Why and how Ryukyu, Ochaco, and Tsuyu created a giant hole and burst their way through to where Phantom, Izuku, and Nighteye were is an interesting story. They were fighting one of the yakuza henchmen, along with Nejire. They had him captured when he suddenly activated his Quirk to draw energy from everyone around him. Ryukyu managed to hold him down while Nejire shot him with her energy beams.

Ochaco went to go help, but Izuku stopped her and told her about where Chisaki was. Tsuyu heard the message, too, and Tsuyu grabbed the henchman with her tongue and dragged him to where Izuku pointed and thanks to Nejire and Ryukyu, the hole was created and Ryukyu, Ochaco, and Tsuyu dragged the henchman down, knocking him out when they hit the ground. Ochaco and Tsuyu were confused when they saw Izuku down there, facing off against Chisaki.

For you see, the Izuku they saw was actually Toga in disguise. She and Twice then sent Mr. Compress down to grab Eri. Phantom noticed his descent and blasted him away with an ecto blast. Eri clung onto the back of his cape.

Izuku pointed Ochaco and Tsuyu to Nighteye and said, "Take care of him. Go on!"

He tried to run over to Phantom and Eri, but Chisaki created more spikes to block his path. Phantom grabbed Eri and turned himself and Eri intangible while flying away from the spikes.

Chisaki growled, "You filthy heroes screwed everything up!" He jumped towards Phantom and Eri.

Phantom shouted back as he turned tangible again, "She's coming with us!"

"Hold on!" Izuku leapt into the air to get to Phantom and Eri.

Eri noticed Mirio's cape floating nearby. She reached her hand out towards it.

Chisaki reached Phantom and made a grab for Eri, but Eri jumped from behind Phantom, touched Chisaki's shoulder and separated Chisaki from Nemoto, and grabbed Mirio's cape.

Phantom saw this and shouted, "Eri!"

But Izuku, despite the pain he was in, reached Eri and grabbed hold of her. "Got you. I won't let you go."

Chisaki was pissed, "Give her back!" He created more spikes and sent them towards Izuku and Eri, but surprisingly, Izuku dodged them all in mid air, then activated One For All and disappeared.

Even Phantom was shocked by what Izuku did. He used the distraction to fly straight to Chisaki, grabbed hold of him, and flew straight down.

Chisaki was surprised, "I thought you were afraid to fight me hand to hand."

Phantom replied, "I'm not. I'm willing to put everything on the line to defeat you. Plus, I said that there wouldn't be any more killing today."

He threw Chisaki straight to the ground.

Ryukyu noticed boulders were coming down and protected Tsuyu and Ochaco. But she said, "Hold on. What happened?"

"Where's Deku?" Ochaco asked.

Izuku was up in the air, above the hold Ryukyu created. He was shocked as the kick he used for dodging somehow blasted him up high in the sky. He then realized that he used One For All at 100%, as his leg wasn't broken. But how?

Back down below, Phantom flew over to Nighteye and helped him to sit up, "Sir…."

Nighteye interrupted, "You mustn't worry about me. There's nothing you can do. But we must press on. Froppy, go help Mirio. He's on the other side of the wall. Ryukyu and Uravity can hold Chisaki back for the time being. Now, Phantom, get me to the surface."

Phantom did as he asked and flew himself and Nighteye up and landed near the hole. He looked up and saw Izuku flying through the air with Eri, a golden energy around them. "That's where he ended up."

Nighteye said, "Chisaki may be down for now. But he won't be down for long."

"What do you mean?" Phantom asked.

Nighteye answered, "Chisaki's not going to target any of us. He'll head to the surface in pursuit of Midoriya. And Eri. Then he'll kill Midoriya. And escape."

Down below, Chisaki managed to stand up. Ryukyu and Ochaco tried to charge at him, but he created a wall that blocked them. He walked over to the henchman that Ryukyu brought down and used his Quirk to merge with him.

Back on the surface, Nighteye continued, "I foresaw it. I know Ryukyu and Uravity can't stop him. And given the condition you're in, you can't stop him either. I'm sorry."

Phantom replied, "That doesn't matter. I have to help Deku stop Chisaki. We have to save Eri. There is no future except the one that you create. I fought my own future before, and proved that the future isn't set in stone."

Meanwhile, Izuku managed to land nearby. Phantom noticed that Izuku's injuries were healed. Phantom deduced that Eri must have something to do with it.

Izuku knelt down to Eri's level, "Is this your power at work? Are you a healer?"

Suddenly Izuku groaned and bent down, "What's happening? It's like my body is being pulled apart from the inside."

"It's her Quirk," Phantom said. "She can rewind everything around her. Or anyone."

Izuku looked at Phantom in shock. How did he know that?

Before Izuku could ask, they heard Chisaki say, "She has no control over it." He used his Quirk to break the road and create spikes to hit Eri, but Izuku grabbed her and jumped away. Phantom created a shield around himself and Nighteye. "She may have activated her Quirk in time, but she doesn't know how to turn it off. Isn't that right, Eri? She has the power to rewind people. That's her secret. Use her right, and you might even be able to turn someone back into a monkey. If you keep carrying her like that, you'll be annihilated. Everyone who touches her is rewound into nothingness. Didn't I tell you that the girl is cursed? Hand her over. The only way to stop her is to disassemble her. Or did you want to be wiped out of existence?" He was now a giant monster thanks to merging with his henchman.

