Chapter 18

Who knew fashion shows were this cool?

"I'm thinking red… But I don't know how well it will mix with my hair. I'm not against it either, I just don't want to draw a crowd…" Hugh grumbled, eyebrows furrowed in minor irritation as he held up a red suit. Why was this such a difficult decision to make? Usually he just tossed on whatever he had set aside that felt right to wear, but tonight was supposed to be special. It had been a while since Lexie had joined Elsa at a fashion show and he didn't just want to waltz in dressed in his casual clothes and ruin the whole thing.

He wanted to be there for her tonight and he wanted to show that by taking into consideration the world of fashion, something he unfortunately didn't understand one bit. Thankfully, however, he was married to a woman who did actually get fashion, and Arceus be damned she was drop dead gorgeous in anything she'd ever worn.

And even more-so when not wearing anything, but that's was besides the point.

"I think your lavender suit looks wonderful, Darling." She spoke up from behind him, voice gentle as she offered him the same light purple suit he'd dawned upon their first date together.

Err, their first date that he could recall specifically. It was comfortable enough and it did match with his hair color he supposed, but he didn't just want to keep wearing the same thing every night…

"I've always loved this color on you." She hummed happily, wrapping her arms around him from behind as she held the suit up to his chest to show him what she meant. "It really brings out the color of your eyes, and it's not too much that it seems overwhelming. Red would be a wonderful color on you too, Darling, but you'd stand out in a crowd and if you're trying not to draw too much attention to yourself then it wouldn't be the right choice. But, it is up to you. I'll be happy with whatever color you feel like tonight." She finished with a little smile.

He found himself quietly listening to her explanation of her opinion on his choice of dress tonight, taking a quiet long breath as she spoke, simply enjoying her presence. When she finished he smiled up at her, shifting around in her arms to face her. "I'll wear whatever you want me to, Sabrina." He said with a gentle smile, eliciting a pleased sound out of the woman.

"Then would it be too much to ask if you wore your lavender suit again?" She asked meekly, hands clasped together hopefully. "I know you wore it on our last date, but the way it brings out our eyes is something that I can't quite explain. It just, makes me happy." She murmured nervously.

"Why's that?" He was curious now and really wanted to know, but wouldn't wish the subject. Yet the way she meekly shifted back and forth was undeniably adorable.

"B-Because…" She murmured, cheeks heating up as she trailed off. He leaned in closer teasingly, smiling as he grasped her larger hands with his own.

"Because…?" He intoned with a warm smile, getting the Pokémon to crack a meek smile.

"Because I feel like I get to show the world what an amazing husband you are. A-And it makes me feel special when I see other girls looking at you, because I know I'm the o-only one who gets you." She finally broke, explaining her line of thinking with a continuously reddening face the longer she spoke.

She could feel his eyes on her the entire time she spoke, only adding to her embarrassment. She knew it was kinda cheesy to say out loud, but it did make her feel special. He was such an amazing man and she was happy that he was hers and hers alone in that regard.

"Should I be worried about you having a little jealous streak?" He teased with a playful smirk, eliciting a hurriedly worried expression from her as she went to refute his worries. But he was quick to assuage them as he stood on the tips of his toes, pulling her down to meet his lips in a passionate kiss. She mewled underneath his touch as he nibbled on her lower lip, pulling a delectable little moan from the big Pokémon.

She mewled into his mouth, cheeks flushed. "M-Maybe…" She murmured, egging him on even further. He chuckled softly, reaching around to wrap his arms around her waistline, resting his chin on the swell of her breasts. Her red crests gently poked his chin, his face flushed with a happy smile as he looked up to her.

"W-What's wrong, Darling?" Sabrina asked, noticing that he'd yet to let her go. It wasn't typical of him to be thing clingy, so she wondered if something was weighing on his mind.

But his smile said otherwise. "I just wanted to hold you for a little while." He murmured softly, her scent filling his nose as he held her close. He could feel her heartbeat thumping beneath her heavy bosom, her cheeks heating up with a meek yet happy smile as she wrapped her arms back around him in response.

"Then you won't mind if I do that too?" She murmured into her fluffy hairline, eyes fluttering closed as she took in his familiar manly scent, taking a deep breath as his arms tightened just a little more around her, almost possessively. That desire he had for her never failed to make her heart race, but right now she was very content to just stand there in his embrace till the night came to an end. Unfortunately, neither of them could afford such a luxury tonight.

"Say, when we get back tonight, can we just…?" He trailed off, face heating up in embarrassment. She found it adorable how he could still be so flustered about anything he could ask of her after the things they'd both been up to in the shower half an hour ago, but it was that adorable trait of his that only further endeared him to her.

