Her long blonde lashes moved and twitched. Naruto slowly opened her eyes, feeling the pounding headache and dry mouth.
She realizes she's not in her own bed. Confusion clouds her mind until the events of the previous night come rushing back to her in a dizzying blur.
As the arms around her had tightened with any slight movement she made, her senses were heightened as the scent in the room was of oak and sandalwood.
The pounding in her head intensifies, and the memories of the night before come flooding back.
She remembers Sasuke convincing her to go out, promising it would be a fun night out. But one drink turned into too many, and now she's paying the price.
Naruto closed her eyes before turning around to see Hinata sitting on the edge of the bed with a concerned look on his face.
She felt her heart tremble; she couldn't help but be happy.
Hinata reaches out and gently brushes a strand of hair away from her face. "Are you okay?" he asks, his voice filled with worry.
Naruto buried her face into Hinata's chest as she listened to his heartbeat. She felt comfort in his arms as they rubbed up and down her back.
"Does your head hurt?" Hinata spoke, and Naruto nodded her head and then felt his hand rubbing soothing circles into her head. Where she leaned her head back into his touch.
Naruto met his eyes just as Hinata stopped rubbing her circles.
"You scared me last night, Naru," Hinata admits, his tone tinged with hurt.
"I had to drag you out of the club because you were way too drunk. You were out of control, babe." Guilt washes over Naruto as she remembers snippets of the chaotic night, the shots, and the dancing.
She knows she crossed a line, and she's sure that it was all her fault for agreeing to Sasuke.
"I'm so sorry, Hinata," Naruto whispers, tears welling up in her eyes. "I didn't mean to worry you. We were fighting, and Sasuke said it would be better to not think about it."
Hinata reaches out and takes her hand, his expression softening. "Naru, this is exactly why I don't want you to hang out with her; she influences you to do bad things." Hinata's eyes were hard and stern as he spoke, and she couldn't help but feel more guilty.
"Naru, you can't just go on a bender every time we fight. This can't keep happening. I want us to talk about our arguments." Naruto nods, feeling the weight of her actions settle heavily on her shoulders.
She has her head down, and Hinata picks up her chin with his finger as he locks eyes with her. "Naru, I'm sorry that yesterday I started that fight, but I don't trust Sasuke, and I don't want our fights to end with one of us hanging up angrily. It's not healthy for our relationship."
Naruto nods as she raises her hands to cup his cheeks; she holds him tenderly. She knows she needs to confront her relationship with Sasuke.
"I'm sorry too. I hated that we ended our fight that way. We only ever fight when it comes to Sasuke... I know you don't like her, and I didn't either, but when I really got to know Sasuke, I found out who she really is, and I know if you will."
Hinata looked at his girlfriend before taking her hands into his; he pressed a kiss against both of her dainty fingers.
"Naru, I have known Sasuke for a really long time; I practically grew up with her, and she does not want to be friends with you." Her eyebrows furrowed, and he continued to kiss her hands as he kept eye contact.
"Sasuke wants something more, more than a friend should want. Naru, don't you think it's not a coincidence that you were drugged with an aphrodisiac? Naruto, when I went to pick you up, Sasuke's hands were all over you."
"I do not trust her around you, and you shouldn't either. Please, Naruto, listen to me."
"Hinata... We were both really drunk last night. It's a big stretch that you think Sasuke might've done this. There were all kinds of people there; it could have been anyone." Hinata looked at her; his face was pissed, and she knew it well.
"That's it exactly why I don't trust her people around you."
As the morning light filters through the curtains, Naruto and Hinata sit in silence, both lost in their own thoughts. Naruto feels even more lost as she looks at Hinata with her soft blue eyes.
"I'm sorry," Hinata suddenly says, his eyes filled with regret. "I shouldn't have left you alone with Sasuke. I should have been there to take care of you."
She shakes her head, feeling a surge of guilt wash over her. "It's not your fault," she insists. "I should have known better than to listen to her. I should have been more responsible."
Her boyfriend's expression softens as he reaches out to take her hand. "It's not entirely your fault either," he says. "Sasuke just wants to break us up, and she has a way of leading you astray, and I should have been more aware of that."
She lets out a sigh, feeling a mix of frustration and embarrassment. "I just don't want to be that person," she confesses. "I never wanted to be the person who doesn't want to be the one who can't handle her alcohol and her boyfriend drags her out."
She laughs and places her hands on top of her head as she shakes it; she feels horrible as she recalls the memories she experienced last night.
"And I ended up being one of those girls last night." Naruto's eyes watered as she felt Hinata pull her into a comforting embrace, holding her close as she buried her face in his chest. "You're not that person," he assures her. "You made a mistake, but that doesn't mean that's who you are. I know you're better than that."
She nods as she rubs her face against his chest, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. Naruto feels the warmth in his chest, and her heart still swoons against him. "I don't like when we fight," she whispers, her voice low and full of soberness.
"Your right... Last night all I could remember is feeling all feverish and hot, and if you truly believe Sasuke tried to drug me, then I trust you." Hinata felt so much better hearing her truthful words.
