DRAGONDAVE45: If it's any other Godzilla, maybe. But Legendary Godzilla just seems to be a version that would have Keith David as the voice actor.
Perseus12: Thanks.
Disclaimer: I do not own Godzilla or Fairy Tail. I only own the OC Gojira Serizawa.
After defeating Bora and his crew before deciding to set course for the Fairy Tail guild. Gojira and Lucy stopped by a cozy in to spend the night as well as give Lucy a place to change out of her red dress and into the clothes she had on before the dress. Once the morning came, the two got their breakfast before setting out to Magnolia, the town where the Fairy Tail guild was located. It would take them days to get there on foot, so Lucy decided they should take the train and offered to pay for Gojira's ticket, despite his reluctance as he didn't want to be that kind of burden to Lucy but the blonde Celestial Mage didn't really mind since she technically owed him for saving her life, so he could consider it a form of repayment.
After a three-hour ride, the two arrived at Magnolia train station and stepped off, taking in their surroundings.
"Wow. We're here in Magnolia. We're nearly at Fairy Tail!" Lucy said excitedly, nearly shaking with it actually.
Gojira chuckled at her enthusiasm. "Do you want to head there first or take in the sights?" He asked while matching her pace as they walked.
Lucy paused, glancing around the lively streets before her gaze eventually fell on a large and beautiful structure in the distance. Her eyes lit up with recognition. "Wait! That's Kardia Cathedral!" she said mostly to herself. "We have to go see it!" She turned back to Gojira, her excitement clearly written all over her face. "Yeah, I think we should look around a bit first!"
As they walked, Lucy suddenly gave Gojira a critical once-over, her eyes scanning his outfit. "Uh Goji," she began cautiously, "are you sure you want to show up at Fairy Tail dressed like that? No offense, but…"
Gojira glanced down at his attire and snorted. "I'm not one to really care about how I look nor do I care what others think. If they have a problem then they can speak up about it."
"Still..." Lucy looked down at his feet. "Doesn't it hurt to walk without shoes?"
"Not really." Gojira shook his head. He then sighed at her persistent look. "This coat and pants have been all that I've worn since... a few months ago due to my clothes before that becoming too big for me. But if it makes you feel any better, I'll buy a new outfit when I earn some currency from doing jobs. Okay?"
"Oh no, buster." Lucy grabbed his arm before he could walk on, and he looked to see a smirk on her face. "We're doing some clothes shopping right now before we get to Fairy Tail."
Gojira sighed. "Oh bugger."
The cobblestone streets of Magnolia were bustling with activity. Shops and various establishments lined the streets, each with its own charm. Gojira couldn't help but marvel at the sight of the city as it was so big and different compared to Hargeon.
Lucy meanwhile had led them toward Kardia Cathedral. She eagerly explained that the cathedral was one of the most famous landmarks in the kingdom. Gojira couldn't help but be impressed by the sheer size and majestic feel of it. The grand arches and towering spires made the cathedral a sight to behold given how Lucy seemed thrilled to be there as her eyes were wide with awe.
As they toured the cathedral grounds, Gojira noticed several townspeople—mostly women—pointing at them, giggling and whispering amongst themselves. He frowned slightly, feeling a bit annoyed. 'What the heck are they pointing and laughing at?' He thought with irritation.
Unbeknownst to Gojira and Lucy however was that Kardia Cathedral is a popular spot for couples to visit outside of mass. Lucy's excitement combined with her tendency to grab Gojira's hand whenever she got carried away had fuelled some incorrect assumptions among the onlookers.
After their impromptu visit to the cathedral, they made their way through the town eventually arriving at a large clothing store called "The Magic Wardrobe." The shop was bustling with activity which seemed to be quite popular among both locals and tourists.
"Alright, let's see if we can find you some socks, shoes or boots. No need to discard the pants and coat, which I really love by the way." Lucy said with a grin.
Gojira laughed lightly. "Well, thanks."
Over half an hour later of clothes shopping—Lucy bought a new set of clothes—they walked out of the store. Now, Gojira wore a pair of white socks on his feet, and covering them were a pair of black steel-toed boots that the ends of his baggy pants were tucked into. He did test them out a little before accepting that they fit and were perfect for him. Also, he wore a sleeveless black top that hugged his lean, muscular body.
"Hmm, that actually feels a bit better, to be honest." Gojira admitted, turning his heel a little to continue his examination of the boots.
"See, what did I tell you?" Lucy smiled with delight as her eyes took in his appearance from head to toe, cheeks reddening slightly with a blush.
"I'll be sure to pay you back for this and the train ticket." Gojira said, causing Lucy to sigh with amusement.
"Goji, I told you-"
"No. You already did much for me. I'm not having you buy everything for me and not expect to be owed or paid back." Gojira said firmly. "I'll pay you back one way or another."
Lucy stared at him, then sighed before smiling beautifully at him which caused a warmth to spread through his body upon seeing that smile. "Okay, fine. You boys, always so stubborn."
Gojira snorted at that, earning a giggle from Lucy as they started making their way in the direction of the Fairy Tail guild.
It was a typical afternoon at the Fairy Tail guild hall. The first floor resembled a lively tavern that was bustling with energy. Tables and chairs were scattered around, filled with wizards indulging in food, drinks and animated conversation. Laughter and the clinking of mugs filled the air as familiar faces mingled across the building.
