"Explain," said Kaachan. They were in an alley near the school. Kaachan had Izuku pinned to the wall.

The exercise had finished before Izuku could say anything. Destroying their microphones disqualified Kaachan. He said nothing about their interaction for the rest of the class. After school, he took Izuku to the alley, ensuring nobody followed.

Izuku had to think fast. His only options included killing Kaachan, which he couldn't do. All except for one thing, to double down.

He forced himself to chuckle like how Toga did when they were together. It was a good thing he always had a knife.

Kaachan didn't like the laugh. He growled. "What's so funny?"

Izuku took his knife out of his pocket and slashed at Kaachan. He backed away, but Izuku got him in the face.

Kaachan touched his cheek and saw the blood on his fingers. This made him angrier. "You fucking dickhead," he said in a faux calm voice.

Izuku, completely beside himself with false courage, stayed calm. He kept up the act of a psychotic killer. He licked the blood off the knife. "Delicious," he said.

Kaachan chuckled. "You think that's intimidating? Not even Deku is that pathetic." He set off a few sparks with his quirk. "You're not Yamikumo either." He launched toward Izuku. "Now die!" Izuku dodged the right-hook explosion and ran down the alley.

"Get back here," Kaachan yelled over multiple explosions. Izuku ignored him.

He went around several corners. The second he heard Kaachan's voice disappear, he found a dumpster and went inside.

It was dark inside. He heard Kaachan's explosions. "Where are you? I'm not done with you yet," he yelled. After a few hours, he left.

Izuku texted Kurogiri for an extraction. A portal formed in the dumpster. He went through.

He entered the rundown bar and sat at the counter. "Give me a water. I just had a brush with death."

Someone picked Izuku up by his collar. Then he was face-to-face with a large man with big lips. "Why did you bring a hero here?" he said.

"Miss Magne, this is your senior, Master Midoriya," said Kurogiri. "Please treat him with respect. He's back from infiltrating the hero school. That's why he's dressed in that uniform."

Izuku wasn't paying much attention to Kirogiri. His only thought was, 'That's a woman?' He quickly put the thought away as he remembered how people looked different. A woman looking like a man was no different than a man who looked like a cactus. It didn't matter to him anyway.

"Can you please put me down now?" asked Izuku. Magne put him back. She sat in the booth with a middle schooler and a guy in a suit.

Izuku turned to Kurogiri. "Are those new members?"

"Yes. We got them for the next mission. There's going to be a trip to a training camp. We got the intel from our spy."

Wait, what? "You got a spy? Then why did I sneak into UA?"

"You did that on your own." Oh yeah, he did. "Did you find what you needed while in there?"

"No, but to be honest. I just wanted to pretend to be a hero. I blew my cover anyway. Time for phase 2."

Izuku texted Toga. 'Let him go' He got a message back immediately.

It said, 'He escaped an hour ago,' then another one a second later. 'And it was just getting good'

This was the worst-case scenario. Akatani escaped from Toga while Izuku was at his school. Izuku texted, 'How could this happen'

'Idk' was the first message. 'I wanted to get knives involved' The third message explained it, 'Then I went to the bathroom'

'Did you leave the knife with him' was his response.

'Crap' was the only thing Izuku read before slamming his phone on the counter.

"Stupid fucking bitch," he yelled before throwing it across the room. "That whore ruins everything!"

The entire operation was blown. Akatani would be clever enough to notice the timeline discrepancy. If he was with Toga while Izuku was impersonating him, then they'd have to be two people. Toga was one of them, and he didn't have any other shapeshifters. He needed a new plan.

He thought for a long time, but he couldn't come up with anything. Then the TV went on.

"It seems your plan didn't go well," said the man on the TV. "Do you need help?"

"I can't owe any more," Izuku responded. "I'm already screwed as it is."

"What if I said I could help?"

"It doesn't matter. You'd ask for a favor." Then it hit him. Something he entirely forgot about. "You still owe me one."

"You got that right. Though I wouldn't have told you about it. Now, what is your favor?"

Izuku thought for a few seconds. Every possible outcome. "Find another shapeshifter, anybody easy to access. I'll handle the rest."

"Kurogiri," said the TV man.

"Yes, master," said Kurogiri, before a manila folder fell out of a portal and onto the bar.

Izuku picked it up and got his phone. "I'd like to go home now," he said. A portal opened, and he went through.

His bedroom was the same. Except that the sheets were a mess. Toga didn't make his bed after sleeping in it.

He stayed in his room until Toga, still disguised as him, walked into the room. "Oh," she said, then closed the door. "Are we done? I think I have another day in me." She had a folder clenched to her chest.

"Give that to me," said Izuku. She did. He opened it to find Akatani, a whole lot more of him than he liked. He closed it. "Ok, I'll be keeping these."

"Come on," said Toga. "Why do you get to keep them?"

"I have my reasons. Just go through the portal," Izuku replied. "I will be busy fixing your screw-up. Just go do your own thing."

"Ok, see you at camp!" Toga walked through the portal.

Izuku looked into the file. It's someone called Naito Bakemono. His quirk is 'transform,' he can mimic anyone's appearance as long as they only have humanoid features. It's done by the user having intimate knowledge of the person's looks, personality, and everything else.

Naito Bakemono has a long criminal record, including petty theft, breaking and entering, and unlicensed quirk use. The crime he's most charged with is stalking young boys. It was suspected that it was an attempt to steal their identity, but it was never proven.

Izuku put the file and folder into his bag. He went to the bathroom and removed his disguise. He took off the uniform and put it into a trash bag. He put it in a corner of his closet.

He knew he had to spend a day with Akatani and try to make him feel better after what Izuku did. He was fully justified, but he felt a small pit in his stomach. It didn't go away.
