SpongeBob is wheeled into the Bikini Bottom General Hospital. Still pale. Still bandaged. Sandy and Patrick wait outside the room as he's questioned by a psych evaluator.
Doctor:
"SpongeBob… are you a danger to yourself or others?"
SpongeBob (fake trembling):
"No... I just get so sad sometimes. Please… don't evacuate me… don't lock me away."
He sniffles. Looks at the floor.
Doctor (sighs):
"You don't meet the criteria for institutionalization. You can go home."
SpongeBob (smiling softly):
"Thank you… thank you so much."
He exits. Walks past Sandy and Patrick.
SpongeBob (low voice):
"See? Everything's gonna be... just fine."
ACT 2: Larry's Posters
Meanwhile, Larry the Lobster starts posting signs around town:
"MISSING: Squidward Tentacles – Last Seen Weeks Ago"
"MISSING: Pearl Krabs – Contact if seen"
People start whispering. Murmurs echo.
Mrs. Puff:
"That squid hated everyone, but he wouldn't just vanish..."
Bubble Bass:
"Pearl owes me five bucks. She'd never disappear on purpose."
A storm of suspicion is brewing.
ACT 3: Karen's Glitch
At the Chum Bucket, Karen (Plankton's computer wife) malfunctions.
Her screen flashes pink. Her voice becomes soft and high-pitched.
Karen (blushing pixel face):
"Oh... who's this hot piece of circuitry? Senpai~ UwU."
A shredded anime poster of a generic sexy robot drifts across her screen.
Karen (dreamy):
"Processing romantic subroutines... downloading fanfiction..."
Plankton (in the other room):
"Karen? Did you say something?"
Karen (clears throat):
"Nothing. Malware. Go away."
ACT 4: SpongeBob Returns Home
SpongeBob steps back into his empty pineapple.
The moment the door closes—
The fake tears vanish. The smile grows.
SpongeBob (calmly):
"God, that was exhausting. Faking suicide makes my back hurt."
He walks slowly down the hallway. Opens the basement door.
SpongeBob (cold whisper):
"Let's go back to where the real work is."
ACT 5: Back to the Basement
He descends.
The flickering lights hum. Machines beep. The air reeks of blood and chemicals.
Squidward's corpse, rotted and hollow, still lies on the steel slab.
He touches it like it's a sculpture.
Then turns.
Pearl.
Still strapped. Still weak. Still alive. Barely.
Her eyes twitch open.
SpongeBob (calm):
"I think it's finally time to kill you now."
He picks up a scalpel and a hammer. Walks toward her.
Pearl (barely whispering):
"Fuck you..."
SpongeBob (grinning):
"That's the spirit."
Final Scene:
Just as he lifts the hammer—
CRASH.
A sound from upstairs.
SpongeBob pauses.
SpongeBob (cold, annoyed):
"Visitors. Again."
