Well, it's time for the fight many of you have been waiting for. It's time for Shoto vs Midoriya. I know, it happened earlier in canon, but I figured I'd save the best for last. Will Midoriya win the sports festival, or will it be Endeavors son? You'll have to read and find out.
Now, I've been experimenting with ideas on how the rangers will learn about the existence of other universes. One idea involves the rangers teaming up with the strongest man in the universe when the demon prince forms an alliance with the man who has a skeleton for a face or when three platoons of a certain space defense force with some cool looking space trains investigate an anomaly in their universe and end up being drawn into the universe of heroes, but it appears that a lot of you want me to have the world of the greatest ninja in anime be the first one the rangers visit. I'll need to do a little research on jutsu's and chakra before I write however many chapters involving that world, but I do have plans for the heroes of said worlds being rangers, temporarily I might add.
Speaking of, I've also got an idea on how to get Endeavor to change his tune about the rangers. I won't tell you guys what it is though, that will spoil the surprise.
Now, let's get to the reviews.
Aztec 13: Glad you liked the fight between Izuku and Bakugo, but I can't take the credit for the dialogue. Credit goes to Goku Moto who helped me out with that. As for the SPD and Overdrive Rangers, it won't be a complete set, just a few rangers but as for who escaped from SPD custody, you'll have to wait and see.
Monster King: Thanks.
KaijuEmperor: Yeah, I was already planning on having Bakugo lose to Izuku, mostly because I read something like that in Transformers/MHA 2: Earthrise, which is now about to get a Dino-Might addition to the ranks of the Autobots. Having the rangers and heroes' team up with Justice League or Avengers does sound cool, especially if it would mean someone like Iron Man or the Hulk tosses them around like a ragdoll.
Ultimate Savior Infinity: Yes, the Gokiagers will appear, but not yet. I'm still trying to figure out a fight between the rangers and Stain, but I can say that you'll like it. I hope. I do have two Kamen Riders in mind for this story.
Luffy L Deathwalker: You really should watch My Hero Academia, it's funny and action packed. Plus, it's an awesome anime for those who like superheroes and there are a few voice actors in the English dub who have voiced characters in RWBY, such as the guy who voices All Might is the same man who voices Watts, aka 'The guy with the porno mustache'.
Lord Salazar's Revenge: Blunk not want to talk about that Gina Woman in reviews. Not trying to focus on her like she is on my friend. Please leave reviews about my story. Though the idea of the Dark Star Saber being a weapon used by the enemies of the rangers does sound like an interesting idea.
DCD Gojira: Thanks for the OCs and yes, that mysterious individual was indeed the man who created the Power Coins. But what role will he play in the story? You'll have to wait and see. I can assure you that we will be seeing those OC's in later chapters.
Ed the guest: Thanks and from what I've heard, that woman got her phone deactivated.
Alright, onto the story.
Disclaimers are the same as before, I only own my original characters.
Chapter 28: Origin: Shoto Todoroki
UA High School Stadium
March 8th, 2221
2:30 PM
"I knew you were willing to beat Bakugo, but I didn't think you'd give a passionate speech about who far you've come and everything that Bakugo has put you all these years." Connor said to his best friend as his now broken finger was now fully healed thanks to Recovery Girl. "You know you're crazy sometimes, right buddy?"
"I just…" Izuku began. "I had all this pent-up rage from everything that Kachan has put me through, and I didn't know what to do with it. If I used it and attacked him after winning the match, I'd probably be disqualified for attacking an opponent who was down. That's not something a hero would do."
"That's true." Iida said as he joined the two of them in the hallway. "A hero would never attack a downed villain, it's dishonorable and not very heroic."
"What are you doing here, Iida? I thought your match against Tokoyami was next?" Izuku questioned.
"I'm afraid I had to forfeit the match. A villain attacked my older brother and I'm afraid he's in the hospital." Tenya explained.
"You mean, Ingenium is…" Izuku began.
