It's time for another chapter. Burr, man is it getting colder these days? Well, it is winter, but the last several winters around where I live have been warm at one point or another, but jeez, it's really getting cold.
Still, it's the month of the year where families come together and celebrate whatever holiday their religion celebrates and while I celebrate Christmas, I hope you all are looking forward to the holidays, but for me, the holidays are a bit sad. The one thing I loved about the holidays, it wasn't the toys, the train set under the tree, it was getting to see my Grandparents. My Grandma and Grandpa always loved this time of year, and I loved seeing them have the Pizza and Trifle I make for the holidays, they loved my cooking, just like the rest of my family.
Alright, enough about the holidays, time for the newest chapter. Seems that everyone liked my last chapter, and I'm sure you'll like this chapter as well. Trust me, it's going to be an interesting one. But first, we have got several reviews to answer.
First up, we have the guest: Yes, the Gokiagers showing up and using their flashy Gokia changes will be something incredible to write. But, I need to find a place where I can watch Gokiager and Kamen Rider Decade.
DCD Gojira: Glad you liked the chapter and trust me, those chapters with those extra rangers will certainly something to look forward to. Especially considering a certain weapons dealer is back at it and maybe, maybe a certain group of traitors who 'sided with the winning team' as their leader put it, but that part is still up for debate. I can chat more with you via DA.
Luffy L Deathwalker: Yes, Ninjor will return, but not yet. Perhaps when it comes to another ninja ranger I'll be bringing in down the road. I respect your opinion on those seasons you mentioned in your review, but I like them for the action and mecha.
KINGKAIJU5: Ah, a Mortal Kombat fan, are we? Well, I never really got into the games, except for the voice actors, and intros of the characters, like the Predator, Joker, Scorpion, Rambo, and Robocop. I might be able to use those in this chapter. But yes, I'll be doing the event with Ryukyu after this chapter, then Connor and Izuku's origin story, for their friendship I mean, The Titanium Ranger, plus a fight between Stain, then the Gokiagers. Of course, I might hold off on the Gokiagers for later and jump right to one of the worlds that the rangers will travel to.
KaijuEmperor: You know, I never thought about the Overlords. So, a Jungle Fury fan, are we? Glad you liked that chapter and as for the votes on the next world, you'll find the poll on my profile. For what's next, I was asking you guys because I was stumped on what to do next.
Aztec 13: Yes, DJ is RJ's descendant. A Jungle Fury Wild Force Team Up? Sounds interesting.
Ultimate Savior Infinity: Yep! I figured I would at least bring in one of the ranger teams from when Disney owned the rights to Power Rangers and figured I'd go with Jungle Fury. Yeah, that was a shout out to Mobile Fighter G Gundam. One of the first anime's I ever watched, next to Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Ruroni Kenshin, Digimon and such. It was the reason I took martial arts when I was younger. Yeah, I heard that those guys are merciless towards their enemies.
Monster King: Thanks.
Clynch 3: Still working on the whole Billy thing, but I might have an idea.
Alright, intro time!

Chapter 32: Brother vs Brother
March 27th, 2221
Kyoto Prefecture
Kyoto Japan
11:30 AM
A shrine, dedicated to the memory of Katana, the alien warrior who protected Kyoto during the Keio and Meiji era's, stood proudly, its sword held high ready to defend the city. "Nice statue, ugly guy though." A man commented as he and several other men walked into the shrine, spitting on the floor with disrespect. "Well, it's certainly will sell for a lot of cash on the black market if the legend of it being made of gold is true." He said with a smirk.
This man, was the leader of a gang who had broken into the shrine, who had every intention of looting the shrine tossed various objects around, much to the horror of their captive, a shrine maiden of twenty-five years old, who sat in the corner, their arms tied behind their back with rope, that was also tied around their waist, their legs tied with rope and a very thick gag across their mouth and nose, preventing them from screaming for help.