"What was that, Darling?" She muttered quietly, face still lost in his long purple locks. She could feel his face heating up in embarrassment against her chest, his hands gripping the curves of her backside unconsciously.

"W-Would you mind it.. tonight if we just cuddled together on the balcony?" He murmured quietly, barely audible. Her eyes widened slightly, but she didn't speak up, feeling as if there was still more he wanted to say. "I-I know I've been spending a lot of time with the other girls lately, and I feel like the only things we've done together recently is… s-sex. A-A-And I hope it's been good, I've been trying really hard to make you happy. It's just-" He stammered, flushing in embarrassment when she pulled away, just enough to look him in the eyes as her arms held him in place with a hug.

He flushed in embarrassment, unable to meet her gaze. "Darling, what's wrong? Something is on your mind. Whatever it is, just let me know." She breathed genuinely, searching his eyes as he found the courage to look her in the eyes.

He sighed, shoulders sagging in defeat. "I just want to spend some quality time with you. Not doing anything in particular or just tagging along as you go shopping or joining me at Bella's swimming classes or even at Lexie's show tonight. Those are all fun and I'm glad you're with me then too, but I feel that none of that has been our you time. You've just been there with me." He admitted openly. Her eyes widened slightly at his words, before a soft look overcame her.

"I just want some alone time with you, and not to get something done or to cook or go shopping or anything. I want to do all of those things with you too, but I just…" He trailed off, face growing red again as he opened his heart to her. "I-I just want to spend some alone time with my wife…" He murmured, puffing his cheeks out unconsciously as he spoke, face as red as his eyes.

He didn't know why it felt so hard to ask that of her, or why he felt guilty for just wanting to spend time with her by his side doing something that didn't involve sex. Just holding her like this was enough for him to be happy. "I guess I just like I've not been giving you enough attention, and I know you say that it's alright, but I want you to be happy…"

"Darling… Is this what's been eating at you for the last couple days?" She asked quietly, a small understanding smile on her face as he nodded in confirmation. She sighed, refraining from shaking her head as she smiled. "You're silly, Darling." She admonished him gently, cheeks heating up as he gazed back up at her in surprise.

"You don't need permission to have alone time with me, you know." She stated with a giggle, holding him a little closer. "We're married, not roommates. If you want to cuddle then go ahead, I won't ever say no." Her eyes scrunched up in a genuine grin, momentarily taking his breath away.

He finally smiled, shaking his head as he lay it on her chest again, simply basking in her presence. Getting lost in her warm embrace, the sound of her heart beating beneath her chest, he found himself questioning why he had been so nervous in the first place.

Neither of them wanted to ruin the moment for a little while, simply content to stand there until they needed to leave. Eventually, however, the time did come to make their exit. If they were going to make Lexie's show then they were going to have to leave now.

Hugh smiled up at her as she concentrated a large swell of psychic power, her eyes glowing with a bright pink power. Then in a flash they were gone.

Lights flashed all around him, the loud cheering of hundreds of loyal fans echoing out from all directions as he stepped through the entrance, their cheering so loud he could hear it long before he even entered the building. He hoped that he wasn't late, for either the crowd meant he'd missed her showing or that she seriously had that big of a fanclub waiting for her.

Although considering the beautiful Luxray in question, he had faith that a Pokémon of her caliber would definitely be the one responsible for such a crowd. She certainly was a head turner…

"You're right on time, Darling." Sabrina winked down at him, his smaller hand enveloped within her own as they walked hand in hand into the big building, ducking through the doorway. The bouncer at the entrance smiled politely at the two of them, not bringing any attention to the presence of the Champion.

"Right this way you two. VIP seats are just up to the left." The well dressed man greeted them with a surprisingly gentle tone despite his rather large almost mean looking build. "Big fan." He whispered as Hugh walked past, smirking down at him.

Hugh laughed quietly, a little more pep to his step as he let his towering wife lead the way, pulling him along without any shame in admitting it. There was little to no chance anyone missed the eight foot tall Gardevoir making her way through the walkways, quickly sneaking on up to the good seats. As for the Pokémon in question she was wearing her white blouse and green low cut top today with ample cleavage and long green sleeves. She had a small back choker around her neck and a golden necklace that hung comfortably just below that, resting just around her collarbone. But what really caught Hugh's attention the most had to be the two golden ring piercings that she had on her left ear, the long white feather-looking tuft twitching at the sounds of the loud crowd.

He went to take his seat beside her, her pillowy thighs spilling out from her seat as they pressed against his own. He found his eyes on her own as her hand found its way to his thigh, gently squeezing him for that little bit of physical contact. Her cheeks warmed at his gentle look, and he realized that she was probably feeling a little left out as he'd been trying to spend more time with the other girls lately.

