At Training Ground 44 the team can be seen patiently waiting Sai is sitting down leaning against a tree drawing in his sketch book, Yakumo is checking her weapon pouches making sure she's not down a weapon and as for Naruto he can be seen sitting down waiting for their sensei but Naruto is no longer in the same Puppet Suit a brand new one this one is Black and grey the helmet for the puppet is Black but resembles a skull it has red muted eyes, he wears a black cloak, his shoulder blades has spikes, the gauntlets and boots also has spikes attached to his hip is the Raijin no Ken.
This suit is definitely different from the last one this looks more intimidating and stronger this suit is also heavy but that shouldn't be a problem if they are training today then this would be a perfect opportunity to rest his brand new armor suit.
Before Yakumo and Sai could asked him about the new puppet armor Anko drops down from the tree grinning at them "you brats are in luck toady! We aren't training today but I do have something for you. These papers are for the Chunin Exam that are coming but before you say anything just know in these exams you can die and they are nothing like the genin Exams. I want each of you to sign these and bring them back on next monday. I'm sure I don't have to tell too you three if you plan to take this year's Chunin Exams don't be late and the rest is located at the Academy." said Anko without anything to say she shunshin no doubt heading out to go to get Dango or torture some poor bastard.
Yakumo turns to Sai "are going to sign it?" asked Yakumo looking at her teammate with a curious gaze.
He nods his head at the genjutsu specialist "yes, I am knowing Shin I'm sure his team will also participate in the Chunin Exam. What about you, Yakumo?" asked Sai the teen was mentally happy about no training today he is in dire of a new sword he would've got one yesterday but he was still tired. Sai hopes his team won't have another mission like that for a long time but definitely opened his eyes.
Yakumo smiles at Sai and nods her head "yes, I am. I feel like I am ready for the next step in my ninja career. Naruto I take it you are taking the Chunin Exam?" asked Yakumo she had a feeling she knew the answer.
"Of course I am, it's just a small step in me becoming the Hokage and a way to rest my abilities against the other teams." said Naruto he then walks away with both of his teammates expecting the response he gave them. "If Sai's brother Shin will be participating then that means Sasuke Uchiha the younger brother of the Godaime Hokage and the son of Fugaku I do hope you are even as skilled as your brother. Anyways, this gives me a chance to test out Black Enforcer (Kuro no Shikkō-sha)." thought Naruto he then decided it was time to go off and train after all he still wasn't a hundred percent use to this puppet yet.

The next day Team Anko had assembled outside a small shop, Yakumo smiles warmly at her two teammates who were waiting for her. "Hey! Naruto, Sai!" exclaimed Yakumo Sai smiles back at her while Naruto the puppet used had chose to simply nods his head. "Are you two ready?" asked Yakumo she noticed Sai was reading a book she was curious what her emotionally stunted friend was reading.
The pale skinned female then glances at Naruto "yeah, I'm ready! Alright, Team Anko let's move out!" said Naruto the two nodded their head and make their way to the designated place but as they arrive they catch a genin in green spandex being tossed in his but he ignores this and glances towards Yakumo.
"There's a genjutsu!" said Yakumo everyone turns towards the pale female everyone looked at her with confusion. "We're going to the third floor! Others might have not noticed the genjutsu but this is child's play for someone who specializes in genjutsu." says Yakumo with a confident look.
"What's she talking about?" asked a shinobi.
"You got me!" says a genin.
One of the teens guarding the door smirk "so you noticed?" said the teen, the room that read 301 had changed to 201.
"Hmm...not bad but all you did was see through!" exclaimed the other teen he sends a kick towards Yakumo but Naruto catches the leg in a tight grip.
"Move or lose the leg!" demanded Naruto he takes out the Raijin no Ken with the clear threat of cutting his leg off the teen sweat drops as Naruto releases his leg. Naruto then glances at his teammates "come on, let's go!" says Naruto walking through the door with his teammates right behind him.
Sasuke glances at the puppet user with a calculating looked "so, that's Naruto Uzumaki!" thought Sasuke.
As each team passes through the door the two genin guarding the door watches them "hehe...so those are Anko, Gai, and Shisui's pupils...I guess they pass this unofficially first test." said the teen.
" Yeah," says the teen the two dropped their henge revealing themselves to be Kotetsu and Izumo "this exam is going to be fun..for us examiners too." said Kotetsu grinning ear to ear.
