Watch Upgrade and a Water Hog
AN: Thank you guys for reading, I would be happy to answer any questions any of you have just review. So now Nate and Lucas are friends that could lead to a lot of different things and crazy Yo-kai battles. Oh, and I hope you like how I included Yo-kai teams. It's just a cool idea I was hoping to expand on. Nate will still have regular one on one battles as well as just negotiations but it will start with a lot of team battles. I am trying to include a quest from the game in every chapter but if you guys don't like that, please voice that. With all that out of the way I hope you enjoy YKWL: for Better or Worse Ch 3.
Disclaimer: I still don't own Yo-kai watch, if I did then there would be a legendary Yo-kai summoned by 8 legendary Yo-kai.
"So, Nate, I noticed your Yo-kai watch," said Lucas as he took a bite of Sukiyaki. The two boys and their Yo-kai friends were eating at a Sukiyaki place in downtown Springdale, "It's outdated by a few years. It could use an upgrade."
"Really, Huh I didn't know that, wait so Whisper you gave me an outdated watch," said Nate half annoyed and half confused.
"Um… Well… Well, I was locked in that capsule for a while so you can't blame me for not getting the most updated technology while being trapped for 190 years in a stone ball!" shouted Whisper.
"Chill Whisper, it's not that big a deal. Hey, Whisper do you know what the updated model can do?" asked Nate, curious as to what his watch couldn't do.
"Um… well… let me see," Whisper stammered.
"You don't know of course," said Nate with a sigh and a semi disappointed look.
"Um… aw, here it is, well the Yo-kai watch model you have when upgraded it gains new battle features such as a team presets, the ability to sense others with Yo-kai watches or Yo-kai medals, as well as the ability to shoot a pin that can track Yo-kai and/or send me extra information about them like elemental weaknesses, favorite foods, personalities, and strategies on how to deal with them straight to my Yo-kai pad. It is really neat Nate," replied Whisper.
"Oh, yeah that actually does sound pretty cool," Nate.
"If you want Nate Tomorrow, we can go to upgrade your watch. I know a great place to get it upgraded." offered Lucas.
"Oh, that would be great," Nate beamed, "So tomorrow."
"Yup tomorrow," affirmed Lucas.
"Ahh, I'm stuffed. Thanks again Nate that was great," grinned Komajiro.
"Yessiree, that was mighty fine, a great meal, thanks a bunch Nate," Komasan thanked Nate.
"Well, it was your idea Komasan, so you're the one to thank," Nate insisted.
"Oh, but you were the one to pay so thank you," countered and thanked Komasan.
"I guess so I guess you're welcome," said Nate with a big smile, "Glad you liked it."
"Yeah that was great." said Walkappa, satisfied with his meal, "Thanks for the meal man."
"Nyow let's go home," said Jibanyan, with a yawn, "I just wanna sleep after this amazing day."
"Ah, Me too I am getting a little tired myself," yawned Whisper, "Besides Nate, it is getting kind of late soon your parents will get worried."
"Huh yeah right, well then I guess see you tomorrow Lucas. Bye Walkappa, Komajiro, and Komasan," said Nate as he got up and left with Jibanyan and Whisper.
"Bye Nate," waved Komajiro.
"See ya," waved Komasan.
"Bye dudes," waved Walkappa. The Koma brothers left back to their home in the city and Walkappa was going back to the river.
"See you tomorrow Nate," said Lucas as he headed off.
"Bye," said Nate, Jibanyan, and Whisper as they waved goodbye one last time. In the shadows, though many were watching.
"I think it is time." one of them said ominously.
Next day in the morning.
Nate was up early today was a rare day that his dad cooked. His dad wasn't the best cook, that's why his mom did most of the cooking but his dad did have a specialty dish that he made well. He was a master at making omelets. Nate's dad's omelets were the best at least in Nate and his mom's opinions.
"So how is it you two?" asked Nate's dad as he sat down to start eating his own plate.
"Mmm, it's great honey," answered Nate's mom as she took another bite.
"Yeah dad, it's umm, great," responded Nate, "Delish."
