Episode 482: Stealing the Conversation
A couple of days have passed since the Chocovine Town Pokémon Contest came and went. Dawn now only needs to require one more Ribbon to enter the Grand Festival, and the journey to Snowpoint City continues, but not without an interruption.
The attacking Heartless consists of Shadows, Soldiers, Large Bodies, Creeper Plants, Loudmouths, Red Nocturnes, Blue Rhapsodies, Yellow Operas, Green Requiems, Aeroplanes, Hot Rods, Hammer Frames, Tornado Steps, and Deserters.
Summoning their Keyblades, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, and Dawn engaged the Heartless as Pikachu and Angel swung their tails at the Deserters and Soldiers. Piplup fired Bubble Beam, hitting the Red Nocturnes and Blue Rhapsodies. The Tornado Steps spun toward them as Dawn slashed one and Lucas casts a stone spell, crushing some of the Loudmouths. Sora casts an aura fire spell, burning the Creeper Plants as the Large Bodies came running at him, but Kairi casts a balloon spell, hitting the Large Bodies. The Aeroplanes came flying at her, but Angel shot them down with a Swift, taking them down. Pikachu fired a Thunderbolt, shocking the Hot Rods. Piplup hurls a Whirlpool, sending it at the Heartless. Sora casts n aura blizzard as Kairi casts a crystal blizzard, freezing the Heartless inside it.
"Lucas, Dawn, wanna wrap this up?" Sora offered.
"Sure thing," Lucas said.
"No need to worry," Dawn said. Lucas and Dawn slashed at the frozen whirlpool, cracking the ice and destroying the Heartless in it. The shattered ice gave off a crystal and azure sparkle to it. "How pretty."
"Yeah, sure is," Sora agreed.
"Piplup," Piplup said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
After dealing with the attacking Heartless, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup continued on their journey until they made a stop to stock up on supplies. They stepped out of a local store, looking over their supplies.
"Okay, potions," Sora said.
"Check," Lucas said.
"Antidotes," Sora said.
"Check," Dawn said.
"Healing medicines," Sora said.
"Check," Kairi said.
"Groceries," Sora said.
"Check," Kairi, Lucas, and Dawn said.
"Guess we should keep goi-" Sora paused.
"Ing?" Lucas asked as Sora shushed him. "Sora?"
"Look," Sora said, pointing to the corner. It turns out to be a Team Galactic grunt, lurking around.
"He's from Team Galactic. You think they could be here, could they?" Dawn asked.
"If they are, then it's a good thing we're here," Sora said.
"Let's get the jump on him," Kairi said.
"Good idea," Sora said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup headed in the direction of the Team Galactic grunt, intending to get the jump on him. The Team Galactic grunt tried to make contact with Team Galactic HQ.
"Come in. I'm trying to make contact, but I can't for some reason," the Team Galactic grunt said.
"Stop right there, Team Galactic!" Sora called out. The Team Galactic grunt turned to see the group of four.
"I've been found out!" The Team Galactic grunt exclaimed. He began to run. Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup started ti chase after him. He ends up running out out in the open where there were some people who recognized him.
"Hey, that guy's from Team Galactic! The criminal that drained Lake Valor!" A random man exclaimed.
"Somebody call the police!" A random woman shouted.
The Team Galactic grunt kept running as fast as he could possibly run, so Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup were gaining on him really fast. Lucas took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Infernape!" Lucas called out. His Pokéball opened and his Ifernape came out and gets in front of him. He tried to turn another way, but Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup got in front him, cutting his escape.
"You're not going anywhere!" Kairi said.
"You're trapped!" Lucas said.
"I'd give up if I were you," Sora said. The Team Galactic grunt just grinned.
"Well, you're not me," the Team Galactic grunt took out a Dusk Ball and threw it up in the air. It opened and a blue Gliscor came out from inside. Its arms, ears, and stomach are yellow. Gliscor grabbed him and began to fly. "So long, suckers!"
Just then, Officer Jenny rode in the scene with a Chatot perched on her shoulder.
"Looks like we missed the show, again," Officer Jenny said.
"Missed again, missed again," Chatot repeated. Officer Jenny turned to Sora and the group.
"You're Sora Ketchum from Pallet Town, aren't you?" Officer Jenny asked.
"Yeah, that'll be me," Sora said.