The trio continue on their way towards their designated room but once they saw it they saw their sensei Anko chewing on stick on dango. She grins at them as she eats the rest of her dango "oh...so, you're all here! That's good! That means we can properly take the exam." said Anko confusing her three students.
"What do you mean?" asked Sai who's just as confused as his other two teammates.
"The truth is that this test can only be taken by teams of three." said Anko she honestly wasn't too worry about her students not showing up she knew each of them has the drive to become a Chunin.
"Ah, that makes sense so just like the genin Exam only a three members of the team can pass if one fails they all fail! Which means for the Chunin if one of us has decided not to take it the other two were incapable of taking the Chunin Exams." said Naruto it made sense after all Anko had nominated her team not just one of her students the only reason for three not to be a three man team is if said team is down a member.
Anko grins at this "that is correct Naruto, but because each of you show up on your own Team 9 can participate! Now Team 9 knock them bastards dead!" grinned Anko feeling a sense in pride in her students she wasn't too worried for them after all they have well rounded teamwork even though it took a while for Naruto to begin to trust Sai and Yakumo.
"Right! Let's do this!" says Naruto the three open the door they are greeted to a dozen of genin glaring in their direction but for Naruto who had experienced the constant malice from the village this was nothing. So, he ignores the killer intent he searches around and finds a familiar pigtails blonde he walks over to the Sunagakure team with Temari staring in shock at him, Kankuro looks at Team Anko with a curious gaze, and Gaara looks at them with a blank expression. "Hey, Temari! It's been a while!" says Naruto.
The blonde female eyes went wide as she recognized that voice "Naruto? Is that you?" asked Temari she was never sure what actually happened to the blonde boy that visited her village all those years ago.
Kankuro looks at his elder sister with a raised eyebrow "Naruto? Wait you mean the kid that was trained by Lady Chiyo?" asked Kankuro looking flabbergasted he quickly turns to Naruto so fast one might have thought he broke his own neck.
Naruto nods his head "she was only taught me the basics and gave me a few books. This is my speciality Armor Puppet!" said Naruto Kankuro grins widely at the fellow puppeteer while Temari rolled her eyes at her brother.
Kankuro looks at Naruto with a grin on his face "never thought I'd be facing off against a fellow puppeteer! Or one from Konohagakure! I look forward to seeing you in the Chunin Exams!" grinned Kankuro he was impressed with the blonde not only had he learned puppetry with limited resources he also found a way around a puppet master's weakness.
Kankuro extends his hand out Naruto seeing no harm or foul play he takes the arm and shakes it the two grin at each other "I can't wait to see what you got, Naruto!" grinned Kankuro his sister rolled her eyes at him muttering boys.
"Me too! And let the best puppeteer win!" says Naruto inside his suit he had a smile and like the idea of trading notes with a fellow puppeteer. Naruto then glances at Gaara who's stares at him with a cold expression both neither parties willing to back down the two unconsciously glare at one another in a deadlock something inside the two boys began to stir.
Both parties feel uneasy with the stare down "your name is Naruto?" asked Gaara in a stoic tone both Temari and Kankuro feeling nervous and uneasy.
"Yes, Naruto Uzumaki! And you're Gaara of the Sand! I remember Temari telling me she had a younger brother." said Naruto something inside the blonde told him this guy was dangerous and shouldn't be taken lightly.
"Yes, I look forward to fighting you, Naruto Uzumaki." said Gaara in a cold emotionless tone he then turns away from them with both siblings giving Team Anko a silent sorry.
Sai catches sight of Team 6 the pale teen taps on Naruto's shoulder causing him to turn to his teammate. "Look there are my senpai!" said Sai pointing towards Fu and Torune he glances at the Sand siblings and gives them a bow before walking towards his fellow senpai Naruto and Yakumo follow after him both waving at the Sand siblings.
Fu smiles as he sees Sai and his comrades walking their way. "Sai, so your team is taking the Chunin Exams too?" asked the male Yamanaka he smiles warmly at Sai happy to see the emotionless facade gone from the young child.
Sai nods his head to the mind walker "yes, our sensei believed we were ready for the Chunin Exams." said Sai the pale teen was pretty sure Anko was either torturing some poor bastard or eating away her favorite dango.