He would be sure to make her feel appreciated soon, since she had been so patient with him. But today was Lexie's day, and he couldn't wait to see her on stage.

"I'm so excited!" He whispered with a strange sense of giddiness. "I've never been to a show like this before." He smiled brightly, before glancing up to her, noticing her playful smirk. "O-Or, I actually have… Yeah that makes more sense." He laughed nervously, his sounds muffled when the bigger Pokémon leaned down to silence him with a kiss. He moaned in surprise into her mouth, eyes widening as she stole his breath away.

When she eventually pulled away, she couldn't help the redness to her cheeks as she smiled brightly down at him. "You're too cute darling." She cooed, holding a hand to her cheek. "Now then, the show's about to start." She shushed him gently, hand slipping over to grasp his own as the lights were drawn towards the stage.

The cheering slowly petered out as the lights dimmed, the long walkway down the center slowly lighting up with flashing blue and yellow lights, the massive screen that acted as the backboard of the runway exploring to life as Elesa stepped out into the runway just as fabulous as she always was.

She was a tall and very slender young woman with striking bright almond shaped blue eyes. She had long black locks that were done up in such a way that they seemed to be braided in a way that made them look like diamonds that scaled downwards until around her knees. She was wearing a blue and yellow two piece made up of a crop top and shorts that left little to the imagination, over the top however was a large fluffy yellow coat.

She strutted out with a smile as the crowd cheered, her red and blue ballet flats drawing attention to her long slender leg, the color mirrored by the headphones she wore, a red and blue cone protruding from each earpiece respectively. She walked proudly down the runway, her beautiful blue eyes sparkling in the light of her adoring fans. She was a supermodel through and through, and she was utterly breathtaking.

When she reached the end she raised her dainty blue fingernail painted fingers to her headset, turning on her stage microphone with a smile. "Hello everyone! I hope today has been a good day! I'm so glad you could all make it to the show tonight!" She exclaimed in delight, the crowd roaring in excitement as she addressed them all with a stunning smile.

"Tonight I've got a handful of special guests on and some close friends that are very excited to show off what they've got, so let's give them all a round of applause, hmmm?" She grinned, swinging her arms around to the back of the stage. The screen exploded in colors, changing around until it landed on a bright blue.

The next woman to walk out had beautiful tanned skin, deep blue eyes and gorgeous long red hair tied up in a single long ponytail. Clipped at the base of said ponytail was an accessory that looked like a propeller, giving off an odd but very particular look to her. She walked out excitedly with a two piece suit as well, a mix of dark and bright blues on her crop top and her snug fitting sweatpants. She wore a puffy jacket just like Elesa did, however it was a dull red similar in color to her hair.

She wore a headset too, which became apparent when she reached the end of the runway beside Elesa, pulling the woman into an excited hug that had everyone roaring in excitement. "Hello everyone! I'm so happy to be here! My name's Skyla, it's a pleasure to meet everyone!" The bubbly woman cheered happily, only egging on her apparently adoring fans.

"Up next is a special guest from Johto, our favorite dragon master and close friend of mine, Clair!" Elesa brought the attention towards the back again, the screens turning into a sea of reds and blues as another woman walked out. She was beautiful, a tall woman pale skin bright blue eyes and a head of wonderfully blue hair. Like the horns of a dragon her hair had two spiked fringes that framed her face with a third resting down the center, the rest of her hair tied up into a high ponytail with a shining golden band.

She wore a high neck dark blue skintight suit that barely reached her upper thighs, leaving her legs entirely bare save for her tall dark blue boots with black cuffs around the ankles. There was a slit in the dress at the top that served to show off just a hint of her ample cleavage. She had golden rings that sat comfortably around her wrists and earrings that looked just the same. Resting in her right ear was a small ear piece with a microphone attached, the woman clearly going for a more relaxed casual look than Elesa's dramatic in your face beauty.

She smiled the look of a confident woman as she made her way down the runway, smiling and waving at those in the crowd. She had an imposing presence about her that only accentuated her beauty. "Good evening everyone in attendance today. Thank you for having me." She spoke with an elegant voice, one that carried power and strength in every word.

The three of them stood at the front of the runway, both women flanking Elesa on either side. Multiple other women came and went, showing off their outfits and accessories much to many in the crowd's interest. However, as ten minutes came and went, one girl had yet to make her appearance.

"When is Lexie going to show up?" Hugh murmured up at Sabrina, glancing at her from the corner of his eye in worry. But the relaxed smile the Gardevoir gave him soothed his worries.

