I'm deciding to do a rework for this story with this one and another since they need the most work on it when I first wrote this one. I'll be making some changes to the pairings and a couple other things. Hope you guys will enjoy it.

Chapter 1: He's alive!

How long had it been since he first arrived in this place? He had lost track of time once he was put into prison. Damn people wouldn't have been able to get the drop on him if he hadn't been exhausted and injured from his mission. It had happened so quickly, he was returning from a mission when the sky had started storming around him and the next moment his body started glowing and the next moment, he was in the middle of a throne room of sorts and was instantly captured. When they couldn't siphon any of his chakra off him into a lacrima, they had settled for putting him in prison to never see the light of day again. He had been beaten and tortured for information about his home, but they hadn't gotten anything out of him. It would damn stay that way if he could protect everyone else. He had learned that this world was called Edolas and it was a world that didn't have access to magic like Earthland did. The people didn't use magic like on Earthland, but instead infused it with the weapons

Oddly enough, everyone's been on the move lately which was odd since things were normally quiet, but if something was happening, what could it be? Did someone else get captured like him? If so, who and how did they get here? He could hear people coming towards him, but couldn't see who they were yet. They were coming closer and hopefully it would be someone who could maybe even get him out of here. He wanted some payback for god's sake!

His eyes widened when they came into view and he couldn't believe it was indeed someone he did know and he looked much older than the last time he had seen him, but his spiky pink hair was the same as ever and he still wore that scaly scarf around his neck like he used to as a kid. He sure had grown in the time he had been gone now. And who was that girl with him?

"Get in there, we'll deal with you soon enough and get your magic from you." The guard said as he pushed them in the cell with a smirk before scowling as he looked over at Naruto. "Unlike this scum who we couldn't get his magic power from for some reason." He banged on the door. "Oi, are you in there?" He mocked with a laugh before leaving who didn't hear him scoff at the guard.

"Bastard, as soon as I can get out of here, he's the first one who's going to get it." Naruto muttered under his breath before sighing and looked at his old friends. Who were looking at him curiously.

"Who are you?" Natsu asked as he sniffed the air.

"I know it's been a few years and I look different, but I sure as hell hope that you'd never forget about me, Natsu." Naruto said with a hidden smirk. Naruto's hair was much longer now having it down to the middle of his back. He had facial hair that covered his face, making it cover most of his face.

"Eh?" Was all Natsu said with the girl being confused, when Naruto chuckled and stood up.

"W-who are you mister?" The girl asked shyly while looking at the blonde nervously.

"An old friend of Natsu's, you could say. I mean who else knows about Chakra isn't that right?" Naruto's smirk grew when he saw the gears forming his head and a realization hit him when his eyes widened.

"N-naruto is that you?" Natsu shakily asked the man who was hoping this wasn't a joke or a prank being pulled on him.

"Not in the slightest old friend. It's been far too long." Naruto said when Natsu ran to the bars separating them and had a giant grin on his face.

"YOU'RE ALIVE! WE ALL THOUGHT YOU DIED AND YET YOU'RE HERE?! YOU BASTARD!" Natsu cried and really got a good look at him and what the hell has happened to his friend? "What happened to you?" He questioned as he stared at him.

"Basically I was on my back from a job when I was sucked into an Anima by the king here, but when I appeared in the castle and not in a lacrima, they managed to capture me since I was still injured from the job. The first year they tried everything to siphon my chakra for their purposes, but when that didn't work, they just left me to rot in here and get information about anything on Earthland. They've had my chakra sealed off too with handcuffs imbued with magic, so I haven't been able to get out myself." Naruto explained, getting a shocked look from them and Natsu gritted his teeth.

"Those bastards, I'm going to kick their asses when we get out of here." Natsu shouted as he hit his fists together.

"Um, who is this Natsu-san?" The girl asked, curious about him and worried about hearing about him getting hurt.

"Oh this is Naruto, he's a friend and a member of Fairy Tail, but we thought he died four years ago." Natsu told her who nodded.

