Everyone was happy for Nate and with Sasha by his side everything will be okay. Zeus went to the Lookout to look for his girlfriend Raven. They told their parents that they were together. Also with Kari being herself asking the main questions that popped up in mind. Zeus's face was red while her and Raven were talking. Platinum and Wendy were trying not to laugh at Zeus' reactions. Chase was trying to get his sister to stop talking. Platinum took Zeus outside for a bit. As a father, Platinum only wants the best for his kids so he was happy for him. After dinner, Raven got a call from Auntie May.
"Hey Raven. How are you?" she asked.
"I'm doing wonderful. Finally enjoying time with Zeus."
"That's great. I hope not that timing." Auntie May said while laughing. Raven got a little red and started to rub her paws together. Zeus heard laughing from the computer and went to see what's going on. As he got closer to the room he heard Raven and Auntie May. "So he's not around you during that time." May laughed again.
"I don't think he can smell that." Raven said.
"Raven, please. He can smell it. I got myself fixed so I don't have to deal with it." Zeus caught on what they were talking about and was turning red. "Anyway, I called to ask if you and Zeus would like to hang with the family this weekend."
"I'm not part of the family." Raven said. May looked at her and just smiled.
"Raven, you still have the family tag on. It has to mean something if he gave it to you."
"It was for the mission." Zeus said as he walked in. Raven faced him and smiled. "Look as beautiful as always." He kissed her neck.
"Whatever. Would you and Raven like to visit us for a while? Grandfather misses you guys." May asked. Raven and Zeus looked at her then at each other.
"Sure." said Zeus. Raven jumped.
"Yes Yes Yes." She said happily. So May told them the details. "Cool see you there." Zeus went to get his truck ready while Raven went to go get some snacks for them. They told their parents and headed out to Barkingburg. Raven was talking to Zeus about everything. They have been dating for a year and a half. When Raven went quiet for a few minutes, Zeus looked at her from the corner of his eyes.
"What's on your mind, Raven?" he asked. She looked at him with a smile. "Thinking about when we are going to take our relationship to the next level."
"I've been thinking about it." she said looking down. Zeus already had the silver pin with him but hid it in his truck. Now knowing this, he might hold off on it for a bit. Raven looked at him, noticing his facial expression. He looked worried and also upset about something. "What's wrong?"
"It's nothing." He lied not trying to make her worried. They got to his great aunt's house and knocked on her door. Raven was still looking at him trying to understand. Zeus tapped her to get her attention. "Raven?"
"Yes?"
"I know you are trying to understand what I'm thinking. I'm fine, no need to worry.
"That's what you always say." Raven smiled as she lick his cheek. "Love you." Zeus had a big smile on his face.
"I love you as well Raven." Kissed her on the forehead.
"That's so cute." They saw Auntie May and Amber looking at them. Zeus looked away while Raven smiled. "Come in." They walked in and saw great great grandfather sitting in the living room.
"It's good to see you two again." He said getting up and hugged him. I see you haven't taken off the tag, Raven. So I'm guessing you are part of this family. Engaged to Zeus in the X Raven way." Zeus and Raven looked at him.
"Since Raven never took it off. It's an engagement. I thought your told you this." Said May.
"Platinum wasn't around for that long. Once Crystal was born they taken away from me by some human. But yes Zeus, the two of you are engaged. I still have mine on." Said Amber. Raven started messing with her paw. Now knowing this she didn't know how to feel. Zeus saw her face and can tell that she was happy about it but to him it was the correct way. So Zeus walked outside thinking to himself.
"Should I just leave it like it is or just ask her my way?" He thought. Raven walked right next to him, making Zeus look at her.
"Want to do this your way, right?" She smiled. Zeus just smiled. "Honestly if you do or don't it will still be a yes. I would love to spend the rest of my life with you Zeus." Zeus looked at her.
"But…" He started. Raven put her paw over his mouth.
"Zeus, I love you and you know that I can understand you well. Out to dinner or anything like that. It's not our style. I like surprises and unique unexpected things. You like being surprised as well ,random and being told something you didn't expect. Like and about the family tag. I kept it because I thought that this is what we did together as one."
"Raven, in my way of saying this. You will marry me." He took out the silver pin ribbon for her collar." Raven was surprised. So with the collar with the Barkingburg Raven gang she now has a silver ribbon to go with it. So they paid more time with the family and told all of them of the engagement. The full family of Barkingburg celebrated.
