CT7567Rules: I won't use the Old West for my jewel quest, since the Star of Isis was found in the USA. Also, thanks as I didn't know about David Weatherby's passing. Bit sad since Spencer was one of the more decent characters on this season.
ctran03931: I thought I'd enjoy it at first, but as it went on, I noticed it wasn't as good as previous ones. But I'll admit, it's not nearly as bad as Mega Force and Samurai, which are way worse than this. As for Jazz, I won't say she's the glue to the team, but her language knowledge makes her important.
Intro:
A spinner spins around and then stops, showing the Overdrive symbol. The Rangers all receive their gene resequencing, and then they walk along a beach. All but Will - along with Spencer - turn around in the Command Center. Mack twirls his morpher, then he and Will do a fighting pose.
Go Rangers Go...
Dax uses his Drive Vortex to hover above the ground.

Power Rangers, Operation Oh-verdrive!
In the city, the Rangers were all walking together, Rose carrying and reading a book they'd been sent to get, which annoyed Will.
"It's a waste of manpower." he complained, as Dax walked off. "Why would Andrew send all six of us to grab a scared book, when I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself?"
"Think of it like a field trip." Rose suggested.
"Yeah. If there's one thing I know about my dad, he's got a reason for everything." Mack reasoned.
"Maybe Mr. Hartford just wants us to be together more often, like as a lesson or something." Jazz suggested.
"It's possible." Ronny agreed.
"Hey, guys, check this out?" Dax called.
Everyone turned to see him flip onto a bench, before he began walking along it, on his hands, upside down.
"Ah!" he gasped, wobbling slightly.
He turned and did a sideways handspring along the bench, then side flipped off it, before he turned to the others, Will and Rose smiling as the others clapped.
"Ha, ha, that was awesome." Ronny said.
"Sweet as." Jazz remarked.
"Nice." Mack commented.
"Help!" a man called. "Help me?"
Will touched his left ear, as he could hear the man, who was far away. He turned left and zoomed his eyesight in, seeing the man was hanging from a window washing stand, which had slipped and collapsed. Will ran off as the others turned to him, before he somersaulted forward and morphed up.
"AHH!" the man yelled, as his hand slipped.
He began to plummet down towards the ground, when Will caught him.
"Gotcha." he said.
He dived down with the man, de-morphing before he landed and put him down.
"Whoa. Thanks." the man said.
"You're welcome." Will said.
He smiled as the man walked off, when the others all came towards him.
"Hey! What's the big idea, running off without us?" Ronny demanded.
"Sorry, guys, but I'm used to working alone." Will stated. "What can I say; I'm a one-man show."
He began to strut off as the others turned to him.
"Who does he think he is; James Bond or something?" Jazz mumbled, folding his arms.
Meanwhile, in his ice cave, Flurious was marching away from the throne he'd made, which was covered in icicles.
"So, Moltor still has the crown, but it's useless without the jewels!" he snarled, before he stopped. "Norg!"
Norg came out of his hole, holding a ice cream cone.
"Yummy." he said.
He slid down his slide and chuckled, before Flurious turned around.
"Oh!" Norg gasped.
He landed on his back near the steps, with his ice cream cone on his forehead, before he sat up.
"You rang, master?" he asked.
"I have half a mind to turn you into a throw rug!" Flurious snarled. "I sent you out to look for the Corona Aroura Jewels, and yet you return with nothing?"
"Wha..." Norg muttered.
"I did not want nothing. I wanted something!" Flurious snarled.
"Uh..." Norg said, taking the cone off his head, holding it up. "Ice cream."
He took some of the ice cream off his head and put it back in the cone. Flurious glared at him, before he aimed and fired a blast from his staff, which destroyed the top part of the cone.
"Ice cream?!" he exclaimed. "I have half a mind to shave you until you resemble a naked ice rat!"
"Half a mind for a throw rug, half of mind naked ice rat?" Norg questioned, looking at his left hand, then his right, then at Flurious. "That only leaves one half left."
"Find my jewels!" Flurious demanded.
Later, in the Hartford mansion, Mr. Hartford was in the base with a book, when the Rangers all came towards him, Will carrying the book they'd been sent to get. (Jazz was on Ronny's right)
"Oh, good, you're back." he said. "While using the satellites to cover the ocean floor, I think I've found something of interest."
"That's the same book?" Will noted, looking between them. "You sent us to get a book you already had?"
"I thought I misplaced it." Mr. Hartford explained. "Thanks anyway. Good job."
He took the copy from Will, before he turned and put them both down.
"What'd you find, dad?" Mack asked.
Mr. Hartford began to type on the panel, before the screen showed an underwater looking statue/monument.
"Atlantis?" Rose gasped.
"I'm not sure, but I think so." Mr. Hartford admitted.
"No way... I thought it was just a myth." Jazz said, amazed.
"Well, doesn't look like it. Look at this?" Mr. Hartford asked.
He turned and moved towards the globe, before he held his right hand over it.
"The telemetry is correct, and these ruins are over 10,000 years old." Mr. Hartford explained.
"So what?" Ronny scoffed, as the screen changed. "My socks are that old."
"Atlantis was the domain of Neptune, the God of the Sea." Rose explained.
"And a possible resting place of one of the jewels." Mr. Hartford added, making Will smile. "I'm getting a very faint jewel signature here."
The screen showed a map of the underwater monument, which included a purple blip.