"It's a pleasure to meet you little one, I'm Naruto Uzumaki. What's your name miss?" Naruto asked politely with a smile, despite being in his condition he could still smile like that. Wendy was in awe of him.

"I'm Wendy Marvell. I'm sorry that we can't help you right now." Wendy bowed a little with a frown.

"What are you guys doing here though? Do you know what their plans are by any chance? I only hear bits every now and their main goal as I know is to have "eternal magic"." Naruto said with a frown.

"We came to Edolas to free everyone that's been turned into a Lacrima. Magnolia is one giant lacrima, with the main source being Fairy Tail."

"What?" Naruto asked in a quiet tone that sent shivers down their spines, but only Natsu was aware of why, knowing who was imprisoned in the lacrima. Wendy continued with her explanation.

"From what we've been able to learn is that they're going to be using our magic since it's extremely rare to power a machine." Wendy told him since Natsu wouldn't understand at all.

"Ahh, you must be a Dragon Slayer like Natsu then. That's pretty cool if you ask kind of dragon slayer are you?" Naruto asked.

"I'm the sky dragon slayer." Naruto chuckled at her cheerful answer, but then he got serious. "If that's the case I've heard the guards mention a large harpool chain gun that would allow them to target an island with it, but that's all I know. And your magic would be enough to power it for them to use." He said with a frown as he clenched his fists in frustration at being so useless.

"So, they're going to drain us of our magic?" Wendy asked with a frown as he nodded to her question.

"Yes it sounds like it or at least that's their plan anyway if I can just break free of these." Naruto gritted his teeth as he brought his arms up to see his wrists in shackles, but it was the runes that were on them that caught the two's attention when they saw it said seal on them.

"I'll break them off you, then you can help us save everyone." Natsu said, confusing him. What did he mean to save everyone? What exactly was going on?

"What do you mean?" Naruto asked them. Natsu opened his mouth to say, but a guard walked to them and pulled the two dragon slayers out.

"It's time to put you to use, get a move on." The guard ordered as he pushed them out of their cell.

"Watch it bastard or I'll knock your teeth out." Natsu told him as he managed to smash his head against the guards head which knocked him into Naruto's cell door, Naruto used the moment to use his shackles to wrap around his neck blocking off his oxygen until he passed out, making him drop to the floor.

Natsu and Wendy headed towards the unconscious guard and searched for his keys and it wasn't long before they found them and unlocked their cuffs before doing the same to Naruto's cell and his own cuffs. As soon as the cuffs came off, he felt his chakra suddenly come to life around him as he felt his malnourished body slowly fixed itself. Things were finally looking up for him, but it would take some time for his body to be what it once was.

"Go on and find the others. I'll be fine, I just need a few minutes." Naruto assured them with a nod as they reluctantly left him there as Naruto sat down and leaned against the wall when his eyes widened. His chakra spiked and got a feel for his Chakra for once in four years.

"It's about time that those blasted cuffs would be off."A familiar deep voice said in annoyance with Naruto nodding in agreement.

"Glad to hear you after all this time, Kurama. How's everyone else doing?" Naruto asked his longtime friend.

"We're fine Naruto-kun, it'll just be awhile until we can get used to being free again. Those runes sure were annoying, they not only kept us from speaking with you, but also managed to keep us from using our chakra to help you." The motherly voice of the two-tails or her real name, Matatabi frowned at her not being able to help him.

"I wonder how everyone else has been though? Natsu has grown from the kid that would challenge you all the time. I wonder how Mira-san, Laki-san, and Cana-san are since we've been gone?" The voice of the six-tails or Saiken being her name asked curiously.

"I don't know and I hope that they've all been doing alright. I can only hope that we can get them all back before it's too late." Naruto said in a worried tone.

"We're going to kick their asses, right? They sealed us off from you and tortured you. They deserve to die!" Naruto heard the voice of the battle-loving One-Tails, or Shukaku being his real name.

"Don't worry, they'll pay for what they've done, but for now we need to recover since I won't be able to do much right now." Naruto said to the Biju who nodded and began focusing on healing him as much as possible.

