Alas, there are fears that even immortals cannot escape. This leaves them with two options: either they must continue hiding their fears from others…or actually accept help to overcome them.

Hello! This a retelling of a retelling. This a fanfic of Epic the Musical. It's in Greek Mythology because there's no category for Epic on :( but if/when it's added this story will be moved there. I know this isn't a very good summary, but give it a read anyway. It'll be worth your time.

Athena/Ares A love forgotten, but never lost. Ares had loved Athena for as long as he could remember, and there had been a time she had felt the same. Their love was forbidden, but it was true. He didn't understand what changed, and why she seemed to no longer remember such moments. As Zeus weakens, memories return. Will their love prevail?

Inspired by Jorges Rivera-Herrans. Constructed from his music as a written adaptation of his beautiful musical. The story version's are too good and too varied, not to give the proper epic poem treatment too.

This short story follows the events 'Epic' and its retelling of the Odyssey. Inspired by cut song 38 melded with Hold Them Down, Odysseus, and I Can't Help but Wonder. I always enjoy the different translations of Odysseus' homecoming so this story explores one version of events. There are also some book translation-inspired influences but I did try to keep it centered on Epic lore.