"Thanks, I tried my best," gushed Nate's dad.
"Wow Nate, your dad makes the best omelet," said Jibanyan as Nate snuck him another piece.
"That is a good thing a man shouldn't be completely unfamiliar with the feel of cooking." scoffed Whisper, "you could learn a thing or two."
Nate just ignored Whisper and said, "Hey mom and dad I'm gonna go hang out with Lucas okay." as he got up and started to wash his plate.
"Okay, wait who's this Lucas kid?" inquired Lily Adams.
"Yeah, is he a new friend or something?" questioned Aaron Adams.
"Yeah, last night I went to dinner with him and a few other friends. He's a nice guy. A little shy so I didn't really get to know him that well until now," Nate told his parents.
"Oh, okay, we'll want to meet him after you hang out with him," expressed Nate's mom.
"Okay sure, bye," assured Nate, taking off, out the door. Nate took off with Whisper following behind him, "See ya Jibanyan." said Nate waving to the red cat Yo-kai as he took off.
"Bye Jibanyan," said Whisper.
"See ya, Nate," said Jibanyan before he started walking to the intersect where he practiced fighting cars and trucks.
"Now let's get to the school," said Nate to his Yo-kai butler enthusiastically as he sped up to a run.
"Right behind you." exclaimed the white blob of a Yo-kai. Nate and whisper quickly made it to the school where Lucas was waiting for them by an odd statue.
"Hey there Nate," greeted Lucas.
"Hey Lucas," waved Nate.
"Hello Lucas," greeted Whisper.
"Hi Whisper, you ready to go?" asked the spectacled boy.
"Yeah let's get going," said Nate.
"So where is this place we could get the Yo-kai watch upgraded?" asked Whisper.
"The place is called Timers and More," explained Lucas.
"Oh you mean that place in Blossom Heights, I pass there all the time when I go hang out with Bear," said Nate.
"Yup, that's the one let's go," said Lucas. The two boys had a blast running to Blossom heights; it was mostly filled with houses with some businesses. It took the boys a bit of time to get there but it was relatively quick. Nate went there a lot not only because his day took the train there and his friend Bear lived there but also because it was a great place to run or bike plus there was the hot spring which had the best milk. Nate and Lucas ran past the hot spring right to a little watch shop.
"Here it is." said Lucas, guiding Nate and Whisper to the shop, "Come on in."
"Okay, here it goes," said Nate pushing the door open.
Nate opened the door to a nice little watch shop with dozens of pieces of accessories on display in glass counters that made a zig-zag shape from the corner by the door to the opposite wall. It was floored with red carpet and most of the store's walls were covered with posters or clocks, on the side of the store opposite to the counter there was a couch, a glass table and two chairs to match the couch. Behind the couch were many boxes. In the furthest part of the store was a doorway blocked by two blue curtains that when together formed an eye symbol and behind the counter was a desk and a few draws as well as a few boxes completed by a chair which was obviously where the store's owner worked with watches. Standing behind the counter was an old man with wild white hair and bushy eyebrows, he wore a yellow shirt covered by a green vest and covered his hair with a red hat and completed his look with a loupe on his right eye.
The old man smiled and said, "Why hello there youngins what brings you here to my humble watch shop."
Nate waved and said with a smile, "Hi there I'm Nathan Adams but you can call me Nate."
"Oh were you hoping to get a watch oh wait I see one on your wrist right now. Wait is that— " started the old man.
"He's here for an upgrade Mr. Goodsight." Lucas cut the now known Mr. Goodsight off.
Nate said, "Oh, so you're Mr. Goodsight nice to meet you."
Mr. Goodsight said, "Why yes I am Nathan, urh I mean Nate but oh boy it's been quite some time since I have seen a watch like that."
Nate was a bit surprised as Mr. Goodsight starred at the watch, "Oh you mean this is an old Yo-kai watch or something."
Mr. Goodsight said, "Why, yes it is an older model that was no longer made a long time ago but despite the fact that they were very common and many were sold when the Yo-kai watch model U was announced they stopped manufacturing these ones. It's all about the custom, the model zero, or the model U.
