Scene changes to Ithaca's palace's balcony

I had a friend before, and
He was a lot like you

"Because it's literally his father." said Frank.

"But Telemachus does remind me of Odysseus though." said Hazel.

"Yeah, it's amazing how the last time they met was over twenty years ago yet they still have basically the same personality." said Annabeth.

"Yeah, and I hope that they do meet." said Leo.

"Yeah." they all agreed.
I helped him fight through war, but
He had his demons too
And then we grew apart
Then his light went dark

"So he is only in a good place when she's with him?!" snapped Annabeth. "You're the only thing that can help him!"

"Annabeth I think you're-" started Percy.

"No! Be quiet, Percy! I have waited this long and I thought I would see a good Athena after 'Little Wolf' but this is just too far! He didn't help with the sirens, Poseidon, the wind bag, fight Circe, Scylla, Helios's island or Zeus yet he still did good without her help!"

"But the wind bag was opened, lots of men were drowned, Hermes helped with Circe, six men were sacrificed, the cows were eaten, everyone apart from Odysseus died when Zeus arrived."

"What about the sirens then?!"

"That was one situation out of so many and when Athena was there: he won the war, helped defeat Polyphemus and the Lotus Eaters!"

"But one is good enough!"

And so, I thought
Maybe, if I made a different call
Maybe, if I hadn't missed it all
Maybe, he'd be fine
Maybe, we'd unwind

"So she still wants to help Odysseus..." started Hazel.

"But she isn't sure whether or not to help him." said Grover.
Maybe, if I help another soul
Maybe, if I helped you reach your goal
Life could be that bright
I could sleep at night

"I regret everything I said." said Annabeth.

"There you go!" said Percy. "In the end it happened."

"Good job, Annabeth!" congratulated Jason.

Athena, I don't know who your friend is
I don't know what he's like, but

"You will soon!" said Frank.

"Hopefully." said Will.

"And we still don't know where Odysseus is." said Percy.

"I'm sure we will know soon." said Hazel.

My time with you has been splendid
The best day of my life
'Cause I got in a fight, and I didn't die

"His optimism scares me." said Reyna.

"Judging by the fact that his life isn't the greatest... anything could be happy for him." said Thalia.

"I took that in the opposite direction." said Nico.
I've never felt strong before
You're my friend, I couldn't ask for more

"That's so sad!" tore Piper. "Having no friends."

"It is..." said Jason. "We have all been through a lot but at least we all had each other when we were in a bad spot."

And so, I think
Maybe, if life wasn't spent as planned
Maybe, it's time that you lend a hand
I don't think he'll mind
If not his friend, then mine

"He doesn't even know that he is his father but still wants to help others." said Clarisse.

"That's so sweet!" said Grover.

Maybe, to fall is to learn one way

"Sounds like something Chiron would say." said Percy.

"It really does." said Annabeth.

"Maybe he was the one that put us here?" asked Leo.

"No! He would never!" said Clarisse. "It's the dirty Fates that put us here for some sick joke. I bet everyone is laughing at Olympus."

"It doesn't feel like a joke." said Jason.

Maybe, it's all gonna turn out great

"The optimism..." said Reyna.

"I've never seen this much since Polites." said Thalia.
I know we'll be fine
I know it's light you'll find

You're a good kid

"So Athena doesn't think he's worthy to be a man?" asked Piper.

"No, no, no, no, no!" said Nico. "Maybe there is a different thing we're not seeing."

"Like what?" growled Annabeth.

"Like... umm."

"Odysseus hasn't seen Telemachus in a long time and through everyone's eyes, he's still a child!" said Will.

"Makes sense..." said Annabeth.