"As far as I know, he's still alive, but I can't compete in the finals while my brother is injured. The Sports Festival comes second when a family member is injured." Iida explained with a chopping motion of his arms.
"I understand, Iida." Connor said, knowing exactly what Iida was going through, then put a hand on the class rep's shoulder. "Listen, Iida. If I'm right about this, then you need to prepare yourself for whatever happens. Not everyone survives an attack by a villain, but… I pray that your brother is alright."
"Thank you, Connor. It means a lot to me." Iida said with a bow and ran to the exit of the arena, but not using his quirk. "Please give my regards to our classmates!" he shouted.
As Iida left, Connor had a serious look on his face. "If I'm right, I think I know who Tensei and his sidekicks were tracking." Connor said grimly. "The one man who's known for bloody results when it comes to his battles against pro heroes. The Hero Killer, Stain."
"You really think it was Stain who attacked Iida's brother?" Izuku asked.
"It was either him, or the monster that totaled the Turbo and Rescue Megazords." Connor grimaced. "Come on, we better go tell the others, before your match."
Izuku nodded his head in agreement, but as the two headed for the stands, they were greeted by Endeavor who rounded the corner. "Endeavor!" Izuku gasped.
"Oh, it's you." Endeavor began, focusing on Izuku more than Connor. "Midoriya, right? I saw your battle against the brainwashing villain as well as the battle between your classmate, Bakugo, was it? I was impressed, to create such a wind power with your fingers, it reminds me of another quirk." he then narrowed his eyes. "It reminds me a lot of All Might's quirk."
"Well, you know quirks are often similar to others. But I wouldn't say they are similar. I mean, All Might doesn't break his bones by using them." Connor interjected, doing his best to keep Endeavor from learning about the nature of Izuku's quirk.
"And you're still here at UA." Endeavor said with a scowl. "I made my request to the board of education to have you and the other rangers removed from UA, but the fool Nezu remains firm in his decision to allow you and the others to stay at UA. People like you, who don't have a quirk will only get in the way of my son. It is his duty to surpass All Might and become the new Number One hero. The days of the Power Rangers are over and no matter how much you accomplish, you're just relics of the past."
Connor clenched his fist. Was the number two hero in Japan really telling him that he and the other rangers in the world had no place in UA? Sure, they could have just joined the general studies course, but Nezu gave him and the rangers the chance to become heroes, even if it was just to complete their mission and protect their fellow students. "Wow, I didn't know you cared, Endeavor. Thanks for the concern, but I think we're fine where we are." Connor said, releasing the tension in his fist. "Besides, we don't cause property damage like some heroes out there."
Again, Endeavor scowled. "This isn't a joke! People will die if you continue to treat this as a game! Either you get that through your head or…"
"Is there a problem?" Wes said as he walked down the corridor to Endeavor, Izuku and Connor. "Oh, Todoroki, I didn't think you would be here. I thought you would be busy working on another case that would grant you the title of Number One hero in Japan."
"Commander." Endeavor greeted, with resentment. "I came here to watch my son in the sports festival. His power will ensure his victory and show the world what the next number one hero looks like."
"Is he talking about himself, Shoto or Bakugo?" Connor whispered to Izuku.
"Of course you were." Wes answered, knowing full well what Endeavor was actually talking to Connor and Izuku about. "I thought you should know, a call from one of your sidekicks. They need to get in touch with you immediately. It seems you have a new case that requires your attention."
"I'll deal with it after I witness my sons' victory." Endeavor answered, then turned back to Izuku. "I apologize for bothering you." He then turned to leave, making the two friends now understand exactly what Shoto said about not using his left side. His left side was a reminder of his father's power, a power that he would never use, no matter the circumstances.
"Endeavor, I'm not All Might, and your son isn't you." Izuku said, much to Endeavor's confusion before he left the corridor to the arena, leaving Connor, Endeavor and Wes alone.
"Why do you think anyone who's a ranger shouldn't be a hero, Endeavor?" Wes asked. "Eric and I are rangers and we're part of the Silver Guardians."
