Hello everyone, how are you all doing today? I would like to introduce you to this new fic called "Shinobi of Night Raid". I was requested to write this by a fan named Tremolo, so shout out to him for suggesting this. Now, I haven't set up an update schedule for this, but I will be giving you guys the first chapter for now and then at a later date have everything finalized.

Tremolo, look forward to it, because I'll make sure to blow your mind with this. Without any further adieu, let's begin.

Death. Death and Despair were the only things that loomed ahead, an insurmountable force that threatened to crush everything in its path. The infinite expanse of this void stretched endlessly, a void that should have concealed even the most monstrous entities. Yet, this being, the existence of the end itself, stood before them with an oppressive presence that defied the very laws of reality. He could barely comprehend how things came to this. They were doing so well. How had this ancient, malevolent force emerge from Kaguya Otsutsuki?

The air itself seemed to warp around it, thick with malice and dread. Every second felt like an eternity as the pressure of the creature's aura bore down on them, like an unrelenting weight pushing them closer to the edge of despair. It was almost enough to bring Sasuke to his knees. He could feel his power waning under the creature's sheer malevolent presence, a feeling that was foreign to him. His heart raced, but he did not falter. He wasn't alone for this fight, so he refused to give up.

Beside him, his chakra brother stood. A shinobi who had clawed his way through hell and back, a living testament to the power of human will and its unyielding determination. A man who had defied the odds time and time again, becoming more than just a legend.

The man who was destined to become Hokage.

The man known as Naruto Uzumaki.

Naruto's form gleamed in the darkness, a brilliant black and gold that contrasted sharply with the void around them. But it was not just a symbol of divine protection; it was the result of a lingering gift, given to him by the Sage of Six Paths., He had absorbed countless blows, but he never faltered. Though stained with blood—much of it not his own—his cloak stood as an unyielding testament to Naruto's incredible prowess.

"Sasuke, we need to find a way to deal with Kaguya quickly!" Naruto's voice was a growl, filled with urgency and the heat of battle. His eyes locked onto the monster before them, unblinking, as a massive fireball hurtled toward them, its heat intense enough to sear the very fabric of the dimension. Without hesitation, they teleported, disappearing just as the fireball erupted, a supernova's explosion lighting up the void in a blinding flash.

Naruto reappeared in an instant, his form a blur of motion as he closed the distance between himself and the beast. His sword swung with a fury unmatched, the black blade made from his Truth Seeker Orb slicing through the creature's skull with an almost sickening ease. The top half of its head was cleaved away, cleaving through the flesh and bone. But, to his horror, the creature merely regenerated, its head reforming as if it had never been wounded.

"Dammit!" Naruto spat in frustration. "We can't keep stalling Kaguya forever, Sasuke!"

Sasuke, clad in his Sussanoo armor, raised his hand and sent a massive blast of black flames toward the creature. The Amaterasu struck the beast with a deafening roar, a sound like the heavens themselves breaking apart. The explosion was immense, reverberating through the very fabric of reality. But when the smoke cleared, the beast stood tall, unfazed, its dark energy swirling around it like a protective shroud.

"I'm aware, Naruto!" Sasuke shouted, his voice strained. "But I don't have time to think! It's too powerful!"

Naruto's eyes blazed with a burning intensity as the creature swung a massive fist toward him, each blow capable of tearing the universe apart. With a roar of defiance, Naruto raised his own hand, parrying the incoming strike with a flick of his wrist, his own power colliding with the creature's. The force of the impact sent shockwaves through the void, but Naruto was unyielding. Without missing a beat, he hurled a massive Rasenshuriken straight toward the beast's head, splitting the air with a sound like a thunderclap. As the jutsu pierced the creature's chest, Naruto was already in motion, closing the gap between them. His fist collided with the beast's body, the blow sending ripples of energy through the void.

But the beast's retaliatory strike came fast, its massive fist slamming into Naruto with the force of a collapsing star. The blow sent him flying, his body hurtling through the vast emptiness of the dimensional rift. His mind raced, but he managed to twist in midair, regaining his balance just in time to avoid another fireball—this one even larger than the last. It exploded behind him, the shockwave sending him tumbling backward.

"DAMMIT, FINE!" Naruto roared, his voice shaking with fury. "I'LL BUY YOU SOME TIME! SO THINK OF SOMETHING QUICKLY!"

