"Alchemy Commission Collected Treatment Histories: Volume Forty-Five, Case Study 244

Presiding Physician: Bailu.

Patient: Qingue, Female Xianzhou Native, aged five-hundred and sixty-four.

Complaint: Patient has been suffering from pain from her left hand.

Diagnosis: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (this is the sixth time now, Qingque!).

Prescription: Putting a cast on hurting arm after applying proper medical concoction to cool the nerves and allow recovery. Also, addition for consumption of Cirritusin pills (Personal Production #12) on a daily basis.

Usage: Once every day for the whole week.

Remarks: Qinque is a notorious gambler (and a presumed serial masturbator). She has been noted to skip her shift at the Divination Commission regularly, and is reported to spend time either playing Celestial Jade or 'finding hidden spots to do strange noises'. (For Lady Fu Xuan: I get it that Qingue has potential, but hse is old enough to stop being a brat - if you keep coddling her, I will 'neuter' her next times she comes to my care!)

The Exalting Sanctum was easy to 'pacify' since I was awesome.

With the Mara-struck soldiers patched up, cleansed and returned to combat, the 'frontline' was switching to a more favorable and easier to hold position and push away the Abundance morons. Aurum Alley would be next from what I heard, but there weren't any civilians lingering in the area to heal as they all evacuated into the Sanctum beforehand, so I was quickly relocated to the Divination Commission.

I was hopeful that this is where I would have met Mommy Kafka, but I was immensely disappointed that my Uncle just took her away mere minutes before my arrival. By the time I arrived to the Commission, I found Lady Fu Xuan herself grumbling about a migraine as she directed troops from this place to the Alchemy Commission.

The pinkette was so focused on yapping orders that she barely noticed me, and got a full grasp of my presence as I leaned my palm with some pills on it. "Pills for your headache?"

Fu Xuan turned to glance at me, her annoyed eyes softening and nodding as she picked the pills, instantly relieved of the aching migraine she had been having. "Thank you, BaiBai."

I giggled, and I thanked Pavlov for helping me teach this 'Master Diviner' that I didn't like formality. And all I needed was to just stroke her ego a few times, lap-pillow her a few others, and she was eating off my palm like the little woman that she was.

"No problem, Lady Fu. So, did you finish cleaning up the Commission?"

"Mostly so. But the General has asked me to dispatch a few soldiers to the Alchemy Commissions. We are holding but-"

"It never hurts to be overkill," I offered and Fu Xuan nodded. "Can I tag along once I am done healing up the troops? I have... reasons to be there ASAP."

"Jingyu?"

"That," I nodded, but I knew the old woman's current residence was far from any major streets, so she should be fine for now. "And the fact that YunYun may have been possessed."

The pinkette looked surprised. "You... think so? How?"

"Well, have you noticed she was a bit more 'at ease' and a lot more formal than usual?"

The Master Diviner frowned and closed her eyes for a moment to think about it. "I admit that she is more confident, but maybe it's because of the current situation."

"Nah, I hurled at her a classic 'stuttering-tier tease' and she was merely blushing. Someone got to YunYun and I think it's a rogue Heliobus."

That last bit seems to get Fu Xuan's full serious attention. "If that's the case... then sure. But how do you wish to approach it?"

"We wait for the right opportunity. I give you a signal to restrain her and I bonk the Heliobus out of her pretty head."

"...That's all?"

"Simple is good. The more complicated a plan is, the easier it can fall apart," I argued. "So, you in?"

She rolled her eyes. "I am 'in' as you say, BaiBai."

I was giggling again, but this time I left Fu Xuan to finish her ordering, and I got into my 'kind healing' process. Some soldiers foolishly asked me to be more gentle with my strikes, but I said that the magic cane worked one way (and I was lying as easily as I breathed about it since I could just tap them and they would get healed nonetheless - I just like to relieve my frustration by striking morons for getting corrupted so easily.