"Hey Mira!" a man called out from a nearby table. His most notable feature was his brown, fluffy and ostentatious pompadour. He appeared to be in his mid-thirties, a pipe in his mouth, exhaling a cloud of smoke. His attire included a loose, light-green shirt adorned with dark green, stylized flowers with five petals, and a pair of knee-length brown pants. This was none other than Wakaba Mine.
Hearing her name, Mirajane turned while balancing a tray with several mugs of beer. She was a young and voluptuous woman with flowing white hair pinned up at her forehead and blue eyes that were alluring yet pure. She wore a sleeveless red dress that had a small v-neckline that showed off her large cleavage, a pink ribbon attached to her front with the bands wrapped around her neck acting as shoulder straps. Some frills decorated the bottom of her dress while she also wore a bracelet and a small necklace. Despite it being a casual dress it clung to her upper body nicely and emphasized her figure.
"Yes, can I help you?" Mirajane asked with a patient smile.
Wakaba pulled his pipe away, blowing a few puffs of pink smoke that magically formed into heart shapes. "Actually, yeah. I want to be your next date!" He said with a grin, sending the smoky hearts floating towards her.
This immediately irked several other nearby guild members.
"Hey, that's not fair! Wait your turn, Wakaba!" one of them shouted, clearly annoyed.
Mirajane sighed, a mix of mild exasperation and amusement in her eyes. "Honestly Wakaba, there's one little problem…" With a wave of her hand, her body was engulfed in a shimmering yellow light. As the glow faded, her form had shifted into that of a plump, middle-aged woman with frizzy brown hair. "You're already married."
"YAAH!" Wakaba jumped back, startled. "I hate it when you do that!"
Laughter erupted from the nearby tables, several guild members clutching their sides in amusement at Wakaba's expense. This wasn't the first time she did that and yet it never got old to see.
Mirajane let out a small chuckle herself, changing back to her usual appearance. With a shake of her head, she turned to continue serving beers at another table, still smiling to herself.
Meanwhile other guild members gathered in front of the Request Board, eagerly searching for job requests. Among them were two particular wizards whose need for a job was becoming desperate.
"Make sure to pick one with a good reward, Natsu." Happy the blue Exceed instructed while hovering nearby.
"Yeah, yeah, I know…" Natsu mumbled while rubbing his chin thoughtfully as he scanned the postings. Suddenly, his eyes lit up. "Oh! Subdue thieves for 160,000 Jewels?"
"Sounds perfect to me!" Happy agreed with an enthusiastic nod.
"Hey! I was about to pick that one, charcoal breath!" shouted a voice from behind them. The owner of the voice was a young man about Natsu's age with spiky onyx-colored hair, wearing black pants and a long white coat with blue trim. This was Gray Fullbuster.
"You snooze, you lose ice stripper!" Natsu retorted, tearing the request off the board. "This job's ours!"
"You wanna go right now, punk?!" Gray challenged, and Natsu was in his face, their foreheads pressing together as they glared.
"Bring it on, you icicle!" Natsu retorted before he glanced down and smirked. "But put some clothes on first!"
Gray blinked, looking down only to realize that once again he had stripped down to just his black boxers without noticing. "CRAP!" he yelped, scrambling to pick up his discarded clothes from the floor as his cheeks turned red.
"hey, did you guys hear about what happened in Hargeon?" A buck-toothed man sitting at a nearby table commented, drawing Natsu, Gray and Happy's attention. "Reports in this morning said that the port had been destroyed just last night. Witnesses claim to see a big blue beam that caused the destruction."
"Hargeon?" Happy repeated, eyes widening. "We were just there yesterday!"
Natsu turned back with a skeptical glare. "Why should I believe you creep? Especially after you lied to me about Salamander yesterday!"
"I told you, I didn't lie!" the man snapped, clearly frustrated. "I said it was just a rumor I heard, didn't I?!"
"Actually, I read that article this morning." A cute petite young girl spoke up from a nearby table. She had wavy blue hair held back by a patterned orange bandanna and her attire included a short blue vest over a yellow bikini top and knee-length white shorts held up by a brown belt. She was Levy McGarden, someone who was considered perhaps the smartest person in Fairy Tail with the possible exception of their guild master.
"The reports from the witnesses say that some creature took down a slaver known as Bora the Prominence., a former member of the Titan Nose guild that was banished a couple of years ago for bad behaviour."
"Sounds like he did a lot more than show bad behaviour if he was selling people." Gray said with disgust, crossing his arms.
"Indeed." Levi nodded before getting back to the story. "Anyway, this... Take-Over wizard, nobody got a good look at his actual appearance, but witnesses described his Take-Over form to look like some sort of reptilian monster with spines, a tail, and could breath fire."
"Like a dragon?!" Natsu's eyes widened.
Gray shot him a look. "If he was a dragon, wouldn't he be big enough to wipe out the whole town, flame head?"
"You wanna guy, ice breath?!"
Red and blue magical auras flared up around them as they slammed their foreheads together, baring their teeth and snarling like a pair of wild animals.
"Oh boy. Here we go again…" Happy sighed, already knowing how this would end—and not for the first time.
Meanwhile, sitting at the bar was an attractive young woman. Her long brown hair cascaded down her back as she wore a revealing simple blue bikini top paired with casual tan jeans and a pink belt with blue sandals. This was Cana Alberona, Fairy Tail's heaviest drinker.
She currently had several tarot cards spread out before her. A nearly empty beer mug sat beside the cards, the froth clinging to the inside. Cana's eyes were fixed on the images shifting on the cards as she flipped one over, deeply engrossed in her Fortune Telling.