"I'm referring to the children who are attending U.A." Endeavor corrected. "People like them don't belong here, at U.A. They should just give up and leave the hero work to us real heroes. Those of us who don't need flashy suits or oversized robots to defeat villains."
"Really? We think this is a game. What do you think every monster we defeat grants us experience points that unlocks new weapons?" Connor asked with a glare. "I've never once seen this as a game, me or the other rangers! Not all heroes have to have a quirk and there are some things that heroes like you can't do. Your flame quirk is powerful, but it's not the ideal quirk for every situation. Besides, one spark and you could set an entire forest on fire."
"What do you know about forest fires!" Endeavor snarled, walking away from the two red rangers.
Stadium Field
"OH YEAH! IT'S TIME FOR THE FINAL MATCH OF THE SPORTS FESTIVAL! It's the guy who left half the stadium frozen from his landslide victory in the first round! From the Hero Course! It's SHOTO TODOROKI! His opponent, who won the obstacle course and showed his strength against both the man who said he'd win the entire festival and the guy who can brainwash you with just a simple command, also from the Hero Course, IZUKU MIDORIYA!" Mic announced with much excitement in his voice as the two students walked onto the field.
Skull Cavern
"We've watched as all these first years showed us their stuff and what the next generation of heroes has to offer, and now we're down to our last two competitors! Both have amazing quirks, but only one of them will win to take the gold!" Mic announced, as Batlings brought Goldar, Rito and Elgar another round of snacks and drinks.
"So, anyone want to take a bet as to who will win?" Elgar asked, just as Boribaru walked into the mist filled cavern.
"It doesn't matter who's going to win, as long as we know what quirks will suit our forces, that's all that matters." The boxer mutant answered, cracking his knuckles.
"Mutant Orgs agree! Fights meaningless! Quirks to take important!" Rofang growled.
"True, but it's better to know what we're up against." Ivan pointed out, taking a sip of his own drink.
Dark Side of The Moon
Trakenna's palace
"The final battle between two kids trying to become heroes. One of them is going to go down hard, but I have a feeling that ice boy has a lot more than he's letting on." Trakenna mused.
"Sometimes, those born with the quirk disease will be born with two quirks, one from both their parents. It makes them even more repulsive and dangerous then just having one quirk." Flect spoke with disgust.
"Dangerous or not, these children can't stop a bullet." Sambash said, drawing his revolver and opening up the cylinder. "One shot, and it's all over."
Megaship
The Space and Galaxy Rangers had their gazes fixated as the two students walked onto the field. This was it, the final battle of the first year section of the Sports Festival was about to start and it was anyone's guess as to who would win.
Animarium
Even the Wild Force Rangers were glued to the TV, as were their Org allies. "Man, this is getting tense. I thought the match between that Bakugo guy and Midoriya was something, but this is… I don't know what's going to happen." Jindrax admitted.
"It's too bad that Zen-Aku left." Toxica noted. "He said he needed to investigate a rumor he heard about how heroes were being attacked and left for dead."
"Guess we'll just have to fill him in on the details when he returns." Vergil said, turning his gaze back to the tv.
Stadium
From the corridor on Izuku's side, Connor watched as his best friend and the son of the number two hero were about to square off like two brothers fighting to the death. Deep down, he was hoping that Izuku would win, but at the same time, he was also hoping that Shoto would overcome his hatred of his fathers flames and use it. "READY! BEGIN!"
As Izuku predicted, Shoto started with a freezing attack, sending a wave of ice towards the quirk inheritor. Izuku countered with a flick of his fingers, creating a blast of wind pressure that shattered the ice apart. The blast wave would have sent Todoroki out of bounds, if the half-and-half user didn't create a shield of ice behind himself to keep himself from being blown away. "So, you're willing to injure yourself to counter me? Are you abandoning restraint?" Shoto asked.