It's been an hour since Natsu and Wendy left and he could finally say that he was ready to help them. When he made it outside, he could see what was going on with one of the islands that had a giant lacrima on it. What he sensed from it though was how it wasn't just anyone's magic, but those from his Fairy Tail and he was pissed off.

"Let's go guys." Naruto said, disappearing in a lightning Shunshin to stop from that lacrima being used and destroy it or else everyone he knew would die. And that was something he couldn't let happen.

He could see a couple people had been freed from it such as a redhead who was wearing armor and a man with black hair and had no shirt on. They were pushing the island with everything they had, trying to keep it from colliding with the Exceeds, but to no avail as it was getting closer and closer. "Come on Happy! Don't give up! This isn't it, we all have a lot more to give!" Natsu shouted to his friend. "Come on Naruto. I hope you're feeling better by now because we could really use your help.". He screamed inside his head.

"Gajeel, why haven't you freed everyone yet like you did with us!?" Erza yelled at her teammate.

"The cat had gotten in my way, so I wasn't able to." Gajeel yelled back at Erza.

"It would take too much time now anyway. We need all the help we can get now to stop this thing." Gray said as he was struggling to hold the island back.

"And we will stop this thing even if we die trying, we will give everything we have and it will work." Lucy exclaimed, hoping they would be enough.

It was slowing down even if it was a little, but it wasn't enough for anything to really change. What no one had seen was certain three-pronged kunai on the island with the lacrima and in an instant the chain was broken and the island had regained its balance no longer being pulled and used to destroy the exceed anymore. Many were wondering what had happened and how the chain had been destroyed as everyone they knew was trying to stop the island from crashing into the other.

"What happened?" Erza asked, confused on what was going on and how the chain had been broken.

"I'm not sure, none of us could have done it since we were all keeping the islands from colliding into each other." Gray wondered what was going on.

"I'm just as lost as you guys are too. I mean I don't remember anyone who could've done this. Not even the king would've been able to stop it in time with how fast they were coming together. Lucy told them rather confused as well.

"Did I make it on time, Natsu?" They heard a voice say, but only Natsu recognized it immediately as he grinned in response.

They looked up to see Naruto who was standing on top of a rooftop that had been destroyed with his ragged clothes. He was holding his weapon that he had unsealed and was lucky that he had it sealed away when he was captured, so he didn't have to go looking for it. It was a large broadsword, 250 centimeters in length with a weight of 30 kilograms shaped like a butcher knife. The blade itself has two cut outs, a circle close to the top and a semi-circular one nearer to the handle, the former of which is aptly fitting the sword's purpose of decapitation. It has an extremely long handle making it easier to hold with two hands instead of one. This was the Kubikiribocho, once a blade that belonged to Zabuza and the Hidden Mist Village, but now was his to use.

"Who are you?" Erza asked with narrowed eyes at him.

But before he could answer, Lily was shot, by the other Erza catching everyone by surprise as they glared at her for what she did, especially Naruto.

"Get them! Make sure you get every exceed!" Knightwalker shouted at the soldiers.

"Hai!" They all said as they started turning the exceeds into lacrima.

"This isn't good. What do we do?" Lucy commented.

"We fight!" Natsu shouted, hitting his knuckles together as flames roared alive.

"The Dragon Slayers are mine! I will use them to get all the magic power that we'll ever need!" The king shouted as he appeared in a suit of dragon armor.

"The Doma Anim?! Our victory is assured with it out here!" A soldier said seeing the legendary suit.

"Like hell you'll win this! We'll show you what Dragon Slayers are capable of bastard!" Natsu growled as he lit his fists on fire and he charged at the king.

"And I'm not going to let Salamander have all the fun so bring it on you tin can!" Gajeel said as he charged him too with Wendy not far behind them, wanting to help her fellow dragon slayers.

"We still need to finish our fight, Scarlet!" Knightwalker shouted as she charged at Erza who did the same, but Naruto appeared in front of Knightwalkerand kicked her in the jaw as she was sent flying.

"Don't get in my way for now Erza, I owe her for what she's done to me for years." Naruto said seriously who looked at his back in confusion, wondering how he knows her.