These criminals rushed in, surprising her as she was about to clean the shrine of Katana, tied her up and moved her out of the way, while they searched for the fabled golden statue of the protector of Kyoto. As she watched helplessly, one of the gang members, one that wore a special apparatus over their fish gills picked them up by the robe. "Where is the sword?! The Sword of Katana is said to have forged with the strongest steel in Japan! Don't lie to me or I will hurt you!" the man demanded.
The shrine maiden whimpered through her gag, terror filling her eyes as the man brought a small blade out and moved it close to her neck. Just as the blade was inches from her neck, the noise of a brawl was heard outside the shrine as one the men who was standing guard was tossed into the shrine, then slammed into the wall, laying upside down against the said wall. "Nishiwaki!" the leader of these men shouted, then looked back to the entrance to see none other than Villamax with an angry look on his face.
"I came here to pay my respects to Katana, and here I find that low life degenerates like yourself have come searching for a false treasure." Villamax scowled, then looked to the Shrine Maiden. "And that is certainly no way to treat a lady. You will put her down gently, you will."
Villamax slowly walked into the shrine, while the members of the gang drew their weapons, while the leader of the men transformed their hands into blades. "Stay back! We'll kill her!" they shouted.
"No, you won't." Villamax stated, continuing into the shrine. "The statue of that warrior is not made of gold and the sword you seek is not here. Let the maiden go, and I will grant you mercy. You have my word." He told the men.
The leader tossed the bound maiden aside, while the guy with the gills grabbed a katana from a nearby rack. "Like we're going to listen some damn hero!" they snarled, then charged towards Villamax, intending to drive the blade through his chest, only for Villamax to draw his own sword and blocked the attack, hitting the man in the lower chin with the hilt of his sword.
"I gave you a choice, but you have chosen poorly. Prepare yourselves." Villamax said with a sigh, as the gang surrounded him. Two of the gang members swung their crowbars at him, but he ducked down, avoiding the attack which ended up hitting the two thugs in the head. A kick to the thug behind him sent them flying out of the shrine, where they landed in the fountain.
The fourth gang member took a hit to the back from Villamax's sword, but no blood was drawn as Villamax used the opposite side of his sword to knock them out. The last gang member, the leader swung his blade arms at Villamax, who blocked each strike with precision, butting him on the defensive until he found his opening. Ducking down, Villamax punched the leader in the stomach, then grabbed them by the wrists before driving his head into the skull of the leader, knocking them out. "Hmph. People like them will never learn." He scoffed, then turned his attention to the bound maiden, who he untied. "Don't worry, you are safe now." He assured the maiden.
Removing the gag from her mouth, the maiden looked at Villamax before she spoke. "W-who are you?" she asked.
"My name is Villamax, a warrior who seeks redemption for mistakes I have made in the past." He answered.
UA Highschool
12:30 PM
"YOU'RE THE NEW JUNGLE FURY RANGERS?!" Connor, Melissa, Lena, TJ, Anthony, Izuku, Ochako, and Nejire shouted in unison to Kirishima, Tetsutetsu, Ojiro and Kendo.
"Do you have to yell so loud?" Kirishima groaned, rubbing his ears. "But, yeah, we are the new Jungle Fury rangers. Well, four out of the five of us anyway."
"And we got one of those former Phantom Beasts training us." Tetsutetsu added, gesturing towards Whiger who stood against the wall, his arms crossed. "Not to brag or anything, but our master is one hell of a man, not to mention an excellent chef."
"Guess that explains why I want to go back to Jungle Karma Pizza for dinner." Nejire joked.
"You guys are so lucky." Izuku began. "With your quirks and ranger powers, you'll be great heroes when you graduate. Maybe you could incorporate your ranger powers into your moves when you become pros, or maybe…Ow!" he started to ramble before he felt something smack against his head.
"Really must work on that habit!" Connor scolded in a playful manner. "But I don't think using their quirk with their ranger powers is going to work."
"Yeah, Connor's right. DJ told us that we won't be able to use our quirks when we use our ranger powers. Maybe it has something to do with our quirk genes, but we'll have to rely more on our animal spirits and martial arts training." Ojiro admitted.
"Wow, that's kind of stupid." Nejire said with a pouty face. "Using your quirk and ranger powers at once would really help you against villains."
