As our heroes boat come to a stop at a pier. They arrived in a big city somewhere in the Kalos Region with Diancie. So many people were walking along with so many Pokemon as Diancie was curious. Then Diancie spoke.
"Tell me... Who does this castle belong to?" Diancie asked, what was this place to her?
"It's not a castle." Bonnie said, knowing what the big place was.
"It's a shopping mall!" Serena exclaimed, it was a big shopping mall.
"A Place to go shopping!" Bonnie explained to Diancie.
"Yeah!" Dedenne cheerily cried out on Bonnie's head.
"What is this thing called shopping?" Diancie asked, she had never heard of shopping before.
"You don't know what shopping is?" Bonnie said, everyone was surprised.
"No!" Diancie exclaimed, never hearing about it.
"Shopping is something that people buy for themselves after having problems with it. Such as clothing, you can buy it once you've outgrown it." Alex explained what the word of shopping meant, diancie looked at Alex and seemed intrigued by it.
"So that is what shopping is. I wanna go shopping!" Diancie said, knowing what she wanted to do.
"Well, then let's go shopping! Why don't you forget about Xerneas for a while?" Serena exclaimed, wanting diancie to have a fun time instead of being worrisome.
"Wait, but what if the world that Diancie has..." Alex said but Diancie seemed not to care what Alex would say.
"hmm, I understand. I will allow this shopping." Diancie said as she allowed it. Serena and Bonnie were overjoyed.
"Now that's a relief. Thanks!" Serena said as she more excited than ever to start.
"Okay. Come on!" Bonnie said as she wanted Diancie to come along.
"Come along, Diancie!" Dedenne said as Bonnie and Diancie hurried off.
"Wait for me!" Serena said as the three of them suddenly dashed off to get some shopping for fun.
"Well... then..." Alex said, seeing how fast they quickly were excited about.
"Whoa, they're gone." Ash said as Alex was surprised about their quickness. Clemont's glasses went white.
"They don't miss a beat." Clemont said, knowing her little sister and serena very well.
"Will they be okay?" Pikachu asked in concern.
"Hopefully, Pikachu." Alex said to Pikachu.
With Serena, Bonnie and Diancie.
"..." The three of them went over and saw some fake people wearing great clothes. The girls stared at the clothing with awe and amazement on board that was on display for them. Bonnie gasped and chuckled happily at the clothes.
"Awesome! So Cute!" Serena said, seeing the sights of them all.
"..." Serena, Bonnie and Diancie entered the store with all sorts of fancy clothes as Serena picked one up slightly as she saw the dressing of it.
"Look at this." Serena said as she picked up a red shirted clothing with stripes around it, Bonnie picked up another clothing.
"And this hat! Look!" Bonnie said as she picked up the hat and wore it.
"And shoes!" Diancie said as she picked up some fancy shoes.
"..." Soon the girls were wearing clothing they had picked up as Diancie was covered with fancy clothing as the girls looked at each and giggled and began to fashion design themselves showered with clothing from summer wise, to foods, to all sorts of things as they were having the time together, enjoy themselves to their hearts content! Diancie was enjoying the shopping they had going on and having fun as soon, Diancie had the curtain removed as she was dressed as what she seemed like a princess. Bonnie gasped happily as she didn't know along with Serena that some carbink were walking by.
"Wow! Now you look like a real princess! Cool, right?!" Bonnie exclaimed as the carbink went by, they turned around as Bonnie looked at Serena, Diancie saw the carbink and hid behind the curtain.
"Eek!" Diancie shrieked as she hid, she peeked out to see the Carbink disappear.
"What, Diancie?" Serena asked, why was Diancie scared so suddenly?
"Is something wrong?" Bonnie asked, Dedenne asked to from her head.
"You got scared." Dedenne said as Diancie peeked through the curtains.
"..." Diancie looked around, they weren't there anymore. So maybe it was a trick on her mind? Well, they were heading down the stairs as Bonnie and Serena noticed the boys having ice cream.
"Ah, Clemont!" Bonnie said as she hurried over.
"Are you done shopping?" Clemont asked his little sister.
"No, Not yet." Bonnie said as Ash groaned out.
"Hurry up already..." Ash moaned out as Alex stopped licking his two scoop ice cream.
"Hey, let the girls take their time. Ash, Diancie might be trying to get her mind off Xerneas." Alex said to ash as he sighed more.
"We're comparing prices before we buy." Serena said as Diancie looked over to her left to notice three carbinks were not a trick on her mind. They were real! Diancie freaked out and hurried down the stairs as the group noticed Diancie's panicking before the three Carbink rushed by.
"Diancie?!" Ash said as he noticed Diancie's strange behavoir suddenly.
"What the.." Alex said as he noticed the carbinks were chasing her.
"Hey!" Bonnie cried out, what on earth was happening?
"Watch it!" Pikachu said as they were chasing Diancie in a circle around them.
"They found me!" Diancie cried out as she didn't seem like she didn't want any part of the carbink as she circled around again, the carbinks knocked ash over, ruining his ice cream as Alex got out of the way as diancie attempted to scurry away but with the crowd of the mall, it was hard to traverse. The group hurried to Diancie but they bumped into a man who carried presents, which Ash, Bonnie and Serena caught.
"Nice save." The shopper man said as the group returned the presents. Diancie kept traversing in hopes of losing the carbinks but they kept following her. The group tried to find Diancie but got lost.
"Where'd they go?" Ash asked as everyone began to look around.
"Oh, Diancie. Where would she be?" Alex asked as he was looking around.
"They're here somewhere." Pikachu said as Serena noticed and she called out to the group.
"Look! Up there!" Serena said as she pointed to where Diancie was on the top floor.
