After some time after Jupitar and Kevin's wedding, the next one was Zeus and Raven. It was going to be a big one since they both came from big families. Zeus and Raven were getting questions. Kari was happy for her daughter but at the same time lost. Raven just smiled as Zeus's ears dropped to the side of his head. He knew that they were in trouble not because of the running of on a mission. It was not getting told to anyone. Platinum's side of the family knew more than their parents.
"I see that you two are going further into your relationship." said Wendy, who was smiling. Zeus and Raven just smiled. Platinum looked at the family tag. "First finding out we are grandparents and now my youngest baby is going to be married."
"Mom," said Zeus, facing his father for help. "Dad, what's wrong?"
"That tag belonged to your grandfather. I just realized that my mother still has hers." Platinum started.
"If you and your loved one both have it on." Zeus started. Raven put her head on his shoulder.
"And if they keep it with them and never take it off. It's the next level in any relationship." Raven said, looking at Platinum. "We found that out when we saw Auntie May.
"So during that whole time you and Zeus were already engaged." Ben said, looking at his daughter. They nodded yes. "Wow and not even knowing."
"Is there anything else we don't know about?" asked Wendy.
"Like starting a family?" smiled Kari. Zeus and Raven jumped up to their feet. "Yes or No?" They both nodded no. "Are you sure? No kids coming soon? Or are you just hiding the facts?" Raven looked at mother then at her dad. "Ben, I think she's hiding something."
"Maybe. She might be or she is not having any until they are ready. Kari please calm down. You are making them uncomfortable." Wendy and Platinum shaked their heads. "Zeus and Raven. You two are free to go."
"Thank you." They ran off. Outside, Zeus and Raven were walking after that lovely chat with their parents. It was too much for them. So they walked off to their hiding place to relax. Zeus laid down first on his stomach then Raven landed on her side with her head against his body.
"That was a lot," said Raven.
"It was. Your mom always had a lot of questions." Zeus said, looking at her. "The one about us having kids."
"I know. It was a little too much. I'm not ready at this time."
"I think they are asking all of us now. After the secret of Jupitar and Kevin." Zeus said as he moved on his side.
"True." Raven put her head on his paw just to look at him. So they went into Zeus's truck and went into town looking around Adventure City ideas. Since they never set a date they were good. They told their parents once they get an idea then the next step will be getting the date for their wedding. The hard part was that their parents were going to be getting all three sides together. Platinum's side was no problem but Wendy and Kari's family was going to be hard.
"I have no idea what to do." said Raven as they sat in front of a cafe.
"Same here." Zeus said, looking at her. "I know that you love the color blue but we don't need a theme.
"True and also true. I just don't know." Back at the Lookout, Kari was talking with Wendy. They were trying to get an idea to see how they are going to get their family. Platinum and Chase walked in and saw them laying on the ground and looking at the ceiling. So before they get caught, they start to back out of the room slowly.
"Come back in here you two." Wendy said. Then Ben crashed into Chase and Platinum. Wendy and Kari sat up. "We would think we are pups again."
"Kari, did you get a call from Raven?" he asked.
"No, why?" Kari asked.
"Her and Zeus are going to Royal City to think of something."
"They must be having a hard time," said Wendy.
"They both know what they like and dislike. Which they have in common. Maybe they just don't want to do a theme like Kevin and Jupitar." said Platinum.
"I think it's just more of a clue of what they want," said Chase. Then they got a call from them. "Well speaking of Raven." Chase answered. "Hi Raven and Zeus. What's up?"
"I see daddy already told you." said Raven. They nodded. "We don't know what to do."
"I don't want anything crazy or simple," said Zeus.
"It's your wedding but I do have one idea." said Wendy. "What I did for mine. I had my favorite flowers, in a spot that was perfect in the town."
"Raven, I have an idea. Call you guys later." said Zeus. Instead of going to Royal City they went to Barkingburg. "Most of our memories are here."
"I get it now. We might find more here than at home."
"Right and I think one spot would be perfect."
"Ummm…that spot?"
"Yes, we mark our names there. Remember?" Raven smiled.