"True, but it could also lead to them showcasing their abilities to villains." TJ pointed out. "If a villain has their sights focused on a single hero, they'll study their fights, moves, capabilities and then they'll come up with ways to counter that hero's every move. Might even lead to their death."
"Yeah, let's not think about the whole death thing." Anthony said aloud, casting a glance towards Iida who was entering the cafeteria. "But TJ does have a point."
"Yeah, but once the Phantom Beasts and the other guys are dealt with, we'll give our morphers back to DJ and focus on becoming Pro's." Kendo said. "I mean, sure, being a ranger is pretty awesome, but we're not planning on using those powers for personal gain or exploiting them."
"Sounds like you guys have certainly thought about this." Lena chuckled.
"Yeah, I don't think I can picture them showing off for the camera's, acting like playboys, flirt, or acting like macho men. Like a certain hero back in the states." Melissa added.
"Yeah, Captain Celebrity." Connor said with a bit of disgust. "Never really liked that guy's attitude and personality. Reminded me of one of those old school comic book heroes that my dad would use to read when he was a kid."
"At least there's a bright side to this." Izuku said, pulling out his phone with a news article opened up. "Your work with Miriko has increased the peoples support of the Power Rangers."
"Support is good, but popularity is not something we're looking for. We're not trying to become famous or start an agency. We're doing our duty as rangers to protect the world from those that heroes aren't trained to face." TJ clarified. "But for now, let's get something to eat, heard All Might's teaching us again in our hero classes."
The rest of the group agreed, then headed for the cafeteria while Whiger headed for Nezu's officer, to have a discussion with the principle.
Downtown Mustufa
At the same time, a certain gunslinger looked at the bustling streets from an alley. The people of the city were casually going about their lives without a care in the world. "These chumps are about to get a really nasty wake up call to reality." Sambash said, hoping on his motorcycle, then shot out of the alley into the street, causing several drivers to swerve violently as he drove into oncoming traffic, drew his revolver and fired at several cars, knocking them into the barriers while sending those who were walking into a panic.
"That's it! Run and cower, humans! This is the face of true evil!" he shouted, firing another shot at a parked car, blowing it up.
"Villamax! Stop!" Chris shouted as he and the Space Rangers flew overhead on their Galaxy Gliders. "Why are you attacking innocent people? I thought you were on our side?"
"Let's just say I had a change of heart!" Sambash chuckled evily, holstering his revolver before gunning his motorcycles engine and drove down the freeway. "Try and catch me rangers!" he goaded.
Sambash weaved between the oncoming traffic, forcing several motorists to swerve violently out of the way, resulting in several crashes while the Space Rangers flew after him on their gliders. "This isn't like Villamax! He'd never attack people at random or use a gun!" Juni exclaimed as 'Villamax' exited the freeway and headed for an old quarry outside the city.
"We can ask him when we catch him." Yang exclaimed back, as the rangers continued to give chase after 'Villamax'. They didn't know that new helicopters were following them towards the old quarry, catching the chase on camera, which a certain swordsman saw.
Unfortunately, the rangers lost sight of 'Villamax' when they reached the quarry and came face to face with the number two hero, who had tracked the motorcycle rider to the quarry. "What the hell are you kids doing here?! This is a matter for pro heroes." Endeavor growled as the space rangers leapt from their gliders.
"Would you give it a rest hothead!" Stacey growled. "You might be a pro hero on this planet, but when it comes to monsters and aliens, you can't handle them like we can."
"Such a big mouth for a little girl." 'Villamax' chuckled before he stepped out from behind a smokestack and drew his revolver, then fired two shots. One shot struck the ground while the second shot struck Selwyn in the chest. "I'll have to take care of that."
"That's a .44 magnum!" Yang shouted, as Selwyn got back to his feet. "Why do you need a weapon like that! Are you hunting elk or something!?"
"No, I'm hunting rangers!" 'Villamax' shouted, then charged towards the rangers and Endeavor while firing his gun in rapid session, uncommon for a weapon like the M29. Two shots slammed into Kane and Juni, the third shot created an explosion in front of Stacey, who was then sucker punched by their so-called ally before a fourth shot exited the barrel and slammed into her chest. "You punks are nothing!"