"Good. You're under arrest," Officer Jenny said. Sora winced when she told him that he's under arrest.
"Under Arrest! No jest!" Chatot.
"What did I do?!" Sora excaimed.
"Officer, I think you made a mistake! Sora would never do anything to break the law!" Kairi defended her boyfriend.
"The real criminal just got away! He's the one you want!" Lucas said.
"Sorry, I misspoke. I meant that I'll be needing your assistance, so I'll be having you in custody. And FYI, I'm not a normal Officer Jenny. I'm a wild Officer Jenny," Officer Jenny said.
"Yes, she's a mild Jenny," Chatot spoke.
"Not mild, wild!" Officer Jenny said.
"Those two should be having their own comedy routines," Lucas said.
"Not a good time to joke, Lucas," Dawn said.
"So, why do you need Sora in custody?" Kairi asked.
"I was transferred here from Kanto. There hasn't been much action there since Team Rocket has been put out of commission. I heard that Sora Ketchum was traveling in the Sinnoh region and I spoke with witnesses who said you were at Lake Valor and you gave a statement about Team Galactic's activities. And I figured maybe you would have on insight about," Officer Jenny said.
Well, you would be right. Team Galactic are planning on creating a new world, so they stole the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs and they took the Lake Guardians from Lake Verity, Lake Valor, and Lake Acuity. We have no idea why they're doing it," Sora said.
"What we do know about it is that it isn't good for anyone," Lucas said.
"Lake Valor has been on our minds for a while now," Kairi said.
"In that case, I might ask if you'll be able to help me out with my work?" Officer Jenny asked.
"Sure, whatever you need us to do, we'll do it," Sora said.
"Let us help out, too," Lucas said.
"Well, it's really not difficult. I would simply request that you all stand around just like bowling pins. All I'm asking you to do is hang around. What do you say?" Officer Jenny asked.
"What do you say? Say it's okay!" Chatot said.
"Just hang around?" Sora, Kairi, Lucas, and Dawn asked.
"You did say whatever she needs us to do, so why not?" Dawn asked, making Sora chuckle.
A few minutes later, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup stood around like bowling pins and out in the open.
"I feel silly standing out here," Kairi said.
"Okay, this one's on me. But we do need answers on why Team Galactic did what they did to Lake Valor. Hopefully, we'll spot him if he tries to get us," Sora said.
"He might have a point. Those guys aren't afraid to take any risks, and it looks like they'll do whatever they can to get what they want, even if they have to go through us first," Lucas said.
"In other words, they'll get us out of their way," Kairi said.
"Right," Lucas agreed.
"Well, if Team Galactic is going after us, it might as well be out in the open. Ganondorf couldn't take us down, Seth couldn't take us down, the Dark Masters, and the Demon Lords couldn't take us down, Team Rocket couldn't take them down, Team Magma and Team Aqua couldn't take us down, J couldn't bring us down, ExDark couldn't bring us down, the Black Sun Clan couldn't bring us down, Xehanort's Heartless and the Organization couldn't bring us down. Team Galactic won't bring us down," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"You're right, Sora," Kairi agreed.
Meanwhile, the Team Galactic grunt made it to a different part of town, shortly after making his escape. He's approached by a female Team Galactic grunt, but she wore a slightly different outfit than most of the members. Her outfit didn't have sleeves and she has orange messy hair. She has violet eyes.
"What happened to you?" The female Team Galactic grunt asked.
"I had a run-in with some kids. They looked like Pokémon Trainers. They spotted me just when I was trying to make contact," the male Team Galactic grunt said.
"Pokémon Trainers?" The female Team Galactic grunt asked.
"Yeah. They had a Pikachu, an Eevee, an Infernape, and a Piplup. One of those kids has spiky hair," the male Team Galactic grunt said. The female Team Galactic grunt realized who he was talking about.
"It's gotta be those kids who have been meddling in our operations. We cannot let that slide," the female Team Galactic grunt said.
"What do you suppose we're gonna do about it?" The male Team Galactic grunt asked.
"Take them out. We can't have anyone gumming up Master Cyrus's plans for our new world, can we? Any threats to Team Galactic has to be eliminated," the female Team Galactic said.
"How are we gonna do it?" The male Team Galactic grunt asked.
"Hear me out," the female Team Galactic grunt said. She whispered her plan into his ear.
Back to the park, two police officers had arrived to the scene. One of them is a high-ranking police officer.
