Mineta and Komori walked together, their strides synchronized as they held hands. The pair of Yuuei students had come to the mall together with their classmates (Monoma was already regreting agreeing with Iida on this) who had now split into smaller groups after agreeing to meet back up at the foodcourt later.

The two lovebirds had just left a small travelware shop, having bought a few items they would need for their summercamp trainning with the generous ammount of shopping money Mineta's grandpa gave him.

"I'm gonna go get some moisturizer from the skincare store a few shops down, K shroom? I'll meet you back here at this gardening store when I'm done!" Komori told Mineta as she hurried towards the skincare store she mentioned.

"K babe!" Mineta responded, a smile on his face as he watched his girlfriend disappear from sight.

"Okay... now... let's see here... I already have some swimtrunks, some botany books, travel spade, watering can, and a sun hat. Okay, so all I need to get is some fertilizer, rubber gloves, an apron, and my special skin lotion from the pharmacy nextdoor." Mineta spoke to himself, listing the items he had written down as a shopping list.

However, before Mineta entered the gardening shop, he felt a wretched chill crawled its way up his spine...

Earlier...

Gomi stood in the midst of the vast crowd of people, his towering stature standing out and blending in simulteaneously. The taste of the quirk supressants he took some time agostill lingering in his mouth.

The reason he was in this mall was to take a breath of fresh air and to take a break from the constant bickering of his fellow LOV members. Unlike most people, Gomi actually perferred crowded, loud, and more bustling places. They often helped him relax and reminded him of his days as a one man cleaning service.

You see, before he became a villain, Gomi was the sole employee, owner, and founder of the most well known cleaning service in all of Japan, known as "Dump-It Cleaning". However, the United Nations unanimously wrote a law called the Quirk-founded Buisness Act. This law both outlawed the use of quirks in buisness environments with the sole intention of economic gain, but dissmantled any exsisting buisnesses that did so, ruining Gomi's entire career and beginning his decent into villainy.

Back to the present, Gomi continued his stroll through the mall, Gomi carried a smile on his face untill he spotted a familiar student standing in front of a gardening shop. So Gomi decided that he might as well "talk" to the student. So Gomi strode through the crowd, his towerimg frame swiftly manuevering through the crowd quite quickly.

Mineta could feel someting cold with a grainy and rough overcoat wrapped around his neck. He looked down to see what once was a rusty discarded knife turned into a rope/chain-like object gently resting around his throat, gently pressing into his skin just enough for him to feel its presence.

"Let's have a chat..." A raspy and firm voice whispered in his ear, using the shredded rusty knife as a leash to pull Mineta onto a secluded bench, far enough from the crowd so that there aren't any eavesdroppers listening in on their chat.

"I'm sure you've heard of me... Minoru Mineta..." Gomi began after they both sat down on the bench, sending shivers down Mineta's spine. Mineta finally looked up to see a towering man wearing a dark green hoodie, black pants, camo socks, and brown leather combat boots. The dark green hood covered most of the man's face with darkness, leaving his dark yellow eyes and his glimmering yellow teeth to glow under the flourescant lights overhead.

"Y-yeah... o-on the news..." Mineta stammered out, his knees quivering slightly. Mineta could almost hear a chuckle but he could've sworn it was a wheeze.

"So you know what I could do with a mere flick of my pinky?" Mineta nodded. "Good... Now let's have that chat."

"Now... Both my and All Might's quirk are considered strong, yet he is praised and I am not. In the past, I helped bring ease and peace of mind to almost everyonein Japan... So... what's the difference between me... and All Might?" Gomi asked, his yellow eyes peering down at Mineta.

"Well..." Mineta began, struggling to find his words, "It's not that simple. Therecare several determining factors between good and evil, but you can't just simplify itlike that." Mineta confidently responded, feeling the rusty strip of metal slightly loosen.

"Really?" Gomi asked in response, raising an eyebrow at the statement, his tone growing quite quizzical.

Mineta, suprised by the villain Salvage's intrigue, stared silently for a moment before continueing. "Well, its often easy for someone to overlook the gray area that seperates the black and white of today's society. Sure the positives and negatives are there and are more prevelent, you shouldn't discard the small points within that gray area. I, personally, am a firm believer in Destro's idea of free quirk use," Unbeknownst to the two, a set of eyes examined the shorter one of the two through a screen, "to a point. I think he made some great points on how society should evolve with the people who reside in it, but I think tgat you shouldn't just discard the rules. If there were regulations in place to prevent people from harming eachother, then go for it." Mineta explained to the villain with growing confidence in his words.

Gomi could only stare at Mineta in shock, the villain having no idea that this student had knowledge in philosophy and gave him an answer he was not expecting at all. Gomi's control over the rusty knife slipped, the parts that were once wound together and around Mineta's neck no clattering to the floor with a metallic clang.

"Hey shroom... who's your friend?" Komori asked, having just found her boyfriend with someone she couldn't recognize.

"Oh hey Komori..." Mineta responded, giving Komori a bright smile as the stranger stood up.

"Well I must be going soon. I appreciate the chat." The towering man rasped as he waved bye to Mineta as he walked away.

"Who was that babe?" Komori asked Mineta

"Just an aquaintance..." Mineta responded, his uncertainty masked by his love for his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, somewhere in downtown Tokyo...

"Just an aquaintance..." The recording ended, the screen turning black, a pair of dark green eyes staring into their reflection.

"This child brings questions to light... We need a solution." A firm voice resounded throughout the room, the silohuette it belonged to shrouded in darkness

"Minoru Mineta shows prospect..." Redestro spoke, his silohuette revealing itself, the lights on the meeting table casting an ominous light over his face.
