Chapter 1:
Two Sides of Mickey:
Widow Tweed was in her bed at the Toontown hospital when Huey, Dewey, and Louie came in.
"Hi, we're the new volunteers," says Huey.
"And we're gonna make you feel better," says Dewey.
"First, your bed needs adjusting," says Louie.
The three then do a lot of crazy things. Luckily, Dr. Mickey, Dr. Minnie, and Nurse Oswald came in.
"This woman is suffering from annoying overload," says Mickey, "the new volunteers must be removed!"
Huey, Dewey, and Louie are then removed.
"Thank you," says Widow Tweed.
"All in a day's work for the Doctors of Toontown," says Minnie.
"Also, here's your bill," says Oswald.
...
The three then go to the hospital cafeteria where the Fairy Godmother is serving food, but Mickey keeps opening the door for people and Minnie and Oswald notices that they just walk over him... in some cases, literally.
"They're all taking advantage of Mickey," says Minnie.
"Mickey can't help it," says Oswald, "he's a super nice guy!"
"Oswald, I have an idea," says Minnie, "but one thing has to be done first!"
"After all of you," says Mickey.
"Mickey, I'm doing this because I love you," says Minnie. She then proceeds to knock her boyfriend out.
"I'm sure glad you and I are just friends," says Oswald.
"Awe, I'm happy we're friends too," says Minnie.
"Not exactly what I meant," says Oswald.
...
Mickey wakes up. "I had this crazy dream," says Mickey, "we were in this fantasy world, and we were in different teams of wizards..."
"Before you continue," says Minnie, "Mickey, would you mind jumping off the roof of the building?"
"I am not doing that," says Mickey. He then realizes what he said. "WHAT DID YOU JUST DO TO ME?"
Minnie then knocks him out again.
...
Mickey wakes up. "Mickey, I'm going to explain and if you freak out, I will knock you out again," says Minnie, "I added a more aggressive side to your brain so you can say no, and people won't take advantage of you."
"Really," asks Mickey, "wow."
"Let's take it out for a test drive," says Oswald.
...
Mickey begins saying no to people. "Wow, it's actually nice not letting people take advantage of you," says Mickey.
"Yeah, it's-"
Mickey then starts strangling Oswald, then stops himself. "Did I just try to kill my half-brother," asks Mickey.
"Oh no," says Minnie, "I think the aggressive side I gave you is an evil side! You're turning into an evil monster!"
Mickey then turns into said evil monster and goes on a rampage.
...
All of Toontown's having a meeting.
"Nephew, as th' gaffer o' literally ilka business in Toontown," says Scrooge McDuck, "Ah hae tae say that this is ill fur business!"
"He broke my wand," says the Fairy Godmother, "we were going to get married next week!"
"He destroyed Gurgi's van! Gurgi just got it painted too!"
"He destroyed my mani-pedi shop," says Clarabelle Cow, who works at Julius the Cat's store, "now where am I going to get my nails done?"
"Everyone, I hear your complaints," says Mayor Donald Duck, "I also hear voices... huhh? Anyway, we need to figure out what to do about the Mickey situation. Here's Minnie."
"First, I would like to say that this was not my fault," says Minnie, "I was asleep... during the entire time. Anyway, I'll try to come up with something."
"What we need is my special Mickey proof forcefield," says Dodger, "it can block out Mickey-"
Mickey then shows up and knocks out Dodger. "Don't take this the wrong way," says Mickey, "but I think I'm going to hurt all of you."
"Forcefield not work," says Gurgi, "run away like scared citizens!"
Mickey's evil side then takes over and he chases after them.
...
Mickey has nearly destroyed the entire town. All that's left are Minnie, Donald, Gurgi, and Clarabelle.
"What do we do now," asks Donald.
"Minnie, maybe your love can save him," says Clarabelle.
"I'm afraid that only works if this was done with magic," says Minnie, "and... whoever did this... used science!"
"Don't you just hate living in a world where magic and science are both a thing," asks Clarabelle.
"Hey, where is everyone," asks Huey.
"You got me," says Dewey.
"Maybe we can take this opportunity to prove we're great volunteers," says Louie.
"Mr. Mayor, what are your nephews doing," asks Minnie.
"What they always do," says Donald.
The boys attempt to fix things, but their antics mess things up and... Evil Mickey starts laughing and slowly turns back to normal.
"That's it," says Minnie, "if we make him laugh, we'd get the old Mickey back! Wow, laughter really is the best medicine. I thought that was just a metaphor."
"Good thing we live in a place called Toontown," says Clarabelle, "it would stink if we lived in Dramaville."
So, Minnie, Donald, Clarabelle, and Gurgi do funny things too and Mickey starts laughing. He laughs so much that he turns back into his old self. "I don't think I can laugh anymore," says Mickey.
"Mickey, you're back!" Minnie then kisses him all over the face, covering it with lipstick.
"Oh, Minnie, maybe the next time you decide to give me an ag-"
Minnie then knocks him out. "Not my fault," says Minnie, "I was asleep!"
"So, we did get rid of Evil Mickey, right," asks Clarabelle, "there isn't a chance that he's now living deep within Mickey's subconscious?"
"Nahh, I'm sure it's over," says Minnie.
...
Evil Mickey is now living deep within Mickey's subconscious!
