The warehouse was in chaos as Team Arrow clashed with Slade's army. The respective leaders of both groups, Green Arrow and Deathstroke, were in the middle of the most intense battle they'd had since they'd been on the ship the Heaven's Eye after Slade had seized it from it's captain, the mad scientist Dr. Hugo Strange (I changed a few parts of Oliver's origin since Ivo and Amazo were wasted in the Arrowverse. I want to try to do right by them both, which means a different scientist was after Mirakuru Oliver's second year on the island), and that battle had ended with Oliver putting an arrow through Slade's eye. And it was clear that Deathstroke was after some payback. Black Canary was doing her job of getting a sample of the Mirakuru while White Canary and Red Arrow focused on planting charges around the compound while Spartan and Katana engaged Slade's forces, while Roy did the best he could to help, though really, without training, weapons or super strength, there wasn't much he could do.
In fact, since he was distracted, Cheshire decided to get some revenge on him for duping her by attempting to launch a sneak attack, only to be intercepted by a silver arrow.
"Not so fast." Silver Arrow said.
"Oh good, I was hoping that you'd be the one to confront me." Cheshire said as Silver Arrow jumped down from her perch, grateful that she'd been doing well enough in her training that Green Arrow had brought her here.
"Really, and why is that?" Silver Arrow asked as she kept her bow raised.
"Because I want to see if Green Arrow is as good a teacher as the League of Shadows. Artie." Cheshire said and Silver Arrow nearly dropped her bow.
"You know who I am?" Silver Arrow asked.
"Of course. I've been keeping tabs on you for months. In fact, the main reason I took this job was so that I could bring you back with me." Cheshire said.
"Wait, the League of Shadows. Jade is that you?" Silver Arrow asked, remembering what her mom had told her about her big sister before she'd been taken away.
"Oh good, mom told you everything. Which means that you know that there's no way I'm leaving here without my little sister." Cheshire said.
"That didn't stop you last time and there's no way in hell I'd go with you. I'm not a criminal like you." Silver Arrow snarled as she fired another arrow at her sister, since now it was personal.
"Cute, you really think that you can beat me? Even when we fought as kids, I'd always kick your ass. Now it's just gonna hurt even more than before." Cheshire said as she pulled out her sais.
"We'll see about that." Silver Arrow said, though she wasn't too confident, since Jade did have more training than she did, but hopefully she'd get some back up soon.
Meanwhile, Green Arrow and Deathstroke were still engaged in their battle, though they'd somehow wound up on the scaffolding at the top of the warehouse, neither of them giving ground and despite Deathstroke's superior strength, Green Arrow was still holding his own.
"You could never beat me, kid. Give up now." Deathstroke said.
"The eyepatch you're wearing under that helmet says otherwise." Green Arrow said with a smirk as the two continued fighting.
"And I've had years to think about how I'd get my revenge on you for that and for what you did to Shado." Deathstroke said.
"That wasn't my fault. I told you what happened but you refuse to believe me. But that's not what this is about. You're still jealous because you feel like I stole your shot with Shado, when in reality, the only thing stopping you was you." Green Arrow said.
"She loved you and you used that to get what you wanted from her." Deathstroke insisted as his sword clashed with Green Arrow's bow.
"Do you even hear yourself right now? No one used Shado for anything she didn't want to do. She was nothing but a friend and teacher to me." Green Arrow said, since he'd known how Shado had felt about him when they were on Lian Yu, but his heart had never strayed from Laurel, even when it looked like he'd never see her again.
"It doesn't matter. And regardless of this outcome tonight, I'm not going to kill you. Not yet." Deathstroke said as they continued their fight.
"Really, then what exactly is it that you've been trying to do?" Green Arrow asked.
"I said I wouldn't kill you. Never said I wouldn't beat you up. Just like old times. But no, you aren't dying yet. Not until you know my pain. Until you've lost everything. And there is so much I can take from you. So many options, I almost don't know who to choose first. After all, you've already got your father's death on your conscience, might as well add the rest of your family to it. I'm gonna kill your mother, your sister, your friends, your new protege, then after I've done all that and made you watch as I burn your city to the ground, I'll kill the woman you love right in front of you and have you begging for death and before I grant that request, I'll make certain that the last thing you ever see is my driving my sword your young daughter's heart." Deathstroke said and Green Arrow roared with rage as he fired an explosive arrow into Deathstroke's leg, sending him flying back.
"Ah, there's the killer I remember. Didn't think you still had the nerve to do things like that. Nice to know the monster I trained is still in there somewhere." Deathstroke said as he got to his feet, since between his armor and the mirakuru, the explosive didn't do much permanent damage to him.
"You can threaten me all you want, but never mention my daughter again or your other won't be the only thing I put an arrow in. After all, might as well make them match." Green Arrow said.
"Good luck with that kid." Deathstroke said, only to be sent flying again by Black Canary's sonic cry.
"Never mess with my daughter. Any of them." Black Canary said, since she'd heard those threats too and she already considered Artemis and Yolanda to be her daughters too.
"Did you get the sample?" Green Arrow asked, knowing that this would be the best time for them to leave.
"Yep and this place is set to blow. Let's get outta here." Black Canary said and Green Arrow nodded, right as Silver Arrow came over the comms.
"I could use some help here." Silver Arrow said.
"I'll get her." Green Arrow said and Black Canary nodded.
Silver Arrow was putting up a good fight, but her sister had several years more training than she did, so it was kind of unfair. Which was why she was pretty sure she at least had a broken arm at this point.
"I told you, you're coming back with me whether you want to or not." Cheshire said to her sister, only to be taken out by a net arrow fired by Green Arrow as he jumped down between the two.
"I had that." Silver Arrow said, despite the fact that her bow was in pieces and she was holding her right arm with her left.
"Sure you did, but we're leaving." Green Arrow said as he helped her up before they made their exit.
"This isn't over. I'm not leaving without my sister." Cheshire said as she moved to leave before the warehouse became a fireball in the sky.
