There it was. The Cold. The mechanical breathing. Upon this Rex drew his blasters and stepped in front of the girls. When the smoke cleared He saw him. The black armor, the helmet, and the cape. It was Him...

Vader.

"All of you. RUN, NOW!" Rex shouts as he prepares to start blasting Vader. Feeling the cold that hit the air and the quickly growing feeling of fear in their vary souls he girls had listened and started running. The monster was quick to ignite his saber. A crimson red blade. Rex started blasting. Vader was deflecting all of the bolts and by the luck of the force they didn't return to Rex. Rex was backing up trying to keep distance from the Sith Lord, but it kept moving forward closing the gap.

"Step aside, or die." Vader demanded as Rex held his ground. He noticed a kid with a sword and shield behind the Sith Lord trying to sneak up on Vader. Vader noticed however, but made the mistake of turning his attention to the kid. Taking this opportunity Rex switched his blasters to stun, and blasted Vader, bringing him down. When he fell unconscious smoke enveloped his body again. Once the smoke cleared again his body had reverted back to Anakin.

"Thanks, kid. I couldn't have done that without you." Rex says to the kid

"Uhh, I wasn't able to do anything though." He retorted.

"Sure ya did, you distracted him."

"Oh... Well the names Jaune Arc, short, sweet, rolls off the tongue. Lady's love it." The boy introduces.

Rex chuckles. "I'm sure they do kid. Names Rex, this is Anakin. Well now he is anyways." Rex was baffled by what happened. He was angry at Anakin but also confused. He knew Anakin was clutching his head before turning. Did something do that to him? Or was that just him.

"What happened exactly, was that his semblance?" Jaune asks.

Rex began to think. I have no idea what a semblance is so I'm just gonna answer like a Jedi... As Vague as kriffing possible. "Know one day you will." Perfect. Yoda should be proud.

Jaune raises a brow in confusion. "Okaaaaay. Well, do you need anymore help?"

"Yeah actually, could you help me pick him up to take him to the auditorium for the ceremony" Rex asks.

"Oh sure... wait shouldn't we take him to the Infirmary?" Jaune questions.

"Nah, he'll be fine." Rex states.

The three of girls had just got to the auditorium and began resting by the entrance. All of them out of breath from the running. Sure Ruby could have gone faster using her semblance, but she wanted to make sure that if something happened she was there to help. She felt a little guilty.

"What... Was... That?" Weiss asked obviously exhausted from the run.

"I... Don't... Know" Ruby responds.

"I... Think that... It was... that guys semblance." Said the strange girl. All of them collected themselves as Ruby noticed her sister walk over.

"Ruby?" She then looks at the other two, than back at Ruby with a big smile "You see, I knew you could do it! Making friends is easy!"

Somewhere else in Remnant, A woman was standing at a window, watching Pools that Grimm would emerge from. Even now, the Grimm Pools fascinate me. They are able to create life, soulless life, but life all the same. The woman thought. She was just enjoying the horrific view, till the woman in a red dress bursts through the double doors to the room. She is supposed to be in Vale preparing for the first stage of Ozpin's failure, but she came back missing a hand? I'll have Watts make her a new one, but I want to know what caused her to come back early.

"Cinder?" The woman asks. "What happened in Vale?" She was in a irritated mood.

"A man interfered with one of the Dust robbery's." Cinder starts "He used a blade like our new friends."

"I see." The woman says. "But that doesn't explain why your here. Your supposed to be in Vale." Her tone was filled with untapped rage which caused Cinder to hesitate.

"They took my hand." Cinder says calmly ignoring the tear that had fallen down to her chin. "They will have my identity. Now I'd put the mission at risk."

The woman thinks on that for a moment before settling with a kind smile. "Then your choice to come here is justified." She says. "I will speak with him about this man with a lightsaber. Are there any other details you can give me about this strange man?"

"Brown hair, brown robes, and blue Lazer sword." Cinder describes. "That's as much as I could see. We were fighting in the dark."

"Vary well, you may leave. He will be going to Vale in your place for now." The woman explains. "The other will join him. Understood?"

"Yes ma'am." After their conversation, Cinder leave's and He walks in. He walks up to the woman and kneels staying in the shadow of the room.

"What is thy bidding, your grace?" His way of asking me his mission's never cease to make me smile. The woman thought. He was never asked to do this, but he does.

"Someone has come to my attention, someone from your galaxy by the sounds of it." At this his head looks up in anticipation and excitement. "Unfortunately they seem to be with Ozpin." This seems to make his excited expression turn to one of disappointment.

"Do we know who it is?" He asks.

"All I know is the description of the man. Brown hair, brown robes... He also wields a Blue Lightsaber." She describes.

The man searches for a clear answer with the force and a name came to light. Upon this he looks up, his normal brown eyes turning a sickening golden yellow, and his older face began to show nothing but pure rage to the man who had killed him. He only said one thing to this.

Back at Beacon, Ruby and the two girls she brought with her had just explained to Yang there situation.

"Ok let me get this straight... you almost fell on Weiss's luggage, she then began to lecture Anakin about some stuff, you exploded, then the girl in black came in telling you who Weiss is while also exposing her family's business, and that's when Anakin turned into a big scary monster. Did I miss anything?" As if the universe had heard her Rex burst's in carrying Anakin with the help from some Jaune

"REX! There you are, are you okwhataboutAnakin, didhehurtyou?" Upon Ruby's word vomit Yang can tell Rex didn't keep up.

"She asked if your ok." Yang translates.

"Oh, well yeah. I'm fine, and its all thanks to this kid" He gestures to the blond kid. "Jaune, Ruby and Yang. Ruby and Yang, Jaune" he introduces.

"So Wha-" Yang gets interrupted by the mic going off, which means the Headmasters about to give his speech. Anakin wakes to the sound.

"Rex, What happened?" Anakin asks while getting on his feet. His answer is being shushed by several people. He looks to what looks like a stage to see Ozpin and Glasses up there.

"Ahem... I'll keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge. To hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you and all I see is wasted energy in need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step" As Ozpin finishes his speech, Glasses step forward.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed."

"Hmm... Did he seem kind of off to you guys?" Yang asks.

"Yeah, Its almost like he wasn't even there." Ruby adds. Anakin could see what they were saying. During his speech Ozpin's presence was different, altered. "Wait, Rex?"

"Yeah kid?" Rex questions looking to Ruby.

"Do you have any idea what happened to Anakin, and what that monster was?" Ruby asks.

"Monster?" Anakin asks curious as to what she meant. I don't remember how I got here. Now that I think of it the last thing I remember is getting yelled at by some Ice Queen. And those flashes.

Rex Just gives a sigh before his expression turns to one of fear. "Ruby... that monster is... gone... " Ruby didn't look convinced but the conversation worried Anakin.