"Huh…" Her eyes widened slightly as her curiosity got piqued. "That's interesting…"
"What is?" Mirajane asked, having returned to her place behind the bar with a tray of freshly refilled mugs in her hands.
"The cards have revealed three fortunes for today." Cana replied while glancing up. "One of 'em involves you Mira."
"Is that so?" Mira's eyes lit up, intrigued. Cana's Fortune Telling was usually quite accurate, so she couldn't help but be curious about what awaited her now.
"Yep." Cana picked up one of the cards, examining the image closely. "This one says you'll be saved from a serious blow to the head."
"Really?" Mira repeated, puzzled. "What could that mean? Any clue as to who?"
"No clue," Cana said with a shrug. "That's all I've got from it."
"I see…" Mirajane mused, her brow furrowing slightly before continuing to arrange the mugs on the tray. "What about the other two fortunes?"
Cana tapped another card. "This one says for the guild to expect a double recruit today."
"Two new members?" Mira's eyes lit up and she smiled in excitement. "That's wonderful! And the third?"
Cana looked at the final card, her fingers brushing over it. "This one says, 'Great blessings will come your way if you follow the path of the Alpha.'" She raised an eyebrow, sharing an equally confused look with Mirajane, and both shrugged.
"Well, whatever that means," Cana added, chuckling. "I'm intrigued. Could use some extra cash if it's a good thing."
Mira nodded and smiled. "Your tab's due soon so yeah…" she said gently.
Before Cana could reply, a sudden loud crash made her and Mira glance up. Gray was sent crashing through several tables, knocking over chairs and sending a few people flying.
"Dammit, Natsu! That was a cheap shot!" Gray roared while stumbling to his feet.
"Gray, your clothes." Cana called out with an exasperated sigh, her gaze shifting downwards.
Sure enough, Gray had stripped down to just his boxers again, seemingly without even noticing. His face went beet red as he scrambled to pick his clothes up off the ground. "Dammit!" he shouted, hurriedly trying to cover himself.
Within moments, chaos erupted throughout the guild hall as the brawl escalated. Natsu and Gray were throwing punches and kicks with all their might, while other guild members jumped into the fray—some exchanging blows with fists, others using their magic. The entire hall was filled with the sounds of combat, laughter and the occasional shouts of pain.
Cana let out a groan, her chin resting heavily in her right palm. "Another day in paradise…" she muttered while rolling her eyes.
Mirajane giggled softly, unfazed by the pandemonium around her. "Everyone's so lively today."
Amid the mayhem, no one noticed the main doors swing open, nor did they see the two newcomers quietly step inside. The guild hall's usual chaos raged on, oblivious to the fresh arrivals.
Following their brief little adventure in the clothes' store, Gojira and Lucy walked past Kardia Cathedral and across a bridge overhanging a canal, one of several that ran throughout Magnolia. A few people in small boats rowed under the bridge as they passed, with one of them even calling out to Lucy, telling her to be careful and not fall in.
'How would she fall in? She's walking across the bridge normally.' Gojira thought with a befuddled frown but shook it off. Even if she did fall in, he'd be in to get her and back out in seconds.
The pair continued walking through the somewhat crowded street for several minutes, weaving between bustling townsfolk and market stalls. Eventually they arrived at the Fairy Tail guild hall.
The building stood proudly close to the edge of a cliff overlooking a large lake. It was fairly tall though not as tall as the Kardia Cathedral and resembled a grand pagoda. Its white walls and large decorated red doors gave it an almost regal appearance and two red pentagonal windows framed the entrance symmetrically. Above the door hung a wooden sign that read "Fairy Tail" in big blue letters, trimmed in gold and decorated with two symmetrical fairy-like silhouettes—each with tails fittingly enough. At the highest level of the pagoda, three flags waved in the wind: the left one was green with an unknown symbol, the right one was blue and the center flag was orange, emblazoned with a white symbol that looked similar to the gold fairy-like figures on the sign.
"This is the place, all right." Gojira commented.
Godzilla hummed as he looked through his son's eyes. "A rather... interesting building design."
'Quite small. I thought it would be bigger since Fairy Tail is apparently the number one guild.' Gojira replied mentally.
Godzilla rumbled out a chuckle. "You believe that based on what you have heard, but not seen for yourself. Always expect to be surprised when hearing talk of something."
Lucy on the other hand gazed up at the building with wide eyes. "It's amazing…" her voice was filled with awe.
Gojira glanced at her, seeing her happy expression and he couldn't help but smile. "Yeah, I suppose it is. You ready to go in?"
Lucy hesitated briefly, taking a deep breath before nodding. "Yeah! Let's do it!" She nodded again with a determined look on her face. 'There's a lot of powerful wizards here. They're probably pretty disciplined and hardcore too.' she thought to himself. 'I mean, they're rated number one for a reason.'
The pair stepped forward, and Gojira pushed open the large red doors for them.
Crash!
Dokong!
Wham!
"Somebody stop Natsu!"
"Gyaak!"
"Is that all you got Natsu?!"
"I'm just getting fired up loser!"
"Happy's divebombing us from the air!"
"Aye!"
Pow!
BOOM!
Bam!
The sight that greeted Gojira and Lucy was nothing short of pure chaos. The entire guild hall was engulfed in a violent brawl—fists, kicks and various magical attacks flew in every direction. Tables were overturned, chairs shattered and even people were being hurled across the room as wizards fought each other. The guild was a cacophony of shouts, crashes and laughter.
