After losing a bet with Uma for the king's return, the Core Four devised a simple plan to save the prisoner and prevent the sea witch from overtaking Auradon.
While the girls traveled to the hair salon with plans for a distraction, Jay and Carlos headed back to Auradon to create a duplicate wand. Driving through the Isle's magical barrier for the second time, the boys arrived at Auradon Prep just hours before sunrise.
The Lost Boys didn't bother being cautious as they hurried to their dorm room. Everyone should have been asleep at that time.
However, Dude scampered toward them, excited that they were back from their trip.
"Sorry we took so long," Carlos apologized to his furry companion. "We had a couple of setbacks."
The younger teen attempted to walk forward, but Jay flung his arm out to keep the other from going further. "Why's our door open?" the thief interrogated. "We locked it before we left."
Cautiously creeping forward, the boys peeked their heads inside the room. They immediately noticed a handsome teen half asleep on Jay's bed, his overnight bag leaning against the dresser. Although he technically laid shirtless, the teen wore Jay's old leather sleeveless Isle jacket, revealing his ripped chest. If they hadn't been in such a hurry and he hadn't been so happy to see him, Jay would have enjoyed the view instead of shouting, "Albi!"
Jumping at boyfriend's voice, Aziz stretched out his tired muscles, complaining, "Where the hell were you? I texted you and Ben, but nothing went through."
"We were on the island," Jay informed, sitting on the edge of the bed while Carlos headed for the printer to program the device. "Long story short, Mal needed to collect her thoughts and ended up on the Isle. Evie misinterpreted the letter she left behind, so we went to get her. Ben got captured by pirates and the captain wants Fairy Godmother's magic wand. Carlos is creating a replica to trick the captain."
Aziz raised an amused eyebrow. "Seems like I missed a lot. I wished I left Agrabah sooner instead of when my call with Ben ended. I could have joined you on your adventure."
"Why are you back early?" Jay interrogated curiously. "You said you wouldn't be back until right before cotillion."
Like a flip of a switch, Aziz's happy composure morphed into something more . . . passionate. "I need to talk to you," he insisted urgently, glancing at the computer expert. "Alone."
"This program will take hours to complete," Carlos commented as he inputted some data to have an accurate size for the fake wand. "If you want privacy, go to your room."
In a split second, Aziz swiped his bag and dragged his beloved away.
He was determined to speak his mind before he lost his courage.
"What's going on with you?" Jay asked, watching his boyfriend slam the door behind them and clumsily lock it, giving them more privacy. "You're acting so—"
"I love you," Aziz confessed, twirling around to face his beloved. His expression showed how much he was letting his guard down. "And I am so sorry I wasn't the one to tell you about missing the rest of the school year."
"I get it," Jay reassured with a feigned careless shrug. "You didn't want to hurt me."
"I hated being away from you," Aziz revealed, stepping toward the other thief. "I hate we will have to be apart longer than expected. These past few days made me realize how much I care for you and want to be with you."
"Aziz," Jay hissed, unable to say more for being at a loss for words.
"I love you," Aziz repeated to get his point across. "And I know you love me. That's why I can't wait any longer to do this."
Falling on one knee, Aziz revealed a little black box hidden in his pocket. "Jay, Albi, my heart," he began, pulling back the lid, "will you marry me?"
Although he knew the question was coming, Jay couldn't help but gasp because of the gorgeous ring. The gold band was carved into a snake, with its mouth holding the most beautiful ruby he had ever seen. The mesmerizing ring screamed his name since it was so fitting for him. It was just begging for him to say—
"Yes," Jay answered happily. "Yes, Albi. Of course, I will marry you!"
The lovely couple kissed as Aziz placed the ring on Jay's finger. In mere moments, their kiss became more passionate as Aziz pushed Jay onto the nearby bed, climbing on top to be dominant for this intercourse. As Aziz tried pulling off the leather jacket, Jay tugged it back on him.
Breaking the kiss, Aziz snickered. "Does me wearing your clothes turn you on?"
"You look hot," Jay complimented, not denying or confirming the claim. "You look better in my jacket than me."
"I sincerely doubt that," Aziz argued, adverting his attention to kissing his beloved's neck.
Jay tilted his head to give Aziz better access to his neck. With that little action, Jay caught sight of something that made him realize . . . "Albi?"
Reluctantly pausing, Aziz met Jay's eyes. "Yes, my heart?"
"Why are we breaking Ben's only rule?" Jay interrogated, eyes gleaming with lust and love. "We are minutes away from fucking."
"His rule is for my boyfriend," Aziz corrected with a mischievous smirk. "He said nothing about having sex on his bed with my fiancé."