"Looks like we're going swimming." Dax joked.
"I'll go alone." Will said, turning from right to left. "It'll be much faster."
"Hey, no way, hot shot!" Ronny argued. "I'm coming too."
"Enough! You'll all go together." Mr. Hartford said. "It's dangerous out there, Will. You'll need your team."
"But-" Will began.
"Will, you don't work alone anymore." Mr. Hartford stated.
Will frowned slightly, before he turned to Ronny, who nodded.
"When you find something down there, use your tracker's sensory programming to source the jewels." Mr. Hartford instructed.
Mack and Jazz both nodded.
"I'll fuel the SHARC, and a flight plan is programming into the mainframe." Mr. Hartford explained. "Stick to the flight plan. You don't want Flurious or Moltor following you."
Mack nodded.
"Okay." Ronny muttered.
The Rangers all turned and ran towards the elevator, before they all got inside. As the door closed, the man from before came down the stairs.
"How did they do?" Mr. Hartford asked.
The man stopped in front of him, before he touched his neck, then pulled, as he was wearing a face mask, then once it was off, he was revealed to be Spencer.
"Ah." he said, blinking. "I'm fine, sir, thank you for asking."
"Spencer?" Mr. Hartford said.
"Yes, well... the good news is; I'm not splattered over the pavement." Spencer said. "The bad news is; they didn't work together as a team to save me."
Mr. Hartford lowered his head slightly.
"Now, if you don't mind, I'll just get out of these boots, before I end up with hammer toes." Spencer said painfully.
He turned around and walked off, leaving Mr. Hartford alone, who looked puzzled.
A little later, Ronny was flying the SHARC over the clouds in the sky, Will sitting beside her, with his hands behind is head, while the rest sat in the back. (Jazz was behind Rose)
"This is so sweet." Ronny said. "I can't wait to turn off that autopilot."
"Why wait?" Will said, lowering his hands. "Let's see what this puppy can do?"
"No way! Andrew said 'stick to the flight plan'." Ronny recalled.
"I'm not used to people telling me 'no'." Will said.
"Well, get used to it." Ronny advised. "No."
Will turned away from her, before he grinned and pulled a lever back, speeding up the SHARC, making the others jump in their seats.
"AH!" Dax yelped.
"What in the...?!" Jazz exclaimed.
"Will!" Ronny cried.
"We are now free to fly around the world." Will grinned.
"Deviating from flight plan." the autopilot said, which had a woman's voice.
Rose and Jazz both turned to Mack and Dax, as they all held onto their straps.
"Oh, this is such a bad idea." Ronny gulped.
In his ice cave, Flurious was sitting in his throne, with several Chillers standing behind him, when Norg came towards him.
"Master, look?" he asked, holding out a lump of coal. "Well, it may only be a lump of coal now, but if I sit on it for a million years, it'll be a priceless diamond."
Flurious growled as he got up and knocked the coal out of his hands, before he picked up his staff, threatening.
"Never send a sea creature to do a man's work!" he growled.
"Wait?" Norg begged, flitching. "Wait? What about the Rangers? Yeah, I...I'll find the Rangers, and they'll help us find the jewels."
"And how are you going to find the Rangers?!" Flurious demanded, stepping forward as Norg turned and backed away slightly. "They're not just going to knock!"
A suddenly noise made him look up, as the SHARC flew over the cave, its engines causing the cave to shake.
"Ah!" Norg yelped, falling onto his side.
"Oh!" Flurious groaned.
"Uh..." Norg muttered.
The image projector came on, showing the SHARC flying away.
"Norg, you're as lucky as you are dim." Flurious admitted.
"Uh, thank you." Norg said.
"But, if we're going to track them, we're going to need to slow them down." Flurious declared.
He laughed as he raised his staff up, which shot a beam up out of the cave.
(Outside)
Will flew the SHARC just over the ocean, when a snowstorm suddenly hit it, making it wobble.
"AHH!" the Rangers yelped.
"Where'd this storm come from?!" Will exclaimed.
"Ah! Hang on back there!" Ronny cried, turning to the others.
"Do we have a choice?!" Dax exclaimed frantically.
"Ah! Ah!" Ronny grunted.
The SHARC came out of the snowstorm and moved down towards an coast area.
"Whoa! Slow down!" Mack exclaimed.
"Stop this thing!" Jazz cried.
"Enough is enough, Will!" Ronny snapped, pressing a button.
The SHARC slowed down slightly as it dived down, before it crashed on the sand.
"Ah!" the Rangers sighed.
Will smiled as the girls all glared at him, all clearly not happy with the stunt he'd pulled.
(Ice cave)
Flurious stared at the SHARC on his projector.
"Ooh, I have you now." he said.
Moltor suddenly showed up on the projector.
"Flurious, any sign of the Rangers?" he asked.
"Why, no brother. Nothing at all." Flurious lied. "But I'll be sure to call you."
Moltor frowned as the projector vanished.
"I'm surrounded by nitwits." Flurious grumbled.
He and the Chillers began to walk off, as Norg looked at himself.
"Nits?" he said, as he thought Flurious meant him, picking on his left arm. "I have nits?"
A little later, the Rangers all stumbled along the beach, expect for Will, who walked causally.
"Whoa!" Rose gulped.
"Oh..." Jazz moaned.
"Just a...little...dizzy." Dax said, stumbling around.
Will took out his tracker and opened it up.