'I don't know much about Todoroki's fighting style. His attacks are so quick that I couldn't collect data because they were so quick. I need to find an opening and attack, I only have… six more chances.' Izuku thought to himself, just as Todoroki unleashed an ice wave attack, which Izuku countered by breaking another finger. 'Five chances.' Izuku told himself.
Shoto followed up with another ice attack, once again forcing Izuku to break his last finger on his hand, but Shoto was able to withstand the force from the smash, creating a pillar of ice that he used to get in close to Izuku.
Izuku was able to destroy the stairs, by breaking the middle finger on his left hand, but Shoto evaded and jumped into the air above Izuku, crashing down and tried to hit Izuku with a freezing punch, but the quirk inheritor easily evaded, but Shoto was able to expand his ice and reached Izuku's fleeing foot, leaving Izuku no other choice but to sacrifice his entire left arm, countering with a full powered smash.
"Damn, I didn't know Midoriya was that gutsy." Kaminari noted from the stands. "Breaking his entire left arm to destroy Todoroki's ice, what kind of pro would want a sidekick who breaks his bones every time he uses his quirk?" he asked, resulting in a received a smack upside the head from Jiro. "What was that for!?"
"Just shut up and watch the match." Jiro hissed. "But you do have a point. Maybe Midoriya's quirk is so powerful that he can't control how much he uses. That's why he keeps breaking his bones."
Below them, Melissa took notice of how much Izuku was breaking his bones and it reminded her about something she was working on back home. 'I bet that would help him with his quirk. Maybe I should call Papa and see if he can send it over.' she thought to herself.
Back in the arena, after having withstood the shockwave from Izuku's smash, Shoto got back to his feet and noticed something about Izuku's last attack. "That attack was far more powerful than your previous moves."
"I could say the same about your own quirk. It's powerful, just like your judgement, mobility and reasoning." Izuku noted.
"Are you trying to turn this into an endurance match?" Shoto asked. "You're wearing yourself down just to defend yourself against my ice. Your hands are already broken." He then sent another ice wave towards Shoto, but the quirk inheritor refused to give up and countered with his broken fingers, defending himself with a Delaware Smash. Shoto countered with a shield of ice, preventing him from being blown out of the ring once more.
Connor, who was covered with a little frost from Shoto's previous attacks, looked on in worry. "What are you trying to do, Izuku? Provoking Todoroki? I can't tell whether that's a bold move or a stupid move." He said to himself.
"You're trembling Todoroki." Izuku stated. "Your body can't compensate for the drop in temperature from creating that much ice. You could offset the temperature by using your left side, but you refuse to use your fire."
"I don't need to use my flames to win! I'll advance using only my right side!" Shoto yelled. "Did my bastard of a father bride you just to get me to use my fire!?" he then rushed towards Izuku, but his movements were slower, which Izuku used to his advantage and struck Shoto with quirk enhanced punch to the stomach, which sent Shoto flying backwards, but Shoto was able to partially freeze Izuku's arm before he took the hit. "I thought someone who's friends with the red ranger wouldn't stoop to such levels!" he exclaimed, ready to freeze Izuku again, but his ice was slower than usual, which Izuku dodged and attacked with a minor Delaware Smash.
Outside the stadium, Koragg noticed something that his allies would not have noticed. "The boy is trying to make the ice user to embrace his right side. He's trying to show him that despite his flames coming from his father, the powers he wields are his and his alone." Koragg mused, impressed by Izuku's actions.
Back in the arena, Izuku continued to sacrifice his fingers despite his injuries, trying to keep Shoto away from him. Unable to make a fist, he pressed his thumb against his cheek and flicked it to create yet another shock wave that blasted Shoto back, just as Shoto tried to freeze him. "Why are you putting yourself in so much pain?" Shoto demanded.
