Chapter 1: The Moonlit Heir and the Pirate's Pact

The streets of Konoha were bathed in the soft glow of the moon, its silver light casting long shadows over the rooftops. Hidden within the dense forest near the village, a blond-haired boy sat catching his breath, his hands clutching the massive Forbidden Scroll of Seals. His clothes were torn, his body exhausted, but his eyes burned with newfound determination.

Naruto Uzumaki had done it. He had mastered the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Not just one or two clones, but hundreds. And with them, he had taken down Mizuki, the traitorous Chūnin who had tricked him into stealing the scroll. Now, with Iruka-sensei recognizing him as a true ninja, Naruto thought things would finally turn around.

But fate had other plans.

As Naruto sat against a tree, staring up at the full moon, a strange sensation washed over him. It was as if the world itself was holding its breath. The wind stilled, the sounds of the night faded, and the moonlight seemed to grow brighter. Then, out of nowhere, a figure stepped into the clearing.

She was tall and elegant, with silver hair that flowed like moonlight itself. Her piercing silver eyes held an ancient wisdom, and her presence radiated power. She wore a hunting tunic, her bow slung across her back, and a crescent moon symbol glowed faintly on her forehead.

Naruto instinctively reached for a kunai but froze when she spoke.

"You have grown strong, my son."

Naruto's eyes widened. "W-What?" He scrambled to his feet, confusion and disbelief warring within him. "Who the hell are you? And what do you mean 'son'?"

The woman gave a small, knowing smile. "I am Artemis, goddess of the hunt and the moon. And you, Naruto Uzumaki, are my only child."

Naruto's brain short-circuited. Goddess? Hunt? The moon? His mouth opened and closed like a fish out of water. "That's—That's crazy! My parents died fighting the Nine-Tails! I'm just some orphan, not some—some godling!"

Artemis stepped forward, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You are more than you know, my child. The blood of divinity flows through your veins, and though I have never taken a mortal lover, you are my son. A gift… a miracle born from my will alone."

Naruto didn't know what to say. His entire life, he had been alone—no parents, no family, just a village that despised him. And now, a literal goddess was standing before him, claiming to be his mother? It was insane.

But deep down, something felt right. The way the moon always comforted him, the way he thrived in the night, his incredible instincts and resilience—it all made sense.

Artemis knelt before him, holding out a scroll. "You are about to walk a path unlike any before. You will face challenges beyond mortal comprehension. As my son, you deserve power worthy of your lineage."

Naruto hesitated before taking the scroll. "What is this?"

"A summoning contract," Artemis said, her eyes twinkling. "But unlike toads or snakes, this will allow you to call upon pirates—warriors from across time and space. Those who live by their own rules, who forge their destinies on the open seas."

Naruto blinked. "Wait. Pirates? Like, with ships and treasure and all that stuff?"

Artemis smirked. "Yes. And they will fight for you, as my blessing to you."

Naruto stared at the scroll, then back at the goddess. Slowly, a grin spread across his face.

"Heh. Now that sounds awesome."

And so, the son of Artemis made a pact with the pirates of legend, setting sail on a journey that would shake the heavens.

Chapter 2: The Pirate's Call

Naruto stared at the summoning scroll in his hands, his fingers tracing the elegant, flowing script. Unlike the toad contract he had heard about from the old man, this one had an aura of mystery—of adventure. His heart pounded with excitement.

He looked up at Artemis, still unsure whether to fully believe all of this. "So… how do I use this thing?"

Artemis smiled. "The same way any summoning contract works. You sign your name in blood, press your fingerprint, and channel your chakra. But be warned—this is no ordinary summon. The pirates you call forth will be warriors from different times and places, and their loyalty is not given freely. They will judge you based on your strength, will, and spirit."

Naruto grinned. "Heh. Sounds like my kind of challenge."

Biting his thumb, he smeared his blood across the scroll and signed his name in bold strokes. Then, pressing his hand to the ground, he channeled his chakra.

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"

A burst of smoke exploded from the ground, thick and swirling. The air filled with the scent of saltwater and gunpowder. As the smoke cleared, Naruto's eyes widened at what stood before him.

A tall, rugged man with a tricorn hat, a long navy-blue coat, and a pistol strapped to his belt stood there, his single eye glinting under the moonlight. His beard was thick, his expression unreadable. Behind him, the faint image of a ghostly crew flickered in and out of existence, as if caught between worlds.

The pirate captain studied Naruto with a sharp, calculating gaze before speaking in a deep, accented voice.

"Well, now. Ain't every day I get dragged from the depths by a brat with whiskers." His lips curled into a smirk. "Name's Captain Darius Blackwave. And you better have a damn good reason for callin' me, boy."

Naruto blinked. "Wait… it worked?" He looked between Artemis and the pirate. "It actually worked?! I summoned a real pirate?!"