"Excuse me. Sora Ketchum, I presume?" The high-ranking police officer asked.
"Yes. Who are you?" Sora asked.
"Well, son, I'm the chief of police. We just saw you four standing here in the middle of the park and you haven't moved an inch," the chief said. Officer Jenny knew she was going to get in trouble with the chief of police, so she went up to Sora and shook his hand.
"Sora Ketchum, right? Officer Jenny. Nice to meet you," Officer Jenny said, shaking his hand. She whispered into his ear. "Play along," she whispered. She grinned sheepishly.
"Jenny, you're not using people as decoys again, are you?" the chief asked.
"What ever do you mean, sir?" Officer asked, pretending not to know.
"Well for one thing, there has been rumors about some Team Galactic members being in town!" The chief said.
"Sir, I resent that remark. My only concern is the complete safety of all our citizens; just like these kids," Officer Jenny said.
"Like these girls and boys, they're decoys!" Chatot said. The policewoman quickly covers its beak, to keep it from revealing more.
"WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED?! IT'S BAD ENOUGH WE HAVE STRANGE CREATURES ATTACKING OUT OF NOWHERE, BUT NOW WE GOT YOU USING CIVILIANS AS DECOYS AGAIN!" The police chief exclaimed.
"Now, now, chief, it's not good for your blood pressure to get all worked up. All your adorable little assistants are waiting for you to come back to the station," Officer Jenny said.
"ADORABLE, NOTHING! AND DON'T YOU THINK YOU CAN BUTTER ME UP! IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK ON ME! I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE WILD OR MILD! I DON'T EVEN CARE IF YOU CAME FROM A SMALL TOWN OR A FARM! ALL I KNOW IS EVER SINCE YOU TRANSFERRED TO SINNOH, IT'S NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS! IF I HEAR THAT YOU SCREWED UP ONE MORE TIME, THEN YOU'LL BE DEMOTED TO PARKING METER MAID AND YOU'LL BE WRITING LETTERS OF APOLOGY UNTIL BOTH OF YOUR ARMS GO NUMB!" The chief yelled. WIth that said, the chief boarded the sidecar as the police officer rode off.
"Good thing I was wearing these," Officer Jenny said, taking out her ear plugs.
"Wearing these, life's a breeze," Chatot said.
"You wear ear plugs?" Sora sked.
"I knew the chief was going to yell at me again, so I plugged these in," Officer Jenny said.
"I'm surprised he was able to spit out all those words without catching a breath," Sora said.
"How about some lunch on me?" Officer Jenny asked.
"I guess there's no harm in that," Sora said. A few moments later, she treated the group to some hamburgers. "Not as good as my uncle's, but still good."
"Yeah, it is," Lucas said, eating his burger. He noticed Dawn isn't eating anything. "Aren't you hungry, Dawn?"
"I am, but something doesn't seem right," Dawn said.
"There's nothing to worry about, Dawn. I'm here!" Officer Jenny assured.
"Thank you!" Dawn said. She said in her thoughts, "The something that doesn't seem right is you." Her trail of thought was interrupted by the sound of an alarm blarring from across the street
"We've spotted Team Galactic!" Officer Jenny said. Three wearing ski masks came running out of a bank.
"Or maybe not," Lucas said.
"A bank robbery!" Sora exclaimed.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"I want you all to stay here! Buddy, let's go!" Officer Jenny said.
"Buddy, big show!" Chatot chirped. Officer Jenny took out a bowling bag and took out a bowling glove an a red bowling ball.
"Wild Tornado! Bowling staright down the allies!" Officer Jenny declared when she threw it. The bowling ball struck one of the robbers.
"Bowling straight, don't be late!" Chatot chirped. She took out anohter bowling of the same color.
"Wild Tornado! Throwing straight at the laser beam!" Officer Jenny declared. The bowling ball struck him by the feet and he tumbled in the air.
"Laser beam, watch 'em scream!" Chatot chirped. Chatot flew right at the fallen crook.
"Get it together!" One of the robbers said.
"Use Feather Dance!" Officer Jenny ordered. Chatot flew in front of the two robbers and unleashed its feathers and they sprinkle on them.
"Feather Dance, happy trance!" Chatot ordered.
The third robber flinched and attempted to get away. He turned to his left. Officer Jenny wasn't going to let him get away that easily. She took out a third ball.