"Yeah, it was the same for us with Yamato-sensei! He believed our teamwork along with our own strengths were enough for us to enter in the Chunin Exams! I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect to see so many especially from Iwagakure and Soragakure." said Isaribi glancing around noticing a few Iwagakure shinobi and Soragakure shinobi.
Yakumo looks at Isaribi in confusion "Soragakure? What's that? I never heard of that village before?" asked Yakumo.
"That isn't too surprisingly it was once named The Land of Sky but they have recently changed it." said Torune to be honest that was all he knew of the village he didn't even know where the village was located or who the leader is. All he knew for certain was that the Soragakure village was more technology advanced.
"Sasuke-kun! You're late!" exclaimed Ino both members from Team 9 and Team 6 turned and see Ino jumping on Sasuke's back none of them were impressed with this.
Isaribi sweats drops at the scene "and it seems like we're not the only rookie team here." said Isaribi Ino along with Team 7 turned and see Team 9 and 6. Isaribi glances at Sakura then at Ino "I see you two are still making an add out of yourselves?" said Isaribi with a frown looking at Sakura and Ino as if they aren't on her level.
"What did you say!" questioned Sakura glaring daggers at Isaribi.
"You guys are taking this stupid test too? Don't die." said the Lazy Shikamaru.
"Shouldn't it be us saying that?" questioned Naruto to him Shikamaru and Choji were the laziest shinobi Shikamaru would rather do anything but train he probably sees training to be too much of a pain. Then there's Choji his equally pathetic fat excuse of a shinobi and there's Ino one of Sasuke's little groupies. He honestly wasn't concern with Team 10 after all none of them are strong or have the drive to be a shinobi.
"Sasuke-kun is mine! Bleh!" teased Ino Naruto glances at Fu then at Ino he truly felt sorry for the male Yamanaka.
"Yahoo! Found you!" screamed Kiba the blonde rolled his eye at the loud Inuzuka the loudest person in the academy had arrived. He never really like Kiba he was always so loud and arrogant plus he smelled worse than his dog he honestly doesn't understand how Shino or Hinata can stand him.
"H-hello," said the shy Hinata.
"Well well, everyone is assembled." said the grinning Kiba.
"Great! You're here too?" questioned Naruto looking down at Kiba as if he isn't on his level.
"I see...all 15 of this year's rookie genin are taking the exam. I wonder how far we will get eh Sasuke-kun?" said Kiba Naruto mentally groan at how overconfident Kiba is to him the Inuzuka were the weakest clans in the village.
Sasuke scoffed at Kiba "You seem confident, Kiba." said Sasuke.
"We did a lot of training, we won't lose to you." said Kiba looking overconfident.
Sai raised an eyebrow at him leaned over to his brother Shin "he does know he's nowhere near as strong as Sasuke right?" asked Sai.
"Just let him dream! He's an idiot he'll face reality soon." says Shin the two brothers snicker at this Kiba growls at the two.
"Hey you guys, you should be more quiet screaming like school girls...geeze! You guys are rookies just put of the Academy right? This isn't a picnic." said the glasses wearing teen.
"Who do you think you are?" questioned Ino glaring at the man.
"I'm Kabuto but instead of that, look behind you." said Kabuto.
"Behind?" repeated a confused Sakura as she and everyone looks behind them sees various of ninjas glaring at them especially those from Iwagakure and Amegakure Naruto wasn't affected by them after all he spent his life being surrounded by villagers and ninja alike who never shy away from showing how much they hated him.
"Those guys behind you are from the Hidden Rain and Stone they have short tempers. Everyone is nervous about the Exam, quiet down before you cause a scene. Well, I can't blame you. You're clueless rookies, you remind me of how I used to be." said Kabuto in a playful manner.
Yakumo looked at the man stare a questionable stares "yeah...so it's Kabuto, right? So is this your second time?" asked Yakumo with a raised eyebrow.
"Nope...my seventh time! This exam is held twice a year so this is my fourth year." says Kabuto Kiba snickered at this thinking the man was a pushover or just plain weak.
"Wow, so you know a lot about this Exam?" asked Sakura.
Kabuto grins response "that's right!" says Kabuto Naruto's eye narrowed at the grinning Kabuto something about the grin was off putting far more than Sai's fake smile something told him not to trust this man.