"Last night it was a blur. I'm sorry if I did anything to hurt you... Hinata, I love you, and I won't be anything but Sasuke's acquaintance." She leans up to kiss his lips only to pull back as her head starts pounding.
"Hey," Hinata says softly, his voice laced with apprehension. "Are you feeling okay?"
"Not really." Naruto puts her head on his shoulder as she closes her eyes, wincing at the pain in her head. She feels him kiss her head as she rubs his thumb over her hand.
"You said you love me." Hinata says suddenly. Her eyes softened as she cupped his cheek.
"I did, do you?" She tilted her head softly, leaning more into his arms as she was petrified for his answer.
She felt his finger lift her chin as his lilac eyes stared into her own.
"I love you, Naruto Uzumaki." He kissed her softly and leaned back again to gaze into her eyes. He leaned forward to kiss her again, this time leaving her breathless. "I only want you and no one else."
"Oh Hina..." She kisses him as she runs her hands against his hair, emitting the other to groan softly. Naruto takes the time to deepen her kiss, trying to use all her feelings within her kiss.
"I only ever want you too, and I want us to last forever." She holds her forehead to his as she stares into his eyes.
Hinata's eyes soften as he lets out a chuckle as he smiles. He grasps her waist and pulls her into his lap.
He presses kisses to her neck and cheeks. Naruto giggles under the featherlight touch as she wraps her arms around his neck, but she gasps slightly as she moves off his lap.
"Wait, babe, your leg, does it hurt?" She asks in a tender voice as she touches his leg. Hinata smiles and shakes his head at his girlfriend's kindness; she was such a sweetheart.
He couldn't ask for more, and he was going to make sure Sasuke stayed away from her at all costs.
"There's a little pain, but I have that appointment today; the doctor is going to tell me if I can go back to practice."
Naruto nods, but her lips form a pout as she rubs her hands against his knee, massaging Hinata's thigh softly. Naruto kisses him, but once she pulls back, her lips are still in a pout.
"Mon petit chou, I liked taking care of you." He smirks, and she raises her eyebrow at the foxy look she received from him.
"And I enjoyed every minute of it, but I want to get out of my father's house as soon as possible." Hinata says with exaggeration, It made Naruto giggle as he laid his head onto her chest. He smiled as he felt her fingers glide along her scapula.
"Hopefully you can come back to the dorm."
"I loved that I had you as my own personal nurse... It would be even better if you dressed the part." She smiles and pushes his head away playfully.
Knock Knock
There was a short pause before the door opened; Hanabi popped her head in, and her smile bloomed into a grin.
"Imōto Chan! Move, Nii-San! I want to hug Naru too." Hanabi pushed at Hinata's face, and Naruto had to hold in her laugh.
Finally, after pushing him away, Hinata had let go of Naruto as Hanabi rushed to give her a hug. Naruto laughed before wrapping her arms around her. It was nice to hug the small girl.
Naruto didn't have any siblings, and maybe if she did, she wouldn't have been so lonely. Just at the thought, she felt saddened, but the girl in her arms made her heart fill with warmth that Naruto could only think that she could feel with Hinata.
Hanabi smiles as she rubs her face in Naruto's chest; she practically glows with smiles as she lifts her head.
"Are you going to stay for breakfast?" She asks in an excited voice, and Naruto shakes his head; she has to hold in her laugh as the girl pouts, and Hinata comes around to wrap his arm around her.
"Sorry Hana, we have to go to the hospital maybe next time, kid. Hanabi pouts still as she gets off Naruto's lap; she crosses her arms as a piece of her hair falls onto her face.
"Next time I promise Hana." She hugs Hanabi one more time before she pressed a kiss against her head before rubbing her cheek with her hand.
Hanabi smiles and nods as she leaves the room. It left Naruto and Hinata alone as Naruto helps Hinata in his clothes despite him fighting against her. Naruto doesn't listen as she helps him.

They walk hand in hand with her boyfriend, Hinata, into the doctor's office. Hinata winces slightly with each step; Naruto notices, and she gets more concerned.
"Hinata, maybe it was too soon to go to the doctor." Hinata's eyes soften as he squeezes her hand before pressing a kiss against her forehead.
"You don't need to worry, Naruto; it's just a sprain. The doctor will take care of it." He says smoothly so that he doesn't make Naruto worry more, but she still does.
They approach the receptionist's desk, where a nurse greets them. She smiles as she writes on her clipboard with careful handwriting.
"Hello, how can I assist you today?" Naruto speaks first, but the nurse doesn't pay much attention because her heart stops as she believes to see the model on the billboard.
"We have an appointment under the name Hyuga," she says, and the nurse snaps out of her daze as she quickly writes it down as she gives another.
"C-Certainly, please have a seat. The doctor will be with you shortly." Naruto and Hinata take a seat in the waiting area. Naruto lays her head against Hinata's shoulder.
She starts to feel anxious as she sees the same nurse now talking to another as they both look at her with their pointed fingers. She lets out a soft sigh; Naruto is used to people whispering about her. She thought that she had gotten used to those looks and whispers, but she was wrong.