"Relax, Darling." She cooed softly, gently rubbing his inner thigh in comfort. "She's up next." She explained briefly, motioning towards the back of the stage for emphasis.

"I know everyone here has been very patient in waiting for her, and I appreciate that very much!" Elesa drew the crowd's attention one final time, hands on her hips as she drew attention towards the back screen. "So let's give a warm welcome to Nimbasa City's very own electric beauty! Lexie!"

Hugh sat up a little straighter as the runway lights light up like a dance video, yellow and blue lights flashing back and forth as the final girl stepped out onto the runway. He found his breath taken away by the Pokémon that stepped out from behind the giant screen.

Soft blue fur extended up her long thick legs like a pair of socks, cutting off around the top of her calves before it shifted hard into a deep rich black fur that crawled up her shapely plump thighs and wide hips. Her snatched waistline was a soft light blue fur that stretched from her middle thighs up over her large breasts and framed her beautiful face as well. Two large round blue furred ears poked out of a large head of black fur-like hair that she had cascading down her backside, two long bangs framing her face.

The Luxray strutted forward with a smirk, waving at the wildly cheering crowd as she stepped out. Atop her head were a pair of large rounded shades, the Pokémon wearing a long cut crop top tank top hybrid that left most of her taught tummy exposed and the swell of her more than ample cleavage open as well. Over the top of that however was a large puffy yellow sweatshirt that looked strikingly similar to Elesa's own jacket, the logo of a white Poké-Ball on the biceps mixing up the colors. She wore black panties that blended in so well with her fur that it almost made it seem as if she wasn't wearing anything at all at first glance.

Most Pokémon who evolved to their final human-like form followed the pattern of human in relation to dress codes and what not, but Pokémon like her who had fur covering most of their bodies could he'd away with covering only the essential parts, treating a public space like that of the dress code at a beach, so it wasn't that odd that all she wore for her bottom half were black panties.

Her look was casual and sexy at the same time, alluring and drew your attention while also being good casual clothes at the same time. It surely got the reaction she wanted it to from the audience, if the catcalls sent her way were any indication.

That said, he wasn't really looking at that, instead he was washed away by how proud he felt of her by just how much the crowd cheered for her. The audience loved the other girls too, don't get him wrong, but they really loved her.

She waved back and forth at everyone she passed, her star tipped tail wagging happily behind her. However, when her eyes finally managed to find him in a sea of faces her expression shifted to one of surprise before a genuine bashful smile split her lips as she waved his way a bit more enthusiastically.

The seven foot seven Pokémon strutted down the runway happily, before to the surprise of many in attendance she scooped up Elesa in a swirl, displaying her great strength as she swung the far shorter woman around in her arms, the gym leader giggling like a schoolgirl in her arms. Lexie giggled too, before setting her back down.

"Thank you all for coming to our show tonight! It really means a lot and we hope to see everyone again soon!" Elesa exclaimed over the microphone. Everyone stood up and clapped, but none had done so with as much enthusiasm as Hugh, eyes sparkling with pride as he encouraged everyone else in attendance to give the girls their best cheer.

The show had come and gone in a seemingly short amount of time, but fashion shows like these weren't really known to be that long anyway. Many began filtering out of the audience for the night, while some lingered back to get an autograph from their favorite ladies.

The Champion of Unova sighed as people left their seats, tugging on his suit collar anxiously. "I didn't think I'd feel so overwhelmed in such a busy place…" He sighed in relief once the place began to clear out. He sighed into Sabrina's side when she slid her arm around his waistline, pulling him flush against her body.

"You've never been one for big crowds, Darling. You put on a great poker face when you need to, but I know you're sweating inside." She hummed gently, smiling as he drank in her comforting presence like she was his lifeline.

He smiled against the side of the chest, hand reaching up to interlace his fingers with her own as he began to make his way down to the stage. There was a line of people patiently waiting to get signatures from them, a lot of them young teens or enthusiastic fans. He supposed that he couldn't blame any of them about it, because he'd probably want one too if he wasn't who he was.

Lexie's eyes lit up when she saw him walking over with Sabrina hand in hand, giving her last autograph to the guy in line before she moved to greet him, Elesa by her side. "Master, you made it!" She hummed happily, pulling away from the raven haired woman beside her to pull Hugh into a soul crushing hug, lifting him clean off the ground as she hugged the life out of him like he was some teddy bear.

Sabrina giggled openly as Hugh coughed in surprise by her strength, eyebrows twitching as she held him aloft. "G-Good to see you too, Lexie!" Hugh coughed underneath her strength, groaning lowly when she finally set him down. Dang, it was as if she hadn't seen him in weeks or something.

