I've never been, but I hear it's beautiful. *chuckle* A country with limitless energy at its fingertips... I know some of us who were born out in the Periphery can't even imagine it, but I'm sure this hits closer to home for some of you. Moving along...there's a communications blackout both in and out of the country and as far as international news goes, nothing is going on except a few riots. Based on the mercenary networks , however, that is a complete lie, a full-blown conflict is proceeding. We've reached out and were given a rendezvous by a Cascadian group called the Independence Force, the main anti-Federation group recognized by the national government. I presume the Federation has the borders on lockdown to stop people like us from coming in, so stay on our toes, if we get found by a patrol, we'll send one of our flights off to take care of them." Kaiser said explaining the situation in Cascadia
"Sicario is moving northwest towards a rendezvous point set by Cascadia's Independence Force. We don't expect any heavy resistance given our source of ingress; however, each of our fighter groups will be pulling shifts to preserve fuel and ammo . Hitman Teamand strike witches you will be responsible for the last leg of the journey, which will take us over into Cascadia proper, be prepared to intercept border patrols," said Dominic, who provided further information.
"I know some of you might not be too enthusiastic to be fighting the Federation, so I invite you to leave with what you have of your contract, you'd just slow us down," Kaiser said giving an exit for some pilots who did not want to fight against the federation.
After the briefing, all the pilots immediately went to the hangar to take off, as did the strike witches who immediately went to hangar 4 where monarch and prez planes were located. After a while, the strike witches immediately took their weapons that had been prepared and their strike unit. After a while the strike witches finally started to enter the runway area and started to increase the speed of their striker unit, because they were still using propeller engines they could take off faster than other jet planes, after a while they finally reached the ideal height.
Hitman 1 was still adjusting their jet plane, blaming the engine, turning off their weapon safety system, and warming up their engines, finally after a while monarch and Prez were ready to fly, finally Prez started asking permission from ATC to take off.
"This hitman 1 request for take-off over," said prez
"This is ATC, Roger, runway number 2 is clear for you hitman team," said ATC
"Roger that," said prez while directing his plane towards runway number 2
After a while hitman 1's plane followed by hitman 2 and 3 arrived at the end of runway number 2, after the last adjustment finally their plane was ready to take off

The shocked enemy escorts couldn't do much other than launching as many flares as they could and *BOOOOM* the MLAA from Comic causing all the planes to fall one by one
monarch didn't just sit there watching his friends partying monarch then dived sharply from under the airship, *BOOOOM* the monarch missile hit the airship's engine, the airship was overwhelmed by the monarch and diplomat while the guard troops couldn't do much because comic managed to defeat almost all escort aircraft,
Airship began to suffer major damage due to diplomats and monarchs every attack directed by the airship always missed and missed, plus the airship had lost up to 60% of their weapons, knowing that the airship would be destroyed, monarch then went head-on with the airship, then monarch launched his attack "Missile away" *BOOOOM* the cockpit of the airship was hit directly causing the entire crew to die instantly, the strike witches who watched from a distance could only be amazed by the way the hitman fought.

"LYNE NO, YOU FUCKER, DIE," said Yoshika who was see her friend get shot immediately shot the plane
The plane immediately fell and so did Lyne, after shooting the plane Yoshika immediately dived sharply to save Lyne, "LYNE, WAKE UP PLEASE." shouted Yoshika, Yoshika used all her strength to catch Lyne even though she had to sacrifice herself, Yoshika kept trying to reach lyne even though the land was clearly visible, 1000M, 750M, 500M, 250M, Yoshika kept chasing lyne until finally before they fell Yoshika managed to catch the unconscious Lyne, Judging from her wound lyne was shot in the stomach area which luckily the bullet did not hit a fatal area,
"Yoshika do you copy," said Galaxy who had been trying to contact Yoshika
"Yeah, *HEAVY BREATHING* copy, I got her," said Yoshika who was breathing heavily
"Alright, how's her condition," said Galaxy asking Lyne
"Pretty bad, I need to land as soon as possible," said Yoshika
"Alright, ALCON I REPEAT ALCON, we have a man down, how far are we from the landing zone," said Galaxy.
"Who's been shot down," said Kaiser
"Lynette, sir," said galaxy.
"Dammit, Independent force this is Kaiser we got someone shot down how far from the landing zone over," said Kaiser
"Not too far from here, is he or she still flying?" said Independent force