"You're going to tell us who you are when this is over, right? I'm grateful for your help, but I don't know you." Erza said while Naruto chuckled, but nodded as he went after his target who he was going to enjoy tearing apart for all the suffering she put him through.

Knightwalker jumped out of the broken wall that she had crashed into when she saw the one who had hit her and was surprised, but it quickly turned to outrage.

"YOU! HOW'D YOU GET FREE?!" She demanded in outrage as she quickly brought her spear up and charged at him, thinking this would be easy with how weak he was at the moment, but he easily dodged her attack. She tried again, but wasn't fast enough and in the next moment she wasn't prepared what happened in the next moment. Naruto had disappeared and reappeared behind her and elbowed her in the back of the head. He used Shunshin again, appearing in front of her as she tried to stab him with her weapon, slashing and stabbing, but he was dodging every strike that she would throw at him.

"You're never going to hit me ever again. For every piece of damage you gain is a small piece of revenge for what you did and your buddies have four years of catching up to do, so I'm going to be cashing in on this check. And you better be ready to pay in full." Naruto said emotionlessly.

Knightwalker just growled, but smirked. "You wish. After I'm done with you, we'll figure out something to do with your power to make use of." She said, when she dodged a punch that had barely missed by a hair, but wasn't prepared for him to kick her in the chin followed a downward slash from his blade. She barrel rolled out of the way and quickly sped at him with her spear and channeled magic power into it as she shot lightning at him with it that caused an explosion.

She smirked thinking that she had gotten him and then take what was rightfully theirs once they were done with him. When the dust settled, Naruto stood there still and his sword was held in front of his body in a blocking manner. He brought it down and had a smirk on his face.

"Is that all you have, Knightwalker? I'm sure you can do better than this, right?" Naruto asked, getting a growl from Edolas Erza in response.

"I'll show you what I'm capable of and you'll see you are no match for me!" Knightwalker shouted as her spear changed again, this time, possessing a long, dark blade. The lower section of the head indents in and just back out as it reaches the tip. The dark-colored blade is supported by a thick, dark orb, which holds an intricate design covering most of the orb's surface, and, around the orb, two dark tubes connect to the blade, with two silver dots on the lower area of either tube.

Naruto stabbed his blade into the ground and went through some hand seals before she knew it a dragon came out of his mouth made entirely of flames and roared before charging at the redhead. He did another set of hand seals with a burst of wind that would expand the power of the flames. Erza saw how hot it was getting now and knew she had to do something quick. She summoned a large orb of gravity and shot it at the dragon when they collided, they began fighting for a winner. It wasn't long before another explosion was set off and dust scattered blinding the didn't say anything, waiting for the dust to settle and when it did he was no longer in the spot.

"Where was he? Where'd he go?" Knightwalker asked herself in caution.

"I'm right behind you." She stopped and felt a chill go down her spine. She didn't waste a second and brought her spear behind her in a blocking position when he slammed it with a Rasengan that completely shattered her spear in two and what was left of her armor and left a large burn on her back making her pain that much worse for her as the wall she crashed into was completely destroyed.

Naruto approached her slowly, readying another Rasengan in hand, but it was slightly different as this one had four spinning blades on it instead of just the spiraling orb. When he stopped, he was merely a foot away from her while she was still getting herself out of the rubble. She managed to get out and she saw him glaring at her with so much hatred and fury, it made him look terrifying, even more when she tried to grab her weapon, she found it completely destroyed from his attack combined with the crash made things worse for her. She was about to grab a nearby weapon when she felt herself being restrained by something. She looked to see that it was, sand binding her wrists and ankles keeping her from moving.

"And now I finish this ending you here!" Naruto growled as he was about to slam the Rasengan into her head when he felt his wrist getting grabbed by someone. He growled at whoever would dare to stop him from getting justice and saw it was in fact Earthland's Erza who had stopped him. "Why did you stop me? I told you to not interfere." Naruto stated with cold emotionless eyes.

"You can stop now, she can't fight back anymore." Erza said with a stern look that Naruto matched with his own.