"Wild Tornado! Time for the ol' hook ball!" She threw it and it spins around. It dashed to his left and landed a hit onto the robber.
"Hook ball, made him fall!" Chatot chirped. The robber slowly and painfully got back up and attempted to run away.
"Freeze!" Officer Jenny ordered. "Don't move a muscle." He slowly turned around as Officer Jenny slowly approaches him. "I suggest you give up while you can. Your other friends did." More likely she handcuffed them and left them at a beampole. She places her bowling bag bag down and digs through it. "Of course, if you resist."
The robber scoffed, "You already used up all three of your bowling balls! You don't have any balls left!"
"If you're so sure, then run. But if there is one left, then I'll gurantee you that it's heavy and it's much harder than a diamond with a turbo charged power booster. One hit, and that's all she wrote," Officer Jenny said. The robber reluctantly surrendered since he didn't want to take a chance of her having an extra bowling ball. He closed his eyes, just in time for Officer Jenny to take out her handcuffs and cuffed him. The robber opened his eyes.
"I knew it! you were bluffing!" The robber exclaimed. It drew out a crowd, applauding her for her work. Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup were among them.
"I said wait but I can't blame you," Officer Jenny said.
"No wonder she's called the Wild Jenny," Lucas said.
"Jenny's wild alright, but she's not mild all right," Chatot chirped. Cameras were flashing to the heroic policewoman. Reporters were gathering around her.
"May we have a statement for the Sinnoh News, please?" A reporter asked.
"Yes, for our many readers?" A female reporter asked.
"I really don't like being the center of attention," Officer Jenny said, doing a pose. "How's this one?"
"Don't like being the center of attention, huh?" Dawn scoffed.
"I don't think she even minds it a little," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
A destructive yellow beam comes down and struck some of the surrounding area, alaerting everyone.
"What was that?!" Lucas asked.
"Look!" Kairi said, pointing to where the Hyper Beam came from. It turns out it was caused by the Shiny Gliscor. The female Team Galactic grunt is riding on a giant-sized Honchkrow.
"That's them! Right there!" The male Team Galactic grunt said, pointing to Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup.
"We meet face-to-face," the female Team Galactic grunt said.
"You're from Team Galactic, aren't you?" Sora asked.
"Aren't you smart? You can call me Mercury. And we didn't like that you've been getting in our way," Mercury said.
"We would gladly get in your way to thwart whatever plan you have!" Kairi said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
"You really crossed the line when you and your Team Galactic buddies drained Lake Valor! Every Magikarp would have died if we weren't there to save them all!" Sora said.
"You might as well just cry me a river, because who cares about some weak Magikarp? Only the strong survives!" Mercury cruelly stated.
"We care!" Lucas said.
"Anyone who hurts Pokémon for their selfish plans is an enemy of ours!" Dawn said.
"Piplup!" Piplup said.
"How about you battle us? If we win, and we will win, we get to do what we want to you. But if you win, we will cooperate with you," Mercury said.
"You got a deal," Sora said.
"Let's make this a double battle," the male Team Galactic grunt suggested.
"Not a bad idea," Mercury said as Honchkrow lands on the ground, allowing Mercury said. Sora and Lucas stepped in to have their battle against them. Sora and Lucas each took out a Pokéball. They threw their Pokéballs.
"Go! Garchomp!" Sora called out.
"I choose you, Lickitung!" Lucas called out.
Their Pokéballs opened as Garchomp and Lickitung emerged from inside, ready to battle.
"Gliscor! Use Hyper Beam!" The male Team Galactic grunt ordered.
"Honchkrow! Use Dark Pulse!" Mercury ordered.
Both Pokémon launched their attacks at their opponents.
"Lickitung! Dodge it and use Water Gun on Gliscor!" Lucas ordered.
"Garchomp! Dodge and use Dragon Rush on Honchkrow!" Sora ordered.
Lickitung dodged Honchkrow's Dark Pulse and fired a Water Gun, hitting the Fang Scorpion Pokémon. Garchomp dodged Gliscor's Hyper Beam and dashed at Honchkrow, hitting the Big Boss Pokémon.
"Way to go! That was awesome!" Dawn said.
"Piplup!" Piplup cheered.