Whisper said, "Wow this old man sure knows his stuff I wonder how he got this Yo-kai information from."
Mr. Goodsight glared at the Yo-kai butler and said "Well whippersnapper I've been around for quite some time."
Whisper said in surprise, "Wait you can see Yo-kai!"
Mr. Goodsight said, "Why of course how else would I know about the Yo-kai watch much less work with it."
"Well, either way, I have been around for over four hundred years so don't you call me a whippersnapper." argued Whisper.
"Well whippersnapper I have been around for over five hundred years," said Mr. Goodsight.
Nate said, "Wait so that means you must be a Yo-kai."
Lucas said, "Mmh he's a Yo-kai that took the form of a human to live a human life."
Mr. Goodsight said, "Yes I am, now you want an upgrade right, well I would be happy to, I have been waiting a good long time to work with a Yo-kai watch again."
Nate said, "That's great so let's do it, here." giving the watch to the watchmaker.
Mr. Goodsight said handing the watch back to Nate, "Well I would but you see I have a few things I need you to do."
Whisper snapped out of the shock he had over Mr. Goodsight and said "Of course you need something. I hope it's not some battle test or something because I have an odd feeling that's what it is."
Mr. Goodsight said, "Well that is way off, where did you even get that idea from, no I just don't have the things I need to upgrade your watch, Nathan."
Lucas asked, "What do you need, you upgraded my watch easily last time?"
Mr. Goodsight said "Well I handmade your Yo-kai watch remember so I found a way to upgrade yours pretty easily but his watch needs special parts, I need a cog, a screw, and a spring but not just any old parts like that I need special parts. Luckily you should be able to find everything in the old abandoned mansion just up north of here. But I also need my lucky screwdriver. It is the only screwdriver that can screw the special screw and it is my favorite, I lent it to the landlord of wayfare manor. And finally, I need a bottle of amazing milk since it is the one thing that motivates me enough to work with Yo-kai watches."
Lucas said, "it's true he needed five bottles when he made my Yo-kai watch."
Mr. Goodsight said, "Luckily for you youngins, I only need one bottle to upgrade your Yo-kai watch."
Nate said "So we need parts; a spring, a cog, and a screw from the old mansion, the lucky screwdriver from the landlord of wayfare manor, and a bottle of amazing milk from the hot spring. You got all that whisper?"
Whisper said, "Well I made a list on my Yo-kai pad but Nate that is still not what I do as a Yo0kai butler."
Nate said, "Of course not. You wanna come, Lucas, you don't have to. I bet you have better things to do than run so errands with me."
Lucas said "No it's fine I would love to accompany you. It will be fun."
Nate said, "okay cool then let's get going."
Mr. Goodsight said "Good luck boys." as the two boys ran out followed by the ghostly Yo-kai.
Nate asked, "Where to first."
Whisper said, "Well I have made a small map of blossom heights on my Yo-kai pad and I made a great route for us to follow first we go to Wayfare Manor, then to the old mansion and finally we make our way back stopping at only the hot springs."
Lucas said jokingly, "Wow whisper you were actually helpful." Nate let out a laugh while Whisper glared and said "I expect that behavior from Nate and Jibanyan but not from you Lucas."
Lucas said, "Sorry Whisper I couldn't help it." They kept running until they made it to a large building with ten apartments. There, there was a man with sunglasses on with wavy hair. He was seeming to be just laying in the grass looking at the sky.
Lucas and Nate went up to the man and Nate asked, "Um, sir have you seen the landlord to Wayfare Manor we were told that we would find him here this is the right place right Lucas?" he faked asking Lucas to get an answer from Whisper.
Whisper replied, "this is the place." causing Lucas to nod.
The man said, "Yeah this is the right place you blob of soft serve, oh and I am the landlord, what's up." Whisper, Nate, and Lucas were wide jawed at the fact that he was the landlord and he could see Yo-kai. "Oh, also this is a sort of hotel for traveling Yo-kai. You know tons of Yo-kai come here to rest it is really popular but though I am the landlord I can't take all the credit because this place is owned by Hidabat and Baku and Whapir, as well as many of my other employees, do much of the work."
