"Mr Skywalker." Ozpin announces. "A moment please?"

"Of course Professor."

He sets Anakin down in a chair in his office. He takes his seat at his desk and begins to refill his coffee.

"Might I ask what this is about?" Anakin asks.

Ozpin takes a sip before looking at the man, amusement in his eyes. "I've noticed that you were keeping a great amount of distance from your classmates and team this semester." He sets his coffee down before cleaning his glasses with a cloth from his desk. "I will not ask why, but I suggest you cease this action. The past is set in stone. Don't let your future." With that he puts his glasses back on before grabbing his coffee and taking another sip.

Anakin hangs his head a bit. "Yes... Professor..."

Its been a while. The first semester is over and the second is starting up soon. Anakin thinks. RWBY, SCRL, and JNPR are in the cafeteria, Team RWBY is sitting together as Blake looks over some notes, Team JNPR is on the opposite side, and SCRL is split on each side. Crimson and Anakin are on RWBY's side, while Rex, and Lilly are on JNPR's. Yang then slides up next to her teammate Blake as she looks at her journal quizzically.

"Whatcha doing?" Yang asks

"Nothing." Blake claims as she quickly closes her book. "Just going over notes from last semester."

Yang catches a grape in her mouth before responding. "Lame." Nora giggles as she continues to toss grapes at Yang with her spoon. Yang catches the fruit by her mouth with ease, giving Nora a thumbs up. Ruby, giving an enormous heave, slams a binder onto the table, catching everyone off guard. On the cover of the binder is written "Vytal Festival Activities, Property of Weiss Schnee". This has been hastily crossed out with a red marker pen, and with the same pen, a new title, "Best Day Ever Activities", has been written underneath.

Ruby clearing her throat before She gestures to everyone at the table. "Sisters... Friends... Weiss."

"Hey!" Ice Queen complains.

"Four score and seven minutes ago, I had a dream." Ruby declares

"This ought to be good." Yang says just before she catches another berry in her mouth.

"A dream that one day," Ruby starts. "the four of us will come together, as a team, and have the most fun anyone has ever had... ever!"

"Of all time?" Rex asks?

"Did you steal my binder?" Weiss question, likely just now reading the cover.

Ruby makes 'peace' signs with both hands before replying. "I am not a crook."

"I think that means yes." Anakin states with a chuckle.

"What are you talking about?" Blake asks.

Ruby points her finger at Blake. "I'm talking about kicking off the semester with a bang!" She cheers.

"I always kick my semesters off with a Yang!" Yang says earning a laugh from Rex, a chuckle from Anakin, giggling from Lilly, and groaning from everyone else.

An apple is tossed at Yang and hits her in the face. She glares at Nora. "Boooooooooooooooo!" Nora shouts from across the table.

Ruby then gets the attention of the rest of the table . "Look guys, it's been a good two weeks and between more exchange students arriving and the tournament at the end of the year, our second semester is going to be great! But, classes start back up tomorrow! Which is why I've taken the time to schedule a series of wonderful events for us today."

A worried look hits Weiss. "I don't know whether to be proud or scared of what you have in store." Weiss states.

"You know I'm with Ice Queen on this." Anakin agrees a look of worry for the WBY of Team RWBY appears on his face. Yang, still glaring, picks up an apple and tosses it across the room. Across the room, an unfamiliar voice shouts "Hey!" and Nora can be heard giggling.

"I don't know." Blake adds. "I think I might sit this one out."

Weiss looks to Blake "Sit out or not, I think that however we spend this last day, we should do it as a team!" She says standing up as Anakin hears Nora shouting positively as always. "I got it!" Weiss looks to Ruby as she speaks ."I for one think that..." Weiss then gets interrupted by a pie crashing onto her face.

SCRL and the RBY of RWBY look to Nora who is obviously guilty for throwing the pie. She sits down, smiles, and points at Ren who has his head in his palm. Pyrrha's hand is over her mouth and Jaune simply sits staring wide-eyed while covering his ear with his palm.

Outside two men in armor were walking outside the cafeteria of Beacon. One was aqua while the other was black with yellow accents. The two then notice everyone burst threw the doors screaming "Food Fight!" The two look to each other before walking over to the window and to look inside.