Phantom shouted, "You are a monster, and your new form reflects that. No one deserves to be experimented on like she was. She is a person, just like the rest of us. Sure she doesn't have great control over her Quirk. Sure she made mistakes because of it in the past. But she is worth more than what you think of her. And Deku and I will fight to protect her!"

Izuku nodded in agreement. He put Eri on his back and tied her to himself using Mirio's cape. "OK, Eri. Hold on."

Phantom turned to Eri, "Eri, your Quirk is a blessing, not a curse! Don't listen to him! Use your power for good!"

Izuku added, "He's right. I'll just keep smashing at 100% at a greater speed than you heal me."

Chisaki threw one of his giant hands down onto Phantom's shield, which made it crack. Phantom cursed, "Damn it! My energy is lower than I thought."

Izuku began to charge up One For All at 100%, "Eri, will you please lend me your power?"

Eri looked at Izuku, then down at Phantom, "Yes, for you, and for Danny Phantom."

Meanwhile, Chisai kept hammering at Phantom's shield, and it was slowly breaking apart. Phantom growled, "I don't know how much longer I can keep this up. I need to get you out of here, Nighteye."

Nighteye shook his head, "No, I want to see this. I want to see both of you prove me wrong. Also, I had another vision. Of you. With that ring."

Phantom looked over at Nighteye, "What?"

Nighteye explained, "I saw your future. With you wearing a ring of fury and a crown of fire. That's when I realized you are more than what you've let on. And I saw that you are scared to tap into this power. It frightens you. Like you fear that you will lose control. But I've seen you, Phantom. You are one of the strongest heroes I've ever met. You are meant for more than this world. Just like Stain said. You need to use the ring to help Deku save Eri. Stop living in fear of it."

Phantom was shocked, but replied, "But I don't know if I'm ready. What if the power takes me over?"

Nighteye smiled, "I think you know the answer. Stop fearing it. Embrace it."

Phantom reached into his costume and pulled the ring out. He stared at it, "I'm not afraid of you. You will not control me. I am in control of you." He slid the ring onto the middle finger on his right hand. He felt the power come over him, but he gritted his teeth and focused on controlling it.

Meanwhile, Chisaki said, "Neither of you realize the true value of her ability. Eri represents change. The ability to annihilate Quirks once and for all and change humanity back to normal! With her powers, I can end this infected society. Cure this hero sickness! She is mine. Naive little boys like you two don't know how to use her. It's up to me to cure humanity."

He went to attack Izuku, but Izuku dodged and smashed Chisaki right into the sky.

Down below, Toga was watching, "Dang, Izuku. Nice."

Twice was standing next to her, "Hey, what's Compress doing?"

Up in the air, Chisaki growled, "Why doesn't anybody see the big picture? I'm going to tear this world apart. Destroy its very foundation. You're all blinded by some outdated sense of what's right. You're just pretending to be heroes! I won't let you stand in my way!"

He went to attack Izuku and Eri, but then a powerful, eerie voice called out, "Not on my watch!"

Suddenly, Chisaki was blasted towards the ground. Izuku was shocked. He looked around and saw Phantom floating above him, but he had a bright green aura all around him that had a hint of red in it. He saw a ring with a skull on it on Phantom's right hand.

Phantom then created a giant ghost shield around the area. He looked down at Chisaki, "I am here to make sure you never hurt Eri or anyone else again. Deku and I will make sure of that. Your reign of terror is over!"

He then flew straight past Chisaki and then took a deep breath and unleashed his Ghostly Wail. It hit Chisaki and sent him flying into the ghost shield.

Izuku quickly made his way down towards Phantom using more of One For All and asked, "Danny, what….."

"No time to explain," Phantom replied. "We need to finish this and save Eri. I made a promise after all. Right, Eri?"

Eri smiled, "Yes, Danny Phantom."

Phantom grinned, "Then let's finish this."

Izuku and Phantom charged in at Chisaki, who tried to attack both of them by disassembling and reassembling his body parts, but both heroes in training dodged and attacked back with powerful attacks.

Izuku shouted, "If I can't save Eri, one small child who's relying on us to help her, then how can I call myself a hero who saves everybody?"

Phantom and Izuku sent many punches at Chisaki, tearing apart his monster body. Suddenly both boys were above him. Izuku charged his fist with energy from One For All while Phantom charged his fist with ecto energy. They both shouted, "That's who I'm gonna be!" They punched Chisaki with all their might and Chisaki's mask flew off and he fell hard into the ground below.

Down below, Ochaco and Ryukyu made their way to the surface and found Nighteye. Ochaco looked around, "Where are they?"

Nighteye looked over at Chisaki's fallen body, knocked out cold. He saw Izuku land nearby with Eri. Golden energy mixed with the energy of One For All flowed around him.

The pro hero was shocked. Izuku proved him wrong. The future he saw didn't come to pass.

He looked up and saw Phantom flying nearby in the sky, green and red energy flowing around him. Nighteye smiled, "They both proved me wrong. They changed the future. Izuku showed me that he is the true successor for One For All. And Phantom, he got over his fear and wore that ring with pride. He is a true hero. A King."