"It's because I'll do whatever it takes to become a hero!" Izuku answered, headbutting Shoto in the chest. "I can't relate to what it was like, growing up with Endeavor as your father, but if you're not going to use your full power, then you don't deserve to be a hero, let alone the number one hero! I wanna live up to peoples expectations! I wanna be able to smile while doing something good for the people who need a hero! If you want to reject your father, then fine! But if you won't use your full power than you won't ever become a hero!"" he went on, just as the frost started to overtake Shoto will he recalled his past. Anger flowed through Shoto's mind as Izuku hit him with another quirk enhanced punch. "IT'S THAT REASON I WILL SURPASS YOU!"
Flashback
Todoroki household
Five years old, that's how old Shoto was when he first experienced the most agonizing pain in his life. And it was a daily occurrence. The relentless training that his father had put him through, ever since he could walk, it was a daily routine that Shoto couldn't take. "Now stand up. If you get hurt this easily you can forget about beating All Might, let alone a small-time villain." His father told him as he dry-heaved and gagged.
"Please stop it, he's only five years old!" the voice of his mother echoed only to be countered with a smack to the face from her husband.
Another memory came, to when Shoto cried his eyes out to his mother during one of the rare moments when his father was away at work. "I-I don't want to do this, mama. Please, I… I-I don't want to be the kind of person that he is. One that hurts you and bullies people!" he cried.
"But honey, you still want to be a hero, don't you?" his mother asked.
Again, his memory changed, but to a day when his father was dragging him in a vice-grip to another one of his training sessions, while his siblings played together below him. "Ignore them, Shoto. They live in a different world then the world I'm training you for." His father told him as he dragged him to his training.
Then, his memory changed again, to a day he would never forget.
It was when he had awoken and made his way to the kitchen, hoping that breakfast would be waiting for him but what he found was not the case. "Mom? I feel like I'm going crazy…" Shoto paused when he heard his mothers voice and opened up the door, to see his mom standing by the stove with a tea kettle boiling and the phone in her hands. "I can't take it anymore. Every day, the children seem more like him. And Shoto… that child's left side sometimes look so unbearable to me. All I can see is his father. I-I can't raise him anymore. I want to run away from this life!" his mother said into the phone.
"…Mom?" Shoto asked, letting his presence known a mistake that resulted in his mother pouring the hot water on his face and his father sending his wife to the hospital, making Shoto hate his father even more.
Present Day
"I remember." Shoto told himself, reeling from the blow that Izuku had delt him.
"IT'S YOURS! YOUR quirk, Not his!" Izuku shouted.
Flashback
This time, a positive memory came to Shoto's mind. Again, it was a moment when his father was home and when he was with his mother, but this time it was during the time when he and his mother were watching TV together, when a certain hero was giving an interview. "That's right! Children often do inherit their quirks from their parents or develop similar powersets. But the most important thing to remember is that a quirk is what you make of it, regardless of your history. You decide how you'll use it. That's what I mean when I say 'I am here'. Only you can decide to become a hero, no one else. Take this to heart kids. You can do it!"
Stadium
Impassioned by the words of both his mother and Izuku, a new feeling that Shoto had never felt before began to flicker inside of him… as a small ember grew into a powerful flame… coating his left side. "I'll do it. I'll be a hero." Shoto stated.
To the surprise of the audience, and the annoyance of certain spectators, Endeavor shouted to his son from the stands, "Yes! Shoto! You've finally excepted yourself! It all starts with you! With my blood running through your veins, you will surpass me! This is the dawning of a new Era for us!"
'That guy really needs to work on his praising skills.' The rangers all thought at once.
In the arena, Shoto and Izuku prepared themselves for one final clash, much to the concern of Cementoss and Midnight who were ready to step in to stop the two finalists from killing one another. Shoto was the first to attack, sending a giant ice wave towards Izuku, which the quirk inheritor avoided by using One For All in his legs to jump over it and dive at Shoto. Shoto quickly heated up the air, melting the ice in preparation for a giant attack, but Izuku countered the attack with a smash from his broken arm. "That's it, Midnight! I'm stopping the match!" Cementoss exclaimed, using his quirk to create several barriers, but their attacks collided, sending up a massive cloud of smoke that practically destroyed the stadium.