A hour into this, and I was soon departing with Fu Xuan. The voyage in the Starskiff was brief as we were going fast, and I was soon pacing behind the Master Diviner as we started to push into the lines of the Disciples of Saint Something-I-Dont-Recall. The Mara-struck put a formidable defense- but they couldn't do much against my mighty stick of justice and Fu Xuan not playing games around.

Once we had the major roads secured, we rallied the survivor by the main square to have them looked up and healed. As we were doing the classic 'military raid', we noticed the group led by Tingyun arrive to clean up the corrupted Aureate Elixir Furnace - the place that pumped up the good smoke around was now streaming Mara-infecting stink.

After they passed by, I tried to get to Fu Xuan but... she was busy. Obviously. Of course life couldn't be that simple. But I am a simple brat - if things don't go my way, then I guess I can do shit on my own.

So, the very moment I was confirmed that most intense and mild cases had been dealt with, I darted to intercept the group by the Furnace. My legs were tiny, but you can say I can outrun a lot of entities with ease. Tiny dragon legs were still stronk!

Mere minutes later, I was finally to destination, and right as they had defeated the Master of the Disciples. All seemed peachy until I saw Tingyun stepping towards the beaten Boss and started 'her' monologuing. I didn't even announce my arrival, knowing that time was essential as I got an headstart, rallied up a lot of strength in my mighty stick of justice and Quantum, and got to my target.

'Tingyun' froze as she turned to the group, ready to break 'her own' neck, as she saw me flying with vicious intent. A single bonk was all I needed and I smacked the green flame out of her body before catching her uncosncious frame before she could collide to the ground.

I looked for damage, but my healing attack spared her from any issue and she was merely unconscious. Thank Skynet God, my bae is alright.

Who wasn't alright? The Heliobus that wanted but couldn't kill the Foxy Waifu.

"You little whelp!"

I scoffed. "You hag-sounding fake-ghost!"

"I was planning to be merciful, but now I shan't. I, Phantylia of the Lord Ravagers of the Antimatter Legion, shall make you all suffer for this slight."

"Big talk for a firecracker with ambition," I yapped back, causing the flame to rush away and into... the Super-Secret Dragon Lair!

The Climax is around the corner!

I growled at the flame, and then turned to Tingyun.

"W-What happened?" March 7th asked and I hummed. "How is Tingyun?"

"YunYun is fine, but she got possessed by a Heliobus for a while. I will have to bring her back to safety for now... I would like to stick around, but this is quite serious," I mumbled, genuinely surprised by the extent of damage Phantylia did to YunYun. I wanted to stick around, but her condition was bad - it wasn't Mara-related, so I couldn't use my magic stick on her. "That being said, Phantylia is a Heliobus- think of it as a 'ghost'-like thingy that the Xianzhou had a few issues with."

"I see. Well, we will not delay Tingyun's needed cures, Bailu."

"Thanks, and... good luck. She is a tough monster."

I wanted to say more, but I was already butthurt over the fact that I couldn't stick around and smack Phantylia silly since I cared more to get YunYun patched up.

So, I was soon leaving, carrying YunYun in a bridal carry (as awkward as it sounded, it did work somehow) to my office. I took her to one of the empty beds by the 'emergency room', got her condition monitored and patiently waited for her to wake up as soon as I was done removing most of the lingering influence in her body.

I was tired at this point- I had gone for more than ten hours of intense healing and whacking, and this last effort had completely taken what was left of my girlboss-tier batteries. I needed to rest a bit and...

YunYun's tits were some of my favorite pillows, so I decided, as a doctor, to monitor her condition while resting by cuddling up with the sleeping Foxian - I am sure she was going to understand the logic.

AN

Operation: Save YunYun is a success. Sadgely, Bailu couldn't directly intervene to stop Phantylia, but she has still her explosive-packed Starskiff that will assist the Express in their battle. Phantylia doesn't expect the random Kamikaze attack on her butt.

Next time... We see things from YunYun's perspective on her relationship with Bailu and how things work in the Xianzhou in that regard.