"Wow, that's impressive." said Shin with a sweat drop he too found the grin strange after all claiming to fail the Exam over seven times doesn't seen like something one would be proud of.
"Hehe, then I'll share some info with you cute rookies with these ninja info-cards." Said Kabuto taking out ninja cards.
"Ninja info-cards?" repeated Isaribi.
"They are basically cards which have info burned on to them with chakra I have four years worth of info here over 200 cards...they look blank but to open the info on these cards." says Kabuto he places a card down.
"What are you doing?" asked Ino watching him pressed down on the card.
"You can't view them unless I use my chakra, for example." says Kabuto pouring chakra into the card a very detailed graph appears on the card surprising and amazing the genin.
"Wow, a really easy to read graph! What kind of info is this?" asked Sakura.
"This is the number of those taking the exam and the breakdown of what country they are from." explained Kabuto many of them stood in surprised especially Sakura who didn't know such things existed.
"Do you have cards with info of individuals?" asked Sasuke Shin was looking at the brother of the Godiame with concern.
"Hehe...there are some guys you're worried about?" asked Kabuto chuckling at the young Uchiha. The man grins to himself "of course...The info on all of this exams participants isn't perfect but I do have it. Even of you guys, say something about these guys and I'll take a look." says Kabuto hearing this has caught a few of them of guard.
"Gaara of The Hidden Sand, Naruto Uzumaki from leaf, and Rock Lee from Leaf." says Sasuke Naruto's sole eye narrows at Sasuke.
Sakura and Shin glances over to the armored Uzumaki Kabuto grins at Sasuke "oh, you know their names, should be easy then." says Kabuto.
"What the hell can those cards know? and just how much does this guy have?" thought Naruto staring at Kabuto.
"Show me," says Sasuke.
"Ok, first is Rock Lee, he's a year older than you guys, mission history 20 completed D-Rank, 12 completed C-Rank. His sensei is Gai, his taijutsu improved greatly in this year, the rest is nothing impressive. Last year he gained attention as a talented new genin but he did not participate in the exam. Like you guys this is his first time. On his team are Neji Hyuga and Tenten." says Kabuto.
He then turns to Naruto's care which has him in his puppet armor "next is Naruto Uzumaki of the Lead mission rank 1 C-Rank Mission but turned A-Rank due to the extreme difficulty number of enemy jounin. 20 completed D-Rank mission. His sensei is Anko Mitarashi, during a horrible incident seven years ago had left him incapable of ever hoping to be a ninja but during a trip towards Sunagakure to discuss the alliance he apparently had meet Lady Chiyo and she had even taugh-ugh!" grunted Kabuto he stars at his which is gripped tightly by Naruto staring at him he could feel the grip tightening.
"I don't know how you have that type of information? But I know that's information no genin should have!" said Naruto in a cold tone many of the genin stare at the puppet user in surprised wondering what Kabuto is talking about. Thanks to his puppet armor Kuro no Shikkō-sha he easily broke Kabuto's arm causing them to stare in shock.
"But...he was a ninja of Konoha and he just broke his arm!" thought a surprised Shikamaru.
Naruto then snatches the card and tips it to shreds and glares at Kabuto looks at him coldly Kabuto rises to his feet and heals his broken arm "what! That was medic ninjutsu? This guy is dangerous not just anybody can learn medical ninjutsu!" thought Naruto.
"Leaf, Sand, Rain, Grass, Stone, Water Fall, Sky, Sound...many outstanding genin from the various hidden villages are here to take the exam well...The hidden sound village is a small village just created last year so there isn't much info and the Sky they once believed to be extinct but they have recently risen from the shadows. But the rest of the Hidden Villages are filled with talented youngsters." said Kabuto flexing his restored arm.
"M-Makes you lose your confidence." commented the shy Hinata.
Sakura narrowed her eyes "so basically...all the people here are." trailed Sakura.
"Yup! Like Lee, Gaara, and Naruto they are the top elite genin from the various of countries." says Kabuto.
Naruto scoffed and looks at Kabuto with a cold look "I don't care! It doesn't matter how strong they are I won't let anyone stand in my way!" exclaimed Naruto.
"Hehe, the Hidden Sound is a minor Village?" says Zaku.
"Is that so," said Dosu.
"Let's play with them a little bit!" said the grinning Zaku.