"She tortured me for four years, just for her own amusement when she wasn't getting any information from me. She deserves to die for that and everything else she's done to the people here." Naruto said as he glared at the unconscious woman who had passed out from exhaustion and pain.

"It's over though. She's done for and stop this now before you do something you'll regret." Erza said when he still wasn't convinced.

"And what do you want me to do, just let her go, so she continues what she's been doing for who knows how long? I don't think so. I'm stopping someone from causing more pain and you're getting in my way of that." Naruto said with narrowed eyes, but they softened a little when she saw the look in his friend's eyes, begging for him to spare her. Damn it, she always had a way to calm him down, no matter how angry he would get.

"Please don't do it. She's beaten, no more." Erza begged him who looked at her as if having a mental war with himself. After a few minutes he nodded and brought his hand back down to his side, dispelling the technique, getting a sigh of relief from the redhead.

"It's great to see you again though Erza, you've grown so much since we last saw each other." Naruto said, getting a confused look from her.

"You know me, yet I don't know you. Can you explain how you know who I am if you're from Edolas?" Erza asked politely, yet with a dangerous tone in her voice.

"I'm actually not from Edolas, but Earthland." Naruto stated with a smile.

"... You are?!" Erza shouted at the blonde who shrugged his shoulders.

"You really don't recognize me at all?." Naruto asked with disbelief, but she shook her head in response. He was about to ask something else when they heard yelling and screaming coming from Lucy, Happy, and Gray.

"We'll continue this conversation later, for now we should go help the others." Naruto suggested as Erza agreed and were about to run off when Naruto stumbled and fell to a knee as he panted. Erza stopped next to him and was wondering what was wrong.

"What's wrong?" She asked with worry in her voice as he shook at his weak body failing him at a time like this.

"Damn it. My body is still not healed yet, despite getting help from them. Go on ahead, I'll catch up in a moment. I just need a breather before I can fight again." Naruto said with Erza nodding hesitantly, not wanting to leave her malnourished friend to himself.

"We'll come back for you when this is over, so stay put and don't do anything to make your body worse than it already is." Erza said, making him chuckle and nod as he relaxed and leaned against the wall with her speeding off to go help her friends.

"Damn it, too bad I can't go into the tailed beast cloak, it would certainly help, but my body wouldn't be able to handle the power at the moment." He said out loud.

"You pushed your body too hard in that brief scuffle against Knightwalker. You're body needs more than rest to get back into your top shape. Right now, all we can do is help make the pain more bearable. For now, I'd say you should go help the dragon slayers, you can supply them with their elements to give them a boost with chakra." Kurama said.

"That's a good idea. They'll be able to beat that fake dragon then and it'll be over pretty much after that." Naruto thought as he nodded and managed to get to his feet as he made his way towards them. "Shukaku, can you prepare some wind chakra for me to give to Wendy, Matatabi, can you give me some fire chakra for Natsu? I'm going to have to rely on your chakra from now on." Naruto frowned at having to rely on the Biju since he didn't like using their chakra, rather than use his own skills and to let the Biju have peace.

"It's alright, Naruto-kun, we know you don't want to, but with how low you are on chakra, it would be best for us to help you." Matatabi said as the others nodded.

"She's right, Naruto, despite not wanting to use us, we are here for you when you do need us. We know you'd never use us for bad intentions like Madara and the kages did. Rely on us this once while you let your chakra recover." Kurama told his longtime friend who nodded albeit reluctantly.

"If need be, you can even use the lava-chakra mode that I taught you except it'll be my chakra you're using for the cloak instead." Son suggested, getting a nod from him.

"Fine, but only if I'll need it. Thanks guys." Naruto cut the connection as he suddenly felt Son's chakra surge through his body, further helping his body by healing it and strengthening it as his body was engulfed in a red form. He disappeared in a red flash.

Naruto reappeared where Natsu and the other dragon slayers were and the entire area had been completely destroyed. Things didn't look good for them with how battered they looked. They were all on the ground with Natsu on his knees with scuff marks, he was holding his arm that had been broken, but had a look of anger on his face, Wendy was on her stomach while panting for breath from exhaustion and the pain with various scrapes and had burn marks on her body. The other guy was much like Wendy, battered, and bruised from the fight against the Doma Anim.

