Disclaimer: I don't own Helluva Boss.

Eli Clark sat on a park bench, his breath fogging in the cold air as snow drifted lazily from the night sky. The park was quiet, serene—a stark contrast to the storm raging in his head. He hadn't run away, not really. He just needed space, a moment to clear his mind. Home wasn't far, but it was still far enough.

He crossed his arms, scowling slightly as his thoughts churned. His parents had taken his sister's side again. Not that this was new, but it still stung. And all because he'd tripped over a mess their siblings had left behind, accidentally bumping her and spilling her milkshake. Naturally, it was his fault. Cue the shouting, followed by the usual accusations.

"Careless." They'd called him. His sister even threw in "heartless" for good measure.

Heartless. Right, Eli thought, leaning back against the icy bench. Because I don't cry at every little thing, that means I don't care? Sure.

He sighed, his breath mingling with the cold. He loved his family—he really did. But they could be so... careless themselves. Not in the "tripping over toys" way, but the "not realizing how much they hurt him" way.

Above him, the stars twinkled faintly, indifferent. His eyelids grew heavy as the weight of the day pressed down. Eventually, without realizing it, Eli drifted off to sleep.

"Blitz, pleeease?" Millie clapped her hands together like a kid begging for candy.

Blitzo groaned from where he leaned against the van, arms crossed. "Millie, we've got bodies to bag and portals to close, and you wanna go frolic in the human world? Are you trying to get us arrested?"

"It's just a park!" Millie protested, practically bouncing on her heels. "The client said it's real pretty this time of year!"

Blitzo stared at her, unimpressed. "Oh, well, if the client said it's pretty, we must go sightseeing." He rolled his eyes, tossing the grimoire toward her. She caught it easily. "Fine. But bring back something for the office. Like, I don't know, a snow globe or some crap."

"Thanks, Blitz!" Millie chirped, kissing Moxxie on the cheek before dashing off.

"Wait, are we seriously letting her wander around alone?" Moxxie asked, frowning as he hefted a suspiciously dripping sack over his shoulder.

Blitzo shrugged. "She's a murder machine with a sunny disposition. What's the worst that could happen? Now quit yapping and haul that bag before it leaks everywhere."

Millie stepped into the park, her boots crunching against the snow as she took in the sight before her. The place was magical—like something out of a postcard. The moon hung low in the sky, casting a silvery glow over the field, and the snow shimmered like tiny diamonds.

"Wow," she whispered, pulling out her phone. "Moxxie's gonna hate that I came without him."

As she scanned the area, her eyes landed on an unusual sight. A kid, asleep on a park bench, with the snow piling up on his hoodie.

"Wait… hold up." Millie blinked, squinting. She hurried over, crouching beside the boy. His breath came out in faint, frosty puffs.

"Oh, you poor thing," Millie murmured, gently touching his face. "What are you doing out here all alone? Don't tell me you're—oh no. Are you abandoned?" Her heart sank at the thought.

Then another thought struck her: If he's out here long enough... he's probably gonna freeze to death. And if he dies, he's definitely going to Hell.

Millie froze, her mind whirring. Wait. If he's coming to Hell anyway, why not just... skip the middleman? Moxxie probably wouldn't approve, but when had that ever stopped her?

She looked down at the boy, sleeping so soundly despite the cold. "I mean, what's one more soul, right?" She muttered to herself, opening the grimoire.

With a smile, Millie scooped the kid up, cradling him against her shoulder. "You're lucky I've got a soft spot for childrens." She said, stepping through the portal with him in tow.

The IMP office was blissfully quiet when Millie returned. She glanced at the clock. Blitzo and Moxxie were probably still cleaning up their latest mess.

"Perfect," she whispered, tiptoeing across the lobby. She carefully placed the grimoire on the receptionist's desk, then adjusted the kid on her back. I'll just sneak him back to the apartment and figure this out in the morning.

She was about to take a step forward, but that's when the door slammed open.

"Millie!"

"Shit!" Millie thought as she froze, plastering on an innocent smile as she turned to see Blitzo, Moxxie, and Loona staring at her. Blitzo's eyes narrowed immediately.

"Millie," he said slowly, pointing at the sleeping boy. "Why is there a human child here?"

"Uh…" Millie's smile widened. "Funny story?"

"Better be hilarious," Blitzo said, crossing his arms. "Because if you tell me you went to a park and brought back a souvenir that breathes, I'm gonna lose my shit."

"He was freezing!" Millie protested. "What was I supposed to do, leave him there to die? He's probably Hell-bound anyway!"

"We don't know th—" Moxxie began, but Blitzo held up a hand.

"Fine. but if he talks to us like the last brat. I'm gonna shoot him instantly." Blitzø spun on his heel, heading toward his office. "And if anyone asks, this was your idea, not mine."

Moxxie, gaping at his wife. "Millie, do you even know what you're doing?"

"Nope!" Millie chirped, already at the door with Eli on her back.

Loona snorted from her spot near the doorway. "Can't have your own, so you kidnap one instead." She then smirks. "Heh, won't this be fun."

A/N: And there it is my first fanfic from 4 years ago in my book. I made fanfics before but only for me to read, and man was It bad. This is the revised version of my original I hope you enjoy.

This story is heavily inspired by Helluva Loud Adventures by heavy5commando and A Loud Amongs Demons by TvFan2244.

When I first read Helluva Loud Adventures. It was wild as heck and it was interesting that I said, "I wanna do something like." But didn't want to since I'm not really creative enough to do something like heavy5commando did. But I started reading A Loud Amongs Demons and saw that, I didn't need to change to much, just add senarios that's related to my OC history.

With that knowledge, I created my first ever fanfic... Good times.