Nate said, "Okay that's cool but we came to get Mr. Goodsight's lucky screwdriver can we have it?"
Lucas said, "Yes my friend he wants to upgrade his Yo-kai watch and Mr. Goodsight needs that screwdriver to do it."
The landlord said "Sure but I'll have to find it. It is somewhere in my desk. I'll look for it while you guys can just sit back and relax or give some of the guests a visit."
Nate said "Cool." The landlord then went inside one of the doors in the manor. Just then Lucas and Nate heard a little girl crying. The two boys shared a nod and made their way to the little girl.
Lucas asked, "Hey, little girl what's wrong."
The little girl replied, "Well my family got lost"
Whisper said, "What that's odd it's usually the other way around."
Nate ignored Whisper and said, "We'll help you find them."
Lucas nodded and asked, "Where did you last see them."
The girl said, "Well the last I saw my mom we were near the river here and we were smelling some beautiful flowers, when I was with my dad we were still in this part of town at the place with too many stairs, and with my brother, we were at the place where they sell the great bread."
Nate said, "You must mean the flower shop for your mom and banter bakery for your brother."
Lucas said, "And Shoten temple for your dad."
Whisper said, "I still have doubts about this but you're both probably right."
Lucas said, "We should split up that way it's faster, I'll get the girl's father."
Nate said, "And I'll get the girl's Mother and Brother."
Lucas said, "Just stay here we'll go get your family." Nate and Lucas took off in opposite directions, Nate going to the bakery and then the flower shop while Lucas ran off to Shoten temple. Whisper followed Nate just barely snapping out of his thoughts. Nate and Whisper found the brother and mother right where the girl had said and took them back to Wayfare Manor while Lucas ran to Shoten Temple to find the father. When they got back Nate was slightly more tired than Lucas.
The girl reunited with her family and said "Thank you both, my family would have never put itself back together if you guys didn't help."
Whisper said, "I still think it is you who got lost, missy."
The girl said, "Please take these, they're my ring collection." She showed Nate and Lucas a box with six different rings each with a rare gemstone.
Nate said, "We couldn't possibly take those right Lucas?"
Lucas said, "I agree they look much too precious you should keep them."
The girl said, "oh well you should at least take these here I insist." forcing an old beat-up charm of red, a ring that was a little rusted, a bracelet that looked a bit broken, and a badge of simple design into Nate's hands.
Nate said, "oh thanks you didn't have to do that really."
The little girl said, "no, no I insist please I should be the one to thank you think of each item as a representation of all my family." The girl then left back to her family.
Whisper asked, "why did you do that!?"
Nate said, "yeah I shouldn't have taken that little girl's things."
Whisper said, "no you just brushed away a set of extremely valuable rings that can enhance Yo-Kai element power."
Lucas said "I think I like this gift better, it suits you better and it is more meaningful. You keep it Nate it would be a shame if that girl's "family" separated again."
Nate said "okay thanks, Lucas."
The landlord then came out and said "heya guys I just found the screwdriver. Here you go." The landlord handed Lucas an old wooden screwdriver with an engraving of the same symbol on the Yo-Kai watch.
Lucas said "thanks, sir. Come on Nate let's go to the old mansion now."
Nate said, "yeah let's go I wanna get home before dark, thanks again." They made it to the candy shop where they stopped to get some candy and Nate grabbed a few choco bars for Jibanyan as well as a few candies for his other friends. Then they headed to the front of the old Mansion, an old building that seemed like it could have been impressive at one time but was now swallowed by the bamboo abandoned.
Whisper warned "I have a bad feeling about this, I am sensing many strong auras from this building. I bet this place is infested by Yo-Kai."
Lucas said, "I could have told you that."
Nate said, "me too come on let's go, you need to stop being such a scaredy Yo-kai." Nate went up to the door and pushed and pulled to no avail.