"Damn, Things aren't looking too good for them and I won't be able to supply them with their elements until that fake dragon is out of the way." Naruto said as he approached the battlegrounds. Naruto vanished and reappeared above the dragon before he charged his leg with blue flames courtesy of Matatabi and kicked the dragon making it stumble. He wasn't done however as he ran a Rasengan into its chest as it made it topple over several meters away as Naruto landed in front of the down slayers.

"Naruto? Why are you glowing?" Natsu asked, seeing his friend glowing almost like he was on fire.

"What else do you think? Here to help, but that was about all I could do right now, so instead I'll be supplying you guys with your elements to help heal you and give you a boost." Naruto said as he held his hand out and blue flames came to life and held it to Natsu for him who looked at it with stars in his eyes as he gladly devoured the flames.

In and instant he could feel his body already healing and his power growing. He felt better than he had ever felt before. He summoned some a wind tornade courtesy of Shukaku and did the same for Wendy who felt rejuvenated thanks to his chakra which will make her several times stronger. He looked at Gajeel with confusion.

"What about you? What kind of dragon slayer are you?" Naruto asked the man who grunted in pain.

"I'm an iron dragon slayer. I don't suppose you have anything that could help me?" The man asked with hope, seeing how he would need it if the others' reactions to the elements he presented to them was any indication.

The answer he got was that Naruto used Shukaku's magnet release and pulled a large amount of iron for the guy to eat when his transformation ended and he gasped and fell to his knees. Wendy immediately ran over to him and started healing him much to his pleasure when they saw the dragon was already back on his feet and saw that Naruto was free.

"YOU DARE INTERRUPT ME TO GETTING ETERNAL MAGIC?!" The king shouted in frustration and madness.

"We'll always fight you! You took our friends from us and we're going to get them back!" Natsu yelled as the three slayers finished eating and felt better than ever before.

"This…"

"Is…"

"incredible!"

"Finish him off, so we can go home." Naruto collapsed in his spot as the three slayers faced off against the deranged king. The last thing Naruto saw before he lost consciousness was the three rushing towards the machine with renewed magic power.

Naruto didn't know how long he was out for, but when he came too, he was being healed by Wendy. That was her name, right? He had no idea where Natsu and the other dragon slayer had gone.

"Are you okay, Naruto-san? You passed out after giving us that amazing magic. I want to thank you for helping us out, it gave us the chance we needed to beat the king, but what kind of magic was that? It felt so different from anything I've felt before." Wendy said, wanting to know what it was that empowered them so.

"Hehe, it's complicated, but it wasn't magic as I can't really use it. I use a different energy called Chakra which is the reason that the king wasn't able to take it from me or use it like magic. But what you and Natsu ate was a special type of chakra from friends of mine that you'll meet later on, but they are special and can use certain elements which is what you ate earlier. It was their chakra that you ate." Naruto explained.

"Friends? Who are they exactly?" Wendy asked cutely.

"I'll introduce them once we get back to Earthland. How long was I out for? What happened to the king and Natsu?" Naruto asked.

"They went to go help everyone, but I stayed behind so I could heal you, but most of what you have is malnourishment from the lack of food, so you won't be able to heal properly. I'm sorry, this is all I was capable of doing." Wendy said with a sad look. She felt someone rub her head affectionately and looked up, Naruto was smiling at her.

"You did a good job, but you're right. Food would go a long way for me, so no need to get sad when you did the best that you could. I should introduce you to Katsuya sometime. I think you two would get along really well, but we should regroup with everyone, don't you think?" Naruto asked, getting a nod from the girl who stood up and helped Naruto stand, but he was still weak from lack of food as he stumbled a little. Wendy was there to help keep balance as they slowly made their way to everyone else, but it would take some time. Naruto apologized for being a burden, but she said that it was nothing and it wasn't his fault that he was like this. Bless her soul, she is way too kind for this world.

"What's happening?!" Wendy shouted in worry as the ground started shaking when yellow and green beams of light came from it, but was going through it instead of destroying the ground.