"Spencer, send the Zords?" he said.
Mack bent down and touched his knees, as Jazz panted, while Dax came over to Will.
"Next time you wanna take a detour, you might wanna tell the rest of us?" Dax advised.
He stumbled back and fell over, as Rose folded her arms, before Will turned to the others, who glared at him.
(Zord bay)
The Dump Driver began to move along a ramp, followed by the Speed Driver, as the Gyro Driver began to lift up, its propellers spinning. The Dozer Driver began moving along a ramp, as the Sub Driver moved down a ramp and into some water, as the Jeep Driver moved along a ramp.
(The beach)
The DriveMax Zords all soon arrived at the area.
A little later, Rose was driving the Sub Driver was moving underwater towards the ruined monument, with Will and Ronny standing behind her, and a flashlight beneath it so they could see.
"Hey, must be getting close." Ronny said, looking out the left window.
Rose kept driving the Sub Driver, before the flashlight spotted the ruins in the distance, before Will rested his left arm on her chair.
"There it is. Good job, Rose." he said, patting her shoulder, before he reached for the wheel. "I'll take it from here."
"Uh...Nobody drives my Zord!" Rose said sternly, pulling his hand away.
"Okay, have it your way." Will huffed.
The claws of the Sub Driver began to retract out and open up.
"I'll engage the Hydro Claws." Rose said.
"See, Rose knows." Ronny said, resting her arm on Will's shoulder, while holding her left thumb up.
"Rose knows books. I know adventure." Will argued, turning to her and touching his chest.
"Ah..." Ronny muttered, moving back.
The Sub Driver kept moving closer to the ruins, before Ronny leaned forward and tilted her head sideways in front of Rose.
"Look at the size of that thing?" she said, pointing at it.
"Uh!" Rose moaned, annoyed as she pushed Ronny's head back.
They all looked down at the screen, which had three squares on, showing Mack, Dax and Jazz in their own Zord cockpits.
"Be careful, guys." Mack advised. "Those ruins are over 10,000 years old."
The squares moved, moving Jazz's forward.
"So they might collapse if we're not careful." Jazz said.
The squares moved, moving Dax's forward.
"Yeah, you don't want to upset Neptune, the God of the Sea." he said, touching his helmet.
"Or anyone else for that matter." Ronny joked, moving her head in front of Will.
"Please?" Will said, pushing her head down.
"Hey!" Ronny said.
"I don't believe in myths." Will scoffed.
(Above ground)
"Remember, guys, you're looking for the Great Temple." Mack explained. "The jewel should be inside."
Nearby, the Gyro Driver hovered over the water, while the Jeep Driver was on the ground.
(Underwater)
The Sub Driver moved closer to the ruins, before its claws opened up and grabbed a large rock.
"Easy does it." Rose said, pushing a knob forward, making the claws lift the rock up.
"That's it." Will breathed.
"Will, take Ronny with you." Mack instructed.
"Right." Ronny sad, saluting with two fingers.
"Just in case something goes wrong." Mack said.
A little later, Will and Rose began swimming towards a hole in the ruins, both holding a yellow device which made bubbles as they did.
"Be careful, guys." Rose said, putting her right hand on the side of her helmet, before lowering it. "Mack, I'm a little worried about Will."
Will and Ronny kept swimming towards the hole in the ruins.
"He'll be fine." Mack said.
(Above ground)
"He's just used to working alone." he said.
(Underwater)
Will and Ronny kept on swimming, before they entered the ruins and raised their heads above the water, finding themselves in a dark tunnel room.
"Whoa. I'm glad I'm not afraid of the dark." Ronny said.
They swam towards the end of the water, then got out of it and put the devices down.
"Activating headlamp." Will said.
He touched the side of his helmet, turning it on, then Ronny did the same, allowing them to see better.
"Wow. This is something else, huh?" Ronny said, as they looked around.
They soon stood by a wall together.
"Look at this?" Will asked.
"Incredible." Ronny said, touching her chin briefly. "It looks like..."
She turned and looked up, before a bunch of bats flew towards her.
"AH! Bats!" she screamed.
"AH!" Will yelped.
They both waved their arms as they moved backwards, before Ronny's right arm hit a seal on the wall, making the wall behind them fall over, taking them both with it.
"AH!" they yelped, falling onto their backs.
"Oh, my head!" Ronny moaned, sitting up and rubbing the back of it.
She turned as Will rolled onto his side.
"Wha?" he muttered, getting up.
"Where are we?" Ronny questioned, turning around.
She got up while groaning as they both looked around, seeing they were in a yellow colored room, with a large hand on either side, and a statue of a tower, with head symbols at the bottom.
"This is so cool." Ronny said, approaching one of the hands.
"Looks like we found the temple." Will deduced, scratching his butt as he looked around.
"Hey, check this out?" Ronny said, approaching the statue. "It's gotta be important."
Will turned to her as she turned a switch shaped like a screw, shooting purple fire out from the heads.
"AH!" Ronny yelped, as it knocked her back.
"Whoa!" Will yelped, rolling under one.
He took out his blaster and held it up.
"Duck Ronny!" he yelled.
He aimed and fired it at the statue, destroying it and stopping the fires.
"Ah, nice shot." Ronny said, getting up by a pillar.
She ran towards the remains as Will put his blaster away.
"Hey, it has something inside. Come here?" she said, turning to Will.