When the smoke finally settled, both Shoto and Izuku were still standing, with half of Shoto's shirt burned off and Izuku's arm completely broken. Seconds ticked by before Izuku muttered. "You win." Then collapsed backwards onto the arena floor, resulting in a still dazed and soot covered Midnight to announce the winner.
"Izuku Midoriya is KO'd, Todoroki wins! The winner of the U.A. First Year Sports Festival is Shoto Todoroki!" the R-Rated hero announced.
The crowd roared in excitement or were questioning Izuku's reckless usage of his quirk, but Connor who was also covered in soot rushed to the arena. "IZUKU!" he shouted.
Still battered and bruised from his fight, along with his broken limbs, Izuku was able to turn his head in the direction of his best friend. "Hey, Connor. I guess I blew it. I couldn't win the festival, even with all the training you helped me with." The quirk inheritor said.
"What are you talking about? You came in second place and beat Bakugo." He affirmed, tears of joy flowing from his eyes. "I'm proud of you, buddy."
Skull Cavern
Connor wasn't the only one crying tears of joy. "I admit it, I was really hoping that the bone breaker would win." Elgar cried, much to the annoyance of Darkonda who was getting tears on him.
UA Stadium
Shoto walked over to Izuku and held out his hand. "Here, Midoriya. Let me help you up. I may not understand why you were trying to get me to use my left side, but your words reminded me of something from a long time ago. I'm sorry that I couldn't give you the match that we both wanted. I was angry with myself; I hope you can forgive me." Shoto apologized.
"That's fine, Todoroki." Izuku answered, grabbing Shoto's hand with his broken hand, which caused him a bit of pain, only to be alleviated by the Red Ranger. "Thanks, Connor."
Connor grinned at his friend. "We need to work on a whole new training regiment for you when this is over. Breaking your bones every time, you use your quirk, that's getting old." He joked, taking his friend and the victor of the festival out of the arena.
Outside of UA, Koragg smiled under his helmet. "It appears that the young boy's power is much like All Might's. The two of them must be related, now I have another worthy opponent to face in battle." He said, vanishing from site with his wolf companion.
He wasn't the only one impressed with Izuku's power, for the same mysterious figure that assisted Mirko was also impressed. "That boy has such great strength and power, it reminds me of the rangers from long ago. But a power that breaks his bones, he will need guidance on how to control it." the figure said, leaping into the air and onto a cloud before disappearing from UA.
Due to the damage from the last battle, the arena was far too damaged, so it took a while for the arena to be repaired, but it allowed Recovery Girl to perform surgery to remove the bone fragments from Izuku's joint's, a side effect of using One For All in his right arm, which shattered his bones. But once Izuku had the fragments removed and his arms were placed into casts, he joined Shoto and Tokoyami underneath the stadium as platform they were standing on was raised to the surface. "The first year students have completed the events of the sports festival. Now it's time to relax and enjoy the award ceremony." Midnight announced as the platform reached the surface.
Of course, Shoto was standing in the middle, Tokoyami stood on the right and Izuku stood on the left platform, in front of the crowd and their fellow students. "Now, let's break out the hardware. Of course, there is only one person worthy of distributing the awards, and that person is All Might! The Number One Hero!" Midnight stated, just a familiar and hearty laugh erupted from around the arena.
"AHAHAHAHA! Citizens, I am here with the medals!" All Might announced as he leapt down from the stadium roof and into the stadium, medals in hand.
"Young Tokoyami, congratulations. You're very strong." All Might said to the avian bird-headed boy, who took third place.
"You're too kind." Tokoyami answered humbly, bowing his head as All Might placed the medal around his neck.
"However, in order to fight well against different types, you must not rely only on your Quirk. If you train your own strength more, then you'll have more options when you fight." All Might pointed out.
"I except the challenge." Tokoyami replied.