That said, he couldn't help the smile on his face either. It was nice to know that she loved him so much. He flushed when Elesa stepped forward with a smile on her face. "I'm happy to see you again, Unova Champion." Elesa teased with a knowing smile that elicited a flush out of the young man. Her smile dipped a little when she next spoke, however. "Lexie here has told me about what happened to your memories, my heart goes out to you and Sabrina." She smiled sadly, then to his surprise she pulled him into a hug. He didn't know how to react for a moment, yet did eventually return the hug as well.

"I'm guessing we knew each other a bit more than I do now…?" He muttered nervously, her sad smile only confirming it.

"We became good friends over the years after you and Sabrina here thrashed me and my team back when you were seventeen." The lithe woman giggled at the memories of the cold eyed teen who came in one evening and challenged her to a fight that ended in an embarrassing loss for her. "It's how me and Lexie met." She smiled, cheeks flushing when the bigger Pokémon's paw tightened around her own.

Hugh's eyes widened at the affectionate display between the two of them, but didn't comment. If Lexie wanted to share or bring it up then he'd wait until she did, but the happy smile on her face was more than enough for his approval.

"I'm sorry to hear about your memories. We only met once but it is quite the shame to learn of this." Clair spoke firmly, the voice of a true dragon master. But she wasn't a master trainer in that moment, but simply a woman who was empathizing one person to another. "Perhaps one day we could do a friendly spar? I'm sure you haven't lost your skills in battle because of this, yes?" She asked with a smile, a challenging air about her.

Hugh was surprised for a brief moment, before he grinned. "Apparently the skills stayed. Priscilla and Tesha learned that the hard way…" He chuckled nervously, recalling how he'd laid his girls out in a fierce training session.

Clair smiled to herself, an approving look in her eyes. "Well, I'm glad your Pokémon have such a good master to look up to." She nodded firmly, patting him on the shoulder. "Take care of them, and they'd will take care of you. It's something I learned when I was a little girl, and I still follow that saying now." She reached out, offering her hand to him. He blinked in surprise, before taking it, shaking it firmly. He could tell by her iron grip that she was a real fighter, the gleam in her eyes reminding him of a dragon itself. "Until we meet again, Unova Champion." She said her farewells, departing shortly after.

"So, Elesa's told me you're the champion around here?!" Hugh had to hold back from jumping in surprise when he found both his hands captured by an over enthusiastic redhead, Skyla gripping his hands in excitement, eyes sparkling in a lust for battle. "Do you wanna battle?! This place is perfect for it! Elesa's made the runway pretty much indestructible, we can go all out! Oh, my name's Skyla!"

Hugh smiled a crooked look, eyebrows twitching violently. "Hugh…" He introduced himself in response. "And maybe not today, I've got a lot of things going on." Why did he feel bad about saying that to her? Perhaps it was the way she deflated upon being turned down that hurt, like kicking a Rockruff.

But she bounced back just as fast! "Alright then! Some other time!" She exclaimed in, quickly running off to the back stage. "I've got to get going! I'll see you guys later!" She beamed, vanishing into the back halls.

Hugh sighed. "Little too much energy for the night, Darling?" Sabrina intoned knowingly, hand reaching down to grab his again comfortingly.

He sighed nervously, rubbing the back of his head with his free hand. "Just a little, yeah." He sighed, relieved that it was just the four of them now. A smile replaced his expression when Lexie smiled, the Pokémon genuinely happy to see him there today. So that's why he was concerned when it looked like she was going to start crying. He was by her side in an instant, holding her big furry paws with his hands, looking up into her eyes in worry. "Lexie, is everything alright?"

The big girl sniffed, biting her lips as tears welled up in the corners of her large golden eyes. "I-It's just-" She started, a smile breaking through her tears. "-I just, I guess I didn't think things could go back to normal after you lost your memories. S-So when I saw you in the crowd tonight it just made me so happy…" She sniffed, acting more like a little Shinx then the big Luxray she was supposed to be. That's when he realized that no matter her size, she was still just a little kitten on the inside…

He smiled softly, pulling her down to his level to meet him in a hug, his face getting lost in the fur around her neck. She blinked in surprise, before returning the hug like her life depended on it, squeezing him to her chest like there was no tomorrow. "I'm right here, Lexie. Like I told Sabrina, I'm not going anywhere, now or ever. You're stuck with me till the end." He murmured into her neck as she finally began to cry, quiet little tears falling onto his head.

Sabrina and Elesa stood back, giving the two space as they shared a quiet little moment together. For the Psychic type, she was just glad to see Lexie smiling again. It was like she'd finally got her master back.