"I know and it was the best night ever." So they headed over to their spot. It was in a big field where you can see the whole city. "It's also beautiful when we are up here. I agree."
"To have our time in Barkingburg and the party outside at my great grandma's house."
"Yeah since we might end up moving out here." Raven smiled.
"Are you sure? What about your family?"
"Zeus, I love it out here. It's beautiful in this area." Raven put her paw on his. "Also I have you. I'm going to be fine." She put her head against Zeus's neck and licked his cheek.
"At least think about it. I don't want to make you…"
"I understand but I definitely know what I want." Raven smiled. Zeus kissed Raven and it was deep. Raven pulled away to get some air. Zeus looked into her eyes.
"Zeus, not now, remember." She put her paw on his chest. "Want it to be special." Zeus took a deep breath and put his head on her shoulder. Raven frowned just by hearing him. She understood but they wanted it to be a special wonderful moment for the both of them. So Raven just bit her bottom lip as well.
"Right. I know. Let's head to Auntie May's house."
"I know she will be happy to see us." So they headed to her house. Once they got there, the family was together for a party to celebrate grandma Terrier's birthday. One of the dogs turned around.
"May, look who's here." He said. So the family turned.
"Zeus. Raven. How are you two?" May hugged Raven. "Have you found a location yet?" Zeus and Raven smiled.
"We were thinking about getting married in Barkingburg at the top of the hill." Said Raven.
"Yeah. Where you can see the whole city." Said Zeus. The family howled and cheered for them. May and Amber hugged them. "We are going to tell our parents when we get back."
"Stay for a bit. We are celebrating grandma Terrier's birthday." Said Amber. So they stayed and joined the party. Later that night, Zeus was asleep on the bed in his father's old room. Raven found him but didn't want to wake him up. "Raven?" She turned and saw Amber.
"Yes momma Amber?"
"He's asleep. You can stay in Crystal's room or do you prefer to sleep with Zeus." She asked.
"Zeus got a little bit too close earlier." Raven got quiet but had a smile.
"He wants to get your attention but in a different way. Do you want to wait until you get married or does he want to wait."
"We both do but…my body is calling him."
"It's harder and harder." Raven nodded. "Go and sleep in Crystal's old room tonight." So Raven did, once she left to go to sleep. Amber was getting a phone call. "Hello Platinum."
"Hi mom. Is Zeus or Raven there?" He asked. Kari and Wendy were getting worried about them.
"They are both asleep. They are going to head back home tomorrow. They didn't call you."
"No. I was getting worried about them." Said Wendy.
"They will be home tomorrow." Amber said.
"Thanks mom." They hung up. In the morning, Zeus was the first one up and went to see where Raven was at. Crystal's bedroom door was open and he found her still asleep. He didn't get that close to her since she still smelled sweet. Zeus got close to her anyway. He put his paw on her cheek. Raven looked beautiful when she's sleeping. One lick on her cheek got her to wake up.
"Sorry about that. Get some more rest. I'm going to see where grandma is." Zeus got up but was knocked back down. "What's wrong?" Raven just giggled, went to close and lock the door. "Raven?"
"Just lay down and relax with me please." Her eyes looked beautiful and shiny. Zeus looked at her. So Raven got up and licked his cheek. "I just want some alone time with you before we go back home." Zeus laid down but still looked at her to see what she was up to. Raven giggled and laid on her side with her head on his back. Zeus was quiet then heard that Raven went back to sleep. He moves his head and relaxes. So she only wanted to relax with him.
"Why did she want the door closed and locked?" He thought to himself. Raven was smelling very sweet to the point Zeus had to cover his nose. "This is not going to end well if I remain here with her. Think of something else." From his body moving Raven woke up and looked at him.
"So my smell is bothering him. I just want to be alone with him and save my special. I just want to relax and get some more sleep. Sadly my body is not helping." Raven thought as she looked at him. Zeus looked at her, his face was red and Raven noticed. So she got up and pinned him down.
"Raven, what are you doing?" Zeus asked, as Raven put her paw on his chest. She felt his heart racing. "Raven?"
