Lady Ger laid against the soothing golden petals of "Calendula". She drew slow, restful breaths as her wounds closed one by one. She then looked down to the now sapless piece of bark in her hand, she smiled. Though the effects of every intake of sap before is now gone, she was thankful for the strength she was given last second. It was only due to Hendrickson's additional boost in power that she survived Drole's meteor.

Soon enough, she felt the Calendula landed. She sighed, picking herself up and shook some loose dirt from her hair. Her suit was destroyed, and she had to dig herself out of the ground with Calendula in tow. Worst of all, she had neither any Commandment or Elizabeth.

She grabbed her stick, Calendula slowly evaported into green particles as she floated out. She looked around, she was near the Liones castle entrance!

From afar, she saw Guila and Jericho rushing toward her.

"Lady Ger!" Guila called to her.

However, Lady Ger wasn't responsive, both women had ended up passing her slightly because she didn't stop moving. "L...Lady Ger, the last thing we remember before we woke up in your Calendula was getting attacked by the Commandments. Please, tell us what happened." Guila requested.

"Melascula and Zeldris, I had no idea they had darkness in them! Do all of them have like them?" Jericho added.

Lady Ger lifted her hand, silencing the two. "...We've made some underestimations. Perhaps there's some more experienced then we are in such a weapon. In the end, this mission was a failure. But enough of this, both of you should return home."

Without another word, she took off flying once again, leaving the two Holy Knights to give a glance towards each other.

Lady Ger soared up the outside floors of the castle before reaching the half way tower. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath while her heart beat against her chest. She had to explain this to Hendrickson...

"Welcome back."

The man himself was there, staring calmly yet deep into her eyez, as if he was waiting for her. Lady Ger jumped back lightly before straightening herself up. She bowed her head. "M-Master."

"I see your body's taken rather well to the dark inflicted sap. I was curious how it would affect you." Hendrickson stated.

"Yes, Master, I give you my gratitude. If it weren't for you, the meteor certainly would've killed me." Lady Ger replied, not looking up but still landing on the castle floor. Every movement she made was calculated, swear dripped down her forehead.

"I trust that Jericho and Guila are making vast improvemts?"

"They are indeed. For a while, they were able to fight fairly well against the Commandments, but..." Ger paused, composing herself with a bite to her tounge. "The Commandments had revealed their own particular powers of darkness. Melascula was fairly simple, shaping it to her whim and made her "Gate" far more versatile. Zeldris...he's an absolute monster."

"What of Estarossa?"

"That's what's strange, Master. Not one time did he showcase any levels of darkness, but not one bit of it was felt in his magic absorbed in the sap. Unlike his brother, he's clear of it."

"How odd." Hendrickson pondered; "Nonetheless, what of Elizabeth and Veronica."

"...Elizaberh, Veronica, and Griamore are with the Commandments now."

"They what?!"

Hendrickson suddenly grabbed Ger by her shirt and lifted her up. "I told you to have Veronica under watch, and killed if she found out too much! No matter what, we need Elizabeth back here! Now we have those two to also worry about!"

Lady Ger's voice shook. "W-We tried, Master, I swear to you! It was unfortunate enough that she had quickly reunited with Elizabeth. We almost had them both ready to transport, but the Goddess Amber wasn't enough to hold Zeldris!"

Hendrickson huffed, dropping Lady Ger. He slowly pondered. "That amber was supposed to be able to hold multiple Red and Grey Demons. Just what kind of monster could Zeldris be?"

Lady Ger slowly picked herself up, this time not taking her eyes off Hendrickson. She slowly started to straighten her hair lightly again to get it out of her face, but then slowly stopping when her fingers lightly touched her pointy ears.

"Gloxinia...?"

Gloxinia. Sure, he seemed to occupy her thoughts more than the other Commandments, but she never did notice before how her ears were pointy like his.

"Pardon?" Hendrickson replied, having heard her mutter. "N-Nothing, Master. Just thinking of Gloxinia..."

Hendrickson's full attention turned towards Lady Ger suddenly, as if something she said he hooked him. "And why's that?"

Lady Ger shook for a second. "I...I can't forgive him for what he's done, but I just can't stop thinking about him. It's just that I share so much qualities with him, our pointy ears and our ability to fly." She stated. "It's become recently apparent to me, Master, that I'm not quite human..."

"Follow me, Ger." Hendrickson suddenly ordered. "Y-Yes, Master."

As Hendrickson stepped down the hallway, so did she. As Hendrickson entered a room, so did she. It was a dressing room, one for the Princesses. Lady Ger looked around, a little confused but dared to not speak. Hendrickson started to rummage around. "D...Do you need help finding something, Master?" She slowly asked.

"No. Wait right there."

Lady Ger obeyed, standing still and quietly.

Eventually, Hendrickson found an obscure green cloth hat, one that could easily stretch over one's head. Without a second thought, Hendrickson held it out toward her. "Ger, I want you to put this on."

"A...gift for me, Master?"

"Something like that. Now, put it on."

Lady Ger obeyed, placing the hat on her head. On first contact, it felt rather comfy, though not exactly too confy against her hair. As she did so, she noticed Hendrickson taking a pink colored Incantation Orb out of his pocket. She tilted her head, she's never seen a spell bead of that kind.

One with such an ominous mark on it.

Hendrickson held the bead close to his mouth, Lady Ger then felt a sharp pain in her head. Every sign of life in her eyes faded away in an instant as Hendrickson spoke.