"Garchomp! Dragon Claw on Gliscor!" Sora ordered. Garchomp slashed at Gliscor with his Dragon Claw. "Use Dragon Pulse!" Garchomp fired a Dragon Pulse at Gliscor, hitting it.
"Lickitung! Use Lick!" Lucas ordered. Lickitung extends its tongue and licks Honchkrow. The Big Boss Pokémon wasn't going down that easily.
"Use Giga Impact on Lickitung!" Mercury ordered. Honchkrow launched itself with a Giga Impact and lands a hit onto the Licking Pokémon. Lickitung has taken a huge amount of damage from Honchkrow's Giga Impact.
"You okay, Lickitung?" Lucas asked.
"Licki," Lickitung weakly said. Lucas saw how determined Lickitung was willing to keep going.
"Good! I know you can keep going!" Lucas said. Lickitung started to run toward the Big Boss Pokémon and then curled up into a ball and began to roll at Honchkrow, landing a hit. "That was Rollout!"
"Lickitung might evolve into a Lickilicky really soon!" Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"Gliscor! Use Ice Fang on Garchomp!" The male Team Galactic grunt ordered. Gliscor moved in with Ice Fang to land a freezing bite onto Garchomp, but the Licking Pokémon plowed into Gliscor, dealing an even harder hit than the first one.
"Rollout gets stronger with each hit it lands," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said. Lickitung lands another hit onto Honchkrow and then Lickitung uncurled its body and started to evolve.
"Lickitung's evolving!" Lucas said. Lickitung has become a Lickilicky. "I got me a Lickilicky!"
"It doesn't matter if your Lickitung evolved or not! Your Pokémon don't stand a chance against ours!" Mercury said.
"That's what you think!" Sora said. "Garchomp! Use Dragon Rush on Honchkrow!"
"Giga Impact!" Mercury ordered.
Both Pokémon rushed at each other and collide with a great force of power. Both Pokémon took heavy damage from their chosen attacks.
"Gliscor! Ice Fang!" The male Team Galactic grunt ordered.
"Water Gun!" Lucas ordered. Lickilicky fired a Water Gun, hitting Gliscor. Water Gun came out stronger than as a Lickitung due to its evolution. "That was awesome! Use Slam!" Lickilicky grabbed Gliscor and slammed the Shiny Fang Scorpion Pokémon down on the ground. The male Team Galactic grunt called back his Gliscor and took out another Dusk Ball and threw it.
"Your turn now, Golbat!" The male Team Galactic grunt called out. His Dusk Ball opened and lets out a Golbat. "Okay, Golbat! Use Poison Fang!" Golbat flew toward Lickilicky with a Poison Fang.
"Dodge it and use Lick!" Lucas ordered. Lickilicky dodged and gave the Bat Pokémon a lick across the face, resulting in a paralysis.
"Garchomp! Dragon Claw!" Sora ordered. Garchomp slashed Honchkrow with a Dragon Claw, resulting in a knockout. Mercury called back her Honchkrow and took out a Luxury Ball and threw it.
"Go! Clefable!" Mercury called out. Her Luxury Ball opened and her Clefable came out to battle. "Your Garchomp is strong, I can admit it, but its Dragon-type moves has zero effect on Fairy-types like Clefable."
"You're right about that, Mercury, but I have a way around it," Sora said, calling back his Garchomp and took out another Pokéball and threw it. "Drapion! Let's go!" Sora's Pokéball opened and his Drapion came out to battle. "And my Drapion is one of those ways."
"Okay, your Drapion has the edge over my Clefable, but I have my own way around type weaknesses, too! Dig!" Clefable dug underground.
"Keep your eyes peeled, Drapion. Clefable will come out from anywhere!" Sora said. Drapion looked around for Clefable, but it emerged from underneath and behind the Ogre Scorpion Pokémon. "Behind you!" Clefable lands a hit before Drapion could turn around. "Meteor Mash!" Clefable lands a Meteor Mash on Drapion's face.
"Use Cross Poison!" Sora ordered. Drapion rushes at the Fairy Pokémon with a Cross Poison.
"Meteor Mash again!" Mercury ordered.
Both Pokémon came at each other and clashed their attacks. They overpowered each other, but glared at one another.
"Lickilicky! Use Rollout!" Lucas ordered. Lickilicky curled into a ball again and rolled into Golbat. Lickilicky then rolled into Clefable, dealing heavier damage than the first hit. Golbat was knocked out, but Clefable was still standing.