Chris then leapt in, tackling 'Villamax' to the ground and knocking his gun aside. "Let's see how you fight without that cannon!" he shouted, drawing back his fist and threw a punch, but his attack was blocked and countered with a strong side kick to the ribs. 'Villamax' then started to pummel Chris with a series of punches, the last of which sent him flying into the cab of an abandoned truck, shattering the windshield. Dazed, he watched as 'Villamax' picked up his gun and fired at the truck, hitting the gas tank which then exploded, sending Chris flying backwards.
"Step aside and watch a real hero handle this." Endeavor said, his flames ignited around his body. "I'm taking you down, villain! FLASHFIRE FIST!" he shouted, using his flames to propel him towards 'Villamax' then slammed his massive fist into the monster's face. "That was only a warning. Surrender!" he demanded as 'Villamax' skidded back a few inches.
'Villamax' said nothing, which made Endeavor growl in anger, using his flames once more to propel him towards the villain, pummeling them with a series of punches, followed by an uppercut that knocked 'Villamax' into the air, allowing Endeavour to grab the villain by the shoulders and tossed them a good distance. "I'm going to say this again, surrender!" Endeavor demanded.
"Oh, is the big bad Flame Hero going to oppress me with his powers? I think not!" Sambash retorted mockingly, aiming his gun at the flame hero, pulling the trigger several times. .44 magnum rounds slammed into Endeavors chest, exploding as each shot hit that sent the flaming hero flying backwards and slammed into a crane. "Weapons can defeat quirks, no matter how powerful one of you 'heroes' are." He mocked, aiming his revolver at Endeavors head, his finger poised over the trigger.
Just before he could pull the trigger, a small dagger struck Sambash's hand, sending his revolver flying for some distance before it landed on the ground. "Who the hell…" Sambash began before he spotted a familiar motorcycle speeding towards him, driven by Villamax. "Ah, so you're here." He mocked.
"Sambash! I should have known you were still alive after all these years, brother." Villamax growled with disgust, dismounting his motorcycle and glared at his brother.
"Wait, he's your brother?" Chris exclaimed in surprise.
"Yes, my younger brother." Villamax clarified. "I had always wondered if you were brought to justice by this SPD I heard about, but it seems that you are still the same as you always were."
"Same nothing, I'm good looking one, brother and you know it. I have the skills to pay the bills and will do anything to make money. Especially destruction and killing." Sambash retorted. "You on the other hand fight with honor and a sword. Guns are far superior to your antique weapon."
"And you have stained your hands with the blood of innocent people across the galaxy. You are no brother of mine!" Villamax declared, drawing his sword. "I should have done this years ago, and now is the time. I will be the one to take you down and by doing so, start my redemption."
"You might be good with a sword, brother, but then again, so am I." Sambash said, drawing an identical sword to that of his brothers and held it firmly in his grip. "DIE BROTHER!" Sambash shouted and charged towards Villamax, clashing his sword with that of his brother.
Sambash attacked with a horizontal slash to the chest, but Villamax parried the attack while using his feet to push his brother back a few inches. He then charged in, sword held high before swinging it upwards diagonally, but his brother countered the strike, locking their blades together, for a few moments before Sambash broke the lock, striking Villamax in the chest with his sword. "You're weak and pathetic brother." Sambash snarled.
"Showing mercy is not a sign of weakness." Villamax retorted, then charged towards his brother once more.
"It means you've lost the fight before it started." Sambash added, firing his revolver which he picked up during their scuffle, striking his brother in the chest which each shot before he charged towards his brother again. With Villamax on the defensive, Sambash swung his blade, then fired his revolver at his brother. The combination of attacks was enough to keep Villamax from making any attacks of his own.
A final shot from his brother's revolver exploded and sent Villamax flying a few feet, knocking him to the ground where he rolled for a bit. Villamax struggled to get back to his feet, but his brother planted his foot down on his arm and aimed his revolver at his face. "So once again, you've proven that your honor is your weakness. Contemplate this in the next life." Sambash said, his finger once again poised over the trigger of his revolver.