Sasuke's expression was grim, but he nodded, his purple chakra flaring as he began to weave hand signs, hoping for a way to trap this monstrosity. Naruto was already charging forward again, his fists crackling with power as he launched himself at the beast. He was relentless, battering the creature with blow after blow, his strikes faster than the eye could follow, each one landing with the force of a cosmic storm.

The 10 tails staggered, its dark energy flaring, but Naruto pressed on, refusing to give it an inch. He knew they didn't have much time. The creature was far too powerful, and their options were running thin. Yet, even in the face of certain death, Naruto's resolve burned brighter than ever. He had faced impossible odds before and won. This would be no different.

He would make sure of it.

"Stay focused, Naruto," he muttered through clenched teeth, his gaze never leaving the creature. "I'm not stopping until this thing is gone."

As if in response, the beast's eyes flared with fury, its massive form rising even higher, the very fabric of the void around them warping under its power. Naruto endured the strain rigorously, gritting his teeth to circumvent the discomfort its presence brought. A continual trail of light trailed behind him as he sped his way to the walking apocalypse, faster than light and sound.

'I've already lost Kakashi-sensei and Sakura-chan to it, I won't let it live even if it kills me!'

"I would rather it not come to that, Naruto. Right now, focus on killing Kaguya and rescuing my siblings."

'You don't need to tell me, Kurama.'

"Are you ready yet? We need to finish this quickly." Naruto asked, teleporting to Sasuke's side just as a massive tail smashed into where he once was.

Sasuke nodded. "Ya, one last attack should do it. Get your strongest attack ready, Naruto. We're ending it here."

"Ok. SYNC WITH ME, KURAMA!"

In brilliant fashion, the two shinobis exploded in a burst of chakra. From the depths of their combined energy, a massive Susanoo emerged, only this time it wasn't just Sasuke's. Wrapped in the ethereal energy of the colossal beast, the massive form of Kurama's avatar towered, its monstrous frame encircling them in a protective cocoon of energy. The avatar's six muscular arms flexed, each one pulsating with a raw, destructive force. Three heads reared back, each snarling as energy radiated from the amalgamation of their combined power.

On one side, three massive Planetary Rasenshurikens spun with dizzying speed, crackling with the very essence of destruction. On the other side, three Indra's Arrows—gigantic bolts of pure, raw lightning—flickered with a deadly intensity, their energy rising as if consciously ready to obliterate everything in their path.

The combined might of two of the most powerful forces in the shinobi world coalesced into one unstoppable wave. With a resounding roar, the Kurama avatar swung its arms in one synchronized motion, hurling the attacks forward with earth-shaking force. The jutsus tore through the space, leaving trails of raw energy in their wake as it collided with the monstrous form of Kaguya.

"SIX PATHS, PLANETARY SCREAM!"

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

The gap exploded. The void that they were fighting in, the raw colors of energy that surrounded them, were swallowed by the world ending attack that ensued. They couldn't even see the 10 Tails disintegrate because of the blow. The force of the blast caused the avatar to break apart, separating Naruto and Sasuke from each other as they were flung away.

And at the heart of the explosion, reality fractured. A fissure, small as a pinprick, tore open — a black dot that ballooned outward, devouring everything in its expanding grasp. A black hole.

Naruto and Sasuke's eyes locked onto the anomaly, recognition dawning like a cold dread. It mirrored an event from their past, a result of their battle at the Valley of the End. But this time, one of them was in mortal danger.

"NARUTO!" Sasuke's voice shredded through the chaos, raw and desperate. His hand shot out, fingers trembling as if sheer will alone could bridge the gap. Naruto stood perilously close to the singularity, his body already straining against its relentless pull.

Panic twisted Sasuke's features. He could feel the void's influence creeping over his friend, see the debris lifting and distorting as it spiraled into the abyss. But Naruto, despite his strength, was powerless against the gravitational force. Even the Hiraishin, his most reliable technique, offered no salvation.

"Sasuke!" Naruto twisted against the pull, his voice steady despite the situation. He knew he couldn't escape it. This was his end. "Tell everyone I'm sorry. I'll close this thing from the inside, so don't let anyone else get caught!"

"No!" Sasuke's voice cracked, rage and fear intertwining. "You're not dying, do you hear me? We'll find another way!"