"Oh it's stuck I guess we should go back and tell Mr. Goodsight that we failed and go home," said Whisper.
"We could give you the key," said Zoey lightly tapping Nate's shoulder.
Nate shouted "Ahhh!"
Lucas just waved and said, "hello Zoey and Lina."
"And Lina?" asked Nate, "ahh!"
Lina suddenly appeared in front of Nate and said "hello Nate and Lucas."
Nate recovered and asked, "how are you guys so silent and what are you doing here?"
Zoey said, "well we were investigating this place Lina says that there is a strong aura from the building and I looked it up and this place is a supernatural hot spot."
Lina said, "Here in Springdale there are tons of rumors about this place being haunted, people hear tons of weird sounds."
Zoey said "and strange lights. There are many rumors about ghosts having some sort of party or something in this mansion. Also despite this door being locked, there have been reports of people mysteriously entering and exiting."
Lina said, "luckily me and Zoey found the key to this place." Lina then pulled out a copper-colored key with the Yo-Kai watch symbol on it.
Zoey said, "We got it from Alex and her friends. They somehow found it in Mount wildwood."
Lina said, "it's hard to understand how it got there but we got it."
Nate asked, "can we use it to get in?"
Whisper said, "I don't trust these girls, they seem like they are looking for something they can't handle."
Lucas said, "Yeah, please you guys Nate needs to find something in there."
Zoey said, "Hmm interesting despite the fact that it's locked Nate needs something from here."
Lina said "we both know Lucas is special and I feel something by Nate despite the fact that up until this year he has just been an average boy, but now I am feeling something special nothing like Lucas or whatever is following Nate. Hmm, maybe the spirits are off. No offense Nate."
Zoey said "yeah but there is no way, someone, as average as you could be related to all this supernatural stuff."
Nate said, "you have no idea."
Lucas said "so will you open it."
Lina said, "I don't exactly know why but I feel like this key belongs to you Lucas."
Zoey then stepped in and said, "but we want a favor in return."
Lina said, "it's only fair."
Zoey said, "we want to investigate this but we have way too many other investigations to deal with right now, but when we do have time we want you guys to help us investigate when we do okay."
Nate said, "sure."
Lucas said, "you know I am happy to join you guys anytime."
Lina said, "here then." as she tossed the key to Lucas who caught it.
Nate asked, "wait if you guys aren't here to investigate this place today then what are you doing here?"
Lina said, "oh we just wanted to say hey to you guys."
Zoey said, "more like just Lucas but when we saw you guys trying to get in we decided to help you out."
Nate said "thanks."
Lucas said, "yeah thanks, you two."
Zoey and Lina said, "see you guys later at school." Nate and Lucas waved as they left.
Nate said, "let's get this over with now Lucas."
Whisper said, "Those two girls seemed very strange."
Lucas said, "those two are my closest and oldest friends but those two are real close but Nate's right let's go." Lucas put the key in and opened the door. Behind the wall was an overgrown lawn with a shed to the side, with the main building right in front both buildings were weathered and old.
Whisper said, "this place is going to be a maze and we beat watch our step in the building. It looks like it could collapse at any second."
Nate said, "okay Whisper where do you think we'll find the parts?"
Whisper said, "I have no idea."
Lucas said, "dang it."
Nate asked, "what's wrong Lucas?"
Lucas said, "I forgot every one of my medals at home."
Whisper said, "what you have befriended many incredible Yo-Kai and you forget to carry them around."
Lucas said, "As I said, I don't summon that often."
Nate said, "that's fine Lucas."
Lucas said, "well I was thinking we summon a Yo-Kai who is good at finding things."
Whisper said, "that is a wonderful idea that I was just about to suggest myself."
Nate said, "yeah right, but good idea Lucas." Nate the fishes a medal out of his pocket, "got it. Let's go. Come on out my friend, calling Leadoni, Yo-kai medal do your thing."

Leadoni said, "Hey Nate I'm guessing you're lost."
Nate said, "That's not it, I need to find a few parts and I was hoping you could help us find it."