Gojira's eyes widened with his mouth slightly agape in disbelief. "Uhhhh…?" He was at a complete loss for words at what he was seeing before him. Why was everyone fighting?
Godzilla on the other hand was more amused and interested. "I like this place already."
'Of course you would.' Gojira remarked dryly.
Just then Gojira's attention was drawn to Lucy. Her eyes were wide and sparkling with excitement as she gazed at the chaotic scene before them. "It's incredible…" she whispered as her voice was filled with awe and looked completely unbothered by what was happening. "I'm really… here in Fairy Tail…"
Gojira blinked, taken aback by her reaction. "Maybe she's a little too starstruck…" he muttered before glancing between the brawling wizards and Lucy's starry-eyed expression.
He sighed, trying to make sense of it all. 'This is definitely not what I expected from the number one guild.' He thought while shaking his head.
Suddenly, a deep voice cut through the chaos loud and clear. "It's only the afternoon and you're already acting like a bunch of spoiled babies again!"
A tall muscular man with spiky white hair and tan skin stepped forward. He wore a dark blue jacket with large buttons running down the front, the collar raised stiffly. A noticeable scar ran down his face, crossing his right eye and cheek. This was Elfman Strauss.
Elfman marched toward the center of the brawling, his gaze fixed on Natsu and Gray. "If you were both real men, you'd take this outside!" he bellowed.
"SHUT UP!" Natsu and Gray yelled in unison as they both turned and moved in symmetry before each landing a solid punch that sent Elfman flying backward across the room.
'Well, that was quick.' Gojira noted dryly, his brows lifting slightly.
"He didn't even last five seconds!" Lucy yelped, snapping out of her enraptured state.
Another voice came from their left, exasperation clear in its tone. "It's so noisy around here."
They turned to see a young man likely around Gojira's age, sitting at an unbroken bench away from the brawl. He had short spiky orange hair and wore stylish glasses. His attire consisted of a dark green jacket with white fur trim around the hood, an orange shirt, dark-colored pants, and brown boots. He exuded a laid-back demeanor as he watched the chaos unfold.
Lucy's eyes widened in recognition, and she gasped. "That's Loke! He's one of the top-ranking men for 'The Wizard I'd Like to Be My Boyfriend'!"
Gojira cocked an eyebrow. 'That's a thing?' He then studied Loke, who currently had his arms wrapped around the shoulders of two beautiful ladies, wearing a confident—almost smug—expression.
'So, he's that kind of guy.' Gojira thought, almost rolling his eyes
"Are you joining the fray?" one of the girls on Loke's left asked, her eyes wide in admiration.
"Yes. But only to protect you fine ladies." Loke replied with his voice oozing with charm.
"Teach them a lesson!" the girl on his right cheered.
With that, Loke rose from his seat and leaped into the dust cloud of fighting guild members, while the two ladies cheered him on.
Lucy's left eyebrow twitched as she pulled a magazine out of her purse. "He's definitely off my list!" she murmured to herself, angrily crossing Loke's name off her private "Potential Boyfriend" list.
Their attention was suddenly pulled back to the brawl as Gray came crashing to the floor in front of them, groaning. He was only wearing a pair of black boxers which made both Gojira and Lucy stare at him in bewilderment.
"You lousy… I'll get you back for that Natsu!" Gray shouted while struggling to get up.
Just then another voice called out from Gojira's right. "Gray… You're in your skivvies again."
Gojira looked over, and felt his cheeks heat up upon seeing Cana Alberona, who had a half-empty mug of beer in her hand, her tone full of exasperation as she looked at the fight with boredom and irritation.
"I don't have time for that!" Gray shouted before jumping back into the fray. "We're finishing this Natsu!"
"Not till you put some clothes back on, jerk!"
"Ugh…" Cana groaned in annoyance. "This is why I don't date the men here. They have no class." She then whipped out a considerably large barrel about half her height, hefted it up and started chugging away.
Lucy was speechless, her eyes bulging in shock. "She's actually… drinking that whole thing…?"
Gojira tilted his head. "I'm sure normal people aren't meant to drink that much out of a barrel."
"She must be a special case." Godzilla snorted.
"Oh, who do we have here?" Another voice chimed in, soft yet commanding.
They turned to see Mirajane approaching, a gentle smile on her face and a tray of drinks balanced effortlessly in one hand. Her presence seemed to bring a sense of calm despite the chaos around them.
"EEE! It's Mirajane! In the flesh!" Lucy squealed like an excited fangirl, her eyes sparkling with delight and even hearts appearing in them.
Mirajane giggled at Lucy's enthusiastic reaction, clearly used to such admiration. Gojira couldn't help but stare at her, and even Mirajane couldn't bring herself to look away. His eyes seemed like they were glowing in the night. And not only that, but he was also very handsome.
"A fan, I take it." Mirajane said with an amused smile then offered her hand. "And you two are?"
"Oh! I'm Lucy!" Lucy shook Mirajane's hand. "This is Gojira."
"Nice to meet you." Gojira said, trying not to feel self-conscious under her gaze. Her lovely blue eyes just drew him in somehow. Even looking at her beautiful face made him feel off. He cleared his throat awkwardly. "So, uh… are we catching you guys at a bad time or something?" He gestured to the dust cloud of fighting wizards, where shouts and loud crashes echoed throughout the hall.
"Oh, don't mind them." Mirajane said entirely unbothered by the chaos. "This happens all the time believe it or not. It's best just to let it run its course."
This brought an uneasy exchange of looks between Gojira and Lucy.