Will approached her as she lifted up a rock, seeing a nine square piece puzzle, with one square empty.
"It looks like a puzzle." he noted, moving another rock away.
Ronny held her tracker over it in scan mode, then pressed a button, scanning the puzzle, before the number '0' flashed on the screen, beneath the word 'Precious'.
"Well, it's not a jewel." she said, looking at it.
"I could've told you that." Will said, looking at the puzzle.
"Let's ask Rose how to solve it?" Ronny suggested, scratching her helmet.
"Come on, I crack safes." Will scoffed, as he began moving the pieces. "I can solve a puzzle without consulting the brainiac."
Once he'd finished, with the middle square empty, the remaining piece came in, showing a symbol which glowed, before the room suddenly shook.
"Whoa!" Ronny yelped, as they wobbled. "AH!"
The hands on either end of the room began to move towards them.
"What happened?" Will exclaimed.
"You triggered something!" Ronny cried, as the hands grabbed them.
Water began to seep into the room as holes came into the walls.
"AHH!" they both yelled, as the arms lifted them up.
(Outside)
The ruins began to move and rise up.
(Above ground)
Mack wobbled in his Zord.
"Oh, no! I think they're in trouble!" he said.
He looked at his screen, which showed Dax, Jazz and Rose.
"The whole place is rising up!" Dax exclaimed.
The squares moved, moving Jazz's forward.
"They must've triggered something!" Jazz exclaimed.
The squares moved, moving Rose's forward.
"Get me outta here!" she demanded.
(Underwater)
The Sub Driver moved away from the ruins, before they both surfaced above the water, as the Gyro Driver moved and hovered over the Sub Driver.
"Ah!" Rose grunted, wobbling, before she looked up. "Huh?"
"Gotcha." Dax said, waving.
The Gyro Driver moved away from the ruins, carrying the Sub Driver via cables.
"Nice work, Dax." Jazz remarked, holding her thumb up.
"Right. I'm going in!" Mack said.
He hit the pedal and began to race the Dump Driver along a bridge, which rose up with the ruins, as the Gyro Driver flew off with the Sub Driver.
"Ah!" he grunted, pulling his wheel back.
The Dump Driver kept racing along and up the bridge, as it rose up.
(Inside)
The arms kept hold of Will and Ronny, as they kept getting soaked by the water.
"AHHH!" they moaned. "AHH!"
"This is not good!" Will groaned.
"I could've told you that!" Ronny complained.
(Outside)
The Dump Driver raced into the ruins.
"I'm coming, Rangers." Mack said, turning the wheel.
He pressed a button on his screen, which brought out a visual scanner, which zoomed down the tunnel, until it found Will and Ronny. He turned his wheel, turning the Dump Driver around 180 degrees, then he began driving it backwards.
"Hang on?" he said, pulling a knob back.
The Dump Driver's loaders rotated out, as the window showed the back of the Zord. The loaders burst into the room Will and Ronny were in and grabbed the arms, which they began to shake.
"AHH!" Ronny screamed. "AH!"
Mack grunted as he pulled his knobs back, making the loaders pull the arms away, freeing Will and Ronny.
"AHH!" they yelped, before they hit the floor on their backs.
The Dump Driver's loaders let go of the arms, then moved towards Will and Ronny, who got up.
"Come on?" Mack called.
The loaders both reached Will and Ronny, who fell against one each.
"AH!" they yelped, falling onto their sides.
The loaders retracted backwards into place, making the two Rangers fall into the dump section.
"AHHH!" they screamed.
"Ah!" Will groaned.
The Dump Driver began to race back down the tunnel, then soon jumped out of the ruins and landed on the ground, bouncing slightly as it did. It soon pulled over away from the ruins, then it lifted its loaders up, dumping the dirt in it out, along with Will and Ronny.
"Whoa!" Ronny yelled.
"AHH!" Will yelped.
They ended up in a pile of dirt, as Dax, Rose and Jazz all ran towards it.
"Their they are." Dax said.
"Talk about a dirty entrance." Jazz joked.
"Ah!" Ronny grunted.
She and Will both pulled themselves up from the dirt.
"I've lived in some dumps, but this is ridiculous!" Ronny complained.
"Will, Ronny, are you guys alright?" Mack called, getting their attention as he stood on his Zord.
He jumped down from it and landed in front of the pile.
"Yeah! I had it under control!" Will argued, throwing some dirt away.
"Oh, really?" Dax inquired, as Will tried to help Ronny up.
"Yeah, right?" Jazz scoffed, folding her arms.
Ronny turned and sat down on top of the pile, as Will dusted his right arm off, while Dax picked up a stone from the ground.
"Whoa!" Ronny yelped, rolling backwards down the pile.
"If that's control, I'd hate to see trouble." Dax said.
"Yeah. Trouble for you could be way worse than this." Jazz added.
Mack bent down and helped Ronny sit up, as Will approached Dax and Jazz.
"Oh, Dax, Jazz, I've been doing this sort of thing for a long time." Will said, pointing at himself.
He walked past them both and approached the edge of the water, as Mack got up and approached the others.
"Okay, things don't always go as expected." he said, as the others turned to him. "You have to be ready to improvise."
He folded his arms as Ronny got up and ran towards him.
"Improvise?" she questioned, before she leaned towards him. "Is that what you call it?"
"Shh!" Will hissed, turning to her, putting his hands near her mouthpiece.