"WHAT THE HELL, IS THAT," said the shocked doctor
"We don't have time doc, you need to take care of our friend," said barkhorn
"AH, RIGHT RIGHT, COME ON HELP HER," said the doctor who told the nurse who was still shocked to help Lyne who was seriously injured
"WHAT'S HAPPENED TO HER," said the doctor
"SHE GETTING SHOT," said barkhorn
"ALRIGHT," said the doctor
Finally, Lyne began to be lowered from barkhorn and Shirley, Yoshika also began to get down to continue giving her first aid to Lyne so that Lyne's condition would not get worse, but when Yoshika tried to give help, the nurse blocked Yoshika,
"Don't worry we got your friend we take care from here," said the nurse
"But Right now I help her before she loses more blood," said Yoshika who tried to give her healing magic
"Don't worry about that please let us help her," said the doctor
Finally, Yoshika released her healing magic to Lyne and sure enough, Lyne's condition suddenly worsened, the blood that came out of Lyne's body was so much that Lyne had seizures, the doctor tried to calm Lyne by giving her morphine and covering her wound with a bandage but it didn't work until finally Yoshika stepped forward again,
"MOVE, LET ME TAKE CARE OF MY FRIEND," said Yoshika who was angry
Yoshika started to flow lyne with her healing magic and sure enough lyne stopped having seizures, this made the doctor and nurse there amazed and amazed, blue light began to shine on yoshika's area, the blue light was so bright that the hitman team who were still in the air could see it with the naked eye, "what's that" asked the prez, after a few moments the light stopped shining and miraculously lyne's condition began to improve, the blood in her stomach suddenly stopped flowing even so lyne's condition still had not improved, but her wound that threatened her had been resolved, yoshika who looked at the doctor with a disgusted look "now you can help her," said yoshika who just left barkhorn and shirley, barkhorn and shirley who were shocked could only see yoshika who took her striker unit and went to the hangar while lyne began to be given an IV, this could be said to be the first moment yoshika was very angry until yoshika threw out that rudenes for the first time, finally barkhorn and shirley began to enter the hangar and put their equipment in the hangar,
A few moments later Hitman Team, Gunsel, and several other mercenaries began to land on the runway, all other members of the Strike Witches immediately asked Barkhorn and Shirley about Lyne's condition, they were very relieved to hear that Lyne was no longer in danger but Shirley told them what happened during Lyne's healing process, at first everyone was confused by those words including Sakamoto because they knew Yoshika as someone who never said anything rude for any reason,
A few moments later all members began to gather for a debriefing and there was Yoshika with her sharp and blank stare at the same time, this made Perrine feel strange with Yoshika, finally after a few moments later Galaxy came in to give them a debriefing,
"Thanks to your efforts, Sicario was able to rendezvous with our contact and refuel for the mission ahead. You'll be heading back out within the hour, so stay on your toes or else your time in Cascadia will be short-lived." galaxy said
"What about her, is she going to be okay," prez said
"Unfortunately, only time can tell right now," Galaxy said
"Dismiss" Galaxy continued.
After a while, everyone immediately left the briefing room, and Yoshika immediately left the strike witches members "Wait Yoshika," Perrine said while chasing Yoshika, after a few Perrine was finally able to catch up with Yoshika who was walking towards the medic bay,
"what," Yoshika said with a sharp and blank stare.
"What? What do you mean by what, you really weird after Lyne got shot," Perrine said
"I don't care, is that all" Yoshika said
"Eh, well, I just wanna know are you okay," Perrine said who was worried about Yoshika.
"Since when do you care about me," Yoshika said
"What do you mean by that, I always care about you," Perrine said confused.
"Huh, you don't care about me from the beginning, since I joined Strike Witches, you always see me as an enemy so if you can think with then you do realize that you don't care about me, do you understand that," said Yoshika
"Huh what do you mean by that, we already through many things are you forget about that," said Perrine who tried to explain
"Hah, it's only past now," said Yoshika while leaving Perrine
Perrine realized that Yoshika was currently in an unstable condition, making Perrine even more worried about her,
-2 hours later-
Yoshika waited in front of the operating room, even though Lyne was successfully cured by Yoshika the inside of Lyne's body still needed to be treated by surgery, even though it could be said that this base had many shortcomings for the medical bay it could be said that it was still capable of performing surgery, after waiting for a while the doctor finally came out of the operating room, Yoshika immediately stood up and asked about her friend,
"How's my friend," said Yoshika
"She's will be fine, because of you, she's out of danger, I see her intestines really broke down, but because of your magic thing her intestines back to normal," said the doctor.
"Ah thank you doc, can I see her," asked Yoshika
"I don't recommend it but sure," said the doctor.
After that Yoshika came in and saw, Lyne who was fast asleep with an IV implanted in her left hand, she could see Lyne's stomach in bandages indicating that Lyne had just finished her surgery, then Yoshika sat on her right side Lyne held her cold hand and said, "I'm sorry Lyne-chan, if I knew it sooner maybe you will be fine now," said Yoshika crying while holding Lynette bishop's hand.
