Rex, R2, and Lilly sit at Anakin's hospital bed side with Ozpin in the room among them. The old Huntsman listens quietly while placing his free hands index finger on Anakin's temple as Rex and Lilly explain what happened to the best of their ability's. The two not noticing the small blue glow on Ozpin's fingertip. Crimson and Penny end their walk together at the Bullhead landing platform. Meanwhile Teams RWBY, and JNPR finish making preparations for their plan tomorrow.
"Okay," Yang smiles. "With that settled, I'll take Ren and Nora with me to talk to an old friend. He knows just about everything that goes on in Vale."
Ruby cheerfully bursts into petals appearing next to Weiss "Well then, I guess the plan is set. We group up tomorrow after class..." Ruby's eyes go wide with realization as a gasp escapes her lips. "I forgot my board game in the library!" Ruby says, her face showing terror.
"We're Doomed." Weiss face palms.
Ruby quickly dashes out the dorm room ramming into someone, making her fall. When she looks up she can see the face of a man with fair skin, brown hair, and light brown eyes. His clothing was a black school uniform. His hands were covered up with gloves that reminded her of the one Anakin wears.
"Sorry about that." He says reaching a hand out to help the young Huntress in training. "Not really from around here." Something seemed off about his voice to Ruby. It was like his voice was almost... Synthetic. She shook that thought from her head as she accepts the help up. Once up she notices a dark skinned girl with revealing green and brown clothing and mint green hair standing next to another man with silver hair. Behind them all was a girl with pig tailed black hair, and green eyes.
"Ah, well that's okay. Sorry for running into you."
"Its fine. Like I said were not really from around here. Were visiting from Haven." The brown haired man says.
"Oooo, your here for the festival. Oh but Exchange students have their own dormitory's."
"I guess we just got turned around." The one with silver hair says.
"Don't worry, happens all the time. Your building is juuuuust east of here!"
The Brown haired man nods his head. "Thanks. Hey maybe well see you around"
"Yeah maybe. Oh and welcome to Beacon."
Back in the Hospitle, Rex and Lilly had finished their explanation to Ozpin just before a man walks in dressed in a white military uniform.
"Hello James." Ozpin says.
"Ozpin." The man nods. "How is he?"
"He should be awake by morning, though he will have to take things easy if he wants to participate in the Vital Festival. That and gain control over his semblance. Miss Volantine, Mister Skywalker, I trust I can count on you two to look after him?" Ozpin asks as he stands coffee in hand. Rex stands.
"Yes sir, you can count on us."
"Vary well, also when Anakin wakes tell him to meet me in my office. I have already had him cleared of all charges so there shouldn't be and issue with being arrested."
"Thank you sir." Ozpin nods to Rex before gesturing James to the door. From there Ozpin grabs his cane, and leads the Atlisian General out of the room as they begin to walk to the exit.
"Do you really think its a good idea to keep him in the school Oz?" James Ironwood was furious. This student had almost destroyed the CCT, and killed many guards. What Is Oz thinking? "I mean just look at the damages he caused while under 'Her' control."
"I assure you that wont be an issue now." Ozpin stops, placing a hand on Ironwoods shoulder. "I have suppressed his... other half. He wont be an issue for a while."
"How much of your power did it cost?" Ironwood asks, a small sigh escaping his lips.
"Not much," Ozpin chuckles. "Only a sliver of the amount it took for the gift i gave to the Branwen's." The two men then continue their walk to the exit, walking side by side.
"You know what this means, right?" Ironwood raises his brow slightly looking over to his friend.
"Yes." Ozpin furrows his brows, before taking a sip of his coffee. "They are here, and they are making their move."
The next morning Anakin groans as his eyes flutter open, slightly blinded by the light coming from the window. Once his vision adjusts he can see Rex and Lilly in the room next to each other in the hospital chairs. Lilly's head was leaned on Rex's shoulder while Rex' head lay atop Lilly's head. A smile comes to Anakins face at the heartwarming sight, and he decides to just let the duo sleep. His attention is caught however by the little droid in the corner. R2 had just began to come out of sleep mode. It's domed head turns, and it notices that Anakin had woke. It beeps happily and frantically while rolling around in a circle on its wheels. This action startles Rex and Lilly awake. Anakin chuckles lightly to the scene in front of him. This causes Lilly an Rex to notice that Anakin had finally woke up.
"Anakin?!" Rex was definitely startled the second time by that revelation.
Lilly quickly got up from her seat and over to the jedi. "Are you okay? How do you feel?" Lilly asks. Rex just sighs and leans forward in his chair rather than getting up.
"I'm fine, my hand's a little sore, and Ive lost my second hand for the second time, and I have a small headache, but otherwise I'm as good as a well fed Rancor." Anakin sits up. "I see that you found my little surprise." Anakins says gesturing to R2.
"Yeah, almost as good as the original." Rex chuckles.
Lilly stands. "Well I'm going to go get the doctor or a nurse. I'll be back." With that she leaves the room.