"Listen, and repeat. You are Lady Ger." He stated.

"I am...Lady Ger." The words exited her mouth in a quiet, hallow voice. Every passing syllable made her mouth near start gaping open.

"You aren't a fairy. You're a subservaint human to me, your Master, Grandmaster Hendrickson."

"I am your...human servant, Master Hendrickson."

"Gloxinia is your hated enemy, for he betrayed you long ago."

"I hate...Gloxinia, he had betrayed me long ago.

"You will always have the need to wear this hat, because you are ashamed of your hideous ears."

"I will always wear this hat...because I am ashamed of my ears."

"Now you shall forget this moment, and return to your quarters."

"Yes...Master." Lady Ger murmured with her last breath before leaving the room with no second thought. Hendrickson followed her out.

"I promise you...next time...they won't be getting away..." As Lady Ger vanished into the shadows of the outside hallways, Hendrickson glanced down to the Incantation Orb. "Like a puppet on it's strings..."

He put the orb away in his pocket. Now it was time for his own reports, but first...

"What is it, Vivian?"

Hendrickson had sensed her prescence the second she came near by. Near the door, a invisible cloaking spell cut out to reveal Vivian herself. A tall, slender woman whose bloody red dress's skirt puffed out, yet it was possible to see her piercing gaze through her slim helmet. In her hand was a massive metal staff, topped with a wooden sharp clawed hand.

"That incantation orb, that's the improved "Invasion" spell, wasn't it? I think that's the quickest reaction it's had on that little fairy." Vivian asked. "Indeed so. Though, according to his majesty's own words, it still hasn't been perfected yet." Hendrickson answered.

"Nonetheless, I am curious as when I'll be getting mine! If there's anything I can do to practically erase Margaret from Gilthunder's memo-"

"Patience, Vivian." Hendrickson snapped at her. Vivian lightly jumped back, but composed herself then after.

"I can assure, after the Holy War is finished and the Ten Commandments are executed, you and Gilthunder will all the time in the world together. Even now, you certainly have bigger concerns than Princess Margaret."

"U-Understood, sir."

"Good. Now then, report to Dreyfus and the Royal Family, tell them that Lady Veronica and Griamore have unfortunately been vanquished by the Ten Commandments."

"Yes, Sir." Vivian replied. She tapped her staff against the floor, a bright light surrounded her before she vanished.

Hendrickson sighed, stroking his head. "And to think his majesty indulges her."

No matter any longer about Vivian though. He headed off down the hallway, right to the stairs. Up two floors, right at the near top of the castle. There was the Grandmaster's quarters, only up one more flight of stairs.

At the stair's exit was a room that was drenched in a suffocating sense of dread. Even for Hendrickson, it felt like the gravity increased with every step taken. The shadows of the whole area felt just a little more darker, even the light that beamed from the windows had omniously dimmed when it entered the room.

At the center of the wall, sitting in the shadows was a personal throne, and the figure on it perked up.

"Well, well, well. I was just wondering about you, Hendrickson." The man in the darkness called out calmly.

"Your highness." Hendrickson bent down, taking a knee. "What do you require of me?"

"I sensed a disturbance a few hours ago, coming from your faction, and particularly you from below. What happened?"

"We've recieved word that La... Elizabeth would be in Vaizel, soon enough I had sent out reinforcements to capture her..."

"And?"

"...They were defeated by the Ten Commandments and is protecting her."

BOOM!

In a sudden manner, the man in the darkness's arm banged against the arm of the throne, leaving a massive impact with cracks. The sound echoed throughout the room, the whole castle, even the entirety of Liones heard it!

"Ten Commandments...again?!" The man in the darkness growled. "I thought I had them scared off from Liones entirely. What were they doing there in Vaizel with Elizabeth?"

Hendrickson's breath shivered from the chills that ran through his body. "Our sources say that she's been working with them, trying to gather them up in efforts of taking Liones back."

The man in the darkness leaned forward against his knees. "I see...So, that's where she ran off too. That old man, Bartra, always spoke fondly of the Commandments, it must've..."inspired" her to believe they alone can stop us." The man in the darkness lightly chuckled. "How ironic."

Hendrickson lightly nodded, not daring to move but slowly aimed to speak. "But, there is hope, my liege. She's only been successful at retrieving Zeldris, Melascula, Estarossa, Gloxinia, and Drole. The rest are still scattered among Britannia."

"Then let's stop that before they're found. Go send as many Holy Knights on search and report duty among Britannia, and if there's even one possibility that they've found one of the Commandments, summon the Roars of Dawn."

"As you wish, my leige." Hendrickson affirmed. He turned to the stairs...

"Hendrickson."

Hendrickson's head snapped back.

"My options may be limited now, but so is my patience. Elizabeth will be brought back here, dead or alive. Do I make myself clear?"

"...Yes, my liege. I promise you, she will be."

The Grandmaster's foot then grasped for the stairs as he finally left the room.

The man in darkness sat back against his throne, huffing a hefty sigh. He stood himself up, too angered to sit. "Zeldris...what have you done now, you worthless nuisance?"

He exited the balcony door to his right, looking out upon Liones. His irate scowl shifted upwards to a huberistic smirk as he held his hand out towards the view of Liones. His fingers moved along as they lined against Liones's borders. In the middle of his middle and ring finger was his "Invasion" orb.

"Like puppets on their strings..."