"Uh… R-really?" Lucy sounded unsure while still eyeing the wild brawl.
"Come on, best we get out of the line of fire." Mirajane giggled as she led them over to the bar where Cana was chugging down a mug of beer. "Cana! We have two guests!"
Cana lowered her drink and looked, eyes going half-lidded as she looked at Gojira. "Well, well, what do we have here?" She turned around in her seat, leaning back against the bar while slowly crossing her leg at the knee. "So, what you here for, handsome?"
"Uh..." Gojira stuttered, unsure of what to respond with at her blatant flirting. It didn't help that he could hear Godzilla laughing in his mind, quite loudly.
Cana then chuckled. "Relax, I'm just messing with you, stud." She then gave him a wink. "Or am I~?"
"I like this one."
'Shut up!'
Mirajane giggled before introducing them. "Cana, this is Lucy and Gojira."
Cana gave a lazy wave in greeting before gesturing to the ongoing brawl. "Don't mind that, happens all the time. They're a rowdy bunch."
Gojira snorted at that. "I couldn't guess." He said sarcastically, but Cana just grinned in response.
"But trust me, they can get even crazier than this." Cana revealed.
"That so…" Gojira let out an exasperated sigh. He turned to Lucy who still seemed to be soaking everything in. "Right… Lucy, maybe we should come back la—" Spotting an incoming object, Gojira quickly tackled Mirajane to the floor as a bottle hurled past them.
"That was way too close of a call!" Feeling something big and soft pressing against his chest, the Titan-Slayer realized he was lying atop the albino-haired beauty. "Hey, uh… are you okay?" His face began to heat up.
Mirajane glanced at the bottle that had shattered on the floor nearby. 'That would've hit me…' She then looked back at Gojira, her eyes drawn to his striking golden-yellow eyes. She also couldn't help but notice how handsome Gojira was now that she was up-close and personal with him.
"Oh, my goodness!" she gasped lightly, her face warming up.
A tick mark popped up on Lucy's forehead, feeling a mild twist in her stomach as she observed the scene. Though she was relieved Gojira had protected Mirajane from being hurt, she didn't like how close they were pressed together.
"Wow. Not here even ten minutes and you've already gotten Mirajane on her back with you on top? You're the envy of every man out there." Cana teased, snapping Gojira and Mirajane from their brief staring contest and their cheeks went bright red as Gojira quickly scrambled to his feet, subtly inhaling and exhaling to calm his rising adrenaline along with other things that stirred his more predator-like senses.
He then bent down and offered his hand. "Sorry about that. I saw that bottle flying and just acted. Are you hurt?"
Mirajane accepted his hand, allowing him to pull her up to her feet. "Oh, I'm fine and it's no trouble at all. Thank you for protecting me." She gave a small grateful smile.
Cana had a smug grin on her face. "Well, well, looks like my fortune was right on the money. Saved from being struck on the head, just like I said." she called out with her voice carrying over the noise.
"What?" Gojira tilted his head.
Mirajane gave a small smile, realizing what Cana meant. "Oh… I see now," she murmured, looking at Gojira with a newfound warmth.
Lucy cleared her throat, bringing the pair back to the present. "Uh, guys. Are you sure we shouldn't try to stop them or something?" She pointed towards the ongoing brawl, her eyebrows knitted in concern.
"Oh, it'll settle down soon. Besides it's more fun this way, don't you think?" Mirajane said, smiling innocently.
"It's more terrifying this way!" Lucy shouted back.
"Still." Gojira frowned. "They could at least learn to watch out for others who aren't involved or someone could get hurt badly."
Cana snorted in amusement. "That's Fairy Tail for ya. Wouldn't be the same without a daily dose of chaos."
Without warning Gray came crashing to the floor directly in front of the trio completely nude. Across the room Natsu stood victoriously, holding up a pair of black boxers while cackling impishly.
"HEY! Give me back my underwear you jerk!" Gray yelled angrily.
"GYAAH!" Lucy screamed in horror, instinctively hiding herself behind Gojira.
"Oh dear…" Mirajane sighed.
Gojira immediately looked away, feeling incredibly awkward. "Welp… I can never unsee that. With some luck though, maybe my amnesia will help me forget this unpleasant new memory."
Gray, unbothered by his nudity, turned towards Gojira completely serious. "Excuse me dude, if it isn't inconvenient could you please lend me your underwear?"
"..." Gojira was simultaneously dumbfounded and creeped out by the request which the wizard had actually asked with a straight face. '...He asked that like it was no big deal…'
Fortunately, Gojira didn't need to reply as Lucy delivered a swift and solid right hook over Gojira's shoulder, knocking Gray away. "CREEP! Nobody just lends out underwear!"
Cana laughed even harder. "Whoa! Looks like someone's getting possessive already! You jealous Lucy?" she teased, her grin widening.
Lucy flushed red, turning towards Cana. "W-what? No! I'm not jealous! He was just being a creepy pervert!" she protested, her eyes flickering between Cana and Gojira.
Suddenly, Loke pushed past Gojira while swooping Lucy into his arms, startling her. "How unsightly! These men are so insensitive. Women have needs after all." He looked down at Lucy with a smirk. "By the way, you're a model right? I can tell—OOF?!"
Before Loke could finish, Elfman, who had been launched across the room, crashed straight into Loke sending the two tumbling to the ground. Lucy went careening forward, colliding into Gojira who managed to catch her but ended up with his face smothered in her chest.
'...So soft…' This was Gojira's only thought as his face was turning beet red.