"Sssshhh. Just let me listen." Her paw covered his mouth. Zeus's face turned red and his heart was pumping faster. Raven laid on his stomach. "Zeus. Do you love me?"
"Yes. I love you Raven. You are my world."
"Then why are you fighting with yourself and me?" She looked at him. Zeus thought about that question hard. "Why? What's the matter?" She licked his cheek. From the look in her eyes it said more.
"You wanted the time to be right and wait until we are married." Zeus answered. "For some reason your scent was getting stronger and I'm trying to control myself."
"So you wouldn't take me. Even if I give you." Raven bit her bottom lip and laid on his stomach. "You know. A viewing." She walked above him and gave him a good view. Then she sat on his stomach but her head was going towards the back legs. Zeus got the snell and looked and Raven wasn't helping. Raven let his body shake and saw a little friend.
Zeus's eyes almost popped out of his head.
"Raven, but…"
"I know what I said but it's driving me crazy as well. I've been trying to stand by my words but it's just hard." Raven got off of him and was laying next to him. Zeus went to his side so he could look at her. She moved closer and kissed him on the lips. It got deeper like the last time. Raven pulled Zeus's collar toward her so the kiss could get deeper. Now he understood why she closed and locked the door. So they continued until they were knocked back out. Later in the day, Zeus woke up and licked Raven on her head.
"Hello." She giggled. "We better head back home."
"True. Are you able to walk?" Zeus asked.
"Yeah." So they left and headed back to the Lookout. Once they got home their parents were looking for them. They knew that they were in trouble now. Apologize for not calling them and having them worried thinking the worst. Then Raven went back to sleep and laid next to Zeus since he was sleeping. Zeus and Raven told their parents where they wanted to get married and they might decide to live in Barkingburg. Once they were asleep, they walked back into the Lookout.
"It looks like they love being in Barkingburg." said Kari.
"They do. It's just…" Wendy started.
"Zeus is going to be the first one married and leaving the Lookout. Storm and Atlas come and go. Montana is still here. It's going to be strange having the leader of the Ninja Pups leaving the Lookout." said Platinum.
"Knowing Zeus, I know he will find a way to do this. From now on, let them rest." said Ben.
"Platinum, you must love your family out there. We can never find them in Adventure Bay." smiled Kari. Platinum just nodded. "Raven told me that they were celebrating Grandma Terria's birthday.
"They told me." Platinum smiled. For the rest of the day the Lookout was quiet. Zeus and Raven got up to start their shopping for their wedding which they placed for two months. Wendy called her parents and told them. They were very happy about this. Platinum's side already knew which wasn't a surprise. Zeus and Raven told the rest of the team. Chase had to help Kari call their parents families. So they called from the station since Aaliyah's father knew where they were. So instead of calling they drove out there. Aaliyah only went for support and so did Cleo, Ben, Skye and Owen. They went to the police station in Wildflower Meadows. The other side lives in Adventure City.
"Zeus, my parents are to be there for the wedding," said Wendy.
"Really?!" Zeus looked surprised. Wendy nodded yes. Then Chase and Kari got home and they looked exhausted. Raven ran to her mother.
"Mom, what happened?" Raven asked.
"Well, the police side of the family said that they would think about it." said Chase as he took off his Paw Patrol uniform.
"Then the laid back side said yes," said Kari. Raven smiled. She never met both sides. So for them to come to the wedding was going to be fun. Time went by and things were coming together. Zeus and Raven were going back and forth to Barkingburg. Auntie already knew what to do since they told her. Amber was cleaning her mother's house. It looked empty. Sadly, grandma hardly stays home. She was always out. The memories were there but not her. It was nice that Zeus wanted the after party here. Kari's grandmother on her mother's side was already in Barkingburg to help out. Amber and Auntie May got to meet them. Everything was coming together perfectly. The wonderful soon to be married couple loved what they saw. Two days later, Raven wasn't feeling good and asked Ryan for help.
"What, you want my help?" asked Ryan as she was sitting down. She had Oreo on her lap.
"Yes please," said Raven. So Ryan got up and took her to the health room.