Once again, he was interrupted when Connor tackled him to the ground, delivering a strong punch to the gunslinger's face. "If this is how brothers treat each other, then I'm glad I was an only child when I was born!" Connor exclaimed, only for Sambash to grab him by his shirts collar and tossed him aside. "You know, Clint Eastwood wouldn't be too happy that you're using his choice of magnum for evil."
"Spare me your quips, punk! I'll destroy anyone who gets in my way!" Sambash retorted, just as the other Lightspeed Rangers arrived, morphed unlike their leader. "Ah, more targets!" he sneered, firing his revolver at the rangers. Much to his surprise, his older brother stood in front of the rangers, using his sword to block the bullets, but one shot managed to shatter his sword. "No weapon, brother! You won't be fighting me now!" he shouted, then grabbed Connor again. "I think I'll be taking this punk with me for insurance."
"Connor!" the rangers shouted.
"Let him go!" Villamax demanded.
"If you want the boy, then come and face me once you repair your sword. I'll be waiting for you in Kyoto!" Sambash exclaimed, before disappearing with Connor.
"He just took Connor!" Melissa exclaimed. "We need to find him!"
"Who the hell was that!? Why did he look like Villamax?!" TJ questioned.
"That was my younger brother, Sambash." Villamax answered, picking up the broken blade of his sword. "And unlike me, he uses a ranged weapon instead of a sword."
"You didn't tell us you had a younger brother." Anthony noted.
"Perhaps, it is time I tell you everything." Villamax relented, then noticed the shadow of Endeavor standing over him from behind. "All of you."

1:30 PM
Old Warehouse
Stripped of his morpher which was in the hands of Trakenna and his arms secured by a pair of chains, Connor glared at Sambash. "I know what you think I'm thinking, 'why did I pick this piece?' Well considering that what you have is a Smith and Wesson M29 .44 Magnum revolver, the most powerful handgun before the .500 S W Magnum round, you're wondering if I feel lucky?" Connor joked.
"Do you want me to blow a hole in your head!?" Sambash growled.
"Woah, take it easy man. I'm just saying that, for a bad guy, you got good tastes in firearms." Connor answered with a chuckle. "You might not know this, but I know a few things about guns, despite being a ranger."
"Silence!" Trakenna shouted, putting the morpher down on an old barrel. "Why did you take a prisoner?" she said to Sambash.
"Yeah, I got to agree with queenie here. Why take me? Me and the others only just showed up when you fought the space rangers instead. Wouldn't one of them have made a better prisoner?" Connor joked, only for his answer to be rewarded with a punch to the stomach. "Ok. I'll shut up now."
"He is bait." Sambash answered. "Bait to lure my brother out. He is an ally to these rangers, so by taking one as a prisoner, he will come to me, and I will destroy him. The boys use will come to an end soon, and when it's over, he will die."
"Clever, I like it." Trakenna smirked. "I'll send some Stingwingers and Krybots to assist you if the battle is unwinnable." She then vanished.
Sambash then turned to Connor, who just looked at the brother of Villamax. "So, you're going to kill me when your brother arrives, then kill your brother? Wow, talk about evil." Connor cracked before Sambash left the warehouse.
Kyoto
2:00PM
Endeavor and the ten rangers stood in silence as Villamax started his explanation. "Sambash is my younger brother. We were born five years apart but are complete opposites. Before I served Trakenna, I was a bounty hunter. I tracked down the most dangerous criminals in the galaxy, bringing them to justice and honing my skills as a swordsman. One such target was my brother, who has killed more innocent people than even the most fearsome warlords." He began.
"And how did your brother gain your attention?" Stacey asked.
"By killing someone close to me, my master." Villamax answered. "When I was old enough, I sought out the greatest swordsmen in the galaxy, hoping to learn the art of swordsmanship, not to kill my enemies, but to defeat them in combat, so that they would be brought to justice for the crimes they've committed through out the galaxy. My intentions were honorable, and as such I was trained by this master, learning the art of the sword and how to use it to defend myself. It was also at this time that Sambash began his career as a criminal. Somehow, he learned of my training and tracked me down."