Team JNPR had made a fort out of the tables, chairs, and vending machines on the opposite side of the cafeteria with the help of Rex and Lilly. "AHAHAHAHAAAAA! I'M QUEEN OF THE CASTLE! I'M QUEEN OF THE CASTLE!" Nora cheers, standing at the top of the fort.

"REX, LILLY, HOW COULD YOU!?" Anakin shouts in disbelief.

"I'm sorry sir, Queen Nora's orders!" Rex shouts out defensively.

Ruby slams her foot down on one of the table on RWBYSC's side. "Justice will be swift! Justice will be painful! It will be Delicious!" They all cheer at Ruby's swift but surprisingly motivational speech.

Nora jumps down in front of a table full of watermelons. "Off with there heads!" Nora Orders. Pyrrha jumps down grabbing two and chucking them like footballs across the room at deadly speed and accuracy. Jaune follows suit grabbing one and hurling it at RWBYSC while Ren kicks A table causing two to fly up to which he kicks to RWBYSC. Rex grabs a box of potato's and starts throwing them while Lilly begins gathering the juice, milk, and water from all the drinks using her semblance. Nora flips the table causing eight more melons to fly.

"Yang! Turkey!" Ruby instructs. Yang runs in grabbing two turkeys and puts them on like boxing gloves. She slams her fist together before punching the melons. Blake and Anakin grab a pair of baguettes and run after her. After punching the last melon in her path Yang takes a knee so Blake and Anakin can vault over her. Once they do they are greeted by Pyrrha and Jaune both holding baguettes of there own. Anakin takes on Pyrrha going for the first strike with a downward slash. She blocks before jumping back to which Anakin followed. Anakin was about to send her another attack but she got hit by a flying Jaune. Anakin look to Blake who just gives a smirk before focusing on Ren. Anakin looks over to Rex who begins throwing potato's at him. Anakin rushes in bashing potato's away with his baguette. Once he's in range Anakin gets blasted into the wall back on side of the room he started. His clothes, and hair drenched. Anakin looks upon the Battle before him as Weiss gets launched across the room into a pillar cracking it in half upon impact. She begins to fall but gets saved by Ruby who starts to cry. Man, Obi Wan would have killed me if I did this at the temple. Anakin smiles a bit as he runs back into the frey gunning it to Rex. Rex notices and begins to start throwing again. Anakin bashes some away but this time Anakin catches one throwing it at Rex getting a headshot. Anakin then focus on Lilly as she sends the liquid once again. Anakin dodges to the right and throws his baguette like a spear hitting Lilly in the stomach. Anakin looks down to see a sword fish Anakin looks to Yang as Nora uses her makeshift melon hammer to launch Yang through the ceiling causing Anakin to cringe

Anakin starts to move toward her only to feel something wet on his leg. Lilly had made a whip with the cafeteria drinks. She then pulled on the whip causing Anakin to fall before he is lifted in the air only to see Nora's melon hammer ready. She strikes sending Anakin into the same wall he was thrown into last time. Anakin catches a glimpse of Crimson being hit by a mass amount of potato's before getting struck by massive mix of liquid sending him flying across the room. Anakin then looks to Ruby as she's getting up while Pyrrha uses her semblance to move the soda cans like a wave crashing into Blake sending her flying as well. Anakin walks up to Ruby as she looks to him with anger in her eyes.

"Need a boost?" Anakin asks. She gives a wild grin as she nods. She readies herself and Anakin focuses all the power He has in a Force push as she fly's through the cafeteria. She then uses her semblance to make herself go even faster while spinning through the air. All of the food, cans, and liquid in the room begin following in her wake creating a Food Fight Tornado. Once she passes Rex, Lilly, and JNPR they get sucked up as well. Once on the other end of the room Ruby stops in her tracks on a dime right next to the wall as a massive crater is made. After that Ruby jumps while using her semblance as Rex, Lilly, and JNPR make contact with the wall followed by everything in the cafeteria. Ruby lands just after the Foodnado passes as JNPR, Rex, and Lilly fall to the ground covered in the various items from the cafeteria. Everyone gets back up looking to make sure everyone is okay. Anakin then noticed that Yang was still missing, but his thoughts are interrupted by a vary pissed off Glenda slamming the doors open and walking in. She points her riding crop to the battlefield and everything reverts back to a cafeteria. All of the tables put in place, the liquid put into there containers, and the food... wait what happened to the food? I just seems to have vanished.