"Oh..." Ronny muttered, backing away, her left hand near her mouthpiece.
"Ronny." Will said, folding his arms.
"So, what about the jewel?" Mack asked, approaching them.
Will and Ronny turned to him, before all but Rose turned to the ruins.
"Well, I think we can assume the temple is boobytrapped." Rose deduced, approaching Mack. "We should go together."
"Mm-mm." Will muttered.
"Oh." Ronny said, as they turned to each other.
"Me first." Will said, as they ran off.
Rose, Dax and Jazz all turned as they pushed past them both.
"Not without me!" Ronny called.
"Hey!" Rose complained.
"Oh, boy..." Jazz muttered, shaking her head.
Once inside, Will and Ronny were both looking around in a room with small walls.
"Will." Ronny said, as they ran off.
"Wait up, guys?" Mack called, as he and the others chased after them.
Will and Ronny ran down a hallway like area, looking around.
"This way!" Will said, as he turned right. "Come on, over here."
Ronny turned and followed him, as the others ran down a cramped hallway.
A little later, Will and Ronny were in a tunnel, Will touching the ceiling as Ronny walked on, crouched down.
"I don't see anything." she said.
Will turned and ran off past her, both over rocks and stoned objects on the floor.
"Keep looking? There must be something around here." he said.
Ronny slowly approached what looked like a door ahead of her.
"Hey, what's this?" she wondered, taking her tracker out in scan mode. "I'll analyze it."
She pressed a button on her tracker, scanning the wall, before she looked at it, as Will took his blaster out.
"There's something behind here." Ronny said, pointing at the wall, as Will turned his blaster into sword mode.
"Watch and learn." he said, moving past her.
He stopped in front of the wall, then put his sword in a small hole in it, before he turned it sideways. He pulled his sword back as the wall came down, showing a secret passage.
"Wow! A secret door." Ronny said amazed, coming up beside Will, who put his sword away.
"Come on." he said, crawling down the passage.
Ronny crawled after him, before Will stopped by a doorway.
"Get outta the way." Ronny said, pushing him forward.
Will fell to his knees as Ronny entered, before they looked around, seeing they were in a large room, that had only two balconies on, which were connected by a bridge, with two pillars on either side of the one they were on.
"Wow." Ronny said, amazed.
Will got up as they both looked around.
"Unbelievable. I bet this is where echoes were invented." Ronny guessed, her voice echoing.
She approached the edge of the bridge and looked down it, putting her left hand on her knee, and her right above her visor, seeing a lava pit beneath it.
"Whoa! It's a long way down!" she noted, her voice echoing.
Will patted her shoulder and pointed to the other balcony, which had something glowing on the wall, and a bunch of rocks.
"Look, there it is. It's all mine." he said. "Race ya?"
He laughed as they both began to race along the bridge, when part of the bridge fell, nearly taking Will with it, but he managed to grab hold of it.
"Will!" Ronny cried, as she crouched down beside him. "Hold on?"
The others all came running into the room.
"Ronny!" Mack gasped.
"The jewels on the other side." Ronny explained.
Mack, Rose and Jazz all ran past her and Will, while Dax touched her shoulder.
"We got it." Mack said.
"You alright?" Dax asked, before he ran off.
"I've got him." Ronny said.
The bridge began to collapse as the others all kept on running.
"Ah!" they yelped, as it happened as they stepped.
"The bridge, it's crumbling!" Dax exclaimed.
The four of them groaned as they kept on running.
"Hurry! The whole bridge is giving way!" Rose called, turning her head around.
"Come on, or you'll be left behind!" Jazz called.
Ronny grunted as she helped Will up, before they both jumped after the others.
"AHH!" they yelled.
They landed right behind the others, before all six of them kept on running along the bridge.
"Run for it!" Mack yelled.
They all kept on running along the bridge, before they reached the end, with Will and Ronny falling onto their back/chest respectfully.
"Ah!" they grunted.
Will turned around and got to his knees, as Ronny turned while on her knees, touching her heart.
"That was a bit too close." Ronny sighed.
They all soon stood by the light, which was a cocoon, all but Rose staring at it, who faced Mack, while Ronny was behind him with her hands on his shoulders.
"I don't know what it is, but it's defiantly something." Dax said.
"It's from Neptune." Rose said. "Dax, scan it."
"Yeah, let's see what we got." Jazz smirked.
Dax held his tracker over it in scan mode, then pressed a button, scanning the cocoon, before the number '86' flashed on the screen.
"86?" Dax said, closing his tracker and turning to the others. "That's a high reading."
"Grab it?" Will said.
"Okay." Dax sighed, turning.
He put his tracker away and reached for the cocoon, when it suddenly lit up and shot away.
"Whoa!" he yelped.
"Duck!" Rose yelled, ducking.
The others turned s the cocoon shot past them, then multiped, so there were several decoys.
"It multiped!" Jazz exclaimed.
Will turned to Mack as Ronny walked past them both, while Dax, Jazz and Rose turned to the pair.
"This won't be too hard." Will said, as Mack approached the nearest cocoon. "All I have to do is figure out which one is the real..."
"This is just like my book, The Baron's Betrayal." Mack said, before clutching his right fist and touching it. "I bet it's a chain reaction."
"Wait, stop?" Will said.
Mack grabbed the cocoon and pushed it forward, until it hit another, which started a chain reaction, blowing them all up save for the real one.