"I'm so sorry Gojira! Are you okay?!" Lucy exclaimed as her face was flushed while pushing herself off him.
"Uh… y-yeah…" Gojira stuttered with his tone subdued, still trying to recover from the awkwardness.
Lucy blinked confused. 'Why's his face so red?'
"Oh my," Mirajane snickered, covering her mouth with her hand. "That's one way to reward him for catching you."
"Huh…?" Lucy's eyes widened as she glanced down, finally realizing the compromising position they were in.
Her boobs were hanging right in front of Gojira's face!
"EEP!" Lucy yelped, scrambling off Gojira as her face turned a bright shade of red. "S-s-sorry!" She quickly crossed her arms over her chest to cover herself.
Gojira sat up, rubbing the back of his head. "Don't worry. I-It's… fine…"
Cana couldn't resist adding in, a wide grin plastered on her face. "Looks like Lucy's gonna need to add 'steamy moments with hot stud' to her list."
Lucy shot Cana an embarrassed glare, her face even redder. "Cana!"
Cana just laughed harder, raising her keg in a mock salute. However, before she could take another drink one of Gray's icicles shot out of nowhere puncturing the keg. Booze began to pour out, soaking Cana in an instant.
Cana's temple throbbed from irritation, her expression darkening. "Okay… Now it's personal." She stood up from her seat while holding up her tarot cards which immediately began to shine with magical energy. "Enough guys! I suggest you knock it off!"
"Yeah!?" Gray (who was thankfully back in his own boxers) shouted, slamming his right fist into his open palm. Cold energy emanated from him as he glared at Cana. "Says who?!"
"HYAAAAA! Beast Arm: Black Bull!" Elfman roared. Golden light shone off of his right arm as it transformed into a massive, black-furred beast arm.
Gojira's eyes widened slightly as he returned to his feet. "Whoa. He changed his arm… Was that Take-Over magic?"
"Looks like it." Godzilla confirmed.
"All of you are so crass." Loke remarked with his face a picture of disapproval. He fiddled with a ring on his finger, summoning a light-green magical circle in front of him. "You must be dealt with accordingly."
"Ha-ha-ha-ha!" Natsu laughed maniacally as his arms ignited in bright flames. "Come and get me!"
"Eek!" Lucy squealed, darting behind Gojira for cover. "Are they seriously gonna use magic attacks in here?!"
"Oh my." Mirajane said as her smile became slightly nervous. "This could be trouble…"
Gojira frowned, a serious expression on his face. "That's it." He took his coat off, followed by his shirt which drew blushes from Lucy and Mirajane as they looked at his muscular body.
However, Gojira ignored them as he transformed into his Titan form, shocking Mirajane while Lucy had a feeling about what he was going to do. He shook his head to get rid of some kinks, then turned his gaze onto the girls.
"You may want to cover your ears." He warned before sucking in a deep breath and then unleashed a roar.
"SSSSSSSSSKKKKKKKKRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOONNNNNNKKKKKK!"
Lucy and Mirajane instantly covered their ears, as the roar shook the entire building. Everyone stopped fighting and covered their ears before they could go deaf, and even that wasn't really enough to keep it from hurting their eardrums.
When the Titan-Slayer finished, everyone turned to see who it was that let out that roar and saw the monstrous-looking Gojira glaring at them. His dorsal plates flashing blue lights to intimidate them even more than they already were. When Mirajane opened her eyes and uncovered her ears, she stared at the newcomer with an impressed look on her face. He was able to silence the rowdy guild with just a single roar. Normally most newcomers would get in on the action.
"If you all are done fighting amongst yourselves, perhaps you should be mindful of others around you!" Gojira said with a tone of authority in his voice. "I may be a stranger, but I will not tolerate an innocent person getting hurt over nothing! If you got a problem, then you talk it out or take it outside! Understood?!"
"Y-YES, SIR!" Every one of the members answered cowardly. This guy was just like Erza, but scarier looking.
"Wow..." Mirajane breathed as she stared at the transformed Gojira before glancing at Lucy. "Is he a Take-Over wizard?"
"Uh... in a way, I think." Lucy said, then explained when seeing the confusion on Mirajane's face. "He's something known as a Titan-Slayer. He's got the powers of a really powerful monster sealed inside him."
Mirajane looked at Lucy with wide eyes. "Titan-Slayer? You mean those ancient monsters known as the Titans?"
Suddenly there was a loud stump as a giant foot slammed on the floor. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? WHAT WAS THAT LOUD ROAR?"Boomed a giant shadowy figure that towered over everyone that stood in the center of the guild.
Everyone who wasn't silent from the Titan-Slayer's roar sure did shut up when they saw the figure. Lucy's eyes were bulging out as she stared at the massive person. While Gojira glared up at him, thinking that he was going to have to fight the giant.
"Oh, you were watching Master." Mirajane said casually with a smile on her face, putting a hand on Gojira's arm to calm him.
"Master?!" Lucy shouted in shock as her eyes darted from the giant to Mirajane.
Even Gojira was surprised. 'Master? Must be the leader around here.'
"Dwa-ha-ha-ha!" Natsu laughed mischievously from the back of the room. "You're all a bunch of babies! I guess this means I claim victory in this battle—"
Natsu was promptly silenced when the giant stomped on him, knocking him out cold.
Gojira tensed for a moment, ready to react, but quickly realized that Natsu was still very much alive, albeit unconscious. "Okay… guess that guy's tougher than he looks."
"Hmm?" The giant turned its black face towards Gojira and Lucy, his expression unreadable. "Two new faces? And one is quite fascinating, I see."
