Loki is alone and maybe...maybe he wanted a friend as well. Sure he has done some unforgivable things in the past but Peter believed in second chances. He and his alternative selves helped their villains out, gave them another chance of life. Shouldn't Loki be given a chance as well? Maybe they could both help each other out.

He allowed the smile to spread across his face as he felt all the timelines course through him. Every being, every life, every event Loki felt it all. Happiness, pain, joy, loss, anger and love every emotion hit the God of Stories like a wave. He relished it, embraced it because after all he is the reason this is all happening. Everyone has free will a life thanks to him.