"Okay if I remember clearly what mom and Grandma showed me." So Ryan got everything together to see what was wrong. Once Raven's check up was done, Ryan sat on the table. "Raven, you're pregnant."
"I am?"
"Yep. Here's the picture that I took." Ryan showed her. "It's too soon to see how many you're having. So take it easy. Thank goodness your wedding is in three days. So your wedding shirt will still fit. Three days went by and everyone was in Barkingburg. Jupiter was there and Kevin was at the police station with the kids. Since it's only a Paw Patrol and Ninja Pup wedding. Ben was with his only daughter. She wanted her uncle with her as well. Chase was surprised but also honored. Zeus was in the front. Since Zeus and Raven are the laid personality type of couple. It's not a formal wedding. The Paw Patrol and Ninja Pups are wearing shirts with their symbols on them. Some with their parents. Ryder, Cleo, Monty and Ryan got theirs on. Blue and Azul made them. Their wedding started and Shea was hopping down dropping flowers everywhere. Montana rolled her eyes. Sebastian was picking them up. Cleo got her son to put them down and he started crying. Then everyone stood up as Raven was walking down with Chase on one side and Ben on the other. The wedding continued. Before Auntie May was able to say anything she stopped.
"Auntie May?" said Raven. Then she pointed. Raven and Zeus looked. It was a big family walking to them. Chase and Kari got up. Oliver, Brandon, Penny, Chris and Lyle took by their cousin/sister as Atlas, Montana and Storm stood by their brother. Wendy and Platinum were next to Chase while Ben and Skye were next to Kari. A very old couple stood there.
"So you did come?" said Chase with a smile.
"Yes. We shouldn't disown our son like we did years ago. We missed a lot from what you told us, "said the female dog.
"We saw the videos of you and Kari's weddings that Jerry sent us. You two are just like your mother continued the birth at the station. Jerry told us everything. Chase and Kari welcome back into the family." Wendy and Platinum looked at them.
"Raven, Oliver and Brandon." Kari said.
"Lyle, Chris and Penny." They both turned to face their kids. Chase and Kari had tears coming down their faces.
"Meet the police side of the family. Our father's side." They said and stepped aside. All six of them were in tears and ran to meet them. Chase and Kari were crying. Then Chase pushed Zeus toward to be with Raven. Then Auntie May shouted out for everyone to hear her. Everyone was crying.
"Raven and Zeus. I now pronounce you as husband and wife. Amber pass the tissue box please." Auntie May said as she got down. They kissed and everyone was cheering and proud. At the after party at the house. Everyone was having a great time. Monty was dancing with Ryan. Then the music went low.
"Hey! I was dancing to that!" said Jupitar, Trixie, Cleo and Ryan. Both generations rolled their eyes.
"Can you guys behave?" They all yelled. The two families that were separated took in front of everyone.
"We are honored to actually be here to celebrate my great great granddaughter." Said Great Grandma Sherhard. "I would like to give you this gift. It was supposed to go to Copper's future wife but since I missed it. I will give it to you." She walked up to Raven and put a blue ribbon on her collar. It had the family symbol on it. "I always had a feeling that one day he will get married to a beautiful woman. Now I see that I was right. To my beautiful great granddaughter." Then looked at Zeus. "Take care of her young man. She is a gift that should be loved and cherished ." Then another german shepherd walked up.
"I knew my daughter loved the name Kari but I never thought that name would come true. I see my daughter in all three of you." Kari was confused until Chase tapped on her shoulder. Skye pushed Penny and Raven next to her. Penny also has her grandmother's shiny blue eyes. "What's your name, young lady?"
"Penny."
"Who gave you that name?"
"Daddy did?" Chase walked up.