Next was the second-place winner, Izuku. "Young Midoriya, I don't honestly know what you were thinking when you made young Todoroki use his right side in the finals, but you showed great strength and strategy during the festival. You still have a long way to go, but with friends like young Grayson, you'll become a great hero one day." All Might told his young protégé.
"Thank you, All Might." Izuku said on the verge of tears.
Finally, All Might reached Todoroki. "Young Todoroki, congratulations on winning the Sports Festival. I'm certain you're proud of yourself, but I am curious as to why you didn't use your left side until the finals." All Might asked.
"I always thought my flames were a burden. But Izuku reminded me of something I've long forgotten. But even then, I still doubted myself even after winning. I still have a lot to learn about using my flames, but I still want to be the kind of hero that you are. I have a lot to think about… and I still have to settle somethings with someone. Very soon." Shoto answered, much to All Might's confusion.
"I understand. I won't go into the details, but never forget, a hero never stops learning." All Might told the half-and-half user, placing the medal around his neck, then turned to the audience. "There you have it, the finalists of the first years sports festival! But listen closely, any of you students could have ended up on the podiums. Think about what you've done today! You've challenged each other, learned and climbed closer to your goals of becoming pros. I think it's safe to say that the next generation of heroes is proving to become promising! So, I have one more thing to say… I want everyone to say it with me! YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS!" All Might said with a thrust of his hand to the sky.
"Plus Ultra!" The entire stadium said aloud.
"THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR HARD WORK!" All Might shouted.
"What!? This was the perfect time to say Plus Ultra, All Might!" The students yelled, after a brief moment of silence from the audience.
"Yes, well, everyone did such a good job!" All Might said in his defense.
One hour later
"Well done, all of you." The still mummified Aizawa told his students after they returned to the classroom once the festival had come to an end. "You have the next two days off from school to recuperate. But don't go slacking off on your studies, you still have your midterms and from here on, things are only going to get harder."
"Yes sir." The students replied before they headed for home.
"One moment, Connor." Aizawa told the red ranger, who was in a hurry to go to Izuku's apartment to celebrate with his friend and his mom. "There's someone who want's to meet with you. You can come in now."
Entering through the doors of the classroom, were Wes and Eric, both of whom looked at Connor. "Connor." Wes greeted.
"Am I in trouble? Because whatever I did, I didn't do it." Connor said in defense.
"It's not that." Eric assured the young ranger. It's about Tenya's brother, Tensei. We got the call a few hours ago. Ingenium was tracking down the Hero Killer, Stain, but he's been injured. Ingenium, not Stain. He's in the hospital and we think he might not be able to work as a hero anymore."
"Iida." Connor muttered. Inside of the young ranger, he knew that Iida would be going through the same thing he went through back at Angel Lake, but this time it would be him who stopped someone from taking revenge.
But what none of the rangers nor young heroes, or even the pros knew, was that the war had just begun. Evil never sleeps and their enemies were preparing for the upcoming battles.
And that concludes the Sports Festival Arc. I'll be the first to admit, I could have done better, but if you want to see someone who really did a bang-up job on the Sports Festival, read Omni-Remnants Transformers MHA story, he did a way better job than I did and had our favorite quirk inheritor take home a better prize then second place.
Of course, I'm going to assume that there are plenty of people who won't like the idea of Shoto winning the Festival, since it will give Endeavor more of a reason to assume his son will surpass him, given the character he was during the time of the Sports Festival and Hosu incident, but let me assure you all that I have plans for Endeavor, but you'll have to wait on that plan. I'll be going back to Star Wars for a bit, then I'll return to Power Rangers, so please be patient.
However, I can assure you that when I return, you'll see what I have planned and you'll see the first of the rangers' new zords, plus some new characters, maybe a few students becoming rangers.
So, until next time, please read and review and be sure to keep casting your votes on my poll. Oh and Happy Birthday to Peter Cullen, the man who's been voicing the great Optimus Prime since the 1980's and happy fortieth anniversary to all us Transformers fans.