"So, how did he learn how to use a sword?" Lena questioned.
"By tricking my master." Villamax replied. "At the time, I didn't know of my brothers' criminal activities, but he sought out my master, so he could learn the art of swordsmanship to kill his opponents. Throughout our lives, we had competed with each other, trying to show one another up, but while I had honor, my brother cared for nothing but destruction. As we trained, I saw him become more aggressive, more violent, but it wasn't until much later that I saw his true colors, when he struck down my master after learning everything he needed to kill."
The rangers were silent as Villamax continued. "That was thousands of years ago and since that day, I've been searching for my brother. I will be the one to bring him in, no one else. Of course, I lost track of my brother on Onyx and served Trakenna, a mistake I will never make again."
"That's quite an interesting story." Endeavor interjected, his arms crossed and clearly looking annoyed. "But that doesn't change the fact that your brother abducted a UA student, a student who has no place at UA and is using them as a hostage to lure you out for some brotherly quarrel! I'll track down this villain and take care of this situation myself."
"No! This is my problem and mine alone. None of you will interfere. I don't care if you are a hero, Sambash will gun you down in a second." Villamax snarled, getting in Endeavors face. "I will be the one to deal with Sambash and rescue young Connor. I will not put anyone else at risk because of my mistakes." He continued, walking to his motorcycle and turned the key, then turned back to the Flame Hero. "Stay out of my way!"
Reving his motorcycles engine, he kicked up some dirt and drove away, leaving behind the concerned rangers and a very angry Endeavor behind. 'I made a vow when I sided with the new rangers to put a stop to whatever plans Olympius has, that includes Trakenna.' He thought to himself, then thought back to the time when he saved that little girl on Terra Venture, when Trakenna and Deviot merged together. 'I will not let anyone, no matter who they are suffer for my mistakes. But first, I will need a new sword, and I know where to find one. I only hope, that he will allow me to use his blade in battle, to defend the weak.'
Returning to the shrine dedicated to Katana, Villamax was met by the Shrine Maiden he rescued earlier in the day, whom he bowed to. "I request to borrow the blade of Katana. A comrade of mine is in danger, and I need a blade in order to save him. I will return it when I have completed my mission." He requested.
"Please, come with me." The maiden said and led him to a cabinet, which she opened revealing the sword of Katana. "This blade has been passed down by my family for generations, we have kept it hidden from those who would use it for destructive purposes." The maiden explained as she took the sword and handed it to Villamax. Unsheathing the sword, Villamax looked at the shimmering blade. "Following a furious battle with wayward Samuri who fell off the path of bushido, Katana requested a new katana to replace the one he lost in battle. This was the blade he used until his time came. The blade was folded over seven hundred times, to remove any impurities from the blade. Use this blade to rescue your comrade."
Villamax sheathed the sword back into its hilt and bowed to the maiden again, before leaving the dojo, climbing back onto his motorcycle and departed. Unknown to him, Koragg was watching him from a nearby roof top and decide to take matters into his own hands.
Warehouse
3:30 PM
Connor didn't struggle the entire time he was chained up. He knew that Villamax and his brother had a score to settle and if he did something to interrupt the impending battle, someone wasn't going to walk out alive. Glancing around, he saw that the Stingwingers guarding him were buzzing and chatting amongst themselves. "Too bad I don't speak bug, otherwise I'd tell you guys to go fly into a bug zapper and get fried." He told the Stingwingers, who ignored him. "Well, this is great, captured and the jailers don't want to make any conversation. Then again, foot soldiers don't talk, they just do as they are told."
His mind then went back to Villamax, more specifically, his sword. 'A warrior without a weapon isn't much of a warrior. I've built a few things with dad and sis in the past, perhaps, when I get out of this, I'll create a new sword for Villamax, one that's better than his old one.' He thought to himself.
