Wanning looks down at the paper in front of him. A frown on his face. Then he looks up to the three piles of papers in front of him.

"Trash." Wanning declares as he throws it to the pile of paper on the floor. Chuqing looks up from the paper in her hand to him. She watches as Wanning grabs onto other paper.

Then she looks down to focus on her own paper. She should focus on herself. Though Wanning is faster than she is. Chuqing can't says she's not glad for the help. She didn't think so much paperwork would pile up after a day of doing nothing. So for now she and Wanning are reading through the papers and dividing them up into four categories: too important for them to decide, something they can do something about, requested help and trash.

So far they've gotten through most of them. Even Mo Ran is going around the sect to talk to others. See what they might need. Especially the elders.

Chuqing does a double take when she catches Wanning looking away to let out a yawn.

"Were you working late?" she asks the elder. Wanning looks at her, then gives a silent nod. She knew the other has been working hard. With nothing else to do Wanning has a lot of free time. "Get some rest. It's not good on your body to over exert yourself. If you don't I'm sure your disciples will worry themselves to death."

"I will." Wanning answers. He truthfully doesn't want to worry anyone. Plus Mo Ran will be on him if he doesn't take care of himself. The last thing he needs it to be lectured by Mo Ran. And it's never just a lecture. It's also a punishment. Which so far has been getting Wanning to use those new skills he's learned from the brothel. Sober! Wanning can never face him in the morning. He does sleep well afterwards though.

He must be overworking himself because even he's noticed how tired he is. Yawning like crazy. Wanning blames Mo Ran. The man is a sex maniac. He's no better if he's being honest. He wants sex just as much as Mo Ran does. Truly they are both shameless.

"Another request." Chuqing says having finished reading her letter and putting it in it's designated pile.

"We can deal with this letter." Wanning says doing the same. Both grabbing another letter.

This goes on until the afternoon when they finally finish the pile. Chuqing moving the too important pile to the side for her husband to look after when he gets back. Wanning discarding the trash pile.

Chuqing looks over to Wanning, looking away then back at the other. "Yuheng, may I ask a favor."

"Mm." Wanning nods turning his attention to the madam.

"I would like you to accompany me down into Wushang town. If you would like. I'm not forcing you."

"Did you need something?" Wanning wonders.

"Just some herbs that I ordered. I got word that my order has been delivered. Would you join me?" She wonders.

"I will." Wanning agrees. Ever since getting back from his mission with his disciples he hasn't stepped foot outside the sect. He's kind of been itching to do so. This is a perfect excuse to do so. It's not a mission so it'll be leisurely but he's not going to window shop and won't feel pressured to shop. He's just a companion. He's also got a feeling the madam doesn't want to feel lonely.

After finishing up they leave the mountain top. Both wearing nice fur lined coats and gloves. Wanning made sure to be warm, knowing Mo Ran would kick a fuss if he knew Wanning didn't bundle up. Especially when there was no reason to not to.

They pick up madam Wang package then spend the rest looking around the local stall then taking a break at a local food stall to eat something real quick before they head back up those stairs.

"How have you been Wanning? We haven't had a check up for you in awhile." Chuqing says. Wanning stares at the woman. He blinks. There's something in the back of his mind that's telling him that he's forgetting something but it's not coming to him.

So Wanning answers simply, "it's fine. I've gotten use to it. Nothing has truly changed." And it's true. Most disciples steer clear of him. The only true difference has been his relationship with Mo Ran. Of course that's a secret. Chuqing smiles. That's good to hear.

That's as far as the conversation goes. That conversation.

"I'm glad you're back Yuheng." Chuqing says with a soft smile on her face. Wanning looks at her, that coming out from nowhere.

"I'm... happy to be back. And thank you for all you've done with this situation." Wanning says motioning down to his body.

"Of course I'd help Yuheng. I'm sure my husband and Meng-er will agree but we think of you as family." She looks at him right in the eyes. Wanning smiles.

"Thank you. Please don't tell him, but I think of him as... my closest friend." Wanning says.

Chuqing let's out a laugh. "I promise I wont tell him. But I'm glad you told me. He sometimes wonders if you like him as anything... sometimes he worries that you will leave, you never seem like you like it here." Chuqing says looking down at her hands.

"I love it here." Wanning smiles at Chuqing who stares at him with awe. Never has she seen Yuheng smile before. It's beautiful. She's beautiful.

"I'm glad to hear that." Chuqing says with a smile of her own. Her smile disappearing as she notice Wanning's face change. His face getting pale. "Yuh-" she starts but stops when Wanning's eyes roll to the back of his head. Just as Chuqing reaches forward catching as Wanning falls. "Yuheng!" Chuqing yells reaching for Wanning to check on the other.

Placing a hand on his wrist to check his meridians.

Wanning opens his eyes, blinking. He felt good. Has a slight ache in his head but otherwise he feels good. As if he took the best nap of his life. He frowns, sitting up. Since when does he take naps?

And the last thing he remembers is being with the madam. They were on the steps of Shisheng peak. The two were making it up the stairs slowly. He did feel tired and nauseous but otherwise okay. He did skip breakfast. He couldn't stomach anything. Nothing seem appetizing to him. Even when he tried he felt like he'd throw up at the scent alone.

He looks around to find himself once again in the main building. Wanning swears this is the same room.

Just in time madam Wang walks in with a tray. Two cups sat on top along with a jug. She spot Wanning. A smile on her face. She sets the tray down. Then goes to sit on the edge of the bed. She takes Wanning wrist into her hands placing her index and middle finger on his wrist. She is silent for a moment before fully looking at the other. "How are you feeling?" she asks.

"I'm fine. Why am I here?" Wanning wonders. Madam Wang lets his wrist go.

"You fainted on the steps. I got a disciple to help bring you here." She says. Her face serious while Wanning eyes narrow. He doesn't like where this is going. "Now tell me the truth. About how you felt before passing out and right now." she more than demands. She's gone into healer mode. She's never been this stern before.

Wanning let's out a sigh. "I felt nauseous with a headache. I still do." Wanning turns his head away.

"Have you eaten anything?"

"I... didn't... nothing seems good." Wanning says continuing to not make eye contact. Madam holds his hand tightly.

"Yuheng, listen to me carefully. You're pregnant."