Leadoni said, "I may be able to guide you through here but I can't help you find your parts."
Nate said, "I think I have an idea for that."
Then an Ake saw Nate and said "Oh you're that kid who beat up me and the boss you'll pay for that. Payn and Undy are still down about their defeat. Hey, guys look who came in." Then came two more Akes, two Pandles, and an elderly Yo-kai with pale blue skin, floating on a red pillow, white hair, and a beard as well as four arms one of which was holding a wooden staff.
The elderly Yo-kai seemed to be guarded by the two Pandle one on each of his sides and was behind the three Akes, he said, "Why would you bother me for these plain old humans they come here all the time."
The Ake that was there first said "Well this is the guy who beat the bosses."
The elderly Yo-kai said, "I don't care if you guys want vengeance then you do it but I'm not going to help you."
Nate asked, "Hey Whisper who is that Yo-kai?"
Whisper replied, "Um… oh yes, this is Yoodooit he is a Yo-kai who makes people lazy and has those people use other people to do something."
Leadoni said "Um… I can't fight all those Yo-kai by myself."
Nate said "Don't worry you won't have to, come out my friend, calling Jibanyan. Yo-kai medal do your thing."
Alarming!
Boom, Boom
Walla, walla
Dance, Dance
Charming!
Jibanyan!
Jibanyan said, "Aw Nate I was really in the zone I don't wanna fight a few weak Yo-kai." Jibanyan saw the little gang of Yo-kai and said "Hmm a group of Yo-kai I can do." Jibanyan then charged into battle followed by Leadoni. All the Akes charged forward too. It was an all-out fistfight that Jibanyan and Leadoni easily won but unluckily the Akes were just a distraction.
"Pointy Toothpick!" said Both Pandles as they jumped up to the two Yo-kai to stab them rapidly with their toothpicks.
"Now to finish this so I can take all the credit," said Yoodooit.
Lucas said, "Nate watch out."
Nate said "Not while I'm around," Nate quickly inserted another medal to his watch.
"Borrowed Health!" said Yoodooit as he waved his staff and drained everyone's energies and then gave them to the Akes to heal them but both Jibanyan and Leadoni were still up and in front of them was another Yo-kai with long orange hair. It was Roughraff.
"Hows you doing, I was hoping to get into some trouble today," said Roughraff.
Whisper said, "You summoned Roughraff?!"
Nate said, "Yeah I thought he would be a good choice."
Lucas said, "That is true all Yo-kai of the tough tribe are known for either their great defense or great stubbornness."
Whisper said, "I guess that's true and Roughraff is a pretty good fighter."
Lucas said, "Oh Nate give Jibanyan and Leadoni some food."
Nate said, "Right, here you two have these." Nate tossed Jibanyan a choco bar and Leadoni a box of fruit drops.
Jibanyan said, "Yes, thanks Nyate."
Leadoni said, "Umm fruit drops, how did you know these were my favorite." Both Yo-kai ate and felt re-energized.
Roughraff said, "Now you two quit your yapping and help me fight these bozos."
Jibanyan said, "You got it." Jibanyan and Leadoni followed Roughraff into battle and they beat up the Akes and the Pandles with Leadoni dealing the final blow to Yoodooit.
Nate said "great job you guys and now for the second part of my plan. Come on out my friend, calling Tattletell. Yo-kai medal do your thing."
A-Boo-Shiggy
Boo-shiggy
Boogie-woogie
Cling-clang delirious
Mysterious
Tattletell.
Lucas said, "Tattletell that's brilliant."
Whisper said, "Lucas is absolutely right you can have Tattletell figure out where the parts are and Leadoni can then find them."
Nate said, "Yeah, so um Tattletell can you please inspirit Yoodooit over there?"
Tattletell said, "Tell tell." (Sure kid.) Tattletell then latched on to Yoodooit.
Yoodooit said "oof, I don't wanna do this you do it." and he waved his staff to a Pandle on the floor and inspirited it.
The inspirited Pandle said "Uhh, I saw a cog in the room next to us, and I think there is a screw downstairs. I don't know where the others are."