"Lucas, you wanna wrap this up?" Sora asked.
"You know it, Sora! One more time, Lickilicky!" Lucas called out.
"Dodge it, Clefable!" Mercury called out. Clefable tried to dodge it, but Lickilicky came too fast for Clefable to dodge. Clefable was knocked out. "Retreat!" Just when they were about to escape, Chatot came in front of them and does a Feather Dance, stopping them. Officer Jenny cuffed them both.
"You're both under arrest," Officer Jenny said.
"Under arrest, she's the best," Chatot said.
Officer Jenny had them thrown into interrogation. Officer Jenny was asking the questions as Mercury was just sitting in the chair. Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup were outside, listening in on them.
"So, you gonna talk? Why did you drain Lake Valor of all of its water?" Officer Jenny asked.
"Because we felt like it," Mercury bluntly said.
"I'm gonna need a better answer than that," Officer Jenny said.
"Better than that, so make with the chit-chat," Chatot said.
"I know your Team Galactic buddies took Azelf from the dried-up lake, and you're planning on creating a new world, so how about you spill your guts and tell me why," Officer Jenny said.
"Tell me why, don't you lie!" Chatot said.
"You really wanna know? I'll tell you, and those kids, too. It was thanks to the Galactic Bombs we used," Mercury said.
"Galactic Bombs?" Officer Jenny asked.
"You heard me, officer. The one we used on the Great Marsh was just a prototype. A test. So, we got the real one ready because we wanted to flush them all three Lake Guardians out into the open. And now, thanks to our scientists, it works. That's how the water drained. And now, the Lake Guardians and the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs are in Master Cyrus's hands. Only the Red Chain is missing," Mercury said.
"Red Chain?" Kairi asked. She gasped as she remembered seeing a red chain in her visions involving Palkia and Dialga. Sora remembered it as well.
"You guys know anything about a Red Chain?" Sora asked.
"No, we don't," Dawn said.
"It really doesn't matter that you losers know or not. Team Galactic is closer to our goals! And there's nothing you can do to stop it!" Mercury said, laughing evilly.
A few moments later, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup stepped out of the police station with Officer Jenny and Chatot.
"You've been a big help, Sora. And you're even better than the rumors said you were. No wonder you gave Team Rocket a hard time," Officer Jenny said.
"Hard time, pay the dime!" Chatot said.
"Well, we were able to learn more about their plans thanks to you," Sora said.
"And if Team Galactic is closer to their goals, then we're in even bigger trouble," Dawn said.
"You're right, Dawn. But we can deal with Team Galactic another time," Sora said.
"Chu," Pikachu said.
"Well, we'll be off for Snowpoint City," Sora said.
"It was great meeting you," Kairi said.
"Likewise," Officer Jenny said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup took off for Snowpoint City once again. Along the way, Sora made a call to Riku and the others.
"Sora, what's up?" Riku asked.
"We had another run-in with Team Galactic," Sora said.
"What did you find out?" Leaf asked.
"We found out they used a bomb to drain Lake Valor, and they're also after something called the Red Chain," Lucas said.
"Could this Red Chain have anything to do with what they're doing?" Kris asked.
"If it is, then I think Cynthia should know about this," May said.
"Speaking of which, did you speak with her about it?" Ash asked.
"No, we thought we should tell you guys first," Sora said.
"And maybe, you can pass it on to Cynthia and the Master," Kairi said.
"I was just thinking of the Master, too. We'll tell them both about you found out. In the meantime, watch your backs out there," Riku said.
"Can do," Sora said, hanging up. Sora and Kairi's Gummi Maps goes off. "What the?"
"The Gummi Map!" Kairi said.
"I almost forgot we had those," Sora said. The Gummi Map displays the Mushroom Kingdom and it's pinpointing to the Kong Kingdom.
"Our Gummi Maps are telling us to head for the Kong Kingdom," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"You think we can tag along with you?" Lucas asked.
"We thought we should see other worlds while we have Keyblades, too," Dawn said.
"Piplup," Piplup said.
"We were gonna have you come with us anyway," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"This'll be your first outer-world experience as Keyblade wielders," Sora said.
"Alright!" Lucas and Dawn said.
With that said, the Gummi Ship hovered above them, so Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup boarded the Gummi Ship and flew off into the sky, leaving a twinkling star.