"There is no other way, you bastard! Don't be stubborn and let me do this! Make sure to make my death sound awesome, alright?!" Naruto's grin was heartbreaking to Sasuke, a final flicker of defiance to his end.

"YOU STUPID IDIOT! WHY CAN'T YOU EVER TAKE THINGS SERIOUSLY?!"

"I'M ABOUT TO DIE, NOT FAIL A MISSION, DUMBASS!" Naruto shot back, his body finally succumbing to the void. "DON'T MAKE MY SACRIFICE POINTLESS, TEME!"

Words failed them after that. Naruto's silhouette dissolved into the abyss, dragged into the singularity's core. Sasuke's outstretched hand lingered in empty space as the black hole collapsed in on itself, leaving only silence where a life once burned so brightly.

The Shinobi Alliance had won the war. But their reward? The death of their greatest hero, and the grievance of his brother.

The sun dipped below the horizon, casting an orange glow over the forest. The sky darkened with clouds, and under them, a lone girl stood by the river banks. Her name: Akame.

Her hair, black as midnight, cascaded down her back in a flowing veil, strands catching the faintest glimmers of light that seemed to reflect it back. It framed her face in delicate wisps, brushing against skin as pale that was smooth as porcelain, untouched by the scars of battle despite the life she led.

Her eyes were a beauty that held the world captive. Crimson and unyielding, they gleamed like embers in the darkness, burning with a quiet, lethal intensity. Those eyes pierced through the soul, a gaze that spoke of battles fought and burdens carried, of a heart hardened by loss yet somehow still beating with purpose.

She wore a black sleeveless dress, the fabric clinging to her slender frame, swaying just above her knees with every subtle movement. A red tie hung down the front, a single vivid stroke of color that matched her eyes. Black gloves hugged her arms, extending to her elbows, the material snug yet flexible. Red armguards adorned her forearms, it's blood red complimenting her fashion aesthetic. Her legs were covered by thigh-high socks, leaving a sliver of skin exposed, a fleeting glimpse of vulnerability in an otherwise impenetrable facade.

Her boots, scuffed and worn from endless battles, laced up her calves, sturdy and unyielding as the warrior who wore them. And at her side, always within reach, was her sword. A notoriously known katana by the name of Murasame. The blade rested in its sheath, unassuming in appearance, yet carrying a death sentence with even the smallest cut.

She moved with the fluid grace of a predator, each step measured and deliberate. Even in stillness, she radiated danger, her presence like a coiled blade ready to strike.

Akame knelt by the riverbank, her crimson eyes focused intently on the water's surface. The forest hummed with life around her — cicadas droned, leaves rustled in the breeze, and the occasional splash signaled a fish breaking the surface. She waited, poised like a shadow, before plunging her dagger into the stream, skewering her catch with practiced precision.

"Nice, this is going to be a good dinner tonight." She muttered, already drooling at the thought of food.

Oh ya, did anyone ever mention she's a huge glutton? No? Well here ya go.

She turned back, placing her catch within a large basket, already filled to the brim with her previous victims. The fish easily slid off her blade, landing on the top of the pile.

"That should be enough." Akame nodded, looking mighty pleased with herself. A look of pride only she could see, or well, feel. However, she pouted a second later. "Maybe the boss will let me cook again, too. Lately, she's been having Leone do it. Not fair…"

She let herself wallow in depression for a moment, before shaking out of it. There was no time to waste. The sooner she got back to the base, the longer she had to convince Najenda to let her cook again. It would be hard, but she thought for sure that a promise of not eating the ingredients would be enough.

She went on to sling the basket onto her back, but before she could, the strangest thing happened. Up in the sky, her eyes caught the sight of a hole being torn in the air. Her eyes widened with surprise as she stared at it, growing more and more worried as the hole of black expanded. Was this it? Was this the end of the world? But she hadn't even been able to eat yet!

Thankfully, it was not the end of the world, though it still left Akame confused. Her eyes, transfixed on the tear of reality, watched as a boy emerged from it, plummeting toward the earth.

With a boom, she heard the crash echo moments later, shaking the ground. A second later, the gap closed.

"What…?" Akame's eyes were wide with alarm and disbelief. She dashed towards the crash site, leaving her basket of food behind as she rushed. It wasn't even in her mind anymore. All she cared about was investigating the unusual occurrence she just witnessed.