"Y…yes…?" Lucy stammered as her voice was trembling with fear as she tried to hide herself behind Gojira's hulking form for her own protection. Gojira's tail wrapped around her waist protectively as he narrowed his eyes. Lucy blushed as she was held gently yet firmly in the tail.
"You're the boss around here?" Gojira asked with a neutral expression.
"Gnuuunhh!" The giant grunted as it bared its white teeth, giving off an intimidating presence.
Lucy's body shook with her knees threatening to buckle as she tried to shrink further behind Gojira.
Gojira arched a stony brow ridge, noticing something peculiar. 'Wait… is he… shrinking?'
Sure enough, the giant's form began to shrink with its imposing size diminishing rapidly until it transformed into an extremely short-statured, elderly man. The old man had wrinkled skin and thin white hair complete with a matching white mustache. Unlike with Elfman or Mirajane however, his white hair was likely due to his old age. He wore an orange jacket with light blue cuffs and a white t-shirt underneath that bore a symbol Gojira assumed was the Fairy Tail emblem, as everyone in the room seemed to have it. His ensemble was completed by orange shorts and brown curled shoes. On his head he wore an orange and light blue striped cap resembling that of a jester and in his left hand, he carried a wooden cane topped with a pink smiley-face. Despite having the cane, it didn't seem as if he needed it for support.
"HUUUUH?!" Lucy's jaw practically dropped to the floor as her disbelief was palpable.
Gojira blinked twice. "Uh… okay. Wasn't expecting that."
The old man looked up at Gojira and Lucy with an impish smile. "Nice to meet yah!"
"This guy's tiny!" Lucy yelled as her shock was evident. "He's seriously the one in charge around here?!"
"Allow me to introduce you to Fairy Tail's Master Makarov!" Mirajane said with her tone bright and cheerful.
Makarov eyed Gojira critically, his gaze calculating. "Tell me, what manner of creature are you?"
"That's a long story." Gojira said dryly before he transformed back to human form and got his top and coat back on, much to the disappointment of some ladies who caught sight of his exposed chest.
"Hmm, I see. A Take-Over wizard then." Makarov stroked his chin. He then turned to Lucy who was nervously standing behind Gojira. "Well then, I'll be more than happy to talk with you kids. But first hang tight for a second."
Makarov crouched low and performed a backward somersault all the way up to the second floor, much to Gojira and Lucy's surprise. However, the old man mistimed his jump causing his back to comically collide with the railing. To his credit he recovered quickly and climbed up to stand atop the railing, his posture proud despite the stumble.
Everyone in the guild hall directed their attention to the small man now standing high above them.
"You dolts have gone and done it again!" Makarov pulled out a thick stack of papers from his jacket, shaking them in the air. "Just look at all the complaints the Council has sent me this time!First… Gray!"
"Huh?" Gray's confused expression quickly turned into a mix of embarrassment and frustration.
"There are reports of you stumbling around Oshibana naked! What's worse, it's reported that you stole someone's underwear off the line and ran away with it!"
Gray shook, his face flushed with a mixture of anger and embarrassment. "Well… I couldn't keep running around naked!"
"..." Gojira remained silent, not knowing how to respond to that.
"Maybe if you hadn't gotten naked in the first place." Elfman muttered, unknowingly voicing Gojira's exact thoughts.
"Elfman!" The white-haired brute flinched when Makarov shouted his name. "While performing bodyguard service for a VIP, you attacked that very same VIP!"
Elfman sheepishly looked away. "He made a crack about 'how a man is only worth as much as his education'. Before I knew it…"
Makarov shook his head in exasperation, groaning loudly. "Cana, you drank fifteen kegs of liquor at the Silver Keg Tavern, falsely claimed it as 'expenses,' and worse, sent the bill directly to the Council!"
Cana sweat-dropped, rubbing the back of her head. "So, they found out, huh?"
Lucy looked at Cana in shock. "Fifteen kegs?!"
Gojira was equally shocked. 'Shouldn't she be dead from drinking that much?'
"Guess some humans are more durable." Godzilla commented.
"Loke!" Makarov snapped, his glare shifting to the orange-haired playboy. "You seduced the granddaughter of a senior Council member—Rage! Also, we've received an invoice for damages at a talent agency!"
Loke awkwardly looked away, scratching his cheek as though the reprimand was nothing new to him.
Gojira glanced at Loke out of the corner of his eye. 'So, he's definitely that kind of guy huh?'
Makarov let out an exasperated sigh, slumping his shoulders. "And Natsu…"
Gojira perked up at the mention of Natsu's name, looking over to see the pink-haired wizard lying face-first on the floor, still where Makarov had stomped on him earlier. Recognition flashed across Gojira's face. 'Oh yeah! He was the guy from the station yesterday! He's part of this guild? Small world.'
"You brought down Tuly Village's historic clock tower! Damaged a section of Lupinus Castle! And destroyed part of Nazuna Ravine's observation station!"
Lucy sweat-dropped thinking 'Hold on… so all that damage I read about in last week's issue was Natsu's doing?'
Makarov's glare moved across the room. "Alzack… Levy… Reedus… Warren… Bisca… All of you have done nothing but make the Council angry at me!"
The guild hall was dead silent as even the faintest sound would have echoed in the tension-filled tavern.
Lucy trembled in apprehension, while Gojira himself felt the awkwardness rising to a peak. "Maybe we should come back later… or maybe not at all," he mused silently.
