Before we start, here are some recommendations about this fanfiction. Please, don't proceed without reading this first, as it's important!:

— There will be VERY SEVERE MODIFICATIONS TO THE STORY. There will be changes to the Fade, conversations, and relationships. There will also be changes to powers.

— The Inquisitor (Lavellan) and Rook will have equal importance and protagonism in this fanfiction. Their appearance will be up to your own interpretation in your heads, but originally, they will have the appearance I gave them in each of their games. *

— Each chapter will be told simultaneously by Rook and The Inquisitor, though depending on the situation, they may change within the same chapter or even be narrated by another character.

— In general, the original game story will be respected, but severe modifications to the plot will be unavoidable.

— There are predefined romances, including Solas/Lavellan. Rook also has a predefined romance.

— The story will follow these factors, also available in the video game:

· The Inquisition serves Divine Victoria, Leliana in this case.

· The Inquisitor promised to save Solas from himself.

· The Inquisitor had a romance with Solas.

· Rook belongs to the Antivan Crows.

— IMPORTANT! The Inquisitor will have a power that she does not have in any of the games. This is entirely and exclusively invented by me.

— No inclusive language will be used... Wait! I know you were about to leave! It won't be used as the MAIN MEASURE. This fanfiction is 100% LGBTQ-friendly, which will be faithfully represented in Rook as a NON-BINARY person. I just won't use this language because I still find it challenging to write narratively, but I am fully in favor of its use and will try to incorporate it in CERTAIN PARTS OF THE STORY. Rook, although we'll hear it directly from them, will use ANY TYPE OF PRONOUN, though she will mostly use SHE, for convenience and habit. SYNOPSIS

A new adventure awaits…

Ten years after closing the Fade Rift, the elven god Solas has not given up on his mission to bring down the veil once and for all, at any cost... even if it harms his heart and life in the process.

Rook, a member of the Antivan Crows, is recruited by Varric, who was once Solas's companion, to stop him in his suicidal mission.

Meanwhile, Lavellan, the Inquisitor and responsible for closing the rift ten years ago and assigning the mission to Varric, approaches Mintharous, the city where Solas has been located, with whom she once shared her heart.

Can Rook save the world from an ever-growing danger?

Can Lavellan finally save Solas from himself and bring him back to her side?