"This feels like…" Naruto trailed off in shock at what he was feeling from this light.

"The magic power in the world is disappearing." Wendy finished with wonder as she saw the spectacle before them.

"It seems that magic is leaving this world, but where is it going?" Naruto asked, curious in his tone.

"I don't know, but it's worrying because if that's true, then what will happen to everyone in Edolas?" Wendy asked as they started moving again.

It was a few minutes later when they could finally see the others, but the Earthland mages were starting to glow. Naruto noticed Wendy started glowing too and began to float in the air as he also started glowing.

"If I had to guess, the magic is going back to Earthland and since we aren't from here and can use magic, it's sending us back along with it." Wendy concluded with Naruto nodding in agreement.

"That does make sense, but at least now we can all go back." Naruto said to the happy dragon slayer. "Home. It feels so strange for it to be actually happening. I've been hoping and praying that I'd be able to see everyone again, but none more so than my Card Queen and Demon Goddess." Naruto thought to himself as they continued to float higher until they disappeared into the anima along with everyone else.

Natsu, Erza, Gray, Lucy, Gajeel, and a small white Exceed were talking about what to do about Mystogan. They had also seemed to copy one of the advisors actions and were raising their fist in the air for some reason, well except Gajeel who was looking around for someone.

"Where's Lily? I ain't seen Panther Lily around anywhere!" Gajeel said looking around for him.

"Lily?" Gray asked in confusion.

"That super-strong Exceed." Lucy said, getting an understanding nod from the stripper.

"If you want me, I'm right here." They heard him as he stepped up to everyone, but were all surprised to see that he wasn't in his form from earlier, but looked like Happy and Carla now.

"Dinky!" Everyone exclaimed looking completely shocked at his appearance.

"The levels of Ethernano are vastly different then the levels in Edolas. I can only surmise that Pantherlily body was forced to adopt into a form more suited for the environment." Shagotte explained as the group adopted an 'ah' face.

To everyone shock Gajeel looked down at the Exceed who looked up with unflinching eyes. There was a minute of silence as the Exceed and Iron Dragon Slayer seemed to have a mental showdown.

"So, you are still that giant cat who fought on equal levels with me in Edolas?" Gajeel asked gruffly.

"Of course. Despite my reduced size I am no less Pantherlily then before. I believe with enough practice I can temporarily regain my former size as sort of transformation. The Ethernano levels in this world make it seem possible." Pantherlily stated proudly.

Gajeel took another moment starring at the smaller Exceed before he looked at Erza with a serious expression.

"Can he join Fairy Tail?" Gajeel asked with a grunt.

The Exceeds were silent while the Fairy Tail wizards were a bit surprised. Erza took a thinking pose.

"The guild which took care of Prince Jellal? Now that would be interesting." Pantherlily thought with interest.

Erza nodded, figuring if Makarov could forgive Phantom Lord members like Gajeel and Juvia then he surely would forgive Pantherlily for his role in the Edolias events.

Gajeel grinned before he picked up Pantherlily and started to cuddle him rubbing his cheek against Pantherlily whose face was stoic while Lucy were wide eyed.

"He is cuddling him?!" Lucy asked, shocked.

"Hmm I suppose another Exceed in Fairy Tail wouldn't be the worst thing. Might make Gajeel less grumpy to have someone to talk to." Carla whispered while Happy was freaking out thinking that there was a new 'rival' for Carla despite Pantherlily not even talking to Carla yet.

"Only condition is you are my partner now Lily! You are my Exceed, okay?" Gajeel insisted happily as he cuddled Pantherlily who had a flat expression.

"Okay? If that is all I need to do to join Fairy Tail I would consider that a victory." Pantherlily stated neither struggling nor hugging back the excited Iron Dragon Slayer. "Onto another matter… I caught someone suspicious." He said, pulling on the rope he was holding while Gajeel looked on in pride of his new partner.

"I see. You already made a big catch eh? That's my cat for ya!." Gajeel bragged.

"Come." Lily said, pulling on the rope harder.