It still hurt; she closed her eyes and focused on massaging Hinata's knee as they waited for their turn. Hinata hesitates for a moment before gathering the courage to speak up.
But Hinata has something else on his mind: he looks towards his girlfriend as he presses a kiss against her head.
"Naruto, there's something I need to talk to you about. It's important." Naruto raises her head as her eyes fill with concern.
"What is it, Hinata?" She asks in a quiet voice, as if she doesn't want to bother the other guests that await their own appointment.
Hinata takes a deep breath, trying to startle her. Hinata didn't want to start a fight; they had been fighting, and it never ends well.
"We have to test you to see if Sasuke drugged you with an aphrodisiac. I need to know if she's dangerous." Naruto's eyes widened in shock, unable to comprehend what he just heard.
Naruto closes her eyes as she knows that the question is going to come sooner or later, but she doesn't think he will bring it up right now.
"Okay, but you can't blame Sasuke; we were both drinking last night; it could have been anyone."
Hinata looks frustrated now, but Naruto knows he just wants to keep her safe. "Yes, but we aren't certain, and if you were, Naruto, I need you to promise me that you won't go to a club or a party without me."
Naruto's eyes soften as she realizes the gravity of the situation. She opens her eyes again and looks at Hinata. "Okay, I promise. Let's talk to the doctor about it."
Just then, the doctor enters the waiting area and calls out their names. The doctor smiles and leads them to another room.
"Mr. Hyuga and Mrs. Hyuga, please come with me. Let's discuss your concerns." Naruto and Hinata follow the doctor into an examination room, where they sit down and explain the situation in detail. The doctor listens attentively, her expression turning serious.
"I understand your concerns, Hinata and Naruto. We can run some tests to see if there are any substances in your system, Naruto. It's important to get to the bottom of this." Naruto nods, feeling a mix of anxiety and determination.
"Thank you, doctor. Please, let's do the tests." The doctor assures them that she will prioritize their case and conduct the necessary tests. As they wait for the results, Naruto holds Hinata's hand tightly, offering him the support he needs.
His knee sprain is healed, the doctor tells them that Hinata can start playing again but to take it easy, and she had suggested that Hinata should wait till he's not feeling any pain to start playing.
But in the deadly silence that enters the room, Naruto and Hinata sit by each other waiting for the results of her test. Naruto shakes her foot up and down. She doesn't want to think about the test. Her heart would break if even the thought of Sasuke drugging her.
The door opens, and the look on the doctor's face is not good as she stands with the results; Naruto bites her lips as Hinata holds her hand.
"There was a drug trace in your system, one that you may know of as an aphrodisiac. Maybe at the club you may have eaten something that might have it. I suggest taking a few days off if the drug is still in your system. There is no way of telling who might even give it to you."
Naruto's heart stops as she feels it sink. She had never felt so scared and betrayed. Her head started to pound with a headache. Hinata wraps his arm around her as he holds her close.
"Don't worry, doctor, I'll keep an eye on her just like she has with me." The doctor smiles and leaves the room; Naruto and Hinata just sit. She has her hands on her hair as she runs her fingers through her hair.
Her eyes looked tired; the bag under her eyes was getting worse. Hinata watches as Naruto looks like her internal struggle breaks his heart, taking her hands into her own and lifting her chin gently.
"Hey, it's going to be okay... Look, why don't you quit the molding overall?" Naruto looks up in shock as she turns towards Hinata while lowering her gaze as she covers her face with her hands.
Her heart shakes with fear each time it thumps; the shame she suddenly feels in front of Hinata just shows where she stands compared to him. He grew up with money and stayed with it.
Unlike her, who grew up with money and lost everything when her parents died... Naruto had to get two jobs just to financially support herself, and even at that, she almost didn't make it.
If it wasn't for her dropping everyone just to study and work hard in high school just to get her a scholarship... that only covered only half of her last semester.
That's the only reason why she started to model. She made enough to cover her last semester, but she couldn't tell Hinata that. Naruto knew she shouldn't be ashamed to tell Hinata her living situation...
but she was.
"Hey Schatz... Naruto, please look at me. He lifted her chin again, but Naruto refused to meet his eyes. Hinata looked at her again before he wrapped his arms around her and held her close.
He closed his eyes as he felt her small arms around his own; his chin laid upon her head, he kissed her sunny locks.
"Naruto, you can tell me anything; you know that, right?" He says in a quiet voice, which had Naruto reeling her in guilt as she tightened her arms around his shoulders.
"Hinata," her soft voice caught his attention as he pulled back to get a better look at her, his heart weeping at the sight of his girlfriend's flushed face as her eyebrows were pinched together.
"I really need the money, and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't." As she said this, Hinata could feel the impact behind those words and pressed a kiss between her eyebrows. Naruto felt her heart thump in her ears as she looked into his soft lilac eyes.
"I could always give you the money..." he says and sees the way Naruto pulls back her mouth, ready to speak, only for Hinata to beat her to it.
"But I know you don't want that, but I don't want you to work as a model with Sasuke's family, and I'm offering I wouldn't be if I wasn't serious about us, but I love you, and I want to support you whatever decision you make."
"I love you too."