"Diancie.. Wait, what are those things?" Alex said, he wondered what those Pokemon were chasing her.
"Oh no. Who are those Pokemon?" Serena asked, she never seen them before.
"Friends of the thieves, I'll bet!" Bonnie exclaimed, maybe they were friends with the bad guys.
"They found us?" Pikachu asked. How did they find them?
"We've gotta help!" Ash said, knowing what they needed to do.
"But how?" Alex asked as Clemont had an idea.
"Just leave everything to me! The future is now, thanks to Science! Clemontic gear, on! Let's go!" Clemont said as he pushed a button on his backpack as his aipom arm dug into the backpack as it dug and then revealed some sort of ladder.
"What is that?" Alex asked as Clemont explained.
"Presenting my super-stretch ladder! All right! Get on, Ash!" Clemont explained as he then told ash to hop on.
"Right!" Ash said as he got onto the top of the small ladder.
"I'm coming on!" Pikachu said as he hopped onto the shoulder.
"Now. Ready?" Clemont said to Ash as Ash looked at Clemont and nodded.
"Are you sure this is gonna work?" Alex asked to the Science gym leader.
"Trust me, it will help!" Clemont said, knowing it would help out.
"I'm ready! Let's move!" Ash said, wanting to help Diancie so bad.
"..." The lever was pulled by clemont as ash was shot in the air as ash freaked out, just as he was about to touch the ceiling, the ladder then stopped as the long ladder swayed around as ash was freaking out in enjoyment.
"Whoa, science is so amazing!" Ash cried out on top of the ladder.
"..." Ash tried to see how he could help Diancie as pikachu noticed ahead, Ash freaked out as he ducked out of the way and noticed how he could help Diancie as he got a Pokeball out.
"Okay, Hawlucha! I choose you!" Ash said as he took out the pokeball and summoned hawlucha.
"Hrrraaghhh!" Hawlucha said as he began to float down as Ash had a plan.
"Nnggh Aah!" Ash said as he leaped off the ladder and got onto hawlucha's right leg as they descended toward the top part of the mall and then saw Diancie.
"Diancie!" Ash called out to the princess rock.
"Look over to your right!" Pikachu shouted as Diancie looked over to see Ash.
"Grab on!" Ash said as Diancie was surprised and got ready to jump.
"..." Diancie jumped up as ash grabbed her and they floated back down safely to the group as Diancie smiled as Ash slightly chuckled, they had a close one there as the carbink looked down with glum as one bonked on the glass upsettingly.
Outside the Mall, On a lonely park.
"Who are those Pokemon?" Serena asked, what were those Pokemon doing and why were they following Diancie?
"It seemed like Diancie was scared of them." Alex said, knowing how Diancie was worried and scared.
"They're called Carbink, the Jewel pokemon. It's quite rare for them to appear in a town like this." Clemont explained, they were Carbink which were Jewel pokemon.
"They finally found me." Diancie said sadly. She knew she couldn't get away from the Carbink now.
"So they are with the thieves, aren't they?" Serena said, what was with the carbink.
"Well..." Diancie began to explain but before she could, a familiar voice came to them.
"Diancie. Did you enjoy your first time out shopping?" Merilyn said as Diancie jumped and hid behind Serena.
"That thief from before!" Serena exclaimed as they were surprised at Merilyn finding them so quickly.
"Wow, she is good at tracking." Alex said, knowing who knows how long they followed them for. Merilyn's Delphox jumped down beside her.
"Hmph." The Delphox muttered.
"Now. I need you to come with me." Merilyn said, wanting to make this simple and easy.
"I refuse!" Diancie said, not wanting to come along.
"Then i've got no choice. Go Delphox!" Merilyn said, making her delphox get ready to capture Diancie.
"Leave everything to me, You go on!" Ash said as he wanted to stall for them to escape.
"Mystical Fire!" Delphox said as it made a circle and fired through that circle.
"Run!" Ash said to his friends as they dodged it easily.
"Stay safe, Ash! I'll back them up!" Alex said as Ash nodded, Alex nodded with Serena, Bonnie and Clemont as Diancie was grabbed by Serena as they hurried away.
"After them!" Merilyn shouted, not letting them get away again.
"Froakie, I choose you!" Ash said as he summoned froakie to battle.
"I don't think so." Froakie said as he appeared in the way of Delphox.
"Froakie, Water Pulse! Pikachu, Use thunderbolt!" Ash said to his two Pokemon.
"Use Flamethrower on those pests!" Merilyn said, as she made her move quicker.
"Flamethrower!" Delphox said as it fired off a quick flamethrower.
"Whoa!" Ash said as he dodged it, froakie and pikachu jumped.
"Water Pulse!" Froakie said as he fired a ball of water.
"Thunderbolllt!" Pikachu said as he used thunderbolt, both attacks mixed together and came right at delphox.
"Ngggaaah! Grrah!" Delphox cried out before slamming into a tree. This caused Merilyn to be impressed.
"Well, I'm impressed. Nice Pokemon." Merilyn said, seeing how strong his pokemon were. Delphox got back onto it's feet.
"Now I'm mad!" Delphox growled.
"Hmph." Froakie and Pikachu sneered as they were gonna hold their ground.
Meanwhile with Serena, Clemont, Bonnie & Alex
"What do we do? How can they find us!?" Alex said as the four of them were running to a farm with so much confusion.
"This is bad..." Diancie said, she was scared then ever.
"I've got an idea!" Serena said as she noticed the rhyhorn and pointed.
"The rhyhorn? The farm. Oh I hope we don't get badly hurt!" Alex said as they made a quick stop.
"Oh..." Diancie muttered more shyly.