"Children, please!" Glenda scolds. "Do not play with your food." The group just try's to think about what just transpired... well all except Nora who is doing some sort of pose. Anakin was sitting on a table as Weiss stood on the on it next to him with Crimson. Blake stood behind the table. And Ruby was sitting on another table. The JNP of JNPR were standing behind one table while Ren sat at it. Just then Yang crashes through the ceiling landing on the table Crimson, and Weiss were standing on. Weiss luckily jumped to on to Anakin's table just in time, but Crimson wasn't so lucky. After crashing to the floor Yang gets up and helps Crimson up before giving a absolutely livid Glenda a thumbs up. The group laughs. I must admit, this was one hell of a way to kick off the year. In a warehouse in Vale Count Dooku was talking to Roman about their future robberies before he notices the two people approaching. One was a girl with tanned skin, green hair, and red eyes. Next to her was a boy with grey hair, and pale skin. Both of them looked to be about seventeen.

"Ah look, she sent the kids again." Roman says in a sarcastically happy voice. He walks over and around them before walking in between them putting his arms on their shoulders pulling them into a hug. " This is turning out like the divorce."

The two shiver before shoving away him but Dooku noticed him swiping something from the green haired girl. "Spare us the thought of you procreating." She says.

"That was a joke." Roman says "And this..." He starts as he pulls out the item he swiped from Green which was a piece of paper. "just might tell me where you two have been all day."

"What!? Agh..."

"I'm a professional, sweetheart. Pay attention, maybe you'll learn something."He then looks over the piece of paper before looking to the girl once again this . "Why do you have this address"

"Wouldn't you like to know?"

"Yeah, I would. Now where have you been all day?"

"Cleaning up your problems." The boy in grey chimes in. "One of them, at least" This sparks Dooku's curiosity.

"I had that under control." Roman says irritation in his voice.

"Two packed bags and a ticket out of Vale said otherwise"

"Listen, you little punk. If it were up to me, then I would take you and your little street rat friend here and.."

"Do what, Roman" Cinders voice echos as she descends on an automated lift, riding it down to their level. Her new metal arm vary visible.

Roman laughs nervously before Answering. "I'd, uh... not kill them?"

"Cinder!" The Green haired girl says excitedly.

Cinder ignores her and continues to talk to Roman. "I thought I made it clear that you would eliminate the would-be runaway."

"I was going to..."

"He was going to escape to Vacuo!" The Green haired girl interrupts. "Mercury and I decided to take it upon ourselves to kill the rat."

"I think he was some sort of cat, actually." The grey haired boy now known as Mercury say.

"What? Like a puma?"

"Yeah, there ya go"

"Quiet." Cinder Demands. "Did I not specifically instruct you two to keep your hands clean while in Vale?"As Cinder speaks, Roman points a finger at the pair while laughing in agreement.

"I just thought..." The girl starts as Roman uses his fingers to mime having a slit throat.

"Don't think... obey."

"Yes ma'am. It won't happen again." the girl says apologetically.

"And you." Cinder starts as she begins turning to Roman. "Why wasn't this job done sooner?"

As he speaks, Roman points to his right, then to his left, then behind him all of which are where mass amounts of Dust in cargo containers are held. "Uh..? Eh..? Eh..? EHHHHH! Sorry if I've been busy stealing every speck of Dust in the Kingdom"

"You're an inspiration to every punk with a gun and a ski mask." Mercury says earning laughs from the girl for the remark.

"Look around, kid. I've got this town running scared! Police camping out at every corner, Dust prices through the roof, and we're sitting pretty on an old warehouse with more Dust crystals, vials, and rounds than we know what to do with! Speaking of which, if you guys wouldn't mind filling me in on your grand master plan, it might actually make my next string of robberies go a little smoother!" He says emphasizing the last word by clenching his fist.

Dooku steps forward catching the attention of everyone. He looks directly to Cinder. " Is it time?" He asks earning a smile.

"It is." she confirms before turning to Roman. "We're moving. Have the White Fang clear out this building. I'll send you details and coordinates tonight"

"Coordinates" Roman mutters, but everyone heard him.

"We're proceeding to phase two." Cinder, Mercury and the girl begin to walk away. Roman attempts to light a cigar, but realizes The girl has stolen his lighter. She turns back to face him and sticks her tongue out defiantly.