"Hehe good idea, calling us leftovers let's help him add to his data...that Hidden Sound Shinobi can be quite vicious!" said Dosu grinning in a sadistic manner.
"You won't let anyone stand in too I way? What are you? Some action hero?" mocked Kiba.
"Did he seriously just turned everyone to his eney. But I know he isn't the same loud mouth he's different something tells me that suit isn't just for show." says Shikamaru he remembered how much the blonde had changed when he returned back to the academy.
Yakumo looks at him with a groan "must you antagonize them!" groaned Yakumo Naruto had just shrugged his shoulders not caring.
"Should we do it?" asked Dosu the three Sound ninja rushes towards Kabuto through the crowd. Dosu rolled his sleeve showing the gauntlet on his arm, Zaku jumps over the crowd and throws several kunai at Kabuto who jumps back. Dosu then appears in front of Kabuto aiming a left hook Kabuto grits his teeth.
"These are Hidden Sound!" thought Kabuto he dodges the hook but the left lens breaks he then removed the broken glasses from his face "I see this kind of attack!" thought Kabuto with a grin.
Sasuke stares in utter shock "what's going on? He dodged it...so why did his glasses?" thought Sasuke who stares in utter shock.
"It probably glanced his nose, that's what you get for acting like a big shot." says Shikamaru but he didn't understand what just happened.
Kabuto's eyes went wide he then collapses to his knees and throws up "What? He threw up!" exclaimed a shocked Shin.
"Kabuto!" gasp Sakura in shock each of the participants glances at the Sound Team who stand proud at their work, Sakura rushes over to Kabuto's side "are you alright?" asked the concerned pinkette.
Kabuto gains control over his breathing "yeah, I'm fine," said Kabuto letting out a rough cough.
Zaku grins darkly at Kabuto "write this down on your cards 'The Three Hidden Sound Ninjas' Definite Future Chunin!" grinned Zaku Kabuto narrows his eyes at the young teen.
"Lee, how about the attack?" asked Tenten to her it didn't look like anything special happened.
Lee narrowed his eyes at the Sound Trio "no problems in seeing the speed, there must be some trick." says Lee.
A huge explosion occurs "quiet down you worthless bastard!" roared a man hiding in the cloud of smoke.
"What's this?" asked a genin shielding his eyes from the explosion, as the smoke cleared up it reveals Ibiki a small number of Chunin.
The large man grins at the genin "thanks for waiting...I am Morino Ibiki, the Examiner for the Chunin Exam's first test!" says Ibiki many of the genin gulp in fear at the imposing man he then points his finger at the Sound Team causing everyone to turn towards the Sound trio. "Hidden Sound guys, stop doing as you please before the exam do you want to fail already?" questioned the man looking at them with a stoic look but clearly not amused by their actions.
Dosu chuckles nervously and turns towards the scarred man "I apologize...this is our first time we got a bit carried away." says Dosu.
Ibiki then focused on the rest of the participants "here's a good opportunity to say this! There will be no fighting without the permission of the Examiner. Even if permission is granted, killing your opponent will not be tolerated! Those pigs that disobey me will be failed immediately! So I make myself clear?" asked the man who's eyes became cold.
Zaku grins to himself in a dark manner "heh, this should be easy!" grinned Zaku.
"We will now start the first test in the Chunin Exam instead of your current seating arrangements you will pick one of these tabs and sit in the seat signed to you as will then hand out the exams." said Ibiki showing the genin a square object that has the number 1written Kotetsu can be seen carrying a stack of papers many of the genin were found dumbfounded not believing their first test was going to be a written exam.

"To the 84 who remain congratulations on passing the first test!" said Ibiki leaving many people confused since they were sure the 10th question wasn't going to be something something difficult not a simple question. Even the smartest ones were still confused about what just happened.
"Wait! What do you mean? We already pass? What about the 10th question?" asked Yakumo who believe the tenth question was going to be something crazy instead he just asked if they brave enough to answer the tenth question.
Ibiki grins at them in a cheeky manner "there never was such a thing! Or you could say that those two choices were the tenth question!" said Ibiki this has only confused them even more even the bookworm Sakura Haruno stares at Ibiki with confusion.
"Hey! Then what were the first nine questions for! They were pointless then!" yelled Temari glaring daggers at the scarred man.