"However…" Makarov suddenly set the papers ablaze, the fire quickly consuming the stack until only ashes remained. "I say to hell with the Magic Council!"
He casually tossed the flaming papers away and Natsu who had suddenly sprung to life jumped up and devoured the flames in one bite.
"Now listen up. Any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason, right? Magic isn't some can of miraculous power. It is a talent that only works when the flow of energy inside of us and the flow of energy in the natural world are in perfect synchronization. To perform magic, one must have a strong mind, and the ability to focus. It should take over your being and come pouring out of your soul! If all we do is worry about following rules, then our magic will never progress! Don't let those blowhards on the Council scare you! Follow the path you believe in!
Everyone in the guildhall was grinning big smiles as they listened to Makarov's speech
"A very impressive speech." Godzilla said with approval. "You should take those words to heart."
'Oh yeah.' Gojira nodded with a small smile.
Things had finally begun to settle down from the brawl. Busted tables and furniture were pushed off to a far corner to either be repaired or scraped later, while the surviving benches were pushed away from the wrecked floorboards.
Gojira, Lucy and Cana were sitting on stools at the bar next to each other. Lucy was focused on signing a few documents with a feather-pen, as Gojira had already signed his own. Apparently, getting accepted into Fairy Tail was very easy; much to Lucy's surprise. All she had to do was fill out a little paperwork and then she'd receive the guild's mark.
'Goji was right. I can't believe I over-thought this.' Lucy inwardly said. 'This is so simple!'
Meanwhile, Cana leaned over the bar with her tarot cards scattered casually beside her as she eyed Gojira with interest. "So, handsome, tell me what brings you here to Fairy Tail?" she asked with her tone genuinely curious.
Gojira glanced at her, lowering his cup of water. "Seeking a purpose."
"Purpose, huh?" Cana leaned in closer until her arm brushed against his. "Well, you wouldn't be the first to come here seeking that. Most find a purpose after joining us, so you'll fit right in here."
Gojira looked surprised at her. "You think so?"
Cana smiled as she leaned back, crossing her legs at the knee. "I know so. Plus, you managed to shut us all up without too much struggle. Only two can do that, which is master Makarov and..." She shivered, looking around. "Erza."
"Erza?" Gojira tilted his head.
"You'll meet her some day." Mirajane said with a smile, picking up on their conversation. "She's out on a job and won't be back for at least another week or so."
Gojira nodded. "I see."
Lucy, seeing how close Cana was getting to Gojira and brushing herself against him, felt a pang of annoyance and growled quietly under her breath, her brow furrowing. Why did the sight bother her?
Mirajane, who was behind the bar cleaning mugs, noticed Lucy's sudden shift in demeanor. "Is something wrong, Lucy?" she asked with concern in her gentle voice.
Lucy turned back to the white-haired beauty as her eyes widened slightly in surprise. "Oh! Um… n-no! Sorry, I got distracted. Hehehe…" She chuckled sheepishly and hastily returned to writing, her face slightly flushed much to Mirajane's confusion.
Cana, noticing Lucy's reaction from the corner of her eye let out a soft chuckle. 'Oh, this is getting interesting.' she thought, amused by the dynamics forming around her.
After Lucy finished signing the documents, she slid them over to the bartender. "Here you go Miss Mirajane."
"Please just Mira is fine." Taking the papers, Mira glanced over them and nodded in satisfaction. "Okay, you're all set! Where would you like your mark, Lucy?" She pulled out a wooden stamper from under the counter.
"On my right hand, please!" Lucy excitedly placed her hand down on the counter.
Mirajane stamped a pink tattoo of Fairy Tail's emblem on the top of Lucy's hand with a satisfying pop. "There! Now you're officially a member of the Fairy Tail guild." she declared with a smile.
Lucy's eyes sparkled with glee. "WOW!" She jumped out of her seat and showed her mark to Gojira. "Goji, look! I've got the mark! I'm actually a member of Fairy Tail now!"
Gojira smiled and nodded. "Congratulations, Lucy. I'm happy for you."
"Welcome to Fairy Tail, blondie." Cana winked, lifting her mug as a salute.
A couple of guys from a nearby table were also happy about the guild's new recruit.
"Man! She's so fine!" one guy commented. "The girls in our guild really are the best, aren't they?!"
"I really wish she'd join my team! So beautiful!" the other said with hearts practically in his eyes.
Lucy overheard their remarks and though flattered felt uncomfortable under their leering gazes. She subconsciously stepped closer to Gojira, positioning herself partially behind him as if for protection.
Cana's teasing smirk widened at the scene. 'Oh, she's definitely got the hots for him. Whether she knows it or not.'
Mirajane looked at Gojira. "What about you?"
Gojira thought for a moment then laid his left hand out. "Blue, please." He requested.
Nodding, Mira took his left hand into her own which brought a blush to his face as he felt how soft her hand was. He watched as she pressed the stamp into hus left hand before pulling it away to reveal a blue emblem of the Fairy Tail guild mark. It was almost as blue as his Atomic breath.
He smiled at Mira. "Thanks Mira."
The white-haired barmaid blushed at his smile. "You're welcome." She said softly.
Gojira looked at the mark on his left hand, clenching and unclenching it before rolling it around. This was the start of a new beginning for him. He glanced at Lucy, who looked at him, and they shared a smile.
A beginning for the both of them, actually.
And that's it for this chapter, folks. Let me know what you think in the reviews.

I've taken Seliah out since I'm not too sure about her anymore. And nine women is enough.