"Ah!" the others gasped.
Will and Ronny both turned and raised their forearms up, while Dax, Rose and Jazz watched in shock.
"Oh..." Ronny breathed, as she and Will turned.
"That's cool." Dax remarked.
"Talk about a fireworks display." Jazz joked.
"Oh." Ronny said, as she and Will got up.
"I knew it." Mack said, rubbing his hands.
"I don't believe it!" Will complained, before he approached Mack and whacked his arm. "Mack, I was figuring out what to do!"
"Sorry, Will, but you're not the only person on this team." Mack reminded him, touching his shoulder.
"Maybe I should be!" Will argued.
"Will..." Mack said, turning to him.
Will turned around in annoyance, before he accidently hit Ronny with his arm.
"Ah!" she yelped, waving her arms as she wobbled, before she fell off the edge. "AHH!"
"AH!" Dax, Rose and Jazz gasped.
"Oh!" Mack gasped.
"Ronny!" Will cried, turning around.
He dived after her and grabbed her, before he held up his Double-O Zip Shooter.
"Zipline!" he shouted, firing it.
The zipline hit the ceiling, before he swung himself and Ronny over towards the cocoon.
"Gotcha." Ronny said, grabbing it.
They both landed crouched down on the other balcony, before Will got up and turned around.
"You guys are cramping my style." he said, pointing at them.
Ronny got up and turned around, before he snatched the cocoon from them.
"Hey!" Ronny said.
"I'll open the cocoon, alone." Will said, before he turned and ran off.
"Will!" Ronny groaned, turning to him.
"Wha?" Dax muttered.
"Hey!" Rose complained.
"What the..." Jazz gasped.
"I'll talk to him." Mack said, turning to the others. "Find another way across and meet us outside."
"Okay." Dax said, holding his thumb up.
"Got it." Rose said.
"No worries." Jazz said.
Dax turned to the girls, who nodded, before they all turned and ran down a tunnel, as Mack turned away and took out his Double-O Zip Shooter, then shot the zipline up towards the ceiling.
A little later, Will - now unmorphed - was banging the cocoon against a rock, trying to break it open.
"When are they gonna get I worked better alone?" he mumbled, annoyed.
Mack - unmorphed himself - came out of a doorway on his left.
"You can't save the universe all by yourself." he said.
"Watch me?" Will said.
He banged the cocoon on the rock, before it slipped from his hands and began to fall down towards a lava pit below.
"NOO!" Will cried, diving after it.
"Will!" Mack gasped, reaching out.
Will managed to grab the cocoon with one hand, and the end of the ledge with his other. He grunted as Mack bent down and grabbed his left hand.
"Give me the cocoon and I'll pull you up." he said.
"No!" Will said, turning to the cocoon, then back to him. "I can do it!"
"Will, let me help you?" Mack grunted.
Will looked at the cocoon and the lava, before he reluctantly handed the cocoon over to Mack, who then put it down. Mack then took Will's other hand and pulled him up onto the ledge, as he got to his feet.
"Ah!" Will grunted, on his knees.
He got up and picked up the cocoon as he stumbled back, before he turned to Mack, who bent down and touched his knees.
"We're a team. Someday, I'll need to lean on you." Mack said. "We're only as strong as our weakest link."
He turned around and walked towards the doorway, before he stopped and turned back to Will.
"We need you." he said.
He turned and ran down the tunnel, leaving Will alone, who sat up and had a lot to think about.
Outside, the other Rangers all ran along some rocky ground near the beach. (Jazz was between Dax and Ronny)
"Come on!" Dax said.
They all kept on running down to the beach, when Flurious and a swarm of Chillers got in front of them, making them stop.
"Flurious!" Dax gasped.
"Going somewhere?" Flurious inquired.
He aimed and fired a blast from his staff, which hit the ground behind the Rangers, creating an explosion which knocked them up.
"AHH!" Dax cried, flipping forward. "AHH!"
"AHHH!" the girls cried, waving their arms out.
They all hit the ground on their chests, then Ronny turned onto her side as the Chillers came at them, before they got up.
Dax dodged as one ran past him, then wrapped his left arm around its right one, then punched its left shoulder, but only cracked it.
"AH!" he yelped, rubbing his hand. "That's cold!"
He dodged as it ran past and tried to slash him with its Kama, while Rose backed away from another, then ran past it as it tried to slash her, then Jazz ducked as a third tried to slash her, before she rolled past it. Ronny moved away from some rocks, as a fourth slashed its Kama down and smashed them.
"Ah!" she groaned, hitting the ground on her chest.
She turned around, then braced herself it prepared to strike, when Mack - now morphed - came jumping over with his blaster.
"Drive Defender!" he shouted, firing it.
The blasts hit the Chiller, knocking it down, before Mack landed near Ronny and turned and aimed it. A Chiller fired a blast from its mouth, before Mack jumped up as an explosion went off behind him, then he fired his blaster, creating an explosion behind a dozen Chillers, knocking them all down.
Rose took out her blaster and aimed it.
"Fire!" she shouted, firing it.
The blasts hit two Chillers, knocking them down, making them roll down a hill. She turned and ducked as a third ran past and tried to slash her from behind, then used her blaster to block a fourth's club, then tried to whack it, but missed as it ducked. She dodged as a fifth tried to slash her, then blocked a kick from it with her blaster, before grabbing a sixth's forearm and firing her blaster, hitting a seventh, knocking it down. She let go of the sixth, then jumped and spun around, kicking an eighth's club, knocking it away, then she dodged as a ninth ran past and tried to whack her, before she kicked its arm, then she turned around and fired her blaster, hitting two more.
