"I can't believe it's almost November," Alicia murmurs, eyes closed as they take in the rare silence of the house. The twins are napping, and Andre is at school. The first couple of days had been difficult, all of them a little teary eyed at this change, but he's adjusted now, coming home every day babbling excitedly about his friends and things they're learning.

"Soon it'll be Christmas," Ricardo murmurs, his fingers tracing slow circles against her knuckles. "Then 2025."

"Ughhh," Alicia squirms around. "I'm not ready for any of that." She rolls over and straddles Ricardo, staring down at him. "Make time stoooop."

He laughs a little, brushing the hair out of her eyes. "Would if I could," he says, leaning up to kiss her. "Would if I could."

She pouts down at him and sighs, tangling her fingers in his hair before leaning in and kissing him. "You're making me sad," she informs him and he tsks softly, rolling them over so she's settled under him, her eyes gleaming in the shadows as he kisses down her jaws, fingers teasing under her shirt.

"Well, tell me how I can fix that," he says, nipping at her lower lip.

"Anything I want?"

"Anything you want," he says smiling into her skin as she groans softly, tugging at his hair.

"Andrew won't be home for another hour," she says, sighing as he begins to ease her shirt up and off. "Give you any ideas?"

"Oh, a couple," he says, nuzzling into her collar, pressing hot, open mouthed kisses against her skin. "If you get any specific ideas, be sure to let me know."

She nods, twisting her fingers in the sheets as he smirks, trailing kisses lower down her body. "Will do," she exhales shakily, closing her eyes and enjoying the feel of him exploring her thoroughly. "Oh god, I love you, Ricardo."

He hums. "I love you too," he says, lacing his fingers with hers, grounding her as he trails kisses down her stomach, feeling each breath hitch through her.