Nate said "Thanks Tattletell."
Lucas said, "hmm so we know where two pieces are now we just need to get them and find the other one."
Whisper said, "Leadoni lead the way."
Leadoni said, "Okay then if you follow me you will find the cog in this next room…"
Tattletell said, "Tell tell tell." (Wait a minute.) Tattletell jumped from Yoodooit to Leadoni.
Nate asked, surprised, "Tattletell what are you doing?"
Whisper said, "You're not supposed to be inspiriting us."
Lucas said, "Wait I think she is helping us."
Leadoni said, "Uh, uh, I don't like it when people stare at my small hand it makes me feel uncomfortable. Ah, that feels good to get off my chest."
Lucas said, "Look, Leadoni's wounds are gone."
Leadoni said, "huh."
Nate said, "Oh yeah I guess Tattletell healed them."
Whisper said, "Why yes, well it always feels good to let a secret out it's not healthy to keep things bottled up you know."
Nate said, "Cool good job Tattletell now let's get going."
Lucas said, "Yeah we got watch pieces to find."
Whisper plucked Yoodooit's medal from his hand and said, "I'll take that." Leadoni led the way safely through the old mansion but that didn't stop Yo-kai from attacking. Nate and his friends fought through tons of Yo-kai that lived in the mansion. It wasn't all bad, Nate befriended quite a few yo-kai such as Slicenrice, Lafalotta, Helmsman, Armsman, D'wanna, Snotsolong, Rinsin Repete, Samureel, Smogling, and Ooze Zat and if it weren't for all that battling they wouldn't have found the last piece.
Nate said, "Yes we got all three pieces, thanks to all of you."
Lucas said, "Yeah you all did a good job out there and now we can head back to Mr. Goodsight."
Whisper said, "Yes but first we need to stop at the hot spring."
Jibanyan said, "That was some great training and good food plus it felt good to get some of that stuff off my chest thanks Tattletell."
Roughraff said, "I had a good time too, all that brawling was fun."
Leadoni said, "It was my pleasure to lead you guys through that place and it was a blast to battle alongside such talented Yo-kai though I have seen stronger, it was fun to battle with someone closer to my skill level."
Roughraff said, "You must be pretty strong because I am a beast when it comes to taking down Yo-kai."
Jibanyan said, "Not as awesome as I am, I took down like thirty of those guys."
Roughraff said, "No way I totally took down more than you."
Tattletell said, "Tell tell." (Stupidheads.)
Whisper said, "You all need to chill out why don't we go relax in the hot springs."
Jibanyan said, "Fine. That actually sounds nice."
Roughraff said, "Sure that sounds relaxing, even us hooligans need to relax."
Leadoni said, "That would be great."
Tattletell said, "tell tell tell." (Sure that's fine by me.)
Whisper said, "That's the spirit now let's go."
Nate said, "Yeah and we could get a few milks too with the money we got from all those battles."
Lucas said, "Too bad we won't be able to stay that long it took us forever between helping that little girl find her family and all those battles in the old mansion." Lucas was right, it was about 4:00 and they had no idea how long it would take for Mr. Goodsight to upgrade the watch.
Nate said, "aw, well all you Yo-kai can stay as long as you like."
Tattletell said, "Tell tell." (You don't need to tell me.) Nate and Lucas, as well as their supernatural entourage, went into a hot spring and Nate asked, "Um, can we please get a few bottles of your amazing milk."
The lady said, "Oh no but they oddly disappeared today. You're still welcome to our other favors though."
Lucas asked, "You thinking what, I'm thinking?"
Nate said, "Yeah it was definitely a Yo-kai."
Whisper said, "you both are hysterical, a Yo-kai that steals milk next you'll be telling me there is a Yo-kai that is made of milk." Just then there was a loud snort but everyone else seemed fine and didn't notice the sound.
Nate said, "Whatever made that sound was definitely a Yo-kai."
Jibanyan said, "And ginormous!"
AN: A cliffhanger, perfect timing right, I mean this thing was getting a little too long so I decided to cut it off right here.