She dashed through the forest, evading the trees and foliage like an expert. She could see the dust cloud build up in front of her, getting bigger and bigger with each second she ran. When she cleared the trees, she was met with a large crater, filled with debris and destroyed trees. In the center of it, the boy she saw fall.

Quickly, she jumped down the crater, easily avoiding the wreckage around her as she made her way to the stranger. Landing in front of him, Akame gasped at his visage.

His blonde hair was matted to his face, blood staining every portion of him. His clothes, a black and orange jumpsuit, was torn to ruin, the only thing keeping it together being a couple strands of cloth. Beneath it, a chainmail undershirt stood visible. The most notable thing he wore was his headband, which was engraved with a strange leaf looking symbol.

He was clearly unconscious, but the amount of blood pouring from him told Akame that he could very easily die soon. Her conscience told her to leave him be, but her heart told her the other. Even with years of experience as an assassin, her heart still went out for others.

"Who are you…?" Akame whispered, leaning down to observe him further. She quickly paused and shook her head. "No, no time for that. I have to take him to the base. He'll die at this rate."

She instantly lifted him up, positioning him on her back so she could easily carry him. No second was wasted afterwards. She went on to the base as quickly as she could. 'I won't let you die.'

Little did she know, this decision would alter history forever.

'Congratulations, you're a genin now.'

'Stop asking me out on dates, Naruto-baka!'

'I'll break every bone in your body!'

'That's my nindo, my ninja way.'

'SASUKEEEEEE!'

'NARUTOOOOO!'

"GGEAAAAHH!" A startled cry filled the empty room as the blonde jolted from his bed.

Naruto panted heavily, his chest rising and falling in erratic movements as sweat dripped down his brow. His hands clutched at the blanket covering him, his knuckles turning white from the force of his grip. His breath came in short gasps, and his heart pounded in his ears like the relentless drum of war.

The images still flashed in his mind. Faces he didn't recognize, voices that felt distant yet familiar. He could hear laughter, shouts of anger, and cries of despair course through his head, but he could recognize none of them..

The sound of a door creaking open snapped him from his spiraling thoughts. His head jerked to the side, and in the dim light of the room, a figure stepped in.

Akame.

She stood in the doorway, her crimson eyes sharp and assessing. She held a bowl of food in one hand, and though her face remained neutral, Naruto could see her concern.

"You're awake," she stated, stepping closer.

Naruto stared at her, his mind scrambling to make sense of the situation. He didn't recognize her. He didn't recognize the room. He didn't recognize anything.

"Where…" he croaked, his throat dry. "Where am I?"

Akame placed the bowl down on the small wooden table beside him before crossing her arms. "You're in the hideout," she said simply. "I found you after you fell from the sky."

Naruto blinked. "I… fell from the sky?" He looked down at himself, noticing for the first time that his body was wrapped in bandages. "I don't—" He winced as a sharp pain shot through his head.

"Take it easy. You're still very injured." Akame told him, earning her a nod from the teen. She observed him quietly, her expression unreadable.

"What's your name?" she asked.

"It… it's Naruto…"

Akame nodded, taking a seat on the chair across from him, watching carefully. She wasn't sure what to make of him yet. He was clearly strong. His body was built like a warrior's, and the strange energy she had sensed within him when she found him was unlike anything she had ever encountered. She was curious about it, and wanted to know more.

"Do you know how you got here?"

"You said I fell from the sky." Naruto answered, tilting his head slightly to the side.

Akame shook her head. "No, not like that. Like how you ended up falling from the sky."

Naruto opened his mouth to answer, but his voice caught in his throat. His mind felt like a void, an empty abyss, like his memories had been ripped away. He couldn't recall anything, not a single thing at all. The only thing he remembered was his name.

He looked up at her, and they both felt a sense of horror come over them.

"I don't… I don't know…" Naruto whispered. Akame caught the tone that came out from him. It was desperation…

And fear.

"I can't remember anything…"

Dun Dun DUUUUUUUUUUN. Finally, I have finished this amazing chapter. Sorry if it isn't as long as you want it to be, Tremolo. This is the prologue, but I promise you that the next chapters will be much much longer. Like, 10k words average longer.

Anyways, thank you so much for reading this chapter! I can't wait to give you the next one.