Outside the warehouse, Sambash twirled his magnum around his finger, tossed it into the air and caught it before returning it to his holster. Ever since he killed his brothers master, he had been looking forward to facing his brother in battle again. His thoughts were broken when he heard the sound of footsteps crunching shattered glass and turned his head to see his brother walking towards him. "Ah, so you showed up. I had almost thought you would have been too scared to face me. And I see you have acquired a new sword, a katana no less." Sambash said with amusement.
"I gave my word, and I always honor my word, brother." Villamax said with a snarl. "Now, release the Red Ranger, so that we may do battle." He demanded.
"Sorry, but that ain't how it works." Sambash retorted, then snapped his fingers and materializing out of thin air, were dozens of Stingwingers and Krybots. "You lost our last battle, so I'm going to test you. You have three minutes to defeat as many of my fifty soldiers, then we will do battle. That is, if you've got the guts."
"Leave the rangers out of this! This is between you and me, brother!" Villamax yelled.
"If they dare to get in my way, I won't hesitate to put them down." Sambash retorted.
"I will not allow that to happen." Villamax replied, ready to draw the katana from its sheath. "I will gladly go through your soldiers to get to you."
Sambash smirked, then stepped back before snapping his fingers, sending his soldiers to attack his brother. Villamax didn't move an inch before one of the Stingwingers was right on top of him, with its stingers about to come down on him, but he drew his blade so fast, that he cut down the foot soldier in a second before it could even touch him. Katana now in his hands, Villamax swung it vertically on a Krybot, then swung his blade across the chest of a Stingwinger cutting it down in a second.
One Krybot swung its blade at him, but Villamax countered the attack and cut down the robotic foot soldier in a second. Turning his head, he looked to see several Stingwingers and Krybots firing lasers at him, but that didn't deter him in the slightest as he used his katana to deflect each of the blasts as he charged towards the enemy soldiers, cutting down no less than a dozen and a half as he ran. "That's sixteen soldiers down, thirty-four to go." He said to himself, feeling the spirit of Katana imbedded in the sword, guiding him down the path of the warrior.
He smirked, then dashed towards three Krybots, swinging his sword to the side and cut down the three soldiers. Tossing his sword into the air and catching it in his left hand, he dashed towards several more foot soldiers, cutting them down with a one-handed slash across their chests, cutting them down. "Time's up!" Sambash shouted, his soldiers stepping aside as the gunman stepped forwards. "You cut down twenty-five of my soldiers. Impressive, but that will not save you against my gun." He chackled.
"Then now, we face each other." Villamax snarled, not taking his eyes off his brother who drew his own sword and spun it around be swinging it, which Villamax blocked with his blade. "You have no honor brother!"
"I fight to win by any means necessary." Sambash retorted, kicking his brother in the chest with his left leg.
"And that, will be your downfall." Villamax retorted back, swinging his sword at his brother, clashing their blades against one another once more.
Back inside the warehouse, Connor heard the sounds of battle and knew that meant Villamax had arrived to get him out of this predicament. Yet, the sounds were coming from inside the warehouse, not from outside as he thought. "What the?" he started to say before a Stingwinger was sent flying into a wall and out from the shadows, stepped Koragg, who had his sword drawn. "So, who talks first? You talk first? I talk first?" Connor questioned.
Koragg didn't answer as he swung his blade and cut the chains holding Connor's arms. "I suppose I should say thanks, right?" Connor asked in confusion. Again, Koragg said nothing as Connor grabbed his morpher and ran out of the warehouse while Koragg vanished in a magic seal.
Back outside, Villamax and his brother continued to clash swords with one another. Sambash swung his blade downward, but Villamax countered the blow, hitting his brother in the stomach with the hilt of his katana, knocking his brother back. Sambash drew his revolver and fired at his brother, who sliced one of the bullets in half. "You use a gun in a battle of swords? You never once had honor." Villamax snarled with disgust.
"Like I said, I fight to win by any means necessary." Sambash replied, firing his revolver again, which Villamax blocked, but not in time to block the third shot which exploded upon impact and caused Villamax to stagger, leaving him open for his brother to leap in and slash at him across the chest several times. "And I will always win."