"I-I'm not… anyone….suspicious…" The person was revealed to be Lisanna, with Natsu's eyes widened upon seeing her. "I'm a member of Fairy Tail, too…" Lisanna said with a frown as she looked at her friends in sadness.

"Lisanna? What is Edo Lisanna doing here?" Natsu asked out loud.

Everyone was talking about what to do now since Edo Lisanna was here, until she ran up and jumped on Natsu crying. "Natsu. I can finally see the real Natsu again after all this time. Before he could do anything, Happy is being glomped in a hug. No one said anything until Gray start to put the pieces together as his eyes widened considerably.

"Don't tell me… This is… Our Lisanna?" Gray asked in disbelief.

"Yeah." Lisanna says.

"We all thought you died, two years ago. I can't believe you came back from the dead." Erza says.

Lisanna goes on to explain when she had disappeared, it was really because of the anima that had sent her to Edolas where she met up with their Fairy Tail. She learned that her counterpart had died, but they had mistaken her for her counterpart where she lived as one of them for two years. As time went by she had blended in with them and became a part of the guild like it was her own. How things had changed once she saw Natsu and Happy show up where she was scared that they would realize she was their Lisanna. By the time she was done, she was shedding tears in finally being able to come home.

"Where's the guy that was with Wendy earlier? He said, he was from Earthland, so he should've come with us, right?" Erza asked, having noticed that Naruto wasn't with them, but she couldn't see him anywhere.

"Oh you mean, Naruto?" Wendy asked, getting looks from Erza and Gray who frowned at her question.

"What do you mean, Naruto? He died years ago didn't he?" Gray asked with skepticism and looked towards Natsu who was grinning for some reason. Did he know something that he didn't?

"Naruto is alive man. He was like what happened to Lisanna. He was the guy with the ragged clothes and the beard. He kicked Knightwalkers ass." Natsu kept the grin on his face while Erza's eyes widened what he said.

"Could he have really been Naruto? He's been there this whole time?" Erza asked with some hope.

"Who's this Naruto you guys are talking about?" Lucy asked with a confused look as she rose her eyebrow in curiosity.

"He was one of our S-class mages that disappeared four years ago who we thought died at the time, but he was in Edolas instead. If he did come back with us, than where's he at now?" Gray answered as that question now made those wonder where the blonde was.

"He's still hurt and malnourished. We need to find him quickly." Wendy said, getting nods from everyone as everyone aside from Lucy, Lisanna, and Gray had seen his condition, knowing how bad it was. Sadly, they wouldn't have any luck in finding him.

Naruto's opened his eyes and he could see he was in a room of sorts.

"Where the hell am I?" Naruto asked out loud as he sat up and looked around the room. It was a small room surrounded by white walls with a small table nearby where a glass of water was put on.

"Ahh it looks like you're awake young man." Naruto heard someone say as he looked towards the voice as an older man had opened the door revealing a middle age with short brown hair and glasses who was wearing a doctors uniform.

"W-where am I? Why does my throat feel so dry?" Naruto asked in a groan feeling his throat dry. He quickly took the glass of water and drank it quickly, but it proved to be a mistake when he started coughing.

"Easy there kid, you're my hometown when you suddenly fell from the sky and crash landed in the middle of it. It's a wonder you were still alive when you brought in to me considering all the injuries you have along with all the malnourishment you sustained.

"Hehe, I'm just stubborn like that, I suppose. I have people to go back too and girls that no doubt want to kick my ass." Naruto said with a chuckle as the doctor smiled at him.

"I don't doubt that, but you're in my care, so I want you to take it easy while I get you looking better. Tell me, where are you from?" The man asked curiously.

"Magnolia, I'm a member of the guild called Fairy Tail. I'm Naruto Uzumaki, I'll be in your care doctor." Naruto bowed his head in gratitude.

"We have a lot of work to do if we're going to get you back to Magnolia. I'm sure you're wanting to go see everyone again." The doctor said as Naruto nodded. "Let's begin than." He said with fire determination burning in Naruto's eyes.

"Just wait a little longer everyone, I'll be home soon." Naruto thought.
