike for Danny very early on. He believed that this goody-two-shoes neat geek was trying to steal his sister away from him

Before she had a boyfriend, Pam often spent her time with her little brother. Now all she did was stay out late, hold hands with Danny and hang out in her room. She also spent way too long in the bathroom doing her hair and had a tendency of shoving carrots up Jesse's nose when he dared ask where she'd been all night after sneaking in after curfew, smelling of Danny's aftershave.