Dax held up his blaster, then jumped up and spun around, firing it repeatedly, hitting six Chillers, knocking them down, before he landed on a cliff, before he fired again, hitting another Chiller, which shattered to pieces.
Jazz blocked ones club with her blaster, before she spun around and tackled it, then she got up and kicked another's chest as it came at her. She turned right and ducked as a third ran past and tried to slash her with its Kama, before she kicked its back, knocking it away, then she spun around and aimed her blaster.
"Fire!" she yelled, firing it.
The blasts hit another three in the chest, knocking them down.
"Sword mode!" Ronny shouted, holding her blaster down.
She pulled the handle back, turning it into sword mode, then she held it up diagonally.
"Hyah!" she yelled.
Three Chillers fired blasts from their mouths at her, creating an explosion behind her as she charged at them all.
"Yah!" she yelled.
She slashed one across the chest while moving past it, then slashed another's chest, then spun around and kicked the third's Kama, knocking it away. She slashed a fourth's chest, then a fifth's arm, before she kicked the fifth's side while punching the fourth's chest, knocking them both away. She turned and grabbed a sixth's forearm as it tried to stab her, making its club lock with a seventh's Kama, before she slashed their weapons up, then she spun around and slashed an eighth's chest. It went flying away towards a cliff, when Will - morphed up - showed up on top of it, holding his sword.
"Will?" Ronny gasped.
Will slashed his sword down, slicing the Chiller up, as Dax, Rose and Jazz all turned to him.
"You're back?" Dax said.
"Nice teamwork." Rose remarked.
"And good timing." Jazz added.
Will jumped down from the cliff and landed on the ground, before he ran past and slashed two across the chest, one at a time, then he slashed a third twice, knocking it down. He turned and hit a fourth's forearm with his hand, then whacked a fifth's with his wrist, knocking it away, then he slashed a sixth's chest as he ran past it.
"Come on?" he dared, turning his sword around, so he held it backwards.
He spun around and slashed another four across the chest, making them flip backwards onto their chests or backs.
"Come on?" Mack dared, holding his down diagonally, the blade past his left forearm, as he held it sideways.
Several Chillers stumbled towards him, before he moved past and slashed two across the chest, one at a time, then spun around and slashed a third down the chest, knocking it down. He spun around and slashed a fourth as he crouched down, knocking it away, before it hit the shallow water.
"Yeah!" Mack whooped, holding his sword out.
An explosion went off behind him, before he got up and waved his sword out.
"All right!" he whooped, lowering it.
Flurious glared at them all, as they all looked up at him. (Jazz was on Rose's right)
"Flurious, is that all you got?" Mack asked.
"Give me the jewel!" Flurious demanded.
He held out his left hand, when the ruins behind him began to rise up.
"Rise and defeat the Power Rangers!" he commanded.
The Rangers all turned as the ground shook, before all but Will fell against some rocks, while he managed to crouch down. The Atlantis ruins growled as it banged its arms together, as the six Rangers all gathered together. (Jazz was on Rose's right)
"Any ideas?" Dax asked.
"Yeah, it's Zord time." Mack said.
He took out his tracker and opened it up.
"Activate!" he said, pressing the 'Go' button.
"Yeah." Dax, Rose and Jazz said, opening up their trackers.
"Yeah." Will and Ronny said, doing the same.
The DriveMax Zords all moved along together via chains, with the Jeep Driver in front, which pulled the Speed Driver, which had the Gyro Driver resting on top, while the Dump Driver was behind them, with the Dozer and Sub Drivers resting on top. They soon pulled over before the Rangers jumped into them, then Mack put his tracker down beside his console driver.
"I'm in." he said, as the wheel and knobs rose up.
The Gyro Driver lifted off the Speed Driver and flew away, as the front of the Speed Driver retracted out, fully forming itself. The Dump Driver raised its loaders up, before the Dozer and Sub Drivers raced down them, then it lowered its loaders, as all six Zords lined up together. (The Jeep Driver was beside the Dozer Driver)
The screen split into six, from left to right, Jazz, Ronny, Dax, Mack, Will, Rose.
"Rev 'em up! Fire!" they shouted, spinning the wheels on their trackers.
All six DriveMax Zords fired lasers at the back of the Atlantis monster, hitting its back, making it groan, before it turned around.
"You guys, take the lead." Will said.
"It's gotta be a team effort, Will." Ronny said.
"All for one, one for all." Dax quoted.
"Okay, let's do it." Rose said.
"I'm with you all the way." Jazz said.
"Let's finish this, Rangers." Mack said.
Ronny pulled her knobs back, lowering the dozer on her Dozer Driver, as it raced towards the Atlantis monster.
"Dig this?" she joked.
The Dozer Driver's dozer went under the Atlantis monster's right foot, before it raised itself up, knocking the Atlantis monster onto its back.
Will hit the brake on the Speed Driver, before he turned the wheel.
"Firing rockets!" he shouted.
He pulled a knob back, then the front of the Speed Driver retracted 180 degrees out, before it fired a bunch of purple laser rockets, which hit the Atlantis monster all over.
"Yeah!" Will whooped.