Captain Blackwave raised an eyebrow. "You summoned me, aye, but whether I answer your call again depends on what you're worth." He crossed his arms. "So, tell me, lad. Why should a pirate of the high seas fight for you?"

Naruto clenched his fists. "Because I'm gonna be the greatest ninja this village has ever seen! No—better than that—I'm gonna be Hokage! And if I gotta fight, train, and prove myself to make that happen, then I'll do it!"

Blackwave let out a deep chuckle. "Hokage, eh? Sounds like a king o' sorts." His smirk widened. "I can respect a man with ambition." He turned to Artemis. "And you, goddess, what say you of the boy?"

Artemis's silver eyes gleamed with pride. "He is my son, and he carries my blessing. His journey will be legendary."

Blackwave exhaled through his nose. "Heh. Fine, then. I'll give ye a trial." He unsheathed a curved cutlass and pointed it at Naruto. "If ye can land a single strike on me, I'll consider fightin' by yer side."

Naruto grinned, excitement buzzing in his veins. "Now that's a challenge I won't back down from!"

With the moon as his witness and the pirate's test before him, Naruto leapt forward, ready to carve his name into history.

Chapter 3: Trial by Cutlass

The night air was thick with tension as Naruto faced down Captain Darius Blackwave. The pirate's smirk never wavered, his cutlass gleaming under the moonlight. The ghostly outlines of his crew flickered in the background, their spectral forms watching with silent amusement.

Artemis stood at the edge of the clearing, arms crossed, observing her son's test. She would not interfere—this was his battle to win or lose.

Naruto rolled his shoulders, cracking his knuckles. "Alright, old man, you asked for it!" He formed a hand seal. Shadow Clone Jutsu!

With a burst of chakra, four identical clones appeared beside him. Without hesitation, they charged forward, attempting to overwhelm Blackwave from all angles.

The pirate chuckled. "Aye, clever trick."

In a blur of motion, his cutlass flashed through the air. The first clone swung a punch—only to be sliced clean through, dispersing in a puff of smoke. Blackwave pivoted smoothly, ducking under another clone's kick before slashing upward, dispelling the second. The third tried to grab him from behind, but the pirate twisted, elbowing it in the face before driving his knee into its gut. The final clone barely had time to react before a well-placed pistol whip shattered it.

Naruto's eyes widened. He's fast!

Blackwave adjusted his hat, unbothered. "Yer clones are good for distraction, but against a real fighter, they won't do much unless ye use 'em wisely."

Naruto gritted his teeth. "Then let's see how you handle this!"

He surged forward, ducking low and aiming a sweeping kick at Blackwave's legs. The pirate hopped back effortlessly. Naruto pressed the attack, throwing a barrage of punches and kicks, each one faster than the last.

Blackwave parried the strikes with fluid ease, his cutlass moving like a living thing. "Not bad, boy," he said, side-stepping another punch. "Yer instincts are sharp."

Naruto feinted left, then spun into a roundhouse kick aimed at Blackwave's ribs. The pirate captain finally had to block with his arm, but instead of just stopping the attack, he grabbed Naruto's leg mid-motion and yanked.

"Whoa—!" Naruto's world flipped as he was thrown onto his back with a heavy thud.

"Ye got spirit, lad, but ye fight like a wild beast," Blackwave mused, resting the edge of his cutlass against Naruto's throat. "No discipline, no strategy. Just pure, reckless determination."

Naruto growled, frustration bubbling up. "Damn it… I need to land one hit…"

Blackwave chuckled and stepped back, offering Naruto a chance to stand. "One more try, boy. Show me ye can learn."

Naruto wiped his mouth and got to his feet, his mind racing. He couldn't just charge in. He needed to be smart. What would a pirate do…?

Then it hit him. Pirates were tricksters. They used misdirection, deception, and unpredictability to their advantage.

A slow grin spread across his face. "Alright, Captain, let's go again."

He created three more clones, but this time, instead of attacking all at once, they staggered their movements. One clone rushed in first, throwing a punch. Blackwave dodged easily—but the second clone lunged from behind at the exact moment the first feinted an attack.

The pirate reacted, slicing through the second clone—but that was exactly what Naruto wanted.

The real Naruto had already leapt over the entire exchange, coming down from above. With gravity on his side, he cocked back his fist and slammed it into Blackwave's shoulder just as the pirate cut through the last clone.

Blackwave stumbled slightly, blinking in surprise. A moment of silence passed. Then, he started to chuckle.

"Well, now…" He rolled his shoulder, impressed. "That was clever, lad."

Naruto landed, panting slightly but grinning. "Told ya! I don't lose twice in a row!"

Blackwave sheathed his cutlass and extended a hand. "Then I suppose a deal's a deal. Ye got the heart of a pirate in ye, boy. I'll fight by yer side."

Naruto clasped his hand, feeling a thrill of victory. He had earned his first summon.

Artemis, watching from the shadows, allowed herself a small, proud smile.

Her son was just getting started.
