As they entered the Fusion Dimension, the Lancers soon noticed that the city they were in was pretty lively, merchants were all around and a lot of people was purchasing many products.

"This place doesn't seem like the spot for dimensional assailant." Shay pointed out.

"This is because we are not at Duel Academy yet, it's a big island in the mid of the ocean." Celina spoke to her knowledge.

"Lead the way Celina, we are ready to go!" Yuya joined her side.

"It's absurd how lively is the Fusion Dimension outside Duel Academy, being locked there all my life never let me experienced life for real..." Thought Celina looking around.

Then she looked at Yuya and all their comrades.

"I managed to make new acquaintances just because I run away... that led to us to fighting together from different dimensions with the same objective. I consider all of them more than comrades at this point, but I feel something different for Yuya, I'll get to the bottom of this sooner or later." Celina thought while looking straight in his eyes.

She quickly recovered and started running toward the docks, the others following.

There, they were protagonist of an interesting sight.

First Zuzu was here, Yugo beside her with his Duel Runner, while on the opposite row, a familiar but not really pleasant person.

"Look what we got here, Zuzu... the professor will be happy to know I found you." It was Dennis McField, the backstabber.

Zuzu was paralyzed by fear, he was actually the person that helped Yuri capture Lulu and Rin, and he was going to do the same to her.

Luckily help was on the way.

"ZUZU!" Yuya shouted.

"You are safe with us now" Celina helped her up.

"YUYA! CELINA!" I'm so glad to see you!" Zuzu

was relieved.

"I'm glad to see Celina is here too, even my old pal Yuya is joining us" Dennis said maliciously.

"Dennis, we trusted you, how could you do this?" Yuya tried to reason with one of his supposed friend.

"I only did what I was ordered to by Duel Academy, no more no less." He answered coldly.

"YOU BASTARD, I DESPISE TRAITORS LIKE YOU" Celina yelled in rage.

"You betrayed us first to be honest." Dennis answered.

"Because I understood that it was the right thing to do, and you should have known too, but trying those dirty tricks was your last mistake, prepare to be annihilated!" Celina readied her Duel Disk.

"If you insist, then I have no choice I guess, but I have no intention to lose, and then you will come with me back to the Professor." Dennis explaines the stakes while preparing his Duel Disk too.

"As if I'm scared to lose to you, get ready!" Celina readied herself.

Mainwhile Zuzu with her back on the wall heard some faint steps from the side, a dark figure was approaching, masked by the commotion.

"Long time no see Zuzu" Revealing himself as Yuri.

"HELP" Said Zuzu before Yuri took her with him while boarding a suddenly appearing chopper.

"ZUZU NO!" Yuya shouted in desperation.

"They tricked us, Dennis was a distraction..." Celina cursed.

"Me and Kite will follow the chopper, make him pay for what he has done Celina!" Shay told her.

"I'll join you guys, give him a lesson Celina!" Said Yugo while mounting his Clear Wing Synchro Dragon.

"For sure, he has no chance, we'll reunite later at Duel Academy!" Celina told them as Shay and Kite took off on his Raidrator Rise Falcon to pursuit their target.

"Celina, I know you are furious for what just happened, I am too honestly, but never forget that Dueling is not to inflict pain but to gift a smile to everyone!" Yuya solemnly reminded her.

She closed her eyes for a moment, before opening them again and looking at him.

"I needed that Yuya, thanks for the reminder" She striked a smile, her eyes shining in the sunlight.

"Guess you scored with her Yuya, she will probably be a lot of troubles though..." Dennis teased with a smirk.

"What do you mean?" Yuya said while blushing

"Just shup up and duel, clown!" Celina said, a blush on her face too.

"As you wish mi-not really-lady!" Dennis bowed.

"Let's Duel!" They both shouted and the battle was on.

After an intense battle they both were last with 300 LP each and it was Celina's turn, after a Polymerization to create her Panther Dancer, which would attack Dennis' Trapeze Magician, ending the duel in her favour.

"I lost? Maybe... they were right... we hurt so many people... I feel so guilty now..." Dennis tought to himself.

"I feel so ashamed of myself..." Dennis started to cry.

"Dennis?" Yuya was confused.

"Yuya, Celina... thanks for making me understand..." Dennis said as he activated his cards transforming Duel Disk on himself.

"NO" They both shouted.

But it was too late, he became a card, quickly Celina picked it up.

"Even if he betrayed us, it's so horrible to see this, we have to stop the Professor now!" Said Celina in a moment of breakdown dropping her head on Yuya's shoulder.

"I knew that Dennis wasn't evil, his dueltain was always so sincere... Mark these words, the war is ending today!" Yuya said while putting an hand on her waist.

Then they realized their position and disenganged from each other

They heard then a horn from a nearby speedboat.

They couldn't believe in their eyes.

Declan, Riley, Sora and even Crow were there.

"Yuya, Celina, hop in, we have no time to lose!"

Declan hurried.

They got on board, Duel Academy is up next.