"Your grandmother loved that name. This is a gift for you Raven." Her husband got down and handed her a beautiful silver bracelet. "This was actually made by my daughter Silver. Your grandmother." She was always creative and good at anything that she put her mind to." Raven started to cry. Gifts from both sides of the family that she never knew about. They didn't know that Chase and Kari were their grandkids until that day when Chase and Kari showed up. They both have the personality and looks of their parents. Chase was little his father Copper. Hide and shy when it comes to their feelings, stand strong for family and was build up like him. Kari was more like her mother. Hands on, silly and never stays quiet. The party continued until Zeus and Raven headed out to their honeymoon. Once they got back, they went to their parents. Chase and Skye were with Aaliyah since Calvin asked Penny for her paw in marriage. Kari was with them since Ben had to fix something at the police station. So Raven walked in with Zeus until Raven felt pain in her stomach. She didn't want to show it. Ryan saw her face and called Wendy and Platinum in but didn't tell them why. Ryan kneeled to look at her. Owen saw her.
"Ryan, what's wrong?" he asked, catching everyone's attention. Then Wendy and Platinum walked in. "What are you guys doing here?"
"Ryan called us," said Platinum. Then they looked at Ryan but she already left the room with Raven and Zeus. In the health room, Raven was laying on the bed.
"Raven, you are in labor right now. Honestly bare with me…"
"I know you have never delivered pups before," said Zeus. So Ryan had to remember all the lessons that Cleo and her grandmother taught her. Then while Calvin and Kevin were walking passed the health talking until they heard some noise coming from inside.
"Raven, just breathe in and out like normal." They heard Ryan. "Zeus, can you get some towels please and some water for her."
"You got it Ryan." So Calvin and Kevin to their parents.
"Mom. Mom." Aaliyah turned around. She was in the training room.
"Is Uncle Chase here?" asked Kevin.
"I think so. What's wrong?" she asked.
"We just heard Ryan with Raven and Zeus in the health room," said Kevin.
"I know Ben is in the computer room. You guys get him and Chase should be with your father." So the boys ran off and were found in the lobby.
"Dad. Dad." They said to get their attention.
"What's up?" Andrew asked.
"We heard…"Kevin started still trying to breathe. They ran from the training room that was on the second floor to the lobby and since the elevator was out of service. Running down the halls to get to the stairs.
"Ryan, Zeus and Raven…" Calvin laid on his stomach. Their dad was trying not to laugh. Kari and Platinum shook their heads.
"In the health room." They both said. Skye went to get them some water. Kari, Platinum and Wendy looked at them. "Don't question us please. We wouldn't be running around looking for you guys if it wasn't true."
"They have a point there," said Aaliayh. "Ben is trying to get their attention now. I heard the same thing." So Platinum, Wendy and Kari ran upstairs. Ben was knocking on the door. Inside the health room, Ryan was trying to keep calm.
"Ryan." They looked at each other. "I can feel something right now." Raven said then let out a small moan.
"Okay, get ready Raven. I don't see anything yet. Do you want me to get your mom in here?" Ryan asked. Raven nodded yes. So Ryan took off her gloves and walked to the door. Once she opened the door, her foot stopped them. "Let me step out please." So the parents backed up and Cleo just got there. In the room, Zeus had his paws on Raven as she moaned in pain. Tears were coming down her face and her claws were out. Zeus got her a towel to grab and licked her tears away. Raven opened her eyes and smiled. "She just went into labor not too long ago. Right now she is doing fine. She wants her mother…" Then the door opened slowly. Ryan put ear by the door. "Okay no problem. Wendy you as well. Come on in." So they went in and so did Cleo but she was kicked out. A few minutes went by and Wendy opened the door to signal her husband, Ben and Cleo. The reason for Cleo so that she can see how Ryan did. Raven was laying on the table with two pups eating. Platinum and Ben saw their grandpups. Wendy was happy for her son and her daughter in law. Zeus was sitting next to her and Ryan already had their daughter on her lap. Zeus rolled his eyes and looked at Ryan.
"You guys did a wonderful job." Said Cleo as she put her hand on Raven's head. Then hugged her daughter. "Ryan, I'm very proud of you." Platinum and Wendy saw their grandkids.
"Two more into the group." said Platinum as he looked at his son. Wendy pushed him. "Wendy, you know I'm right."
"I know," said Wendy. Raven fell asleep with Zeus right next to her. So their parents left. Ryan was on the floor sleeping so Cleo picked up the pup and placed her on Zeus's paws.