The Atlantis monster fell back down onto its back.
"Nice work, guys." Mack remarked.
"It's your turn, Mack." Will said, pointing at his screen.
"Let's combine." Mack said, reaching for his tracker.
The screen split into six, going clockwise, Mack, Will, Dax, Ronny, Rose, Jazz. Mack pressed the 'Megazord' button, then the number 1, then Will pressed 2, Dax 3, Ronny 4, Rose 5, Jazz six, as their Zords appeared in their sections.
"DriveMax Megazord!" Mack shouted, spinning his wheel.
The Dump, Dozer and Sub Drivers all stopped beside each other, before the Dozer Driver dug its dozer into the ground, retracting the bottom half out 180 degrees. The Sub Driver moved down so a hand came out of the end, while the claws retracted out, before both Zords attached themselves to the front wheels of the Dump Driver. Its loaders retracted out 180 degrees, forming the legs, before it rose up, retracting the front down onto the back, as the Speed Driver raced up the back, then the end rotated out onto the chest area, forming silver and gold armor, before a silver head rose up with yellow eyes.
The Jeep Driver split in half and turned slightly as it raced forward, before both halves attached to either side of the back of the legs. The Gyro Driver's end moved away from the rest of it, showing it was a helmet.
Mack grabbed his console and held it up, before his seat shot down in his cockpit.
The helmet landed on top of the head, as the rest of the Gyro Driver landed on the back beneath the Speed Driver.
The Rangers all rose up in the cockpit behind their stands, before they put their consoles onto their podiums, then their trackers on them.
"DriveMax Megazord, assembly complete!" Mack shouted, as the wheels and knobs rose up. "Let's end this."
"Operation Overdrive!" they shouted.
The DriveMax Megazord stood at ease, holding its shovel and pickaxe, as the symbol appeared behind it.
Mack put his tracker down beside his console.
"Engage." he said, pushing his knob forward.
Rose and Dax did the same, followed by Jazz, then Will and Ronny, before the DriveMax Megazord banged its weapons together.
"Pickaxe!" Mack shouted, turning his wheel.
The DriveMax Megazord slammed the end of its pickaxe into the ground, creating a smokescreen which shot towards the Atlantis monster, hitting it all over.
"That got him." Will said, pointing forward. "Yeah!"
"Uh, hold that thought?" Jazz said.
The Atlantis monster growled as it emerged from the smoke, then it banged the DriveMax Megazord's arms with its own.
"AHH!" the Rangers moaned, wobbling.
The Atlantis monster began shoving the DriveMax Megazord back.
"What now?" Dax questioned, patting his helmet.
"We need more power!" Rose grunted.
The DriveMax Megazord's legs powered up, then it punched the Atlantis monster twice, knocking it back.
"Let's shovel this fool!" Mack shouted, turning his wheel.
The DriveMax Megazord dug its shovel into the ground, and began digging with it.
"Have a nice trip." Mack joked, pushing a knob forward.
The DriveMax Megazord dug up a large part of the ground with its shovel, sending the Atlantis monster flying away.
"Yeah!" the Rangers whooped, Will, Ronny and Jazz all punching a fist up.
The Atlantis monster pulled itself up.
"Aim for his power core." Mack instructed, turning to Rose.
"Right. Activating DriveMax Saber combination!" Rose shouted.
The DriveMax Megazord held both its weapons together sideways, which then combined into the DriveMax Saber, which it then held to its right, before its body began to shake. It moved its saber to its left, as the compress symbol appeared in front of it, before it twirled the saber around. The compress then spun around, before it slashed its saber down through it, hitting the Altantis monster.
"AH!" it groaned.
Sparks came out all over it, it fell onto its knees, then its chest and blew up, as the DriveMax Megazord turned around and lowered its saber.
Flurious huffed as he turned around and walked off, knowing the battle was lost for now.
Later, at the Hartford mansion, Mr. Hartford and Spencer were in the base, when the Rangers came towards them, Will carrying the cocoon as the others laughed. (Jazz was on Dax's right)
"That was great." Mack said.
"Great." Ronny said.
"Sure was sweet as." Jazz giggled.
"We really whooped him good." Mack said.
"Yeah." Rose agreed. "It was so..."
"How'd it go?" Mr. Hartford asked.
"Great. We found Atlantis, and brought back a cocoon." Rose explained. "Massive sensory readings."
Ronny and Jazz both nodded.
"Fantastic. We'll keep Atlantis to ourselves for its own protection." Mr. Hartford decided, as Spencer nodded.
Rose held both her thumbs up.
"Uh, Will, any problems along the way?" Mr. Hartford asked.
"I-" Will began.
"We had some problems, but uh, we sorted them out, as a team." Mack explained.
He touched Will's shoulder as the others nodded.
"He came around in the end." Jazz assured.
"Good. Glad to hear it." Mr. Hartford said, as Mack nodded. "Now, let's see what you've found?"
"Would you mind doing the honors?" Will asked, looking at Rose.
"That's what I'm here for." Rose said, taking the cocoon. "One powerful jewel coming up."
She pulled it apart and opened it, showing a scroll inside.
"That's not a jewel!" Dax groaned, as Rose handed him the top half. "What a rip off!"
"It's an ancient scroll." Rose said, picking it up.
"The next piece of the puzzle." Mr. Hartford said.
Will took the other half of the cocoon as they all stared at the scroll, all curious as to what it meant.