"They were not pointless they had already served their intended purpose." says Ibiki this seemed to have calmed Temari down causing her to sit back in her seat but stares at the man with a look of confusion. "To test your individual information gathering ability that purpose!" says Ibiki.
"He's suddenly changed personalities!" thought Temari she wondered if the man was all there "information gathering?" repeated Temari.
"First, as th rules explained success on this test is based on the whole team doing well. This puts pressure on each member not to mess things up for their teammates. But the questions on this test were not the types that a mere genin could answer because of that I'm sure most of the people came to the same conclusion...that to score points...I'll have to cheat. " said Ibiki many of the participants smiles to themselves.
"Basically the premise of this test is to cheat as cheating targets, we had two or so Chunin who knew all the answers mixed into the crowd to help you guys out." said Ibiki many of the genin begin cheering as they were able to copy off of a Chunin.
Naruto silently nods his head "well that explains why he gave us so many chances he also wanted to see how we would use our own abilities to cheat luckily for my team we have a genjutsu user." thought Naruto with a half grin he knew only a few selected could answer these questions without cheating.
"But those that cheat poorly fail, of course because in times, information is more important than life." said Ibiki removing his bandana forehead protector revealing his head to have several screw holes and various scars covering his head. "And on missions and the battlefield, people risk their lives to get their hands on it." said Ibiki.
"Horrible burns, screw holes, scars...those are the affects of torture," thought Naruto looking at Ibiki with a level of respect.
"If the enemy or third party notices you, there is no guarantee the info will be accurate. I want you to remember this important information in your hands can be a powerful weapon for your comrades and for the village. So, we had you gather information through cheating this clearly separated those that did not have the right abilities." says Ibiki.
Temari appears to stare at Ibiki with a look of confusion still not understanding the large man " but...I don't understand the final question," said Temari.
Ibiki has a broad smile on his face "but question 10 is the true purpose of this test." said Ibiki of course all the genin in the room stare at Ibiki with a confused look.
Isaribi rubs the back of her head and stares at Ibiki with a confused expression "uh, what do you. Mean?" asked Isaribi.
Ibiki chuckles to himself "let me explain...the tenth question...the 'Take it's' or 'Not Take it' decision! Obviously these were painful choices those who choose the latter fail along with their teammates. Those who choose to take it could loose the chance to ever take the test again, a true leap of faith how about these two choices say you guys become Chunin your mission is to steal a secret document the amount of ninjas, their abilities are unknown to you and of course there could be traps set all around you. Now, do you accept, or not accept?" questioned Ibiki with a serious expression.
"Because you don't want to die because you don't want your comrades hurt can you avoid dangerous missions? The answer is no! No matter what the danger there are missions you change avoid. The ability to be courageous and survive any hardship this is the ability needed to become a Chunin Captain those who can't out their destinies on the line who cling to the uncertain future of 'there's always next year'." said Ibiki.
"And then walk away from their chance those pieces of trash who can only make such cowardly choices don't have the right to become a Chunin...that's how I feel! Those who choose to take it answered the tough t tenth question correctly you will be able to survive any troubles you face in the future. You have made it through the entrance, the first tests of the Chunin Selection Exam is now finished, I wish you guys luck." said Ibiki smiling at genin, Naruto smiles at this he then smirks as he wonders what the next test will be.
Suddenly something crashes through window shocking many of participants and Chunin except for Ibiki who doesn't look even bothered. Team 9 each cringed knowing there's only one jounin who would jump through a window "ugh, please don't be her!" thought Naruto with a groan both Sai and Yakumo groaned as the person who jumped from the banner was Anko Mitarashi, Konoha's Snake Mistress.
"Geez...not this one!" chuckled Ibiki staring at the purplenette jounin.
"You guys! This is no time to be celebrating! I am the Examiner for the second test! Anko Mitarashi, now let's go! Follow me!" exclaimed Anko many of the genin stares at the woman with a look of confusion and not sure what to say.
Ibiki moves the banner to the side and glances at the snake user "and timing," says Ibiki which causes Anko to blush in embarrassment.

Anko turns towards Ibiki "84? Ibiki! You left 28 Teams? The test was too easy this time!" exclaimed the glaring Ibiki who's wondering if the man has gotten soft.
A grin appears on Ibiki's face as they glances over the genin "this time there are a lot of outstanding ones." said Ibiki.