"Hey! Dirty Harry Knock Off! Leave him alone!" Connor shouted, morphed and already cutting down foot soldier after foot soldier that stood in his way, with a combination of hand-to-hand and his baton. "He's got more honor than you could ever have! He doesn't attack children! He doesn't kill innocent people! He fights like a true warrior! Unlike you, some coward who doesn't have a code of honor at all!"
Sambash let out a growl and aimed his revolver at Connor, then pulled the trigger, sending a round towards him, only for it to be blocked by none other than Shinso, already morphed as well. "Look, I get that you're facing your brother and it's your problem, master. But when it comes to these guys, it's fair game. We'll take care of these guys; you take care of your brother!" Shinso shouted to his master who got back to his feet and nodded. Shinso then turned to Connor. "Sorry I'm late, but you know how it is with being a student." Shinso joked, twirling his sword around as he and Connor engaged the foot soldiers.
As the two rangers took on the foot soldiers, Villamax and his brother glared at each other, before charging towards one another. Their blades clashed against one another, both of them pushing against one another. "You're no warrior! All you are, is a murderer and gunslinger for hire! You have no honor! No soul!" Villamax snarled, swinging his blade to the right, but his brother blocked it.
"That is why I have no fear brother!" Sambash replied, swinging his own blade at his brother who dived back and blocked the attack with the Katana. "I don't let a thing like honor get in my way!"
"Then that will be your downfall." Villamax replied, twirling his katana around, now holding it in a reverse grip style, then dashed towards his brother. "Let this be a lesson to you that those with honor will go beyond, Plus Ultra Style!" he added, slashing his katana across his brother's chest and sending him flying into the warehouse.
Shinso and Connor cut down the last of the foot soldiers before witnessing Sambash's flying lesson before powering down and joining Villamax. "You, ok?" Connor asked the swordsmen.
"I'll live." Villamax replied, sheathing the katana as his brother emerged from the warehouse. "Let it be known, brother. That if we ever face each other again, it will be just you and me who fight. None of the rangers will become involved."
Sambash chuckled before he spoke. "If that's the way you want it, then fine! I'll play by your rules, brother." He snarled, then vanished.
"So how did you get free?" Shinso asked Connor.
"Let's just say, I had a little help." Connor answered.

After returning the katana back to the shrine, Villamax was promised a new blade by Connor and waited outside the lab. After a few seconds, Connor stepped out of the lab with a skeletal build hilt, with an emitter that was separated from the body by a bronze and brass cut-back, thin 'choke' portion that held a reserve power cell. Below the slim bar, was a black ridged handgrip, that occupied the central third part of the hilt. The activator on the said weapon was throttle style, with a black cover wheel held onto a black extension, which sealed the chrome emitter. "This does not look like a sword." Villamax observed.
"Oh, it's a sword, but not like one you've seen before." Connor said with a smile and pressed a button on the hilt, igniting its blue blade which hummed loudly. "I used the basis of Obi-Wan's lightsaber from Star Wars but used a rare crystal that my dad found when he was younger to power the blade. You can adjust the blade with this knob right here and, a word of warning, it's deadly." He explained, pressing the same button again and deactivated the weapon. "Haven't really thought of a name for it, but this should do."
"It will most certainly do." Villamax replied, taking the weapon and clipped it to his waist. "Thank you, for this new blade. I will see to it that it is used honorably." He promised. "But if you'll indulge my curiosity, why did you make the blade blue."
"Well…" Connor began to stutter, a blush on his face.
Moon
"Looks like you failed to eliminate your brother and one of the red rangers." Vypra snarked to Sambash.
"This is only the beginning." Sambash replied, looking down at Earth. "Next time, my brother will fall."
And done.
So, what do you all think of this chapter? Pretty awesome right?
Alright, so next time is that event that Ryukyu was told about, being held by a certain company that has a history with the Power Rangers. For those of you who are a fan of that series, you'll be seeing another red ranger coming into the story.
Until then, please read, review, stay warm and happy holidays.