"Bah, that's fine...I'll at least cut them in half in the second test. Ahhh...I'm getting excited I'll explain everything once we've changed places, follow me." said the grinning Anko which had sent a cold chill down their spines.
Location: Forest of Death
the participants stand outside of the Forest of Death while everyone felt uneasy Team 9 stares at the gate with a deadpan expression "welcome the stage for the second test, Practice Arena 44 also known as...The Forest of Death! Ask Team 9 they know just how dangerous this place can actually be!" said Anko grinning at her students causing everyone to turn towards Naruto, Yakumo, and Sai.
Anko grins at the genin with a dark grin on her face "You'll soon find out why it's called the Forest of Death!" said Anko scaring many of the participants while the genin from Konohagakure are surprise Team 9's sensei had trained her students in such a dangerous place.
Yakumo let's out a mental groan at seeing the gates of the Forest of Death "great! The Forest of Death!" groaned Yakumo she knew her sensei was taking pleasure of the genin suffering she never thought the second part of the exam will be here.
"Anko-sensei definitely had some part in this!" muttered Sai he then sighs as he hears the sound coming from the many animals.
Naruto glances at Sai "or convinced Godiame! Probably the latter." said Naruto with Sai nodding in agreement though they do have an advantage they are the only ones who have been in the Forest of Death so they know what to expect.
"Now, before we start the second test, there's something I have to pass out." says Anko digging in her coat pulling out a stack of papers. "You must sign these agreement forms there will be deaths in this one and if I don't have you sign these it will all be my responsibility, ehehe." laughed Anko with a cheerful smile but it didn't calm down any of the participants it actually scared and worry a lot of them.
"I'm going to explain the second test, then you can sign it afterwards and then each team will check in at that booth behind me." said Anko pointing to the booth behind her "I'll now explain the second test you will attempt the ultimate survival...first I'll explain the area in which it will take place around practice arena no.44 are 44 locked gates. Forest, River, and the tower in the center from the gates to the tower is about 10km." said Anko.
"During the survival in here, you will be asked to complete a certain task using your many weapons and jutsu, you will complete in a no rules scroll battle." said Anko pulling out two scrolls.
"Scroll?" repeated an Iwagakure genin.
"Yes, you will fight over these two scrolls, the Heaven and Earth! There are 84 people here meaning 28 teams... half will get the Heaven Scroll and the other half teams will each get the Earth Scroll. To pass this test your team must make it to the Tower with both scrolls. But there's a time limit the second test will last 120 hours exactly five days." said Anko.
"Five days?" exclaimed Ino looking surprised.
"What about dinner!" yelled Choji looking equally shocked.
Anko rolled her eyes at the Akimichi she knew the clan had a one track mind when it came to food but Choji Akimichi was definitely someone who shouldn't be a shinobi he was far to soft and the kid seemed more worried about dinner than exactly making it out alive "you're on your own! The Forest is full of food just watch out for man-eating beasts, poisonous insects, poisonous plants and 13 teams passing is not likely as the days go on, the distance to the goal will become farther, and the time to rest will become shorter. And th area is crawling with enemies, you won't get much sleep." said Anko.
Then tension in the air soon became thick "so not only will some fail by losing the scroll but some will die from the harshness of the course. Naruto watches as many of the participants enter the booth "so you can't tell which team gets which scroll or who on the team is carrying the scroll. It's just as Ibiki had said from here Welland fighting for information everyone here is determined meaning there's going to be killing." thought Naruto m he glances at the Sand siblings.
Team Kurenai stood at gate 16 Kiba grins at the shy Hinata "yahoo! Survival is our speciality! Hinata,Sinetro soft on us!" grinned Kiba.
Team Ōtake is standing at Gate 27 "risking our lives...this sucks but we'll have to do it." said Shikamaru Ino sweat drops at her teammate.
Team Shisui is at Gate 12 "I've heard of the Forest of Death from Sai! We have to be on our guard!" said Shin with both Sasuke and Sakura agreeing with him.
Team Anko is at Gate 25 "we may be back in this forest but we shouldn't let our guard down." said Naruto.
"Right, everything in the Forest is a threat," said Sai, at Gate 32 Team Yamato was standing proud both Th and Torune glares at the gates of the Forest of Death.
